Usually it's whatever outfit he was wearing the last time he was female and vice-versa.
Fun Fact: Because he has two forms his wardrobe is twice the size of that of the average person.

Funnily enough he hasn't "come out" to his parents that he's a magical girl yet. They just assume he's going to a private school. Not that they care. Too busy running a successful electronics company (his mom) and being a world renowned pop/rock star (his dad).
