I agree with using the skills that are in the Robotech shadow chronicle books and use the master list for skills not in the robotech books

Because i really don’t want to go and change what i have now.
 
I honestly don't know why but its got to be the farm boy thing he got going.

Edit: imagined him walking around the gym to the boxing ring and taking the gloves while talking to the two soldiers.

Psychie Psychie Uh, I was under the impression Kitty and Nova were busy doing their GMP thing. If that's done and over with, I think it would be awfully too-convenient for them to suddenly walk in on the action in the gym (not to mention poor roleplaying on my part - no, thanks! Heh!).

I guess she's using her Computer Networks Skills (and everything else under her belt as an Information Specialist) to further track down the mole?

Listening to the message did not take all that long, so I was wanting to know what you were doing after going over it with Nova. I'll have the results of your Computer skills in the IC thread soon.
 
Oh so we are having a hand to hand combat thing now. All right ill do just that. Have not spend an action point at all i this game.
Psychie Psychie I would like to use an action point to boost my initiative.
Also since i got to level 3 on my shaolin fighting style does that mean i got 5 attacks out of thank and 6 in tank?
 
Yes, you get five actions on foot, but with level 3, you get an extra action from your MECT skill for a total of 7.

Bonuses from Mecha Elite Combat Training (MECT): +1 attack per melee round at levels 1, 3, 6, 10, and 14 inside your mecha.

And as far as your Action Point goes, go ahead and roll a 1d6 and add it to your initiative score.

OOC GunMan2 GunMan2 you can either Dodge and use an action to do so, Parry and block the punch (which does not use an action), or option three is a Simultaneous Attack where you basically say, "Go ahead and hit me, I can take it!" So long as you don't roll a 1-4, both attacks hit and do damage. In a fist fight like this, damage comes off of SDC first, then your hit points. What do you want to do?

If I may? *insert sheepish grin with raised hand here*

Barnes is a student of Shaolin Kung Fu. Among that system's advanced defenses is the technique called Combination Parry/Attack (which is pretty cool to see in action). Think of a block immediately followed by a quick Jab.

Basically, once per Round, the Kung Fu artist can use Automatic Parry - and if it is successful - they can counter-attack (roll Strike, Natural 5+ on d20 to succeed) with a light hit for, if memory serves, d6 damage without damage bonuses. See Ninjas & Superspies for exact details.

Psychie, if you are using that, that is. =)
 
That is just exactly the kind of stuff I was hoping people would be able to pull up. Please, feel free to offer up any and all advice, not just for Gunman, but for me, too! I want to be able to run a game better, and learning from you guys is really helping me out!

Then ask questions, dear Psychie. =) You notice how I put my pride aside on a regular basis and ask, ask, and ask some more until I understand clearly.

You know how much I enjoy talking shop? Well, that goes with game Mastering too. Either here or in our Conversation, have at! =)

Role playing is, after all, my favorite hobby!
