Fantasy The Worst Pantheon: Live and Reloaded (IC Thread) (OPEN)

Tanya raised an eyebrow as Zemarasil took out a handgun.

"Killing me w-"

Then she was silenced with a shot, shot after shot, she took them all to the face. By the end, her face was in a mess, but through sheer dedication, she was still alive, clinging to what remains of her life thread.

She chuckled as she raised her left hand.

"Fo..r...Ca..melot"

She then adopted a deranged look of joy as she snapped her fingers, causing her body's mana to activate, converting into an explosion.

Her entire body exploded, which resulted in a large explosion, which made a crater around Zemarasil, although it wasn't able to reach Camelot.

Meanwhile far away from Camelot, in the mountains, Tanya and Harley were crossing it.

Tanya looked back to the direction of Camelot, which Harley noticed.

"Ma'am? Did it happen?"

Tanya simply nodded

"Oh" Harley sighed as she looked back at Camelot too "Do you t-"

"No, I hate that they do, I don't deserve it, no one does, the people must obey yes, but innovation does not come from mindless slaves"

"Still, nevertheless, the way they look at you"

"It helps that I have never had a civil conflict, well, except for her"

"Her? Do you mean-"

"Yes, I'll tell you about her next time, for now, we have an old man to meet, heard he's been living in the mountains lately"

As the body-double explodes in Zemrasil's face, the sheer heat of the blast reduces his feather garments to ash, along with any tattered remnants of flesh he allowed to be seen upon his form. What remained was a horned skeleton, two green lights visible in its eyes and a pair of skeletal wings extending behind it.

(Add bone wings and he's this.)

"Well then..."

He (somehow) snapped his fingers, despite having no skin or muscles, and the clouds above him parted, and from the clouds descended a great silver disc, hovering over the city and projecting downward blue beams of light.

1590593906817.png

Those caught in the light would largely be passed over by them, unless any of them resembled Zemrasil's target, in which case they would be lifted into the air and taken aboard. Panic would break out in the city as what would be thought of as divine wrath was brought down upon them, and from the mountains to the north, Tanya would be able to see the events transpiring in her city.

Before the spaceship could go any longer on its conquest of taking multiple people, a loud and deafening explosion would hit right into the hole leading to its insides.

The explosion was absolutely massive. However was controlling it from the insides barely had time to see whatever caused it, as down below the streets of the city, a massive, 4 Tailed and red-skinned beast stood. It resembled a large gorilla with tusks coming from its mouth, and the sheer energy that was coming from it was absolutely massive to anyone who could sense Chakra. The beast seemed to have its mouth open, and its skin seemed to be glowing a deep red light, with various markings around it...

"Raaaaaaaah! How annoying...A fool attacks my city in-between my sleep...? Hmph, very well then!"
The creature moved about fast-- much faster one would expect from its size. Various Bijuu Bombs exiting its mouth and hitting the ship over and over, as the creature, with the red chakra cloak around itself, moved about. It almost felt like lava was surrounding his body, improving his defenses, skills, and overall, everything else. It moved and punched the ship, shooting Bijuu Bomb after Bijuu Bomb, making sure it couldn't catch up to him, and to make sure it was completely destroyed.

Tanya gritted her teeth as she looked towards her city, her gaze was filled with simmering fury

"It seems the old man will have to wait another day for that visit"

She sighed as her face was scrunched in anger and indecision, she did not wanted to call him or any god, but damn it, in this world, these beings of power are the only ones who can fight others of equal power, if only there was a way she could truly fight Zemarasil herself, but no matter, now her people, her subjects were in danger, and she had to swallow up her pride and see fit.

She took out a runestone and closed her eyes in deep concentration as she shifted mana into it, making a beacon for Ocaeril, she let out of a message for him to hear ( Celestial Speck Celestial Speck )

"He's back"

At first, nothing.

A few moments had passed, and Tanya couldn't help but perhaps wonder if Ocaeril truly had received the message. Normally, the planet god would answer or come in a really dramatic manner, but, alas, he didn't. Just when Tanya was about to send him another message, something occurred in the rift of the space-time continuum. And Tanya could feel it. Something creeping it. An essence that seemed like the drop of heat, cold water in a frozen tundra. Under that 'coldness', however, something akin to lava seemed to flow, just being hidden away by the snow.

A deep and uncharacteristic hatred that fell closer and closer to the boundaries of sociopathy...

It was right next to her.

Space Buddha Space Buddha

A few moments ago, in Camelot.

During the 'battle' between the Four Tails against the UFO, the multiple citizens of the realm would suddenly find themselves disappearing one by one. Not because of the 'divine construct' in the sky, no, but by dark gaps in reality pulling them away into them. Beyond those gaps, where their essences were seemingly just disappearing for anyone capable of sensing them, the citizens of Camelot were put far, far away, in an island shrouded by mist, where their essences were even harder to notice.

The World Tree.

Each one of them would be put on there, protected by Xerneas, Yveltal, and Nihorg, who stood in close watch for any divine beings. Of course many would be scared and confused, but it didn't matter. They were safe for now. Terrified? Yes. Safe? Also yes. And alas, given the current battle of Son Goku and the piece of technology from another world, staying in the city would perhaps be a sorrowful way to part from the world of the living.

An announcement was made those still there by Yveltal, god or mortal alike.

"Attention. A large number of mortals have entered the tree by the world's orders. Do not exit the tree, do not be afraid. You are safe. Attention. A large number of..."

It all happened in less than an instant, but of course, Tanya didn't see that. Or perhaps she did. It truly didn't matter now. However, she could feel her own essence being hidden away, seemingly by the blonde man in front of her, who was clearly Ocaeril. His expression remained calm, but his blue eyes were slits, and essentially glowed like two headlights. Veins were popping from his face, connecting to his eyes, showing how hard he was holding himself back from lashing out in anger.

"We'll have a talk about your pride later." He spoke bluntly to her, opening a gap behind her, seemingly for her to escape from as well. "Tell me where he is. And for the love of all that I love, make sure to tell Inqui and anyone else that matters."

Now that Tiamat thinks about it, Ocaeril has helped on some occasions, but it isn't easy for him to always be available, considering him as a multi-tasker. That's why considering multiple types of help is appreciated. "Aaaah, aaa; aaaa laaah, aaa, aaahhhhh. Aaaahhhh, laaa ahhhhh." (The wielder of wisdom, Ruuta, and her son; the wielder of courage, Abhi, they will be of great help for the path. They are located on the island, where the tombs of my old family lie.) As for power/strength, she didn't mention the triforce that Lahamu would be in charge of, simply as it belonged in the wrong hands at the time.

... But also, speaking of which, Inqui and the hero could have a opportunity to speak to Abzu and Kingu when they are channeled. "Aaaahhhh aaaahhh laaahhhhhh. Laaahh, aaaaaa aaahhhhh. Aaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhh." (The triforce wielders also contain the spirits of family. When channeled, they will speak to you and the hero like spirit guides. All you would need to do is to hold the dominant hand that shows the triforce piece.) Tiamat briefly demonstrates it by holding her own hands. No spirit comes out but again, this was a demonstration piece that can help Inqui. After these pieces of info, she nods with a smile, and eyes as blue as the sea, glimmering for hope. "Aaahhh. Aaaahhh laaaaaaaa." (I approve. I hope they help you a lot on your journey.)

Though, after her speech and advice, she heard... something from the tree. Something by another being. She asks Inqui, "Aaah, aaaa?" (My child, do you hear that?) She has curious eyes to examine the tree, maybe to see what might be going on without leaving. That just depends on the response after that announcement to the tree.

She then went out as she went to one of the citizens, who tried to prostrate before her.

Inqui simply stopped them before sending a simple message,

"Ex...pl...ain"

They then said what happened, Inqui simply gasped as her helmet materialized on her and her armor grew spikes.

"Tany...a"

Tanya has seen many things and has spit against many horrors that would drive a person mad, she had nerves of steel and could smugly shit talk a god without care, but this, this new Ocaeril, no matter how much she denied herself, she was afraid. quaking in fear, but she still had nerves of steel, and simply did not show it, of course Ocaeril could sense it, but it was a matter of showing ground, Harley meanwhile, was quaking in utter fear, although at the very least, was not fainting, which was a testament to her nerves.

Before Tanya could call Inqui, she appeared in a flash, her armor fully adorn, with spikes appearing and disappearing.

"I...am...here" Inqui looked at Tanya, with slight anger, but it was hidden and mixed by her concern.

"W..ha..t's...go..ing..on?

Tanya sighed

"Zemarasil is here, I thought I could escape him, but he's insane, he's hurting my people, Son Goku, and Merle now, he's over there in Camelot"

Tanya said hastily.

Inqui sighed as she looked to Ocaeril, raising a hand as she placed it against Ocaeril's face.

"Hu...bbie..." She said in an attempt to calm him but decided against doing what is impossible now.

She then took out her hand as she sighed "I..shall...take...the...sau...cer"

She then bursted off as she flew in a blitz to the UFO as she crashed into it and boostingg her speed, took out all of the abducted there before thrashing the UFO.

As she did so, she let out a voice, one that wasn't of her slow, tired, sleepy tone, but one of pure light, one of an almost malevolent strange force.

The various blasts of the Four-Tails would prove entirely ineffective, slamming against a seemingly impenetrable barrier. Given that it was larger than the city itself, Son-Goku's impacts against the shield would seem trivial, only serving to provoke it to release what would appear to be smaller craft, passing through the shield and making strafing runs over Camelot with similar transporter-devices, and occasionally blasting at infrastructure with beams of green magical energy. A tertiary examination by anyone familiar with magic would show these vessels had no pilot, and while lacking any internal mechanisms, were heavily enchanted. It was likely these alien vessels were simply hunks of heavily enchanted metal, though what kind of metal none could be sure, it was not something that likely originated from Ocaeril.

1590618445588.png

When Inqui eventually arrived, throwing herself into the alien spacecraft, she would indeed pierce the shield however the effect of her arrival would not exactly be as she intended, as given its size short of using her power over light to disintegrate the vessel, she would be unable to affect it given her size. Instead, she found herself in what would seem to be a control room, several figures pressing a number of buttons and avoiding a big, red, very attractive button labeled "DO NOT PUSH". The aliens themselves resembled crystalline beings, with their arms constantly morphing to fit various tasks and, in contrast to Inqui's clear yellow crystal crests, they were a dark purple with a slight pink glow in certain areas.

1590619099770.png
(Fill in the hollow areas with chunks of pink crystal and this is them.)

Though, for some reason, their voices seemed oddly familliar...

"H-Hey! What are you doing in h-here!?"

Outside of the ship, Zemrasil would seem to have vanished, likely determining this attempt to kidnap Tanya to be an utter failure, though Camelot itself, currently on fire, would attest that at least the attack itself was a resounding success.

This is what would have happened...if Dialga and Palkia didn’t take one good look at this situation and silently agreed that shit was fucked. They briefly argued to eachother about what exactly to do with some solutions coming up with just sending it into the sun or stopping time and just taking care of it that way. Dialga decided pretty quickly however that an easier solution. They notified Arceus of the situation and they sent their plan into motion.

The creation trio gathered in the Hall of Origins alongside all the Hoopas and Celebis when Dialga with his powers over time reversed time of the material plane backwards to just the moment the ships appeared, Arceus, the creation trio, and their servants being outside of time inside the hall of origin did not have any problems with this and Arceus and Palkia immediately jumped into action.

Arceus created a pocket dimension that contained literally nothing but a black hole while Palkia appeared just as the silver disk ship began descending down from wherever Dark Narus summoned it and created a one way portal to the Black Hole Pocket Dimension that the ship unwittingly descended into and was going to be promptly swallowed by the Black Hole inside of it.

Arceus meanwhile opened a portal directly behind Dark Narus while this was happening and burst out of it with Extreme Speed as he slammed into the unexpected intruder from another realm.

As Inqui arrived, Ocaeril seemed to have slowly calmed down the slightest bit, before holding her hand as she held it against his cheek, gently moving it away. However, it seemed it was indeed possible to calm him down, as, at the very least, his veins seemed to disappear once more, returning to their normal size. He still seemed to glare at Tanya with a clear angry, yet at the same time, hurt expression. Good, at the very least, Tanya has some common sense.

He didn't have time to react to their fearful feelings. He didn't even have the mind to acknowledge them. His eyes were still flaring with their green slits like a car's headlights, before, with a snap of his fingers, a pair of clones had appeared, bowing gently to their summoner, before looking at Tanya and Harley.

"Get out of here. And tell me if something happens the moment it happens. The same goes for you, Tanya. Now go."

He didn't even give a chance for her to reply, as the gap, in reality, pulled Tanya with black, Void hands, pulling her where the rest of the citizens of Camelot were, once more hiding her presence, before the gap closed, leaving Ocaeril alone.

Inhale.

"
That bastard has some fucking guts."

Ocaeril said as a massive, shark-like grin appeared on his mouth. His teeth suddenly had several rows, as his eyes showed both an unhealthy excitement as well as pure anger. Thankfully, Inqui had already left, as such...

He could be angry as he wanted.

As more and more ships came forth, they barely had time to react as they were quickly dealt with by Son Goku. One, two, three. One by one, they fell. They certainly had protection by the miniature Bijuu Bombs he shot out, but a fully powered punch by likely one of the strongest Tailed Beasts, at least physically? Most likely not. With movements that truly gave him the title of a 'Monkey King', he jumped through Camelot, destroying ship by ship, as up in the sky, an impending light and neverending darkness came.

...!

"Hahaha! My allies arrived, cowards!"

Beating his chest with pride, and letting out a mighty victory roar, Son Goku laughed, as up in the sky, he could see Inqui and the similar figure of a very different earth-god.

Dark, Void Steel scales fused with the originally white armor of Tiamat. The Gum-Gum Fruit allowing protection on the insides of it. A green Chakra cloak surrounded the armor, coming out of certain parts of it such as the head, legs, and arms, providing an even deeper layer of protection. A third eye stood in the middle of his forehead, its lines and dots moving about like planets around the earth, as 9 Tails and ears came from both behind his body and atop his head.

Ocaeril, ultimate defense mode, had arrived.

"Oh my, guests. How rude of me for not coming earlier..."
With a smile as his eye gazed upon the future, Ocaeril clapped his hands. He wouldn't even need to raise a finger to defeat these beings. Yet, his voice was loud and clear for the invaders all to hear.

"But don't worry, we'll show you our hospitality soon enough. But alas..."

This is what would have happened...if Dialga and Palkia didn’t take one good look at this situation and silently agreed that shit was fucked. They briefly argued to eachother about what exactly to do with some solutions coming up with just sending it into the sun or stopping time and just taking care of it that way. With a sickening smile that threatened to crack his face in half, Ocaeril spoke his last words to the invaders.

"Welcome to Ocaeril.
The water here is shallow.
"

Meanwhile, a Son Goku just blinked as he was back in his home, looking about confusedly.

"...Eh?"

In an instant, Tanya would find herself awakening in her bed, back in her castle which, despite her previous experience, was entirely undamaged, and indeed looking out the window, she would find no hint of what had occurred, and the only reminder it had even happened was a strange, black feather placed atop her pillow. Meanwhile, with the activation of an interdimensional drive, The saucer would escape the pocket dimension, albeit heavily damaged and incapable of flying, though live support still functional. It could be seen by those at the world tree, whose memories now had no account of previous events, blazing across the sky on a collision course with a nearby island, one known for its very friendly natives and strange portal swirling in a lagoon. Inqui appeared from the bridge of the ship to be at Ocaeril's side, and the people who had been abducted went about their business without a care in the world. The whereabouts of Zemrasil were unknown.

Inqui appeared from the bridge of the ship to be at Ocaeril's side, and the people who had been abducted went about their business without a care in the world. The whereabouts of Zemrasil were unknown.

As everything fell into place, Ocaeril's Third Eye gazed off into the distance, seemingly finding the location of the ship. With a snap of his fingers still in his empowered form, the ship suddenly fell through a massive gap in reality. Multiple eyes and hands dragging it and pulling into it any and all escape pods or ships trying to escape from it, as the gap, just like an eye, closed down, as the invaders would find themselves floating in a realm where their technology or magic didn't work, where multiple eyes stared at them and void hands held onto their ship or anyone who tried doing anything, further impeding anyone from escaping.

"Inqui, honey, if possible, do interrogate those people, as if I did, I'd probably kill one of them by accident."

A gap appeared behind Inqui, seemingly leading where Oca sent them all, eyes also staring at Inqui, although gently offering a hand for her to come. Ocaeril still seemed mad, but it was clear he didn't want to truly hurt them. It was clearly going to be AN on the moment thing if he did.

"I have to talk with Tanya. Stay safe."

And so, Ocaeril opened another gap, and Tanya could see Oca's face popping from the ceiling from a tear in space, an annoyed face with glowing green eyes on. He didn't seem as mad as before, but it was clear he was still a long way from not being so. And it was all directed to Tanya. Or, well, most of it. Some went from Zemrasil himself, the attack, the people dying, Son Goku, and a myriad of things, but Tanya could tell most of his anger was directed at her.

"We seriously need to talk."

Helsa/Astaroth Action #1

Helsa was bored. She had spent most of the cycle in her castle, complaining to herself about the lack of alcohol and her forced introspection.

And then she got an idea.

It's usually not a good thing when a bored god gets an idea, especially if that god is one of corruption. Thankfully, the consequences of this plan would not be readily apparent.

Helsa called upon her power and reached into her mind. The powers responded to her whims. If a person could see a metaphysical representation of Helsa's mind at that moment, they would see a strange set of shadowy tendrils weaving through her mind.

The eyes of the Goddess of Corruption slowly shut. And then snapped open, blazing emerald green. Pitch black tendrils of flame extended from her arm and wove itself into a tornado of fire that crackled in the middle of the room.

Helsa calmly stared down the tornado, a smirk spreading across her face. Only she could hear the voice of her creation within the inferno.

I art thou...thou art I...from the sea of the soul, I cometh. I am the darkness that burns within...

The flame dispersed into nothing, revealing the figure that only Helsa could see. An unnaturally beautiful woman with flowing black hair, clad in an emerald green dress that hugged her figure. Her body was decorated with various pieces of jewelry, the sigil of Helsa visible within the gleaming emeralds. As Helsa looked closer, she could see signs of inhumanity. Her eyes glowed green and were slit like a snakes, some of her teeth seeming more like fangs. There were also black scales around her neck. Covering most of her face was a pitch black mask with a few white splotches across it, a bat wing spread across the left side.

I am Lilith, Serpent Temptress.

The figure smirked as a transparent pitch black snake appeared and wrapped around her body.

"Go get me some alcohol." Helsa immediately commanded.

...And thus, Helsa witnessed the incarnation of her own soul facepalming.

However, unknown to the Corruptor, the Demon of Dreams had noticed the start of the creation of a being so similar to him...and he was very, very interested.

-In the Dreamlands-

Astaroth smirked to himself as he latched onto a chunk of the energy Helsa was using to create Lilith; enough for him to create a sufficient amount of his own minions, but not enough to get Helsa's attention. He began to seed the dreams and souls of those with enough deep thoughts to create beings like himself. Due to him not being a god (yet, he added mentally, like the narcissist he was), the corruption effect was weakened. Many of them would still turn evil, but some wouldn't. Soon, he would have his army.

Soon, the Personae would be born.

Unknown to Astaroth, a small speck of Helsa's own thoughts had hitched a ride on the stolen energy. A deep, yet weak feeling that had managed to snatch away a speck of the energy before Astaroth could use it. Compared to Helsa's action and Astaroth's chunk, this energy was miniscule. But even a miniscule amount of godly energy was still a lot of energy. And combined with this feeling from Helsa, it would be enough...in the right environment.

The feeling wormed it's way into the dream-representation of a single beings mind, perfect for it's purposes. A being that, while manipulative, still legitimately cared about the world.

The feeling was Helsa's. Her own, extremely weak desire to change. To not be evil anymore, despite the impossibility of a Goddess of Evil being good.

The dream-representation...was Ocaeril's. The perfect environment for the feeling and the energy to grow and change.

In time, the seed of Philemon would sprout and grow. But for now, it was dormant. Quiet.

For now.

Ziji felt the familiar touch of someone in need of assistance, like the brush of a feather. Curious, he let himself be drawn by it and found the source of the call.

For the purpose of etiquette, he abandoned his natural pigeon form. After a puff of smoke and feathers, his human form emerged. He gave a polite greeting gesture.

"That depends, fellow deity. Enlighten me, what is it you need?"
Corven handed over the shard of the box with little fanfare. "This, despite appearances, is some of the most advanced technology to have ever graced this land."

"I need you to help reverse-engineer it."

Kurantse is repeatedly struck by the bug-arms, shredding his robe and draining his power but not to a truly worrisome extent, and while the swarm seems largely undeterred by his attacks at first, once he begins his spinning maneuver he manages to knock most of the swarm out of the air, causing it to reform into a battered, bruised Farmer Joe, clearly near death. Unless he ran away or managed a truly lucky hit, Kurantse's victory was likely assured.

Kura would knock aside Joe's shield effortlessly, tearing off his skeletal head as a miasma of toxic gas spewed forth from the stump of his neck. His victory had been won, and the explosion of a high-yield explosive on the front lines signaled the victory of Zhailving on the battlefield, and yet, Kura could still feel a slight tingling sensation in his feet, then in his shins and his knees, and he began to fall, looking down, he would see the cause, oh dear indeed...

Joe's shot had gone unnoticed, yet its effects were clear. Kura's body had begun to rot away, and within the seconds of him realizing this, he had been reduced to dust, unable to claim the essence of Joe within himself, and so, both of the remaining spirits were drawn, or rather, forcefully grabbed by something else, yanked into the sky and forced to behold the face of the Void Lord.

Whatever happened, the Void Lord would continue to be sprawled out, entirely naked, on a metaphysical couch while watching the events of the world below on a tube TV, idly rubbing his hands together and salivating at the ongoing carnage. A dwarf stood outside the window, sledgehammer in hand.

Inqui looked around as she growled with a deep fury before it was quickly replaced with confusion, she looked around to the personnel around the bridge.

The voices, the mannerisms, the crystalline power armor.

"N..ymph..ids?"

Tanya pushed her hand through her hair, rubbing it in confusion and frustration, she took the black feather and crushed it into dust as she looked around.

What did the hell happen?

Meanwhile, Inqui blinked on her sudden teleportation before being at ease as she was near Ocaeril.

As everything fell into place, Ocaeril's Third Eye gazed off into the distance, seemingly finding the location of the ship. She went to the Gap but before entering she looked back at Ocaeril.

"I...under..stand...why....you...are...an..gry...but...under...stand...do...not...be...brash...Tanya...will...sim..ply...fire...back"

Inqui gave a quick kiss on Ocaeril's cheek as she took the hands in the gap and teleported to the Bridge of the ship.

She looked across what may or may not be Nymphids, she placed her hands up placatingly as to calm everyone down.

"Ev..ry...one...do...not...be...alar..med...you...all...will...not...be...hu..rt"

She grasped her helmet as she removed it, to reveal her true face as Inqui Rey, while less childish and having the yellow crystalline draconicque horns and the slightly glowing eyes, it was still Inqui.

"I...am....In..qui...Rey...the...once..for...mer...as..pect...of...Aq...ua...what..may..you...all...be?"

"I guess we do, so, will you just stay there or are you gonna get down and take a seat?" as she gestured to the table with several chairs in her resting room

The man slowly retracted himself back into his gap as it slowly closed itself, before yet another one appeared above one of the chairs, as Ocaeril soon floated down to sit on one of them. His legs were crossed, and his feet were moving in a rhythmic manner, clearly showing stress.

He at least has the courtesy to allow Tanya to sit down as well. That was good.

"I think you know why I'm angry towards you, don't you, Tanya?" Tap. Tap. Tap. His fingers tapped across the table, as his eyes finally returned to natural blue light. "So, I'll cut down the chase and get to it already. Tanya, what the hell do Inqui and I mean to you?"

His words were cold. Cold and sharp. Yet, it was clear it was from someone who was genuinely not sure of the own question he had just asked.

"This pride of yours, believing you don't need the god's help-- It threatened your life once, now twice. Everyone on Camelot, they could have died because you believed you didn't need help to fight a god of death. Because you believed you could outsmart one. And what did that led to happening? Camelot was attacked, and in another timeline, multiple people died and were abducted. All because you didn't trust me or Inqui enough to call us for help!"

The man slammed his hand across the table. It broke for a second before the damage was nullified.

"Do you not trust us? Do you even see us as allies, friends? People you grew up with while here? Or just other people you can manipulate like some sort of CEO when you need them? I understand your hatred for gods, I understand not liking them, but...Just. What. The. Hell. Do. We. Mean. To. You. And don't dodge the question. Please."

Tanya sighed, at first, she decided to look out to Camelot, to stare silently as she watched everyone go by, going through their day to day activities as if nothing happened, unknowing of what happened, these people, with normal lives, with wills of their own, so easily changed and manipulated in a blink of an eye.

Tanya finally stopped staring as she sighed and looked back at Ocaeril with neutral eyes, eyes that were guarded and stoic.

"And as you have cut to the chase, I shall too, Inqui, you, and Tiamat, are gods I trust and respect, I think of Inqui and you as friends, and Tiamat as not a friend, but at the very least a most respected acquaintance and ally.

You, people, mean to me as good friends, and as I said, I will call your help when it is needed, but what you and I think of what's needed is different, I thought I could trick him because he was like a mortal in an egotistical and arrogant way, I thought I could simply outsmart him without needing the god's help, and I admit I was wrong, but I did not know he would go to that way because I did not know he was that bothersome, because in the high of my grand scheme to trick a god, I forgot that gods, no matter how distant gods may be, whether they can be as mortal as they can possibly be like you three or as distant as the elder gods from the tomes, gods are in a way mortal-like, but, not in a way like you, Inqui and Tiamat have it, like how you three exemplify the orderly and more benevolent values given by society, most gods are arrogant in some way, prideful, or just generally percieves reality as them being higher than most things, your talks, I listen, and sometimes I listen, because I will admit, they are good talks, and maybe I decide to understand them, then I would try to think I was gonna be wrong, but no, my former consensus was ultimately right, the benevolent gods, like you three, Aqua, Narus, Echidna in some way, and others, are not the norm, they are the exception.

Most gods perceive things differently, they are, detached from the world, their power allows them to be above things, to be "above" the world, after all, they can shape it with a simple thought, they are capable of feats of a grand scale, they can work, what I hate to call it, miracles! But what does this mean? The fact they have this much power, have much control, what they do with it? They just play with it! They use strings to toy around with everyone, everything is lower than them, the only ones who can just stop them, are other gods themselves, they cause famine because there was not enough worship! They encourage greed by giving incentives to get more and more, they are arrogant at times, they espouse conquest as rightful crusades in their own self-proclaimed ideals, and they would toy around with people, disrupting their lives and making it absolute hell as you are toyed with at every moment, forced to give the hard choice of breaking your own self-sense of identity and ideals or even giving away your literal own control over your own body so you may get the power to actually do something, watch your men and women die because of a psychotic maniac who was pushed into deluding they were the defenders of justice! Pure white in a grey world engulfed by a dirty war, believing that you are the black of their white because of said god! Then forced to become hated by the world because you are considered a warmonger when you just want to end the war so you can have a safe and secure life, and because of that, you're betrayed by the very nation you worked hard with every ounce of sweat and blood you pored out of yourself for! Loyally serving them but then thrown away like a dog because of what others think, and all of this happening because the god who decided to make your life agony was a self-righteous spoiled, attention-wh-hag!"

Tanya sighed as she placed her face on her hands.

"I had a horrible experience with gods, I've seen the worst that gods can do, like you know Meryl? Yeah, I still had no idea why my father decided to release her when she already tried to kill my mother! And because I've had a worse experience with gods, where they toyed with people, I always wanted to prove that, when the time comes, I could in some way stick it up to said horrible god, I don't want to defeat a god or kill them, I don't want to "usurp" their power, I want to be able to find a way to deal with them that doesn't involve me being destroyed or asking a god for help, I wanted to feel in control of my life, I had doubts, because of how life worked, I hated being in doubt, especially when it came to me, I did not want to feel weak or helpless, I know it was irrational, but I do not want to be weak, I don't want to be stronger than the gods, just strong enough that I want to feel like I can just live without being toyed with, if you may think I'm in some way power-hungry, because whenever I speak these things to people, they gain a conception of me being evil, then recall that while I may rule Camelot, I did not make it an empire, I simply made it become what it is, focusing on trading, so it can prosper without dominating, so I assure you I'm not power-hungry.

I just felt like I was a toy, like I was nothing, I wanted to prove that it was different, I am sorry that I didn't ask for help sooner, rationally, I should not have done that, but I was selfish, I was human, I wanted to wave off those lingering thoughts of doubt and weakness, but in the long run, I have hurt my people, and I hate that, I am in charge, I should not have caused it so they were hurt by my actions, I was clouded by my desires, but now, the ugly truth has reared its head, my actions have caused them pain, I have broken my duties as their ruler, I should not have ditched my responsibilities, but I have done so, I guess I am glad that the effects of my actions were reverted, but I know I should not be so forgiven so easily"

Tanya finally looked up, she had an apathetic look, a face that held no emotion, but it was not as if she had no emotions, more as if she did not want to feel them.

"I will give the call to Merle, I trust her judgment to be as unbiased compared to mine, so, what now? You're different Ocaeril, that I know, and from my observations and cross-references with a previous case with Inqui, I conclude you had absorbed another god's essence or something like that, so I can not say knowing you, for all I know, you want me dead, good, go do that, as much as I hate being prodded and toyed with, I hate people who shirk their responsibilities and be incompetent even more, and now, I have become that category, and in this world, the rules are more cut, me dying is understandable since I have caused a god to wreak havoc in my kingdom, hurt my people and cause senseless destruction. in other kingdoms, leaders have probably been overthrown and executed for less.

So if you wish for me to die, at least let me declare a suitable heir to the throne, if not, then it's most certainly likely that Camelot would go in a civil war, would allow me that at least?"

Tanya sighed, at first, she decided to look out to Camelot, to stare silently as she watched everyone go by, going through their day to day activities as if nothing happened, unknowing of what happened, these people, with normal lives, with wills of their own, so easily changed and manipulated in a blink of an eye.

Silence came from the planet god as he allowed Tanya to talk, his mouth didn't move, and no voices came to interrupt her. He simply stood still and watched as the woman now spoke. Her words were true, he knew that deep down. Gods were extremists. Detached from the normal values of life and morals from being higher beings. He knew what she went through. The feelings she had. And yet, he just couldn't accept everything she had said. At least not in the full essence of things. Perhaps it was his old values coming to him. Perhaps it was Zyr. Perhaps it was a mix of the two. But, the one thing he absolutely couldn't accept was her words.

'Do you wish me to die?'

...SLAP!

Tanya would soon find her face looking in the other direction. A stinging sensation on her left cheek, as the pigment in her skin became red from the impact of Ocaeril's hand slapping her. It didn't hurt, nor did it kill her. It was just a slap. Yet, it still hurt. Perhaps it hurt physically. Perhaps emotionally. Perhaps in some other way.

...As soon as she moved to face him again, she would see his eyes hidden by his hair, but the unmistakable sight of tears coming down his face was there. His teeth were biting his lower lips, as he moved his hand back, and shook his head. Finally, in nearly a hundred years, the god of the planet showed genuine emotions to the one in front of him. And Tanya could see the sheer sadness and anger coming from within him. It was a strong feeling.

Before she could notice anything else, he closed the distance between him and her, and Tanya was pulled into a tight hug.

"You're still my friend, you idiot!" He yelled out as he hugged Tanya. There was no malice, lust, or anything of the sorts in the hug. It was simply a hug that showed emotion. Something in-the-moment. Perhaps an apology for slapping her. Perhaps for some other reason. "I understand what you mean, I went through the same thing! The arrogance, the extreme personalities of gods, their objectives, their hopes, their dreams, all that we represent! But...I cannot accept what you say! Not because you're wrong, not because you're misguided, but I can't just let you close off your emotions, your bonds like that!"

He pulled away from her, tears were still coming down his face. Raw emotions were all that were currently present. "I live as a mortal because of that, so I can feel things humans can! So I can be connected to them, to you, to everyone, so I don't hurt anyone! But you...If you close your emotions like that...If you believe you can only do things by yourself...How much better will be from a god just like Zemrasil? Who feels no remorse? Who needs no one?"

His face looked down, he held onto Tanya's shoulders with both his hands, before looking at her again.

"
I won't kill you, I can never kill you! You're my friend, and I'm angry at you because you didn't trust me and Inqui to help! I could...! I could..."

A groan came from him due to all the shouting he did. His mind was slightly tired, and so was his body. Rubbing his eyes with his sleeves, he looked at her again. Not as a god to a mortal, but to a friend to another friend.

After all, wasn't that what they were?

"I could never kill you, my friend."

Action 2

As more and more people traveled to the wishing tower in the hopes of earning a wish, the tower underwent yet another change. Yet instead of luring in more adventurers, something else occurred. Rather than drawing in more people, the tower began to suck in something else: the dead. To be more specific, it began to absorb everyone who died in the chaos caused by the wishes.

And with the influx of souls, something horrible hidden deep beneath the tower began to take form.

"Ev..ry...one...do...not...be...alar..med...you...all...will...not...be...hu..rt"

She grasped her helmet as she removed it, to reveal her true face as Inqui Rey, while less childish and having the yellow crystalline draconicque horns and the slightly glowing eyes, it was still Inqui.

"I...am....In..qui...Rey...the...once..for...mer...as..pect...of...Aq...ua...what..may..you...all...be?"

At that moment, the strange crystalline aliens looked to eachother for a moment, and after seemingly communicating in some strange language of chitters and clicks, they unanimously turned to face Inqui and spoke as one.

--"WE ARE ONE. WE ARE ALL."--

This alien voice was a far-cry from their previous tone, perhaps they are trying to seem intimidating?

Arceus Action 1 and 2

Arceus scoffs as the interloper escapes. Such a nuisance he was. He returns to the Hall of Origins to finish his gift he was creating for what was supposed to be for the Alph Civilization...although now with that other outsider Joe now dead it would probably be a good idea to give it to Spear Pillar as well so that when the empire collapses they would be safe. Arceus takes out the schematics for the Ghostly Automaton Pokemon Golett and Golurk, that they would be able to create with the powers he has gifted them for their devotion. He sends the knowledge and schematics of how to create these Pokémon to both Spear Pillar and Alph, the capabilities of Golett and Golurk are impressive. Golett is about the size of a child but with the immense strength and the powers associated with the types Ghost and Ground along with a bunch of other moves and such.

Golurk is much the same but is way more powerful and has plenty of other abilities. It’s much larger about the size of a building and has the strength one would associate for a being of such size. Along with the powers it has from it’s types and other moves it can retract it’s hands and legs into it’s self to do one of two things. It can either produce lasers from it’s arms or torso holes, or it can produce jets of flame that can propel it into the air allowing it to fly at super speeds.

With the gift sent Arceus now looks upon the world and thinks on what to do next. His gaze turns to the new continent and an idea hits him. He creates many Elgyem and Beheeyem all over the island and enhanced their already great semi sentient intelligence to full on sentience, he also gives them knowledge about himself, some minor things about the environment and how to create fire. He then gives them all a directive that they can interpret as they wish.

“Children, I am your creator Arceus the Original One. I have created you to see you do many things, I have but one request. Survive and Thrive, I will be watching.”
