Haha, when some of the original people come to the end of their quests they create their own gyms to battle newcomers, lol.

b = (for now, 50. Subject to change.)


L = (Level of defeated pokemon


s = number of participating pokemon who have not fainted.


n = 1 + successful pokemon's level.


Hit Probability: P = B(q/a)


P = Percentage of hit.


B = base attack hit


q = accuracy mod (starts at one)


a = evasion mod ( starts at one)


Damage: ((2A/5+2)*B*C)/D)/50)+2)*X)*Y/10)*Z)/255


A = attacker's Level


B = attacker's Attack or Special


C = attack Power


D = defender's Defense or Special


X = same-Type attack bonus (1 or 1.5)


Y = Type modifiers (4, 2, 1, .5, .25, or 0)


Z = a random number between 217 and 255 (I might change this to be static.)


Like I said. Fundamentals are complete. Specifics might change.


Also, I have done no changes to the damage eq.

Yeah, it is a little confusing for those that might not get it. Is there a way to make a program for it or if there is a program for it?
 
If you can't I have a friend that probably could. I don't know how difficult it is for you and you have worked so hard on it. I just don't want to scare people off by it and I can't promise to do it for them everytime

Basically its saying


2 times the attackers level


Divided by 5


plus 2


times the attackers SpecAtk or Atk


times the power of the move


Divided by the defenders Def or SpecDef


divided by 50


plus 2


times the bonus from STAB


times type modifiers
 
Math is not something I enjoy, but as long as I have a symbol chart I can do it. I just tend to panic. I've went as high as statistics in college
 
I haaaaaaate math soooooooooooooooo much.


If I don't get into college through academic means, the maths will be the reason.
