Ickol Conversational

Ickol drummed her fingers on her small ‘throne’, pleased with herself she has managed to accomplish something since the past cycle. Through her loose connection to Icoal, she was unofficially the patron of Krassmas, and so long as someone with a better claim to it did not arrive, she continued to get more prayers from even her nonbelievers so long as they celebrated the holiday. True, they didn’t know they were praying to her, and she didn’t get any souls from the deal, but it still felt good to have a little bit of circumvention dangling in front of the pantheon’s eyes but all blind to it, and her.

There were no awkward questions for her so far, it seems enough time has passed for THE Krassmas to fade a bit from the pantheon’s concerns.

She thought about visiting the Vril and congratulating (and testing) them on their victory, but this new arrival was certainly unexpected. Where had Divisi gone? She thought about introducing herself, but Ocaeril’s presence immediately nixed that idea for her, so she settled with observing from her throne and trying her best not to let her eyes wander too much about the goddess’ form. The fact the braggart was claiming her to be his mother was certainly another point of interest.

She considered asking Helsa about what had happened with the three Yule Lads she had attacked during Krassmas. It was apparent the angel had been spared and released for reasons unknown, but the fates of the knights was still a source of mild curiosity. Actually, she was a little curious about them in general. Even as the Yule Lass, she didn’t really understand what their deal was. Where did they come from? Were they like, siblings, family, lovers, best bros? It wasn’t really clear. Then again, she wasn’t particularly invested in the Yule Lads in general, anyway. And it looked like Helsa was now being drawn in by Ocaeril’s field of irritancy. Shame. That one was sometimes fun, but she had awful taste in men.

Helsa Conversational

"Helsa, Helsa! Look! It's my mom! Do you remember her?! She baked us cookies! I mean I think she did in the past but she certainly did something like that! Say hi to her! Mom say hi to Helsa! She's grown to be a bit of a bi-- mean lady but she's getting better!"

...Jesus, that's one personality shift there. He almost sounds like a child. In fact, he acted exactly like this in the past... When he wasn't being a brat, though. Still, he showed of Tiamat like a proud trophy he had. Like a proud son showing off how good his mom was.

BlackCat-055 BlackCat-055

Soon, he turned to Inqui, his tails wagging around. "Inqui! Say hi to my mom! Do you remember her? In fact! Everyone! Say hi to my mom! She's the best mom and anyone who tries to hurt her will get immediately destroyed!"

...Mood shift again. There's context to that.

"...uhhh…" Yeah, Helsa had no idea how to respond to this. "Alright then..." She said, then resolved to ignore it.

A new age brought forth new changes, one of which is the new Navigator, Tiamat. With her entrance, the gentle 'Aahh' sounded through the room.

Celestial Speck Celestial Speck

She got quite the reputation when Ocaeril was the first to notice. She gave him the hug before he showed off, reminding her about his younger energy- when children were hyperactive and full of life. "Aaaahhhhhh. Ahhhh~! Ahhhhh." (Ah, sweet Ocaeril. It's good to be here with you all after so many years~! It brings me so much joy.) Those were pleased and merry sounds, good to the ears. Like a happy mother seeing their child once again, along with the other children.

... However, wasn't he getting a bit too enthusiatic? "Ahhhhhhh?" (self explanatory) Of course, it was because of his shift that it surprises her one bit. "Ahhhh, aaaaaahhhh. Aaaah, Aaaaahhhhh..." (Now now, I haven't attacked anything in decades. If the first impression of myself were intimidating, they may find navigating my seas frightening...) She did her best to sign gesture that she wasn't 'meant' to be the scary mom, despite everything he said. Oh, the boy. She's big (but she's smaller currently, to slightly taller than human average), she's 'intimidating', and she's scary. She'll look deadly, but she's actually tame to her core.

To break the silence, Tiamat, looked over to the rest. "Aaaahhh, Ahhhhhhh!" (I know it's not easy to adapt, so why don't we all meet and greet with this glorious feast!) She chirped, with that same motherly enthusiam. The gestures made it seem like she's happy to be here and she wants to attend this meeting with pride and joy. Everyone in the room would know she is here to celebrate, and she is here to reunite with the other equally created gods and goddesses. "Aaah, aaaaaaaaahhhhh?" (Ocaeril, you wouldn't mind guiding me to each of them and translating on my behalf, do you?) She looked at him expectantly, hoping he would so they could get the greetings together, and eventually start the meeting.

A smile appeared on Ocaeril's face, as happy nods came from him, his tails wagging happily. He soon let go of the dragon, a wide smile still on his face. Despite the fact that all she seemed to say was siren singing noises, he seemed to understand her perfectly. But, as she reprimanded him, an embarrassed grin appeared on his face, as he rubbed the back of his head. "Aaaah, sorry, sorry, mom! I just missed you so much! A lot of stuff happened! I created this cool energy, these big beasts, cities, I saved the world with my friends, a lot more!" Ocaeril was truly speaking like a child. This woman certainly has an effect on him.

"Ah, translation? That's fair!" The planet seemed okay with that. Soon, another clone of himself poofed next to him, although this one was rather different. It was rather small, smaller than her head, and was a bit fox-like, also having the appearance of a child. It soon climbed atop of Tiamat's head, and sat there, playing on her hair, translating her voice in real-time.

Tiamat now has an Ocaeril-anslator!
~Zelda tune~

"There you go, so wherever you are, you can always have someone to translate what you say! Now, let's eat! I have big plans, today! I'm sure you have, too! Cheers, everyone! Tiamat has returned!"

With a big laugh, Ocaeril took a sip from a cup of wine, plans already on his head.

Hearing of Ocaeril's journeys, she wonders what she missed in her isolation... but that's in the past. Learning of her adopted child's adventures was something she's happy to hear. New creations too! It seems there will be plans after all. "Aaa, aaaahhhhh~" (Ah, I'm proud of your many journeys, my child~) This pleases the dragon. It's certain she misses everyone, so she'll make the best of this visit.

The next thing was the Ocaeril-anslator! The mini clone took a liking to her fluffy, layered hair, resting and playing with it as she stood. "Aaaah. Aaaahh Ahhhh! Aaaaaahhhhhh." (Excellent. Let us feast! I have plans for new life when we discuss.) New life? The new land, sea, sky, or stars? Any sort of life will have a new beginning, but first Tiamat would need to think hard on what should be born. If ready, she'll discuss it later.

With that being said, feast comes first. She'll be making her way to the nearest table to try and set up a dish of food, or maybe a drink or two. Whatever Tiamat prefers would be good before having a seat.

Within the meeting halls of the hidden leaf village, a lone father sighed. Tuldor Otsutsuki was always one to not be exactly prepared for certain occasions, or, just be a man of politics, overall. While his job as the Hokage of the Hidden Leaf was largely successful, gaining the love and respect of his people, the last few years felt as if...Something was missing, somehow. Someone to reassure him that this meeting will be alright, that he has nothing to worry about. Someone more important to him, the flower of the hidden leaf...Someone who he misses dearly. It's been close to a 5, 6 years since Marah had disappeared. Gone to the world, without any explanation. Leaving him...Awfully alone.

Where did she go? Why did she disappear? Why didn't she tell anyone anything...? These questions seem to haunt him every night, mocking him for not doing anything. You couldn't save her. You couldn't protect her! She might be dead now, did she scream your name? Did she want to hear your voice?

The weight of loss seemed to grow heavier on him every day, alongside his bones. Many of his friends and came and went...And he stood, as a symbol of the past. The lone symbol that showed the beginning of Konoha. Of course, he knew it's something natural, death, that is. But he always expected to die first, instead of Marah doing so...He was always an idiot, after all. Charging in battle, getting hit by an attack that he didn't see. Now that's how he expected to go. And yet...Here he is.

A lone man, his appearance depicting maturity, no longer being a foolish teenager. Long white robes with the symbols of red flames around as his clothes, followed by a single hat. His body seemed frail, but his essence told anyone that this was one of the most powerful men alive in the mortal realm- one of the most powerful Chakra users to set down a foot in the new era.

Looking up and down in the mirror, at first glance, he seemed to be completely done for the occasion, completely professional. Yet, he knew that someone would find something wrong with it. 'The hat is dirty! Your robes are dragging in the ground!' Things like that, that once in the past, annoyed him to no end. But without them, the scenery just feels...Cold, cold and odd. Maybe he is getting old, after all...

A soft creak in the door revealed the presence of someone else. A younger figure. With a white headband around his forehead, brown hair, and blue eyes, all at the peak of their age. Ashura Otsutsuki showed himself. His expression showed annoyance, his brows furrowing, and a deep frown on his face, that caused the old man to raise a brow under his hat.

"Dad," He began, crossing his arms, and opening the door to the hallway. "Everyone's here. The people from Nekomatus, the Jade, Zhailving, Camelot, Empire. All here."

Tuldor slowly nodded, as he scratched his growing beard. The thoughts of an alliance- well, more of cultural exchange, was in his mind for a long time, too. More specifically Ocaeril. The god talked to him in his dreams- the word being sent to each representing god of each faction.

It's been a few months ever since he sent letters to each empire, each letter explaining exactly what he had in mind- an alliance, more of cultural exchange, between the nations. Each would be warned exactly of who would be here, with no surprises. The way to haggle was a bit simple- by showing the Jade Empire the Chi warriors and telling them of Assyrian's visit only a few years ago, he would tell them that their god had chosen this place as worth it, even despite the Nekomatus living here.

The Nekomatus would be haggled with promises of protection and their roots to the Neko empire, as well as the people sent from each state to the other promising to teach powerful Chakra techniques from the clan of Nekomatus in Konoha, as they were some of the most powerful in the land in such.

Zhailving would be offered good trade deals and expanding their civilization, alongside that of the states, to these other places. Well, 'expanding.' He noted in the letter that at first, only one of each state would go to another one, and if things went right, more and more would go, albeit slowly, to represent their faction in a friendly way, as well as expand their trade routes and overall power with Chakra. Of course, Konoha wouldn't be out of this and would receive carefully picked people as well.

Camelot would perhaps be a bit easier, considering his god's connection to it. He simply promised them more power and trading, in exchange for some of their own, as well.

As for the Empire...Well, he just offered them training on Chakra to make it more powerful, as well as overall knowledge on it and how to use it, the same was said to the other nations. As well as sending people to each state, theirs and from others, to represent them, and get their trust, and possibly expand there through peaceful means, without having to waste men, energy, or resources in something as silly (he put emphasis on that) as war. This was a meeting to discuss peace, and how to keep it while keeping everyone happy.

Overall, everyone would be working with one another, hopefully.

And also, each would receive their own Tailed Beast as a protector- Ocaeril told him to say that. In fact, the way the messages would be sent would be through the Tailed Beasts, each assuming a shorter appearance and relaying this information. The Empire would have Kokuo telling them, Nekomatus, Matatabi. Zhailving, Chomei. The Jade, Gyuki. Camelot, Son Goku, of course.

It was definitely an action from that evolution god, he's sure he even sent some disguised clones to ensure all went right, and no combat broke out.

"Your expression and tone show great annoyance, Ashura." No one needed to be a genius to see that. Almost in complete contrast to his brother, Ashura was a rather emotional man. "Has it gotten that bad already?"

"Indra was the one to send me here because I was about to punch the Jade ambassador."

"So it is that bad." A sigh escaped his lips, as he adjusted his hat. Good grief, he really was an emotional one, wasn't he? He and Marah always knew his heart was in the right place, but... "I hope you didn't say anything, Ashura. I'd be awful to start this in the right foot before I even show up..."

"...They mocked the village. Our way of living, our clans. They mocked everything you and mom worked for, dad! The way he looked at the Nekomatus here, too- It's like he's looking at rabid dogs! Is this man really from the same country that Assyrian blessed?"

"Ashura," Tuldor spoke, slowly moving towards the door, eyes still completely hidden, only his mouth is visible. "When an animal sees a cub in need, what do they do?"

Ashura went quiet, blinking once, before sighing, and finished the phrase. "...It see's if it's worth adopting."

"Exactly," Tuldor said in a wise tone. "And unfortunately to them, they think we haven't grown our claws yet. They think we're weak, Ashura. Our objective in this meeting is to show that our land will grow, that it has its worth. I know how you feel, son. About the way they mock us, the rumors, and everything. I know you did, and still is doing everything in your power to show that. But this is the true step we shall take towards leaving our legacy in the world. Become one with all."

Ashura grew silent, his expression not changing. Tuldor only observed his son for a few minutes after he said that last phrase, that last saying, the philosophy etched deep within him. Taught to him by someone just as important. Another sigh, this one not out of disappointment, but one that came from his nostrils, showing a similar emotion- although given sound- as Ashura's. A low hand was placed on his shoulder, and a smile appeared on his face.
"Know that we're not going to do this alone, Ashura. Your mother is most certainly watching- and so is the gods who have blessed this land. We are warriors, those chosen by the three foundations, the gods of this village...We don't want to disappoint them now."

Ashura kept quiet, soon pulling a hand up and passing it on his nose as if cleaning something that fell on it. Tuldor has lived long enough with him to know what that meant. It meant he knew the other side was right and didn't have any smart comeback- at least not now. A smile appeared on the Hokage's lips, as he patted the son on his back.

"No need to get embarrassed, son."

"I'm not. Something just fell on it."

"...Mhm, whatever you say."

The doors beyond the hallway slowly opened, revealing Indra, a man with hair colored just like his brother, one eye with red irises and black pupils, and the other one purple, with spiraling lines around it, with no iris.

"Great Hokage, Ashura..." He nodded. "The guests are awaiting your arrival."

'He still calls me by that on these events, huh.'

"I'm coming, Indra."

'...Maybe he should have come here to take me. Words from Indra hurt more then Amaterasu.'

He knew Indra didn't say anything, but...Ah, well, whatever.

With a step forward, he entered the room.

...ugh, fine.

Helsa reached her energy into the code of the universe, corrupting it. Altering it to her purpose at the time. To anyone watching, it would appear as if Helsa vanished from the Hall.

Unknown to everyone outside of Yimor'droth, she reappeared outside the Chamber.

"Let's get this over with. I've got plans to follow and people to corrupt..." She grumbles.

She stood on the edge of a massive pit, a dull blue surface glinting far below. The edges of the pit were glassy-smooth, cutting a section out of the planet. On closer inspection, two seats rose from the blue "floor".

With a step forward, he entered the room.

And he beheld absolute chaos. For one, the Nekomatus Empire's ambassador had not even shown up, apparently having found promises of protection to be laughable at best, and highly insulting at worst given the fact that their nation is surrounded by an impermeable barrier bestowed upon them by a goddess. Worse, the Empire's ambassador seems to have arrived with a fleet of warships escorting him, being accused of an act of war by the representative of Zhailving, who now demands reparations to be paid. The representative of the Jade Empire, seemingly glad that no nekomatus had arrived, meditated amidst the shouting match, while the representative of Camelot ( BlackCat-055 BlackCat-055 ) sat quietly nearby. When Tuldor Entered, the group returned to their seats, and the Imperial official spoke.

"Well then, you must be the leader of this... eh... country would be a bit of an overstatement, more like a-"

The Zhailving official cuts in.

"What I believe my fellow statesman means is that we are honored to meet you, and I in particular am curious as to how you managed to bind such powerful nature spirits to deliver your message in the first place!"

The jade official opens an eye, and speaks.

"Were it not for the fact that my counterpart failed to appear, my presence here would only been to ensure that everyone in this room died before Nekomatus gained any potential allies. Given that they are as cowardly as they are depraved, I may actually hear you out."

This is going to suck

Tuldor's simply rose an eyebrow at the entire scene in front of him, and Ashura quietly gritted his teeth behind him as the Jade Empire official spoke. He seemed ready to lash out, but Tuldor, he...Didn't quite say anything. Instead, a simple, natural presence surrounded him- Chakra. As Ashura stood quiet.

"If you did that, you would be readying war against multiple nations at once. I do not believe you are quite foolish to do that, my companion." Tuldor spoke, quietly sitting down on his seat, Ashura, and Indra by each of his sides. "I shall admit, Chi is a powerful thing, but do not let power get over your head. This alliance isn't one for that- it is for potential peace and cooperation between all of us." Tuldor spoke his words calmly, not a hint of any tone at all in his voice. Perhaps it would have been different in the past...

"Now," Tuldor coughed in his hands. "I believe we can properly begin. I am Tuldor Otsutsuki- the name comes from my wife, who I assure you, came from these lands. And...The reason for this meeting is simple. The gods themselves set it up."

He paused.

"...Well, gods as in the ones representing each of you. I am the chosen of Ocaeril, the creator of the Tailed Beasts- Nature spirits, as you call it. Which explains how I was able to communicate with them...If I am correct, other gods should be here as well. Assyrian, Ocaeril, Joe, as well as the First Hero, or, Patron of them, as you call it, and of course, Kurantse." Once more, that natural, slightly divine energy came out of him. Indra and Ashura crossed their arms.

"I believe all of them are curious to see where this goes, and I won't lie and say they are up for it, because I'm sure many are not. But...I believe we shall be in our best behavior today. What happens here may determine the fate of our nations, after all."

Tuldor smiled.

"Tell me, what do you all remember of the letters I sent each of you? Simply to refresh our memories of what I had planned for this, of course."

He didn't get a response from the officials at first, up until the Imperial spoke up.

"Ah, so you're insane, then?"

The Zhailving official replied.

"I concur with my imperial counterpart, you seem to be completely mad."

The Jade official didn't respond, allowing the imperial to continue.

"I will admit that gaining the favor of the spirits which carried our invitations is a glorious feat, one that warrants great praise, however you do seem to be, and pardon my bluntness, completely mad! The entire prospect of this meeting is insane! My country has been at war with both Camelot and Zhailving countless times, the Jade Empire has heard of neither until now, your island is, quite honestly, completely insignificant on the world stage, and now you are claiming to be the Messiah! Now, if you excuse me, I will be going!"

For the first time, the ambassador of camelot spoke up.

"I-I think we should hear him out. What's the worst that could happen?"

Farmer Joe: Conversational

A light snicker could be heard throughout the room as Joe laughed at the mortal's stupidity.

An Alliance? That's some Axis propaganda right there.

He whispers in the Imperial ambassador's ears.

"What are you doing here? This is an utter waste of time, you should be back home with your children."

Meanwhile in the Distortion World

Giratina took notice during his endless wandering that suddenly another cloud of poisonous smoke appeared in the counterpart Hall of Light. This normally wouldn’t be a problem as the residue of such corruption isn’t that pressing but the fact it was coming from the Hall of Light made it very concerning. In an instant Giratina vanished and reappeared next to the cloud and destroyed it removing the corruption. Once again normally that would be the end of it but Giratina would not simply pass this off as unconcerning so he decided to stay and watch for a moment.

In the corner of the room inside the Hall of Light a shimmer appeared on the reflective surface(See picture). It was off to the side and hard to see but silently Giratina took watch over Helsa and this new individual that he didn’t know about.

Kurantse, who had been keeping an eye on the proceeding, whispers in the ear of the Zhailving ambassador.

This guy might be totally nuts, but that doesn't mean you gotta drop this. May as well exploit 'em, eh? Get you some chakra experts, some extra income...

"I-I think we should hear him out. What's the worst that could happen?"

Tuldor coughed.

"Believe what you will. But, I can assure you of Konoha's worth. And I am no Messiah. That would be the First Hero, if you know your story. I am simply one chosen by him. I have no plans for being a priest, nor carry out his undeniable will and orders, or at least, all of them. If you wish, you can ask the Beasts themselves when you return if they're made from Ocaeril himself. I don't personally care."

Somewhere within the halls, the god of evolution twisted the strings of evolution upon his champion, controlling his voice like a puppet...

Ashura then growled quietly as they called his father insane, as Indra just gave him a sideways glance. Nobody noticed that.

"Now, let's move from that. If we stay on one topic for too long, we'll stay here for a long, long time. First of all, I wish to show Konoha's worth to all of you. It seems you still have doubts about our power. I want you all to sit down and calm down, I simply said those initial words as to explain why I assigned this meeting. There is proof we possess blessings from other gods, such as Assyrian. I did say in my letter we possess Chi, and from what I remember, no one in our city is from the Jade Empire. Tell me, how could a small city such as ours be able to suddenly possess such power? We were only a few when we arrived here. And Chi is quite recent, too. A certain 'temple' visit our city and taught Chi to our martial artists." Tzzz. Tzzz. The strings flew around...Making his words charismatic...

"Secondly, to prove that Ocaeril does possess influence in this city. Have you met, the..."

Tuldor stopped to think for a moment, before turning to his children.

"Do we have a name for them? You know, the big-nosed ones."

Indra shook his head and shrugged. "We just call them villagers."

"Okay, the villagers. The ones that...Just say 'hrrmmm.' They came from the seas one day, and unlike the other deep ones, they didn't attack us. In fact, they were squid once, who quickly evolved. Ocaeril is a god of evolution, so I have reason to believe he was the one who allowed such rapid growth. They are kinda...Annoying, though. I fear to see the day they start speaking." A low chuckle escaped his lips.

"And third...The Imperials use Chakra, yes? I wish to show you all our proficiency with it if you don't mind?"

The strings stood still, having done all they can. The god simply awaited the other's answers.

"Also, if the Villagers charged you all Emeralds for something, I deeply apologize."

Snort.

Joe could see the face of conflict on the Imperial's face, so he had a flower spritz some magical pollen up his nose.

There you go.

The pollen would make him more immune to any mind coercion. Imperial interests must be protected.

The ambassadors look confused. The Jade Ambassador is the first to speak up.

"Chi is innate in all things. Anyone can learn to harness its power whether or not the gods ordained it or a great master . You have no need for this deception wrapped in honeyed words. If you are what you claim then revealing this to us should be a simple feat. As for these strange-nosed men, I have not seen one, nor do I see how such a thing proves that you are anointed by the divine."

The imperial and Zhailving ambassadors appear to be talking to themselves.

"Are you sure? This might be useful, somehow, I'm not sure..."

"Y... You're probably right..."

Kurantse, who had been keeping an eye on the proceeding, whispers in the ear of the Zhailving ambassador.

This guy might be totally nuts, but that doesn't mean you gotta drop this. May as well exploit 'em, eh? Get you some chakra experts, some extra income...

Space Buddha Space Buddha

"Yeah... that does sound like a good idea..."

Meanwhile...

"That answers nothing." The corruption goddess idly says.

"Are you certain?"

"I have seen my fair share of alliances, they always hold the nations back. But if you think this may be interesting, then I suggest you decline the offer but accept an embassy to be built. Maybe take the offer further into the future."
