Do we have any ideas about a deadline by which night events should be wrapped up? I don't mean to rush anyone, but it might be useful to have an idea of how much time we have before the show must go on and the plot(s) must proceed.

Deadline for Night 1: This weekend.

Try to have all your peeps meet up at the very least! Next would be getting on the airship. You can always have your characters wake up at an inn or just arrive to the destination via airship when Day 2 comes. It’s totally up to you.
