Jacen just shook his head. 'What am I doing here?" He thought. "If they find me these people will be endangered.' He took his half used cigar and lit it as he waited for the mission to begin. He closed his eyes as his mind went back. Not to Nimeria like many of his thoughts trailed to.

Instead his mind went to a barley habitable planet. He stood among ten people in a collosium. The ten of them had made it threw some of the most intense training ITF had to offer. The ten of them looked around as an ITF rear admiral stood in the bleachers. He was arachnid like with eight arms that could act like hands or legs. It had tentecals coming out of his mouth. Three people of various species stood on the right and left of him.

The admiral spoke and the recruits started fighting each other until one only one remained.

Jacen shook his head. Trying not to think of the past.

After a couple of mins, Alice came back to the bridge. She seemed calm now like nothing had ever happened. She gave a quick smile at everyone except Ezro whether it was because she was still pissed or maybe slightly embarrassed or it could have been both. Either way, she refuses to look at him for now. "So we ready to get this started. She said as she stared at her mini pod.

Ezro was relieved to see Alice finally return, however the cold shoulder she stiff armed him with wasn’t all too pleasant. Shrugging it off, he made no notice of it with his reactions and dismissed the twinge of guilt he felt in his stomach. Everyone was present and accounted for, which meant it was show time.

“Alright people, lets get this fuckin’ show on the road!” Ezro proclaimed with a grin on his face. Punching a few buttons in on a control panel located off to the right side of The Bridge. A set of cracks began to form just to the left of the panel, which extended and folded outward as a single segment of the ships bow. More paneling slide out from within the ship, giving way to a ramp that led down to the ground below. Service bots equipped with technology similar to that of Silmaris’ body changing ability slipped out and off the ramp. They’d taken the form of three parcel troops that would first deal with any welcoming parties present down below. After that was taken care of they were instructed to hide away and Francis exited the ship so they might follow him and aid with the explosives.

“Alright.” Ezro spoke with a subtle whisper now. “Eagles and Firecrackers, head out first. Make sure your comms link is connected and your chameleon tech is functional.”

There would be a long pause as they waited for the divisions to head off and station themselves where necessary in the city. Once Ezro was notified they were ready, he’d move out with the Headhunters.

Jacen nodded. He finished his cigar and extinguished the flame with his hand. "Good hunting." He said to the rest of the crew before leaving the ship. He jogged to his position and laid down on the ground belly first. He took his goggles out and examined the area. "This is eagle two. Looks clear for the moment." He said keeping his eyes on the designated place.

He threw some dirt into the wind to check which way the wind sent it. While he may be look out if shit hit the fan. Which was a huge possibility he wanted to fire with the wind not against it.

"For destiny!"

Francis activated his chameleon suit. His top hat, moustache, and fancy suit disappeared. He, too, became invisible. Followed by some servant bots, he climbed out of the Titan and went for the ship hangar. Ships. Moving as silently and swiftly as he could, Francis approached one of the many ships while avoiding patrol.

Propeller ship. Generic model. Target: cooling system, combustion system. A servant bot handed a disk shaped mine to Francis. Working quickly, he used CHICK-BoGER to attach it right under the engine. He wore his red goggle, quickly informing Ezro.

"The firecracker shall need time to decrease the army that goes against us. Do take your time, Son of Heaven."

Kal Rezd eyed Francis' disappearing form curiously, then nodded stiffly to Ezro. She clicked the comm on and activated the chameleon device, she too vanishing. With the pulse rifle held over her chest, she pursued Eagle Two on his (approximate) six.

After Ezro had received the confirmation from the Scouts over the comms link, took a deep breath to ease the minuscule but still pungent nerves invading his mind.

“Roger that, Eagles are in the Nest and the Bonfire is being lit. We’ll take our time Firecracker, but we can’t guarantee too long. Do hurry the process.”

With that said, he turned back to the his fellow Snipers.

“Headhunters are now on the move, keep a close eye on us Eagles Nest. Let us know of anything strange occurs.”

The Chameleon Tech was activated, and in a dispersing of pixels the captain disappeared and led the way to the general area where the focal points stationed around the restaurant would be. The city was busy as normal, people moved about the street which was a slight cause for concern considering they couldn’t afford to make contact with anyone lest they be discovered. All the while, Ezro kept his Hellfire clutched close and kept an ear and eye out for any trouble. Fortunately, himself and the other Headhunters were able to get themselves set up at their predetermined points of action.

The Captain himself had chosen a moderately tall buildings rooftop, located just adjacent to the targets location. Getting on the rooftop would be a cause for concern, if it wasn’t for the help of the set of single use High Jump bracers Ezro had equipped around his thighs and calves. He actually overshot the jump and almost landed on the other side of the building, if it hadn’t been for the fact that he caught the ledge on his descent and soundlessly pulled himself back over. Once he was on solid ground again, the Tri Function weapon was altered to its sentry mode and the sniper was set up on the edge of the building that overlooked the windows looking into the restaurant below. Now as long as the Chameleon Tech stayed active, he’d stay completely invisible to the naked eye.

“Headhunter One is posted and ready, how’s everything looking?”

Sil watched as the lookouts and snipers departed the ship. She retrieved her datapad from her purse and began browsing the web, looking for some of the local landmarks and hot spots. After a few seconds, she turned to Alice.

"We should take a moment to get our cover story sorted out. I do not like to go into these things half-assed," Sil said, speaking very quickly. "My name is Sara Walker. We will say we are not from around here, we only met yesterday, and are both visiting the city for some fun. Do not go into details. If pressed for details, act coy, play hard-to-get, be mysterious. If pressed further, abort."

She didn't mean abort the mission, of course. If one of them showed disinterest, it would only heighten Mechka's interest in the other, more willing, girl. So, having one girl back out could actually increase their chances of success.

"On missions like these, the goal is to maintain control," Sil said, "of yourself as well as the mark. We are here to line up a shot, not submit to interrogation. So, now that that's out of the way..." She smiled, tossed her silvery hair and said, in a girlish tone, "Hi! What's your name? We're gonna totally have so much fun today."

Everett made a small nod towards the captain as they left the ship and looked down at her gun. Her fingers clenched on the grip as she took a deep breath and mentally prepared herself. She was never a big fan of guns and missions like these, but what could you do? And order is an order...

She looked down at her tablet as she made her way down the narrow roads near their AO and took her time to look over every tidbit and detail that she had been sent over the past few hours. Her orders, her target info and the meticolous plan that Ezro has set up for them. A single shot, that's all it will take to get revenge. Or so she assumed, she herself had nothing to do with this Mechka. Whether he lived or not she couldn't care less for, but the captain seemed very keen on getting revenge for the entire crew. She could symphatize with that more than what most of the crew would probably assume. A lot more...

With her Chameleon Suit it wasn't too hard to get to a vantage point overlooking the restaurant. Carrying all those wounded, and sometimes dead, gave her more than enough cardio to take steps two at a time to run up a bland staircase and bust out onto the rooftop. The rifle didn't help too much and she found it unwieldy, but she hadn't much choice. "Ugh, I wish Sil would just cut that guy's throat...no need for this damn rifle." She grumbled to herself as she walked to the side of rooftop and found herself a position that gave her a clear shot at the restaurant. She was a bit farther away than she would have liked or fully trusted her skills, but the lower angle gave her a deep field of view into the heart of the restaurant. There would not be any place for their target to hide.

With a familiar click, she set up her bipod and put a bullet in the chamber, resting her cheeks onto the stock.
"Headhunter Three in position." She said and closed her eyes for a second, taking a deep breath as she calmed herself down for an easier aim. "Waiting for target acquisition."

Alejandras strode from the ship's landing ramp, nodding at the other Headhunters. Alejandras himself, based on his large and rectangular stature, decided to go the more off-the-grid route, of traversing through alleyways and lofts to his designated nest, Zone C. His gun, the Chimera, made the journey fairly difficult through the trip, but he made it. An abandoned apartment complex, and his nest, possibly the most furthest and vertical of the three Headhunters, but a clear line of sight for the restaurant's entrances and exits, should the Succubi remove the target from the premises for any reason.

He took a seat on a discarded chair, and barricaded the entrance to the nest with a heavy metal table upturned on it's side, the legs interlocking with spaces in a railing near the door. He cocked the gun in his grasp, pulling back a small bolt action clip. A small explosive round entered the chamber. His cybernetic arms made keeping the gun steady easy, along with two electrostatic stabilizing wings on the lateral sides of the barrel. A piercing hum filled the room, the inner gauss coils coming to life. A small flickering of lights, part of the original GAPR Rifle, and several cylindrical tubes rose from the ventral sides, a failsafe far the coolant, inhaling the surrounding temperature to level out that within the rifle.

He deployed the bipods on the bottom of the weapon, and two grips at the bottom secured to the shutter window frame, and Alejandras checked his pocket for the emergency ultrasonic bayonet, just in case. "This is Headhunter Two in position..." He coughed heavily for a moment, "...entrances and exits under check."

Jacen kept his eyes on the area. He started to whistle a tune as he saw an ITF naval officer walk into his line of view.

He was about to call it in as he saw a small child fallowing close beside her. 'Just a family outing.' He muttered as he got a good look at the officer. She had olive skin and black hair. She looked familiar, but he couldn't place her from his position. The boy beside her had the same hair Jacen use to have.

"Heads up." He said. "An ITF officer and a child are moving across the perimeter."

“Acknowledged, Eagle Two.” Kal Rezd said. From her vantage point, she watched over the starport. Though invisible, she was still as a statue, eyes keenly surveying every nook and every possible cranny in her quadrant, like a predator tracking her prey. People went by and about, and she followed their movements intensely. The roar of a starship’s engines--though initially subtle--grew louder as she watched a cylindrical spacecraft greyer than the tempest ocean descended upon the starport.

“This is Eagle One, a starship is landing at starport pad charlie-five; it looks to be a standard ITF transport.” Kal reported. She presumed it was Bjørn’s ship; it touched down precisely as scheduled, precisely in its predesignated landing pad. ITF soldiers, their uniforms a similar grey to that of the ship’s hull, hurried forth to the ship along with an officer. Nestled between the two stocky thrusters was a hatch that slid open as the ramp descended, and the man himself--Bjørn--stepped out, flanked by two guards.

Through the binocular, Kal scrutinized the man. He looked quite exactly as the hologram had depicted him in the meeting: the white hair, the Stygian trench coat with a white shirt underneath, and those blue eyes like machiavellian twins of her emperor’s own carmine eyes. He strode off the ramp, the welcoming envoy parting before him.

“The target’s planetside. He’s presently defended by two guards, a seven man envoy and--” Something else walked out of the shuttle; a cyborg, unseen ere by Kal. It was big; gauging by how it dwarfed the Kommandant--who was already a literal giant (at least to Kal)--she reckoned it’d have to be at least as tall as Alejandras, if not taller. It was certainly bulkier than the engineer. The thing was clad from head to toe in a suit of armour the shade of ashen charcoal that shined like polished tungsten. The legs arched back in a way not dissimilar to a Delrothi’s, yet they conveyed animalistic savagery even to her. Worst of all was its archfiendish eyes that glowed like blood moons from under its riveted helmet. All in all, it seemed to her senses to be like a demon born from a pit of hellfire.

The envoy was just as shocked at its sight as Kal was with each of its members producing a startled jump as if demonic thing was an electric jolt. It started to patrol the starport, marching in steady, long steps as if searching for something. Bjørn grinned at the officer and his men, their expressions seemingly priceless to him.

It was a cyborg, that much was certain, yet the machinery (though not its weapons, for it notably lacked any apparent armament) augmented to the being inside gave her the image of a half breed with a devil. “--and a cyborg of a sort I’ve never seen before. It’s at least as big as Al, probably bigger, and it’s eyes…” she shuddered under the chameleon cloak, “...they’re like the volcanic ravines of Inferos. It’s a Cambion, shall we say?”

Ezro’s mouth creased into a frown at Kal’s alert message to the rest of them. His stomach felt rather unsettled. This was a rather nasty surprise, and when on a mission Ezro hated surprises. Never had he heard of any sort of Cyborgs being used within the ITF unit base, atleast he could only assume it was a Cyborg. It made sense considering the ITF were never too keen on having machines operate and fulfill tasks for them. But a cyber initiative must be a brand new addition, that or during his time amongst their ranks it was a secret project. With the large scale of the machine, and the unknown forms of tech to possessed. It was a major threat to their current operation, though that was as long as they went undetected by it.

“Acknowledged Eagle Two, everyone hold your positions. This is an unforeseen threat but not one we can’t handle. Follow the plan, Eagles Nest keep the rest of us posted on the Cyborgs activity. If it’s in the airfield then it poses a threat only to Firecracker for now, so I’d advise you pick up the pace.”

Ezro paused for a moment, taking a deep breath.

“Sucubi prepare to move out on my command, the target is on the move.”

Cambion

The Cyborg trudged around the airfield rather carefully, its large head on a swivel as it carefully analyzed the layout. Something was being detected in its scouter although nothing came to it’s field of view. A diagnostic scan was run, ensuring that all systems were functioning as per code, only to find that nothing was wrong. Something was definitely moving about, and it had to figure out what exactly that was. First it checked for heat signatures, nothing. Then it looked for a sound waves of any kind that might be present in the surrounding area, besides that of the soldiers and machines present. Nothing again. Finally the Cyborg checked for a pulse or any sort of fluids to monitor, and this time something registered. A lifeform was moving around in a circular motion around the various ships and machines in the field, and it was planting small charges of unknown origin.

With the whirring or machinery, the Cambion stopped in its path and look right in the direction of the lifeform. Barely seeing an outline of explosive specialist, Francis. It was a civilian zone, so the use of weapons wouldn’t be be probable. Physical combat wouldn’t be an issue though, with this superior speed and strength compared to any other organic life.

It began running right at the signature, jumping into the air before preparing to slam one of its large fists into the lifeform.

((Francis has been detected! He needs to fulfill the last few placements of the charges before evacuating! The Cyborg will be quick to peruse, and one swipe against him will disable the Chameleon Tech!))

Bjørn Mechka

The Kommandant was currently being escorted through the city streets, a bored and tired look upon his flawless and pale face. It had been a long voyage here, and he had been so lonely all the while. A man of his importance deserved to be treated by the attention of a whole harem of women just to himself! Eager faces all giving him their undivided attention, what a fantasy he yearned to fulfill. A grin crept upon his face at the thought of the various types of women he could interact and toy with while he’s here, if only just to ease the woes of his lust and yearning for company.

Throughout the time after being promoted to a Commander of the ITF legions, he had managed to make a name and an appearance for himself. All for the sake of putting himself on this pedestal of grandeur that he could act and feel more important than he really was. Considering that there were plenty of other ranking commanders just like him, he had to be different. He chose a striking outfit that was more flashy than the usual uniforms, adopted a strange accept to create a sense of rarity about him, and spiced up the title of his position with a Latin based counterpart. It was perfect, and fit all to well with the odd name he possessed.

But the look was only half the work, and he had to make his name synonymous with success and brilliance! So he took on any task and challenge with vigor and determination to boost his own self image, that he might make himself as a savior to the people he fought to protect. Sure enough, his name took hold and he skyrocketed into fame and fortune alike! He was an idol! A hero! An inspiration! And above all else, a star amongst the common people!

Fast forward to today, and he couldn’t be happier with his life. He was secured to live in luxury for the rest of his many days even until his expected death of old age. Long gone were the days of combat and snuffing out and threats to the ITF regime, now he was put an icon, speaking to the people and acting as their link to the higher ups. Though he could hardly care what their plights were.

Amidst his self gloating and appraisal, Bjørn found himself standing in front of the restaurant he so dearly loved whenever he visited this planet. The soldiers questioned if he wanted them to accompany him inside, to which he waved them off and requested privacy. Privacy to interact with those inside freely, and do as he wished. Unfortunately, upon stepping inside, taking a seat, ordering his food, he analyzed those inside with him and found no sort of female that peeked his interest. How disappointing.

Perhaps he’d be eating alone today.

"This is Headhunter Two. If Headhunters One and Three can keep a visual on the restaurant, I can re-direct my sights to the Cyborg. Based on the composite, I'd say 6 shots would take it out, of course all placed strategically..." Alejandras coughed again. "...I'll hit the uppermost leg joints, two bullets, hit the shoulder joints, another two bullets, and finally, chest and head, another two." He took a deep inhale. "I'd suggest blockades, Headhunters, we don't know the ability of this mechanical opponent, but better safe than sorry." Alejandras opened a large pack that had been secured to his back. He took out a magazine of explosive rounds, and armor piercing. He fed the bullets into an electrostatic transport tube to feed them to the gun, he would be able to switch ammo with the press of a button, if the situation need be.

“Negative Headhunter 2, hold your position. We need you here to focus on the target, not fucking with the Cyborg. Besides we don’t know about it’s structural integrity, it could very well be a anticombustive alloy. We don’t need the unnecessary attention, refrain from contact and keep your eyes on the Kommandant.”

Alice smiled and matched her girlish tone. "The names Rosey Harding nice to meet you. Love the dress, it's worth a lot right? Like mother always says it isn't worth it if it isn't expensive and trusts this dress I'm wearing is expensive......." She then gave a serious look. "I'm not kidding this dress is expensive probably cost more than this ship.......In fact, a lot of my clothes cost more than this ship." She said as she stood there seriously thinking about it.

When Ezro gave the clear to move out Alice looked towards Sil. "Ready when you are."

A small smirk had appeared on Everett's face at the mention of the Cyborg. She just listened happily to the radio chatter between her comrades and keeping an eye out on the target location while she haf heartedly checked her pad for some news. She wasn't too worried about the mechanical unit, if anything it seemed like a lot of fun. A story to tell once they are out of this hellhole and back on the ship. And if it did interfere, well... all the better. It was more fun that way.

"With all due respect Headhunter One, maybe an eye out on Cambion wouldn't be a bad idea. At worst it's a pleasant distraction for Firecracker if we ding the tin can, at best we can take home a shiny trophy. We still have two eyes on the sight, and Succubi can surely cater to our guest and guide them to the spotlight. Mission integrity won't be the same if the Firecracker doesn't go off."

“This topic is not up for discussion Headhunter Three. We need eyes on the prize, not distracted on a Cyborg..... that’s trying to kill Firecracker.” Ezro’s end of the line went quiet for a moment. “Alright, fuck it, point taken. Headhunter Two you are clear to change positions, but you are only to monitor. Do not engage the Cyborg unless Francis is in grave danger. With how scrappy the bastard is I’m sure he’ll be fine.”

"Ready," Sil said as she stepped off the ship's ramp. "Succubi One, moving out," she said via the comms. Alice walked beside her and she said to the other girl, with a teasing wink, "you'll be Succubi Two." Alice might be first mate on the ship, but Sil couldn't deny she liked the idea of having the number one spot, even if it was only for a little while.

They made their way from the airfield to the city. Along the way, Sil used her datapod to conjure a fake identity. She had thousands of them, saved for missions just like this one, to ensure her false personas were as thorough as possible. She even sent one to Alice's datapod. To any passersby, she just looked like a girl on her phone, laughing and making comments to her BFF Rosey along the way. It was hard to tell if she was actually enjoying herself or just doing a really great job of staying in character.

"Oh my god, this is that place I heard about," she said, grabbing Alice's arm as they neared the restaurant. "I heard they have the best food in.... wait... what's with all the soldiers?" She stopped in front of the group of big, strong-looking men standing outside the restaurant and stared up at them in awe. "Ummm.... did something happen?" she said to the soldiers, with a nod to the restaurant. They didn't seem to be blocking the door, but she also didn't want to just walk past them if there was a crime scene in there or something.

At least that's what a civie would be thinking right now. Sil was just using this pause to survey the area. She spied Bjorn inside the restaurant, as well as a handful of patrons, all male. Possible undercover agents, she thought, but that didn't seem very likely. This 'Kommandant' wasn't exactly subtle in anything he did. As proof, one need only look at the raging death-machine stomping around the airfield right this moment, or his bro-squad guarding the door. Plainclothes agents posing as restaurant patrons wasn't really his thing.

Also, presenting herself to the soldiers made her seem like less of a threat. Or, at least, less of a mystery. Sil was confident enough in her disguise to not worry about being closely scrutinized. Ironically, drawing attention to herself could make her less noticeable.

"Hm?"

A sudden premonition caused Francis who was attaching another mine to throw himself backward. The sound of metal hitting the hangar resounded. Francis glared at the source of disturbance of his holy work. He hadn't even finished putting the firework on. If the Son of Heaven did not desire stealth, he would destroy it right at that moment.

If.

"A metal angel has been sent. Son of Heaven, what grudge a celestial has with you?" Francis burrowed his eyebrows as he started to run in-between ships.

He couldn't stop to attach more explosives. The physical capability of an angel overwhelmed his. Instead, Francis sent an order to the servant bots following him through his tablet. An order to put down cargo. The idle servant bots whirred quietly before moving their separate ways. Francis ran out of the hangar.

"A metal angel appeared. The firework couldn't be put on display. Ships should be done," he reported to Ezro.

Ezro had his scope trained on the guards standing outside the restaurant, all the while Sil and Alice had approached hoping to get inside. Everything was going according to plan, atleast it was until that damn Cyborg showed up. He had all too many questions with no answers about it, but he knew that the Kommandant would have information on it considering he flew in with it.

“Succubi, I have a secondary objective for after the kill. The target should have a data pod of his own on him, you need to retrieve it for informational purposes. It’s not mandatory and if you’re in too great of danger to accomplish it, just get the hell out of there as fast as possible.”

Suddenly Francis came in on the other end, prompting Ezro to grit his teeth.

“Son of a bitch... this thing really is giving you a hard time huh? Don’t worry Firecracker, Headhunter Two is on route to aid you in the fight. He’ll provide a momentary distraction for you to finish the Light show and to get back to the ship.”

“Headhunter two you are cleared for conflict, but be advised. Don’t let the damn thing track you as well otherwise it’ll chase you up whatever building you plant yourself on. Jacen cursed when he heard the order. 'Shit hit the fan.' He thought. He kept his eyes on his area. " Head hunter 2, firecracker this is eagle 2. I recommend taking it out as quickly as possible." He said as he put his cross hairs in the middle area. " It might be able to alert security and none of us want that." He went threw some breathing techniques as he relaxed. He focused his eyes as he got into a battle ready state of mind. "I'm a leaf on the wind." he muttered to himself as he got ready for the incoming fight.

“No, security won’t be alerted until it’s revealed the threat. There’s no sense in alerting platoons of soldiers when it can’t show what it’s chasing. For now it’ll play the role of a dysfunctional Titan until it finally lands a blow on Firecracker. Eagle Two, I suggest rendezvousing with Headhunter Two just to keep a watch over him while he tries to handle the threat.”
