Kimi Flaria

Location: Blue Pegasus Guild Hall
Kimi's day had started out rather uneventfully. She went to Magnolia to look around and see if there was anything interesting going on. Sadly it was just the standard boring drawl of decorating. It was obvious that she didn't much care for the holiday. Not only that she was getting a few weird stares from her detective uniform, as was standard really, a few people commenting on her dressing up quite a bit early. She just groaned and ignored them the gal continuing her search for the interesting and amazing!

Soon enough something did happen, someone stealing from someone she recognized as a high ranking mage of Fairy Tail, none other than Sparrow! What idiots! Of course, she cast her cloaking spell and quickly made her way to the alleyway, notebook out while she masterfully wrote down everything that happened. Were these dorks serious about threatening him? Pffft. To make things even more interesting Yamamto from Blue Pegasus seemed to show up. What luck! Two famous people to report on at once. She watched in awe as Yamamoto and Sparrow skillfully and effortlessly dispatched the villains! So freaking cool!

Many would pay big bucks just to watch such a scene on TV, now she had gotten to see it from start to finish mere feet away! She could barely contain herself but managed to hold back what would if been a typical girlish squeal of excitement. Seeing Yamato's usual flourishing grace up close was pretty awe inspiring as well, she was quite sure many dreamed to just ooze suave as he did. Yamato was even so bold as to ask for Sparrow's real name! Now the question was, would he give it? Would she be the first to find out the infamous Dark Guild slayers name? Oh how famous she would be if she could report on it! She could only imagine...maybe she'd be right up there with The Weekly Sorcerer! Hey one could dream right? Pen clenched tight between her fingers she nearly snapped it in half from the force of her anticipation.

Sadly, Yamato had to leave before an answer could be given. Damn! She decided at that moment to follow Yamato. She could of followed Sparrow, but well, meh. She was curious just what was so pressing that the lovely Guild Master of Blue Pegaaus, Viera Xel, could want everyone to be in the hall ready for her return. It certainly had to be important! Once at the train station she stayed cloaked long enough to ensure he was headed back to Balsam, once she had she released her spell and bought a ticket. She got on the train a few seats back from Yamato and relaxed on the train ride there letting her mana reserves build back up after a decently lengthy time cloaked.

Back in Balsam she stepped off the train and stuck to some good old fashioned tailing without magic, watching Yamato sign autographs and such for adoring fans. Of course he did more than that, much more. He was way too kind! Helping cats, old ladies, and even feeding birds for them to land on him. How amazing! Of course, she didn't fall for the clone distraction. She knew his destination! Once they got closer however, she resumed using her magic to hide herself from sight. As expected his entrance was grand, the woman slinking in before the door could shut itself and hiding behind a potted plant. From there she observed the scene, watching none other than Dante Sol appear...crying? And speaking of avenging someone?

Oh boy. The juicy moments just seemed to keep appearing at this point. She listened as Yamato comforted Dante, raising a brow as he mentioned tracking down murderers. So that was what he was so distraught about? Interesting indeed. Off to the side she did see Melia and Chuya running around though ignored the pair for now. Shortly after Viera arrived and detailed precisely what she had called everyone there for. Seventy-five grand? Taking down two dark guild compounds? Man, she was both jealous and quite glad she wasn't a member of a guild! While that was a hefty chunk of change, the danger involved wasn't at all worth it. Not only that, well, she was pretty worthless to participate as well. So eh.

She giggled quietly as he put up a barrier between Melia and Chuya, the girl quite curious of the situation now. She blinked as Chuya cried out that Melia was thinking of 'attacking' Viera, glancing over to the Guild Master. Who wouldn't, really? Her expression turned to one of disgust as Altair spoke. She knew of this man a little, and from what she did know she disliked him. And well. Hearing him in person? That only assured her disdain for the man. It seemed he was more interested in the money for the mission than actually doing good and making Fiore a safer place(though truth be told that wasn't far from her own motivations). A bit after this she had to cancel her cloaking spell, mana running a bit low. Now visible she was still behind the plant and hoped that it'd be enough, the girl still writing down notes and events as Dante explained the details of his journey. This Zeref cult seemed to be gaining more and more traction everyday, it was one of the few whispered rumors she'd been hearing lately. How they planned to summon a horde of demons or a plague or something soon to ravage Ishgar with.

A bit silly if you asked her but still possible she guessed? Shortly after Dante finished speaking and agreed to join the mission her grip fumbled and her pen clattered to the floor. Dammit. She quickly hid her notebook in her coat and stayed as still as possible. Be the plant, become the plant, you are the plant. No one can see you Kimi, you're invisible....

A few hours earlier
It had been weeks since Satoshi had last set foot on the purple cobblestone streets of Balsam Village, a place teaming with the fineries of life, famed as a spa town where the rich and famous go to unwind; a hub for all things luxurious and beautiful. Truly nothing in all of Fiore could beat the many hot springs, spas, expensive shops and exotic restaurants that Balsam had to offer. In fact, even Crocus was far behind in that regard. And much like the village itself, it’s many residents also exuded with the aroma of a luxury lifestyle. Blue Pegasus made their home here, and it was Blue Pegasus that made this once simple resort town into the manifestation of sheer perfection that it is today.

“Oh man! It sure is good to be back” Proclaimed the white haired mage, the sunlight shone on his porcelain skin and perfectly illuminated his facial features as he stood there. The sight of Balsam always took Satoshi’s breath away, there was just something about this place that continued to make him feel giddy and excited just as though he was a kid visiting another city for the first time. However in truth, he was always most excited to see the many different types of gorgeous women that were magnetised to the village. Hands in his pockets, Satoshi began to look around like an excited child as he walked the streets of the village, passing underneath archway after archway, the pretentious clicks of his boots as they hit the cobblestone walkways only drew attention to him as people gave him a look every now and again. Some even taking a double take so as to admire the famous Weekly Sorcerer Magazine Model. After a few minutes of walking and looking around, Satoshi arrived at a local tavern. In fact, this was his go to place, the barmaids here were something else and Satoshi just couldn’t resist its call. “I probably should call in at the guild otherwise Yama will have my head..” He said in thought, in mental turmoil with himself, trying to decide as to whether or not he should go into the tavern and pass the time or go to the guild and at least let them know that he is alive, safe, and back from his long job. “Ah who cares, I’m sure nothing important is happening at the moment anyway!” A grin adjourning his face as he clapped and shook his body happily, excitement taking form as he strolled into the tavern swinging his arms. As he did so, a lady walked in before him and she was absolutely stunning. The males eyes followed her as she walked into the tavern, visibly in awe.

“Damn she’s hot, and her boobs are so big...” Said Satoshi. His eyes sparkled like stars as he spoke it, aloud, and in front of absolutely everybody. The woman turned around, her face lit up red with a ferocious anger as she then proceeded to sock the male in the face right there and then.

And thus: Satoshi, The Perverted Bastard of Blue Pegasus was back!

Present Time
After having spent at least two hours at the tavern, getting up to all kinds of stuff, Satoshi decided that it was about time he headed off and back to the guild. He absolutely stank of booze, and Satoshi dreaded to think what Yamato would do to him. He visibly shuddered at the thought of being scolded and lectured by his brother, he was obviously just boring and didn’t know how to live his life! At least, that’s what Satoshi thought. Nonetheless he loved him, and they are very close. Satoshi kind of missed him too, not that he’d ever admit that. “Right!” Erupted Satoshi as he slapped his hands on his legs and stood up, stumbling a little bit as he regained his composure and was able to stand up straight. “Time to go say hello”. Eventually, Satoshi arrived at the guild hall, the doors came swinging open rather abruptly as Satoshi walked in, a massive grin on his face as he looked a little worse for wear. “YO!” He loudly exclaimed, his grin ever beaming as he made sure to make his presence known - and heard. Before he could do anything else, the male noticed a random woman hiding behind a potted plant. Satoshi said nothing, instead he sent a wink her way.

It was in that moment, that his eyes befell Viera. But before he could even go in with an attempt to woo her Satoshi’s eyes landed on Yamato. And it was in that moment, Satoshi chose to dash towards Kimi and hide behind the potted plant with her hoping that nobody noticed him.

The poor girl.

.

Nevms stood there all fidgety, his fingers overlapping each other nervously in anticipation; a fake nervous smile still painted on his face. He wasn’t sure who this mage was yet, but just from standing before the towering figure Nevms had gotten the feeling he’d wielded great power and wasn’t an individual he’d want to trifle with in any way. So Aedon’s initial response had come as a great wave of relief for Nevms, who had anticipated a much more volatile reaction.

"Good enough for me. That actually is how most of us joined. The only problem is, the master is gone at the moment, you'll have to wait for her return to be officially accepted. While she's gone, though, I'd say you're fine to stick around and hang out. Get to know people an' all that jazz."

‘Aaaaaaaaaah!’ Nevms eyes widened a bit, clearly a little surprised that he was let off fairly easily and his nervous fake smile, turned into a genuine toothy grin, ‘phew’, Nevms nodded frantically “Okay!” notably not very concerned about the whereabouts of the guild master. The mage had met Nevms gaze with a mysterious glare, before saying

"Cause any trouble, though, and you'll be dealing with me. Got it? By the way, my name's Aedon Strom."

Nevms blinked into space, mumbling under his breath “A-a-a-a-aedon? Aedon Strom?” the name had been quite familiar to Nevms. Aedon Strom, otherwise known as the ‘Ace of Fairy Tail’ was a well renowned, and powerful mage who Nevms had been made aware of during his time training with Eon 'AAAAAAH SOO COOOL!!~'. For a brief moment, Nevms stood awe-struck and wondering to himself all the adventures & battles this individual must have faced. Until suddenly the sound of a door being kicked open caught Nevms full attention. Jerking his head toward the source, he witnessed a most strange scene of a strange blue-hair lady come bursting out of a room full of cabbages, one of them rolling right up to Nevms feet. Nevms stared blankly at the cabbage by his feet, curiously tilting his head “Cabbage?”

"WHAT IN THE FUCKERING FUCKITASH IS GOING ON OUT HERE?!"

Again, Nevms found himself standing wide-eyed at the source of the scene. The blue-haired drunken mess of a lady wobbled up to him, and stopping only a few feet and going up onto her tiptoe's to confront Nevms ‘Aaahhh what is happening!?’ Nevms started to blush slightly

"So yer' the new kiidd hhmm? Ey, wus poppin bud?!"

Nevms face went a tomato red “Uuhh…” and before Nevms could even think of a response, the drunken lady had already stepped back and turned her attention to Aedon. The stench of alcohol filled the air about them. Fumbling around the place, she called AedonAedy-bear’ ‘Hehe, Aedy-bear~ That’s a cute nickname!’ as she tried to ‘drink’ from a non-existent bottle in her hand.

"Hwaah?! Thas crazy! Oh, Aedon I hope yeer not beein' meaan to the kid!" Messei always knew Aedon to hold-up a tough exterior to others, only once you were familiar with him would some realize that he's just as soft and cuddly as big ol' teddybear, maybe not as fluffy though! "Oh uh, riiight introductions!" In a flashy display of alcoholic pride, Messei struck a wickedly sick dab as she proudly raised her arms to the left of her before nudging her head back up, staring right at Nevms who was most likely questioning why he ever decided to come here in the first place. "I am Maaagggicc Messei! T-he most spectacular magician in all of Fiore land, i'm happy to meet your acquaintenceey!"

‘I-i-is she defending me??’ Nevms questioned himself and giggled at her realization there was no bottle in her hand. Messei’s introduction, somehow filled Nevms with some confidence - mirroring her ‘dab’ motion which was new to him. He wondered if the action had something to do with her magic, but couldn’t be sure for certain. Nevms giving a smile, and nodding frantically he returned introductions “Hooo~ It’s nice to meet you too! Mhm, mhm!~” entering an awkward heroic pose he introduced himself “I’m Nevms Spindlewheel, we uhhh..Aren’t known for being spectacular…” Nevms had put it lightly, well aware that every mage in his family before him had failed to make it as successful wizards, or was exiled from their guilds. Messei probably didn’t take much notice to Nevms introductions, however, as she continued to stumble across the place.

In spite of her efforts being without a doubt 'valiant', Messei soon figured out that standing while tanked as heck was not her strongest skill! "H-hey don't worry, i'm fine as a lime!" It was a matter of seconds after that phrase that Messei had fallen backwards, she tried to catching herself but only winded up crashing through one of the nearest tables, an awful attempt at breaking her fall.

“Uh are y- AHH! SHE FELL!” Nevms panicked, wondering ‘is she dead or something!?!’ he frantically ran up to the broken table, looking down on the drunken mess that was ‘Magic Messei’, he asked with a frantic tone “Are you dead!?!” leaning down he poked Messei’s shoulder checking if she was still alive, and to his relief she seemed to be just fine, ‘phew’, now it had just been a matter of helping her back to her feet. Overhearing Aedon’s comment about guildmates drinking alone, he was also curious but didn’t spend too much time dwelling on it before steadily helping up Messei to her feet. Which at that moment, in the blink of an eye another mage appeared from seemingly nowhere, catching Nevms a little off guard. It was a short, green-haired lady, though Nevms got a feeling her appearance was deceiving.

"I...I'm back!" She called out in the loudest voice she could muster, which thankfully was at-least an average shout, the Guild Master doing her best to smile at everyone there. Her shout more of excitement than trying to quiet everyone. "The...meeting went well. We have to prepare though so I need everyone to gather around." She insisted, despite everyone basically being there already. Though it seemed they were busy with something.

"A-Ah...after you finish what you're doing, of course." She added. She then turned her attention to the two people she didn't recognize. "Can I help you two..?" She asked. "I um...I'm Guild Master Faris..."

“G-g-g-guild Master?” Nevms ushered under his breath, and his eyes sparked up. Waving his free arm toward the Guild Master “Mhm, mhm! Yes, you can!” he began, nodding frantically as he continued “The name is Nevms Spindlewheel, I’m here to join! If uh...That’s not a problem..” staring off for a second he added “Oh, and this lady could probably use some help…” he said, gesturing toward Messei.

Lexi was actually surprised that Miles knew how to cook, despite looking like some kind of delinquent smoking his cigarette on the couch. As a matter of fact was this guy really as bad as he looked? Or was he really just a softy inside? Even so she didn't want to risk testing that theory so she sat still on her chair as the red haired mage go up and asked about her allergies. "Huh...? Oh! Hm... I don't thin- (CRASH) AAAHH!" Lexi was caught off guard by the sudden sound of something like a meteor making impact outside the guild. She she ended up pushing against the chair in her fright and tipped it over, proceeding to fall down to the ground. But yet she sprang up again, completely unaware of the fact she fell at all "W-w-w-what's Going on!? Are we under attack!?" She called out before the doors suddenly burst open. What she saw was a huge mountain of a man, his appearance masked by the shadows that covered him, which only made him all that more terrifying. When miles said she'd be meeting the guild master sooner than they thought, her jaw nearly hit the floor. "THAT'S MASTER WILSON!?" Lexi looked upon the man once more and felt the dread run down her spine and before she knew it she found herself hiding behind Miles, shaking in her boots. Any fear she once felt for the red haired mage was completely dwarfed by the demon that entered the room. "I-I can't d-do it... I feel like I'm gonna get ripped to shreds just by getting close to him......" All this talk of war also solidified the hardcore nature of this guild. Maybe she wasn't ready for this place... Maybe she'd never be ready to join the Number One Guild in Fiore... Seeing Katherine's and Miles cool and collected demeanour, Lexi really thought she'd never even compare to these people.

Patricia C. O'Shae

Patty was one of the last ones to leave the chamber. She was a little disappointed that Wilson didn't stick around to stay goodbye to her, but it wasn't that big of a deal. They had much more important things to deal with at any rate. She retrieved the up front money from Clara and headed outside. She floated a ways down the road before rising up into the sky above the rooftops. People waved from below and she had to take a moment to wave back and smile. Then she looked up, sighed, and tapped the edge of her pot-o-gold in a pumpkin costume, saying, "Alright Pumpkin. Hold on." The Lamia Scale guild master closed her eyes and wind suddenly began to gust past her above the houses. Then, after a moment of sitting still, her eyes shot open and she was slung in the direction of the Lamia Scale guild hall at a very high speed.

A rainbow seemed to trail in the air as the guild master of Lamia Scale descended down to the front door of her guild. As neared the threshold, she hadn't slowed down at all and ended up plowing straight through the doorway. She threw her hands out with a surprised look on her face as she came to an abrupt stop. Then she opened her mouth, "Ah... aah... AAAH....." It would be clear that the guild master was about to let out a big sneeze. Finally, Patty let out a little squeak and shook her head a bit. A very anticlimactic sneeze, but exactly what she was known for. Explosive buildups to a sneeze, followed by a little squeak.

"Ah, oh boy. Uh... Top o' the mornin' to ya! Eh... well, it's afternoon, isn't it? Hey, you guys decorated! Awe, I love you guys. Well, you better get yer costumes on now, cause we got a mission. The magic council is paying us to take care of some dark guild baddies. This isn't gonna be the normal gig, though. It's actually kinda serious. Maybe I'm the one who should be taking this more seriously," Patty said; shaking her head a bit and putting on a more serious expression, "alright, this is gonna be one of the most dangerous missions we've done in a long time. So I need you all to be prepared and on your top game. Even if you don't want to be on the front lines, there are other ways you can help us. I'm not here to force you into anything, but this is a guild problem. If you don't want to be a part of it, we've got a door right there. If you're nervous about not having the right equipment... I'll pay. Everyone is coming back alive, you hear me? Now I know that was a lot... so just, get ready for a fight. I'll answer questions once I've figured out our assignments. Right now I'm planning on splitting us into two groups. Alright... um... go team... yeah, alright... now where did I put that money..."

ONE HOUR AGO

9d95ee95405af35638502d2f43e94d93.jpgIkora Susanno, the Mad Monk herself, stood on a cliff looking off to Margaret Town in the distance. Ikora smiles as she stares at her home, feeling delightful to be back. She was only gone for awhile, deciding to take on a personal job by herself, leaving the rest of her small squad to do whatever. While staring she couldn't help to think about what foolishness went on around the guild while she was gone. "Hmm I wonder, what exactly I missed while I was gone." Ikora said while leaping off the cliff and sliding down its curved side. "Lucia has probably had a bunch of drunken antics without me with her alcoholic self, Serina was probably off somewhere off being extremely bipolar, and damn Armin was probably knitting me a new sweater or scarf for the winter, like I asked. Most of all I can't wait to spar with Christina, and show Lil Alex what I brought back for him as a late birthday 🎁. " She said making her thirty minute stroll towards the town.
Nearly being almost there, Ikora heard some rustling in the bushes all around her, stopping her in her tracks. She looks around, making sure she heard exactly what she thought she did. Then suddenly jumping out of the bushes was a small group of bandits consisting of six men holding bladed weapons. "Give us the bag pretty lady and you won't get hurt." One of the bandits said, causing Ikora to scoff and roll her eyes before continuing her stroll.
"Hey! Didn't you hear him, hand over the bag puffballs. Ha I doubt those things are even real", another bandit said mocking her hair. She stopped yet again, closed her eyes, and took a deep breath calming herself. She wasn't going to let these lowlife bandits ruin her homecoming day. Nope not one bit. Then suddenly she felt someone grab one of her puffballs.
"Haha look at these things. There's no way these are-", the bandits words were immediately cut off by Ikora elbowing him right in the jaw, knocking him out instantly.
"You know, I'll take it that you guys must not know who I am." She says with a grin taking the bag off her shoulder, revealing her guild mark.
"You're a Lamia Scale wizard??" A bandit asked, increasing her grin even harder.
"They call me Mad Monk Kora, and you're finna find out way." She says tossing her bag high in the air, before quickly dashing towards one of the bandits closing the distance instantly. She strikes him in the stomach twice with her right fist, followed by a strong uppercut, before smacking him in the face the backside side of the same fist sending him into one of his comrades. Ikora follows him and leaps into the air, coming down with a right jab square in the bandits face knocking him out. She then flows directly into a right spin kick, hitting the other one directly in his face, and sending him into the trees. The three remaining bandits all rushed towards her, while that grin stood on her face. Ikora charged towards them and jumps into a double front kick, hitting the two bandits on the sides, square in the face, knocking them out with nose bleeds. The finale bandit attempted to swing at Ikora, but she caught his fist with a doubt. "Hand over your coin pouch and you won't get hurt." Ikora said sticking out her other hand, catching the bag as it fell right in place. The bandit quickly complied and hands over his coin pouch. Ikora smiles, and electrocutes the bandit with her white lightning, rendering him unconscious. "That's for your friend touching my hair." She says adjusting her travel bag on her shoulders. The infamous Mad Monk Ikora continues her stroll towards the town.

NOW
Ikora took a gondola through the city's waterways towards the guildhall. A few of the towns people recognized her and waved hello, welcoming her back. She simply smiles and waves back in response, "Good to be back.", she said. Being away from her comrades, made her really home sick, and she couldn't wait to set back and "meditate" with her comrades. By meditate I mean hanging out and fooling around. That's Ikora's version of meditation. Getting a close as possible the gondola comes to a stop, and Ikora steps out. She hands over the bandits coin pouch to the gondola drive, paying her way more that was asked. She walks towards Lamia Scale, with a giant smile on her face. As she getting closer and closer, she noticed Master Patty flying through the guild doors on her pot of gold. She simply smiles, and shakes her head, continuing her stroll. She steps through the guild doors, calmly and listened as Master Patty went on about a dangerous job, regarding us hunting dark guild members. "Well I just get back and I'm already hit with some awesome news. Shiiiit Master when are we heading out. I can't wait to knock some dark mages heads loose. She said with a grin pounding her fist together. "Wait where's Alex, I got a late birthday present for that little genius.", she said grabbing her bag and pulling out a new edition cook book on hard boiled desserts.

Wilson Hunt
one-piece-katakuri-1138796-1280x0.jpeg
Having made his rather dramatic entrance Wilson immediately noticed the eyes of his guild all staring at him. He knew it wasn't a judgemental stare, but he couldn't help but feel put off by them. He cleared his throat, scanning the massive guild that was Sabertooth, before he found a unfamiliar face. A young girl wearing a eye patch. She seemed terrified, and this only increased Wilson's embarrassment. He hadn't even considered that others would be visiting the guild. She could have been a new applicant, or someone trying to get help. Only to be scared away by his idiotic show of masculinity. Wilson kneeled down, giving his best attempt at a none threatening stare."Uhm, apologies. Are you ok? I hope I didn't scare you. I just came back from a very important meeting and I have some news I was excited to share. So please have a seat and I will be with you momentarily." Wilson told her in a polite, and gruff tone.

Having had to force himself to say even that much. He then turned to Katherine. One of his most reliable mages, and Miles....not so much. "Alright, listen up Sabertooth! The Magic Council has hired us, along with Blue Pegasus, Fairy Tail, and Lamia Scale. To take down the Zeref Cultist that have been causing trouble lately. They believe they have found their compounds. We have no idea what kind of mages they have on their side. It could be very dangerous. So anyone C rank must stay behind. B rank can come if they wish. A and above...except for Miles who will be staying here to better protect the guild. Will come with me on this mission. There is a reward for all participants, and one for finishing the mission. If we fail to take out one compound the reward will be cut in half So let's gear up in preparation for this battle."

Having finished his explanation he turned to Kathy, "You're my second in command for this. So if I'm not around you take charge." Wilson knew he could trust Kathy. She was probably the most reliable mage in Sabertooth aside from himself. She was also plenty capable, and Wilson appreciated that kind of thing...Miles on the other hand was lazy, angry, and had an obsession with his couch. But at least he could actually protect the guild should something happen. Now he turned back to the new girl, observing her for a moment before speaking."You're a new applicant aren't you? Very well, you can stay behind with Miles and the others until we return. I'll see if you're worth when I have the time to set things up. Oh, and Miles, I want this guild spotless by the time I return! No excuses! Anyway, nice to meet you. I'm the Guild Master Wilson Hunt, and who might you be?" It might have seemed strange that Wilson assumed her to be a new applicant for their Guild. It being notoriously tough as it was, and her being a tiny little girl who was shaking in her boots. But he could see the magic lingering on her. She was either a new applicant or possibly a enemy mage come to spy on them. But her magic wasn't exactly strong enough for that, and if she wasn't a enemy there wasn't much reason for someone else with magic to be around. Unless she was just visiting. But Wilson felt the applicant thing was a safer bet.

Rasil Brandhart
images (23).jpeg

The heavy panting on one Rasil Brandhart could be heard from miles away as he lugged the bags, and his beloved home. His muscles ached, and he was covered in sweat. Some of it not his own, as the thicc thighs of his girlfriend wrapped around his noggin. Both smothering him, and messing up his hair."OH YES! I AM SO READY TO BE SMOTHERED TO SUBMISSION! CHOKE ME TIGHTER MY MISTRESS! TIGHTER!!! OO-awww what? We're here already? Damn, I was about ready to use my ultimate move!" He complained as they entered the old mansion they had acquired from the previous owners. Who were oh so willing once Madaris had used her 'charm' to convince them. Honestly a part of Rasil wanted the cliff to collapse, so they could all go flying down it and crash in a great big beautiful symphony of pain. He got goosebumps just thinking about it. Although nothing so far had really compared to the torment of hell."Sight...you know right about now would be time for the boiling oil baths...I miss Hell." He said his shoulder slumping, and his normal excitement being quelled for a brief moment. That was until it was revealed the boy was asleep, and they could play. Although her question puzzled Rasil."Not wearing?" He asked putting his finger on his chin and looking towards his brain deep in thought."Uhhm...a cup? I know I never wear one. Cuz that would be no fun. You know I enjoy a good kick to the boys. Reminds me I'm alive! Why one ti-......oooohhh....I get what you mean...heheh, yes my Master. I am ready to receive my punishment!" With his Masters orders being given he gladly lifted her into his arms, and began scampering off to the dungeon for fun and games.

Magic: Gremir uses a magic called Ethereal Knives. Essentially, he is able to conjur an endless number of knives by flicking his hands forwards. The amount, shape, and speed are entirely dependant on the amount of magic involved, the spell, and very faint adjustments to his hands and fingers.
Meanwhile while the guilds were preparing, the Cult was preparing as well. Though the compound in Crocus mountains had been the one to catch the scout the news had traveled quickly. They were packing up the most important part of their research and getting it ready to be shipped elsewhere, at the same time they were ensuring the guards were on high alert. One of the men in charge here? A mysterious masked fellow by the name of Gremir. "Hurry up you simpletons...it can't be this hard to move books and records.." He groaned, watching the mages in charge of such carefully organizing each file and ensuring they had everything before transporting. "We can sort it later, hurry the fuck up!" He shouted. Now, it wasn't that he was worried the compound would fail. No, far from it.

He was merely ensuring that as little as possible would be lost in the raid, knowing damages were likely to be incurred. Coincidentally it was almost time for their research to be transported to the main HQ anyways, so two birds with one stone? Checking a screen behind him he glanced at the lacrima camera network, ensuring no fighting had broken out yet, also ensuring the transfer of the test subjects to a more secure temporary location in the compound was going smoothly. He soon pressed a button, noticing one woman trying to struggle. "If any of them resist too much just kill them. We can replace them." He spoke, the woman rather quickly staying still.

Heaving a heavy sigh he leaned back in his chair, conjuring a knife and casually balancing it on his finger. Now was the waiting game. Really he considered it more of mice running straight into not only one, but two traps. Especially in the case of the better guarded mountain facility. A low dark chuckle escaped his lips, this was certainly going to be fun~

A cup of wine calmed her nerves. Two cups was useless. A third cup was stupid. More than three is considered dangerous. Rayleigh drink little but wished to drink more today. Oh today had been a crazy day. Especially after dealing with that absurd mission only to get robbed.
One of the common things about most Fairy Tail members was that they often had short tempers. They also drank and were generally quite wild. By these standards Rayleigh was unusual. The mysterious, quiet and reserved member often was out of the place.
She didnt really interact with the guild much but a dark wizard leaving the place caught her eye. She had no other purpose in life but to hunt dark wizards. She was naturally interested. And it seemed Aedon had been talking to that person.
Although it seemed Aedon was seconds away from doing something rash. So she decided to approach him.
Silently walking up to Aedon she said in the deepest voice she could possibly muster.
“Who was that? He looked like a dark wizard.”
She wasnt pleased and it could be heard from the tone. He didn’t look like he belonged to a guild and he had this shady aura to him. Perhaps if it were a dark wizard. It would be best to make sure this person was caught. Leaving them to do things was never a good idea.
“I should take care of him. Letting him get away would be a mistake.” She gripped her blades. Sooner or later all these dark wizards would be a problem. If it wasn’t for her they’d all be hearing about many more. So why were all the guild masters talking about things instead of doing anything?!

Crumpled like a balled-up piece of paper, Messei's body was rolled into a hunched posture amidst the chunks of the broken table as she was lying motionless. There'd already been a whole heap of guild members gathering around her to confirm whether she was dead or simply asleep. After about a minute or two, a lengthy string of the drunkard's noisy snoring had settled their concerns and it was shown that the 'oracle' had only fainted and wasn't the least bit harmed. "T-the only healiiing that I need, is for mah broken heart!" Sounding defeated in her words, Messei declined Riwane's offer and brought herself back into a somewhat functional standing posture, using one of the nearby bar stools to help brace herself as she successfully completed the 'exhausting' endeavor. She wasn't able to remember how long she was 'out' for but it must've been for quite some time seeing how even Shyilia, Fairy tail's one and only guild leader, had arrived. "Guuillddy Maaster?! Wheeen did youu get here? R-reportin' for dooty ma'am!" Letting out a disgusting belch, Messei tried saluting Shyilia but unintentionally bonked herself while doing so, making any of her efforts of acting sober completely in vain.

"Owie." Jutting the stool outward, she believed that she'd create a little less 'chaos' by sitting down in-between Aedon and Rayleigh, since there was two of them it meant that it was twice as likely they'd catch her if she were to accidentally fall through another piece of furniture! Staring at the somber acquaintance of hers, Messei didn't know why they wore so many layers of clothes, it wasn't like it was that chilly outside, additionally, she found it strange that they always had a scarf draped around a part of their face. "Noooot too be roooood Sparra-Spar.. Asparagus! But yuh always wearin' that cape around yer mouth? I-i'm sure you look like a haaandsome hunk without it." She commented, an utterly 'tanked' haze materializing in her gaze as she spoke to Rayleigh. "HOoou, Toki-poki you brought Eishi here?" Aside from Rayleigh, it appeared that Tokihana was now among the list of people that were to be annoyed by her. Leaning herself from left to right as she used to bar's counter for balance, Messei tried to catch a few glimpses of the wild fox as it scurried itself from left to right, in hopes that it wouldn't let themselves become a victim of the drunk's interest. "Hehe, your fox is the cootiest thing i've ever seen!"

Looking at the fox go around in circles had captured Messei's attention for a few seconds until Aedon's sour mug had made her frown in guilt, she tried to ignore his earlier rantings towards the other guild members but his pent-up demeanor made it difficult not to remember. "It's nooot their faauult Aedon, I wanted to drink aloooone." Scrunching her brow in shame, eventually lowering her head at an angle, so she could continue to speak without looking in those serious eyes of his.
tenor.png

"October always makes me like this, I'm sure you of all people know why Aedon... I just didn't want to bog anyone else down with my own problems." The frequent slurred pattern of drunkness quickly leaving as she seriously spoke. Throwing all this depression out onto others wasn't how she would want to be looked at in the eyes of her fellow peers, compared to pushing others away with sadness, being the occasional goofy drunk seems a lot more enjoyable. Shifting her attention to Nevms, she felt her face light up in a spark of red as she realized how much of a fool she was making herself out to be. "Sorry 'bout that Nevooomsss, I'm suuure yooou'll loove it here! I'm not usually like thisss so I hopeee I diddn't givee you a bad impresssioon."

Messei joyfully spoke, her 'normal' drunken speech returning as she raised her arms in joy. Messei soon leaned over to give the 'newbie' a congratulatory pat on the back for being initially accepted inot their rankings before realizing the painful aches of her back, all she could feel was the multitude of splinters sticking out of her skin like a porcupine as soon as she tried caressed the backside of her hand against her back. "Uuuuh, Riiiwaaanee? Peerhaaps i'll take that whole healin' offer now that yuh mention it!" Replying in a worried tone while still 'fondling' her fingers around the series of wood slivers stuck in her back, all of them weren't puncturing any muscles or going through several layers of skin so it wasn't that serious of an injury, but there was a whole bunch of them!

Akagi

She stiffened suddenly. What was this overwhelming surge of bloodlust she was feeling? It wasn't from the beast within her- it was from Magnolia. What one person could emanate such charged emotion? Wait, no. It wasn't just one person. This rush of dark excitement was from many, almost all at once. Every pore in her body seemed to absorb the electricity emanating from Magnolia. Has it begun? She dropped her companion's hand, and crouched down to the floor. Pulling off her glove, she brushed her hand across the cobblestones, her fingertips tracing something on the gravel. This kind of surge in emotions- there was no doubt about it. The guilds were preparing for war against the dark ones. Why now? Why at such short notice? From the feeling of it, it seemed to be a collaborated effort to form an alpha strike team to come down on the dark guilds all at once. No doubt, the strategy for most of the guilds, if not all, was to bring all their biggest guns to the fray.

That would leave the guilds defenseless in the fray.

Cold sweat broke out on her brow. Something wasn't right about this. She worried about Wilson. His gung-ho attitude, as much as she respected it, made him ill fit to be a strategist. His short-sighted approach to everything worked when rooting out smaller weeds, but not an entire field of them. Judging by what she was feeling, she was already too late to stop him from doing his usual thing of busting through the door and going ham on the rest of the guild. There was always hope that he was just slightly slower than the other guildmasters in informing them, but she highly doubted it. She pulled her glove back onto her hand, and straightened up. The ominous wind ran through her bare skin, and she shuddered. What was she feeling? She shook her head and turned to her companion, whose name she had yet to hear. "I have to go. I never heard your name, but I'm sure you'll tell me the next time we meet."

With a wave, she sprinted off towards her guild as quickly as she could.

***

She burst through the doors of the guild, just in time to hear Wilson's 'strategy'. By all means, it sounded fine. Sabertooth was not a guild that boasted its name as the number one guild in Fiore without evidence. Even at B rank, their mages were one of the best around. Being part of Sabertooth, at any rank, was a laudable achievement in and of itself. But still, the whole thing brought chills to her spine. Something was wrong, very very wrong, and as loathe as she was to think it, she was the only one who thought so, it seemed. She didn't know if it was just instinct, or something else calling to her, but the sweat on her brow was not from the run back.

The most terrifying thing here was that she didn't know why she felt so uneasy. Was it the assault team that gave her the chills, or was it the ones who stayed behind in the guild that did? She unconsciously raised her thumb to her mouth and began chewing on her nail, glancing between Wilson and Miles.

Wilson had Kathy on her side. Far as she knew, she was the best mage they had. With her at Wilson's side, there was probably nothing to worry about. She hoped. "Wilson." She finally spoke up from behind him. "I'll stay behind with Miles." She forced a confident smirk and flashed a thumbs up. "You know how it is with me. I don't take to orders well. When has that ever failed to give results though?"

Yet the turmoil she felt in her gut roiled violently. She tried to push away that feeling of dread and focused her attention on the new face she had noticed in the crow-- "Oh!"Her hand leapt to her mouth in surprise. It was a young girl, probably in her teenaged years. What struck her first, however, was the white eyepatch across her eye. She subconsciously reached towards her own black one, then quickly dropped her hand. How young, and how unfortunate to have stumbled onto the guild at such a time. She followed her gaze, which ended at Wilson, Miles and Kathy, and she immediately understood.

"Hey, you're new here, right? I can tell. I always remember a face, and I'd definitely remember a cute face like yours." She grinned and offered a hand to the girl. "Name's Akagi. Sorry you had to come at such a bad time." She glanced towards the three mages of the guild and smiled wanly, then turned her attention back to the girl. "Don't worry about it, pal They might seem to be on another plane altogether, but nothing is impossible if you put your heart into it."

After several tense moments Aedon relaxed and seemed to accept the new kid's approach. Despite it not having anything to do with her she couldn't help but let out a silent sigh of relief. Last thing she needed was a big honcho of the guild mad at her for the way she joined. The fearsome aura around Aedon once again resumed as he asked why Messei was drinking alone. Why wouldn't she be? Even for someone like her, Messei was a difficult person to be around when drunk. She couldn't help but doubt many other people would have the patience for the woman. Even so, she remained quiet, she was still the new kid so it was best to keep your head down in situations like this.

Her gaze shifted back to the door as yet another man came through, this time specifically asking for Aedon. It must be rough being an S-rank mage. But then you'd think you are prepared for that sort of thing by the time you get there. Her expression adopted a glare as the newest entry dissed the Guild and brought up some dead girl. She didn't like where this was headed, it was painfully obvious the guy was goading and threatening Aedon. Another sigh of relief left her lips as the Guild Master showed up. Talk about great timing. She should be able to diffuse the situation.

However, she wasn't able to keep track of the two new guys because that all-too-familiar drunken slurred speech was directed her way. Eishi scurried about, avoiding the woman like his life depended on it as Toki brought a finger up to scratch her cheek and give out a small, forced little laugh. "Ha ha, yeah, thanks. He can be quite the handful though." As the woman's focus was shifted elsewhere Toki let out a third sigh as Eishi scurried to her legs. Messei wasn't so bad sober, but she doubted she'd ever be able to fully deal with the woman when she was drunk. Either way, with the Guild Master asking everyone to gather around she made her way to the rest of the group, all the while sparing glances at Aedon and the troublemaking guy.

Katherine Mae

Katherine listened to Wilsons' words. Dangerous? The S class experienced dangerous, and this sounded like it wasnt that bad to her. But then again, there was no intel on what could be inside so the chances of it being more dangerous wasnt slim. Sadly, the C ranks had to stay, no exception. But C ranks were low ranks that dont know their full potential yet to become a B or an A. So thus they stayed in the low rank until improvement was made. B had some chance, though Kathy would definitely look out for anyone who came with. Especially the B's if things got too much for their class. The A classes definitely had to come this time. Extinguishing the Dark mages was her Mission, but keeping her guildmates alive was her Main Objective. I dont plan to hold back unless my team is in there... Then I cant go blasting the place to the ground. Kathy thought to herself. When Wilson turned toward her, she nodded in response. She was always going to be his right-hand-man, especially when she knew what she was doing. After all, Katherine wasnt an S class for nothing.

It wasnt surprising to see Wilson change his demenor so easily towards Lexi. He was a tough man but he seemed to have some sort of personality switch when greeting new people. Especially people like Lexi. Little did that young girl know was that Wilson's test to get into the guild was pretty scary. For Kathy, not so much but for some of the smaller classes, they were pretty terrified. It was like a Manhunt and you had to run. For herself, it wasnt that hard to hide. She was tiny, she could hide in any bush, any tree and get away with it. Even when she was about to get caught, Lionel shifted to his larger form to distract everyone for her to get away. Speaking of, Lionel was clearly excited to go on a mission. He could fly to the compound with many people on his back with no problem. As long as they held on tight or had good balance. Transport was not a big deal at all, but it would be if anyone ever took a shot at Lionel.... That person would die for hurting her baby.

The more Katherine thought about it, the more she got worried...where was her cousin's call? Not only did he just leave a long while ago but she just now got informed about a Dark Guild Compound...Did they happen to capture him on his way home?

.........

Some Dark Mages are going to die today. No one, no one kidnaps my family and gets away with it.

Though little did she know that he was home safe and sound with his guild.

Viera gave Yamato a wry smile as he took in the situation. "Nothing we are unable to handle, I am sure." With that she let the man run off to carry out her request. In truth he should be the Guild Master, not her, a thought that she has had ever since her predecessor named her his successor. But Yamato didn't want the position, and the old man thought she was best for the position. Even so, she considered Yamato her right-hand man. As far as she was concerned he was the defacto leader in her absence, a view she doubted anyone had an issue with. As Yamato ran off she shifted her gaze to a recent addition, at least recent in her view. Apparently he had left on a quest before she arrived at Blue Pegasus and had only come back a month ago. From their interactions over the past month she had realized the type of man him to be.

It was because of that that she allowed his rather harsh criticism of Dante with little more than a frown in response. From his words, and his personality in general, she knew where such a scolding came from. And while not entirely wrong she did ultimately speak up. "I am no more a crutch now than I have ever been. Even in my absence every one of the members of Blue Pegasus would stand tall and strong in the face of any adversity." She was quick to wipe away her frown, replacing it with another smile. "After all, you are correct. I would have everyone be a powerful oak anchored against the storm. As for taking on the Council's request, you are more than welcome. I have heard many things about you prior to your departure and I am eager to see where you stand now after such a lengthy venture."

Her golden eyes shifted back to Dante as he spoke up, shooting his own barbed comment back at Altair before giving her a summary of his mission. She already had an idea as to what would upset him so, and his words simply confirmed her theory. She watched silently, her eyes glancing down at his balled fist as he recounted the dark mages' escape. Finally, at his assertion of participation and usefulness she let out a small bemused huff of air as she reached her hand up to pat the taller man on the top of the head. "Of course you will. In the four years I have known you, you are not one to let others down." She gave the man a few pats on the head before withdrawing her arm and turning slightly to face one of the potted plants along the far wall. The loud entrance hardly escaped her notice and while she knew the reason behind the boys attempt to hide, she also didn't much care.

"What of you, Satoshi? Will you be joining us as we venture forth to apprehend a herd of Dark Mages?" After asserting her question her gaze shifted to the side ever-so-slightly, focusing on the girl hidden beside Satoshi. Certainly not a face she recognized, she couldn't say she was a fan of peeping toms and within moments her form vanished into a flurry of golden particles only to be reassembled beside the spectating girl in an instant. "And you, my adorable little eavsedropper, care to explain your purpose here?" As she was want to do, even in a situation like that her tone didn't carry even the slightest hint of intimidation or anger. As always it seemed like having a spy in their midst was more amusing than anything to the silver-haired Guild Master.

Yamato looked at Chuya with a confused yet concerned silence, wondering how Melia would even think about attacking the guild master. "Attack? How so? As far as I recall Melia has nothing against Master Viera. How could she even dream of bringing harm to her?" What Chuya actually meant was attacking on a more intimate level, however that meaning completely flew right over his head. Taking the term more literally than metaphorically. He threw a warm smile towards Chuya, trying to reassure her concerns. "Don't worry Chuya, Melia might have a tendency to invade personal space but never to inflict harm~ But I'll keep an eye on her if she has you worried so much. But even so our guild master would prove to be a dangerous foe to contend with~" Suddenly a recognisable voice echoed through the halls, one akin to his own brother. "Satoshi?" He suddenly turned round and made his way to the front entrance, the field that was formed disappearing as a result, allowing the succubus to roam free. Once Yamato was in view of the front entrance Satoshi was no where to be found. Was it a mistake? Or was he trying to hide again...? Yamato gave one more quick scan of the room, only to notice the white hair behind the green shrubbery of the plants. Yamato let out a slight chuckle at Satoshi's poor attempt at the art of camouflage. But one other smaller figure nearly escaped his sight. One with light brown hair and appeared to be wearing an odd detectives coat. A little early to be dressing up isn't it?

Well nonetheless Yamato proceeded towards the plants to confront Satoshi considering the Guild Master was already confronting the girl. Getting closer he could already smell the alcohol, giving good idea of where he went. "If you want to hide from me you'll have to try blending in with your environment a little better. Something you'd be better at if you even tried to hide from your fans." Getting a better look at Satoshi now he not only knew where he was, but also what exactly he was doing too. "Judging by the bruising on your face you tried to flirt with the ladies at the tavern again didn't you?" Yamato paused a little giving Satoshi a chance to say something but then continued on anyway before he could get a word out. "(Sigh) I think it's about time to start gaining some more manners brother. I'm afraid speaking your thoughts out loud won't get you very far. While I'd have a little more for you than a couple harsh words I'm afraid that'll have to wait." Yamato looked to the girl whom the Guild master was confronting and gave off a suspicious look. "Master Viera. Is it safe to detail this mission any further? Considering that we have guests?"

Horus stayed at ready, eyes trained on Ned's body. watching for every movement he dared to make. Like a beast approaching and stalking it's prey, it was a technique he used specifically when hunting only the most treacherous and dangerous beasts in the wild. Although he was on an entirely different level than the beasts he hunted. The best comparison he had to him right now was the Wyvern that he had fought many years ago. That very fight was where he gained his iconic scar over his right eye and was the most difficult fight he had ever been in. This very technique was what he used when he fought say, Hunt, or Akagi. Horus's mind traced along with the idea of gripping his sword, edging to cut this man apart with a swift slice, or a barrage of cuts to quite literally cut him into minced meat. His skin itched at the anticipation, the abundance of pressure from being introduced to a predator. At this point, he didn't even care about who Ned *thought* he was. All he cared about was fight. His hand slowly began to inch towards the handle of his sword, his grin still wide as ever, and the monstrous look in his eyes forever present.

Then, he let out a breath... and moved. Fast, so fast that to the naked eye he would have been a blur, or he wouldn't have been seen at all. Such blinding speeds, Horus had to admit he couldn't attend to it with his own physical speed, not without the use of magic. Time stopped, or at least that's what it felt like. He was no longer in front of him but was instead next to him. That's when he felt it, a feeling that he had admittedly lost a long time ago. A feeling that had been lost to him ever since he gained his strength. He had first felt this feeling when he was young, in the broken and burned world of the Alvarez Empire, where monsters lurked and humans killed each other as if it was sport. When he was in the dark guild. being captured and held down, when he fought the Wyvern and was on the verge of losing. This feeling, this emotion, it was instinct. What humans felt whenever something dangerous was on its way. It was the feeling of a monster, a feeling of death. His hand pressed firmly on the handle of his blade, although it was still sheathed. A sword technique mastered by anyone who even dared to call themselves Samarui. A technique even he himself has learned due to its effectiveness, Laido, the technique of unsheathing one's sword with such speed and precision that you could cut a mountain in half without disturbing the wildlife. While he didn't personally believe anyone could do such a thing, his own beliefs were changed due to this very man. The sound of the blade leaving it's sheath,. the flash of light as light reflected off of it and glared at his eye, the intensity of his eyes as the blade moved forward, it was all dangerous, all monstrous.

And he loved it.

This feeling, this danger, it was something Horus had been missing. Something he didn't know how much he needed until he'd actually gotten it. After so long... After so long, he finally had it. He mimicked him, unsheathing his own blade from the bandage and swinging it with a tremendous amount of speed and power, one that matched his own. Adrenaline rushed to his head as their blades cut the air, although his own blade wasn't sent to match Neds. Horus had less regard for himself, for his safety. In the heat of battle, he tended to fight instead of run or block, it was the main source of the multiple bruises and scars that littered his body. Ned's sword came towards Horus, and Horus's sword flew opposing that at his body. This was it, this was ecstasy, this fight... he couldn't have been more thrilled! But then... it stopped. The hostility was gone, and all that was left was a feeling of... content. Ned's sword stopped just short of Horus's body, and Horus his own. neds eyes were trained on his chest, where his sabertooth guild mark was situated. Rubble and dirt flew around them from the force of their combined blades swinging, and wind rushed at the surrounding people, who had to hold their clothes down from the fear of showing what should never be shown. Horus's smile dropped, and his enthusiasm did the same. Whatever had happened, he knew that their fight had reached its peak... And thus severely dropped. He sighed in disappointment and dropped his blade to his side. "Yeah," he muttered in response to his name now making sense. "Akagi?" He began to think... had he heard of this man? Akagi talked about a lot of things, he wondered if he'd heard of this man before. "Yeah she's alright. But I don't think I've ever heard anyone call her a goddess. What are you, some kinda weird fanboy?"

As Armin hung the decoration back up on the beam, he listened to Alex. Armin had respect for Alex, whose mind was always working to figure out the best course of action in the smallest amount of time. It was something Arin could never do, at least as he was now. His level-headedness also made him a good mediator between some of the troublemakers in the Guild, not to mention he was well-liked in and outside the walls of the Guild Hall. But that didn't change that Armin felt slightly attacked by his words.

"I never said I was ignoring anything, Alex. I know the gravity of the situation. But worrying and being concerned doesn't help anyone." Sliding down the ladder, he waved a finger at the decorations the mage had put back up. "I appreciate you putting those back up, by the way." Wiping his hands on his shirt, he walked over to the box of decorations and pulled out some bundles of orange streamers, walking past Alex towards some of the tables. He began to stick them round the edge of a table, and continued speaking as he went. "If you want to be concerned, go ahead. Personally, I have faith in Master Patty, and I certainly have faith in you all. I'm not saying I'm gonna sit back and relax thinking everything is gonna be just fine." He looked back to Alex. "I'm saying everything will work out fine because I don't want to think about what will happen if it doesn't."

As he finished putting up the streamer around the table, he placed the rest of them down and pulled up the sleeve of his shirt, revealing the brown stone embedded in his forearm. If one looked close enough, they could see magic energy pulsing inside of it. He looked at it, and for a moment silver and black metal began to seep out from under it onto his arm before being pulled back in. Whatever Master Patty wanted to do, he was ready. He had been ready for a long time. It wasn't his call to go out and fight the big problems, but if they needed him, he wouldn't hesitate to protect everyone.

Armin lowered his sleeve as he heard Serina let out a loud sneeze, and turned to see her direct her anger towards Lucia. Armin was, for once, thankful for Serina's timing. He didn't want to get into some sort of argument with Alex. He watched as Serina seemed ready to tear Lucia's head off. Armin walked over to Serina, and placed a hand on her shoulder. Armin was aware how much Serina's chaotic side didn't like him, so he hoped that instead of her trying to cause problems with the others, he could just take all her fury instead, as he was used to dealing with it since she had joined. "Hey, Serina. Calm down, Lucia was just trying give everyone a laugh. I'm not saying it was okay to do it in that way, but it wasn't like she meant it specifically for you. So just take a deep breath and relax."

At that moment, Master Patty flew through the doorways, and Armin held his breath as he saw one of the witch mannequins he put up wobble back and forth for a couple seconds, and then he finally let it out once it stopped and Patty began explaining what their new mission was. As she was explaining, Ikora walked through the doors, seeming ecstatic about the mission and then produced a book for Alex. Armin first responded to Patty. "I'm all set whenever and wherever you need me, Master." He then looked to Ikora. "By the way, I wasn't sure if you wanted a sweater more or a scarf more, so I just made you both. I also thought I would make you some gloves as well, since I had some spare yarn around afterwards if you want them. If not, don't worry. I know someone in town who has hands a similar size to yours."

Alex sat at the table in the corner of the guild quietly, flicking through the pages of a book as he waited patiently for Master Patty to arrive. When Armin spoke to him, Alex couldn’t help but feel bad; he wore those feelings on his face like a mask, and it was obvious. He and Armin had always gotten on extremely well, and Alex respected the mage a great deal. Not only was Armin an S-Class of the guild but he was also a very valued member, liked very much and extremely respected by all. Letting Armin speak, Alex sat there silently until the older mage had finished, a sigh escaping Alex’s lips as he then began to speak, getting up from the chair he was sat on and proceeding to walk over to Armin, eventually standing next to the taller man. “I didn’t mean to offend you, Armin. I can tell that what I said rubbed on you the wrong way and I’m sorry.” Pausing for a moment, Alex put his hands in the pockets of his coat as he continued. “I know we’re all going to be fine, and I have complete faith in everyone too. It’s just, we mustn’t underestimate them.” At this moment, Alex looked up at Armin and continued to speak, the tone of his voice was calming and sincere. “I know you will do anything for all of us here, and it’s likely that you’ll be on the front lines, you’re one of our best after all, just please be careful.”

It was in that moment the doors to the guild hall flung open as if by magic, and sure enough Master Patty had finally arrived. Alex smiled at his Guild Master as she entered the hall, greeting everybody with words adjourned with charisma and warmth. When Patty spoke seriously about the gravity of the situation and gave her rallying speech, Alex simply nodded and listened attentively. Before Alex could speak however, Ikora was soon to follow the steps of Patty and enter the guild. A smile beamed on his face as he approached the woman who was like a sister to him. Ikora had been away for quite a while, taking missions and doing her usual stuff. She even brought back a late birthday present for him, and seemed rather excited about giving it to him. Upon taking the gift, Alex smiled with warmth as he then proceeded to thank her. “I’ve been looking for this book for so long, I can’t believe you actually found it! Thank you!” Alex expressed his gratitude with excitement lacing his words, before turning his attention to the situation at hand once more.

“Aunt P.” He said, turning to face his mother-like figure as he sent a smile her way. “Since I have been back I have been thinking about things, and I think it would be ideal to leave the guild hall itself under protection, at least one of us should stay here just in case the dark guilds decide to attack the town and thus, attack us at the heart. They at the very least wouldn’t expect the guilds to be under guard.” Alex used his magic to transport the book Ikora had given him over into one of his many bookcases that dotted the corner of the guild hall before continuing. “Whilst I can assume the council have given you somewhat necessary information pertaining to the estimated numbers of their forces, as well as the locations of wherever it is they’re hiding out, I still think this could all be a trap. The dark guilds operate with a malicious cunning, we have no idea what their true motives are and this whole “Cult of Zeref” guise could even be a ruse to divert us from their true purpose.” Alex took a deep breath before he continued to speak, conviction coating his words like paint. “If you will allow it, I would like to be the one to stay here and protect the guild hall and the people of Margaret Town in case the dark guilds decide to show face. I have already thought up several contingencies should they decide to attack here.” It was very unlikely that people would allow him to remain here, alone at least. He was one of the youngest, yet also one of the most skilled, not to mention his skills and tactical prowess could prove vital during the raids. However, to Alex, and most likely everybody else too, the protection of the guild was absolutely paramount. “Of course, it is also possible that they may not attack here. But it won’t hurt to be ready in the event that they do. I know I can do it.” A smile formed on his face as he continued, “And besides, someone needs to make sure everyone has a home to come back to when we kick their ass!”

With that, Alex’s thoughts turned to that of his cousin, Kathy. He had forgotten to notify her of his safe return, and she was no doubt thinking he was dead in a ditch or something by now. Reaching towards his neck, Alex touched a special pendant that he was wearing - it allowed him to contact Lionel should he need his assistance. But it didn’t just serve as a reinforcement calling, it also allowed both Kathy and Alex to keep in touch with each other, so upon Alex touching the pendant Kathy would be notified that he had returned safely and without trouble.

The silver haired mage then stood there as he placed his hands in his pockets once more, becoming deep in thought. He was worried and rightly so, every single person in this guild is family to him, and whilst he didn’t know the finer details about the enemies they were going to face, he did know one thing.

The Light Guilds would come out on top, that was certain.

Aedon Strom
The Ace of Fairy Tail

When the stranger mentioned Miranda, Aedon instantly tensed up and glared at him. It wasn't until that mysterious person had exited the building that spindles of electricity stopped hopping along the length of Aedon's swords. It wasn't until Rayleigh walked up and asked Aedon a question that he finally snapped out of his anger enough to do something. Turning to his fellow S-class mage, he said, "I don't know who he is, but I've got the same feeling as you. You're welcome to come with... but this is on me. He mentioned Miranda... said something about the wrong story getting out. Whatever it is he was babbling on about... I gotta take care of her."

It would be easily apparent that Aedon was quite troubled by all this. It brought up old memories that he didn't like to relive. As strong as Aedon seemed on the outside, this was all it took to bring him down to earth and make him seem weaker than anyone else. Miranda, the childhood friend who trained under the same master as him. The girl who joined Fairy Tail with him. The one he'd gone on all his missions with. His girlfriend, the one he had intended to spend the rest of his life with. The mate he'd betrayed and killed on accident, simply because he wasn't paying attention to the power he was using. Her blood was on his hands, and that would never go away.

"If you're coming, let's go," he said to Rayleigh as he headed for the door. Once he got outside, he located the stranger and said to him, "So, you knew Miranda?"

Patricia C. O'Shae

Patty smiled when she was greeted by her guild mates. They all seemed to be in good spirits. She wanted to do a little dance, but one thing in particular caught her attention. "Ikora! You're back!" she exclaimed as she zooped over to the guild mate and hugged her arm. That was until Ikora mentioned having a birthday present for Alex. Patty's eyes shot open in a panic and she spun around, "Present?! Present?! Aaaaah! where did it go?" Patty felt around her pot-o'-gold for a second, spinning around in a circle a few times before facing the door to her office and suddenly bursting forward. The door was open so she shot right in. A moment after she'd disappeared into her office, there was a loud crash. This was followed by a large shiny cymbal rolling out of the room. A few moments later some odd trinkets began flying out of the room and Patty's voice could be heard, "No... no... no... It was here yesterday... WAS SOMEBODY IN MY OFFICE?! ... no... no... AHA! ...wait, no... Ah, here it is. Teehee."

The leprechaun guild master zoomed back out of her office with a wrapped present in her hand and gave it to Alex excitedly. There was a specially made chef's outfit with hat that had the Lamia Scale emblem embroidered on it as well as Alex's name. When he asked about staying behind, though, Patty said, "As much as I appreciate the offer, I'm gonna need you on the front lines. You'll be going with one of our S-class mages to help them make touch decisions, but they will be in charge. Okay?"

Then turning to Armin and Serina, she said, "One of you will be leading our second group of mages, while the other will be directly helping me with the other group. I still have to think about some things, but I just thought you two should know."

Christina Trost

The white-haired wizard nodded her head in response. "I see..." she noticed him scratch his head and smile and she managed to give a tiny one in return. "Well now that i'm here, I'm not going to be doing much." she admitted. After all, she did have to drop everything to come check out what the scream was about. Obviously it was just Serina who was now spider-free. A prank that was pulled by no other than Lucia. The biggest prankster in the guild hall and in all honesty, Christina was glad that she wasnt the one who got caught with those spiders...Otherwise she would have absolutely lost it. Spiders arent really nice to deal with... Well, instead of thinking about that, she decided to walk over to a table to sit at. After all, they'd all have to wait for the guild master to come back with the info from her meeting so going off to do something probably wasnt the best idea. Especially if it took a while. Waiting is fine by me... Nothing else I have to do for the day anywho. Not yet. she thought to herself, placing her head upon her fist, with her elbow on the table.

Not long after, Master Patty barged through the door, sneezed and seemed quite shy to talk to the guild members. The information that she released was... Something to take seriously. The Mage got up from her seat and spoke up "I'll be going on this mission." after all, her magic was pretty crafty and could provide many different ways to support her allies as well as attack. Chris also wasnt scared to go into battle. She was brave and wore a badge of courage on her chest (not really). She joined this guild to fight for what was right and protect innocent people from being harmed. "Feel free to place me with whoever you wish, Master Patty."

After verifying Messei's position as definitely alive, Riwane glanced over to the new face in the crowd, right next to the Guild Master Shyilia. Huh when did she pop up? Riwane had completely looked over her, which isn't hard to do considering the Guild Master was the shortest member of the guild. Something that made Riwane a bit uncomfortable considering she was used to be the shortest person around. It was pretty hard to be shorter than her after all. The silver haired woman started over to them considering she thought that Shyilia had called the entire guild over until Messei woke back up and started to flop around and generally cause mayhem.

Riwane's eye twitched at Messei's display. She felt the desire to be spiteful and not heal her splinters after she had the gall to ignore her offer the first time. It was her own fault for getting herself into this mess, after all. But instead of anger showing on Riwane's face, she spilt into a menacing grin. "Sure, of course, bestest buddy. Anything for you!" The healer approached, pulling out a pair of tweezers out of seemingly nowhere as if she was readying a weapon. "Now hold the fuck still, this might hurt a little bit. If she tries to move, new-person-who-I don't-know-the-name-of, pin her down. This is for the sake of healing!" Riwane looked to the black haired boy manically, caught up in the moment. It was his misfortune that he had to be the one who tried to help Messei up, not her fault that he was now going to be the healer's assistant for the time being.

Chuya Hikari & Melia

"I don't think watching her is enough though."
Chuya said, complaining. Sure enough, Melia was slowly sneaking up on Viera, hand up in predatory position. 'I'm almost there. I'm almost there.'
Chuya Quickly alerted Viera of the incoming pervert. "Miss Xel, Melia is being Melia again!"

Kimi was quite curious to see how Viera would respond to Altair's snarky remark, she didn't really know her mannerisms that well so she couldn't be certain what she'd do or say. Though if she had to guess she supposed she'd act as calm and composed as she'd just witnessed. And she wasn't wrong, her respons was honestly kind of inspiring. Truly she was an excellent role model for her guild and a very capable leader. What she knew of her also didn't seem to be a public farce, knowing many people only acted a certain way when the cameras were watching otherwise acting quite poorly.

She blinked when Satoshi arrived and jumped a little. Hopefully his entrance would distract any would be nosy eyes from her hiding place! Though she focused back on the main gathering and soon didn't see Satoshi at all. That confused her...until Viera looked over to them, she herself looking to her side and screaming briefly in surprise as she saw Satoshi casually sitting beside her. She pressed back against the wall as Viera inevitably noticed her, of course it was Satoshi's fault for causing her to scream! No! It wasn't her hiding skills that were bad at all!

She grinned nervously at her, glancing to Yamato as he came to speak to Satoshi. "Well uh...you see. I'm a repective! A reporter and a detective..." She explained nervously. "I sorta kinda maybe stalked Yamato from Magnolia to here and eavesdropped on your whole conversation to write in my paper...ehehehe.." She stated with a nervous laugh, awkwardly scratching her cheek. "I'm not evil or anything. Promise." She added with a tiny smile. Surely they'd buy it, right? Right. Had to! Or they wouldn't and decide to imprison her. Fifty-Fifty.
