We specialize in giving students a chance that other schools would miss because of troubled pasts, low test scores, and even... blasphemy. Not to worry, Lïþh asks us to suffer for love. Love is the free gift Lïþh gives us to bestow upon those who might not be worthy of it. The perfume that seems to be soaked into every curved, fluttery word is far too sweet to be pleasant. Everything about this is as obvious as honey drenched over rot. The religion of the deity called Liph was always strange, they had pushed out all of the nation's religions, and now, they established the University to supposedly teach and treat. More like brainwash. All the students that come out of that place are all sunshine and rainbows, and "Liph is love, They are our lives" bull sporting from their lips. And their eyes. They were nothing, but dull spheres in their skulls... Will I join them? I hope not... Maybe I'll figure out what's happening. Or get converted trying.

- The University was built inside a church of a previous faith, all the traces of the older deities are slowly being removed, but not all of them.
- Liph is represented by a long, thin feminine figure with a featureless face. They are depicted with both male and female builds, the female statues usually only having one breast, and both always have one hand outstretched. Dressed in cloth that far bigger than their form, normally drawn as following behind them like a bridal train.
- The nation this setting is based on is about the size of the real-world country Malta, which is an archipelago of three inhabited islands, and several other smaller islands with only 122 square miles of land area. And while the nation is recognized as independent, ever since the Religion of Liph came in, the name has been been in discussion in the capital (Where the University is located) with no answer as to yet what to name the nation.
- Locals refer to the nation as Aiastes, which means mourner in Greek, as one of the fables not yet banned explains that once a demon and an angel fell in love, settling on the top of a single mountain in the middle of the ocean. Their individual sides found out and the demon was placed and trapped beneath the mountain while his love forever chained to the sky. Their combined grief was so great that it was said that the mountain cried liquid fire, and the heavens melted ice, creating the islands. It was also said that this was how clouds came to be as there were no clouds mention in legends before the story
