JC reached up clutching her head, "Ugh, that didn't feel good," She said with a half chuckle. She felt sore all over her body, but she could tell nothing was broken. She looked over to Luna with a slight smile, "... well... that didn't work." She said.

The Onix, however, didn't seem to calm down as now it was striking again, ofcourse, Chesnut got in the way to keep the other two from being hit by it's increasing Rage attack.

"Its Ren. Nice to meet you. We could battle at battle field behind poke center, just let me heal my pokemon." Ren looked at Kayile and she looked worried. "Is something wrong?"He asked

"Ok" He said and then he went to Nurse Joy for healing. "No major injuries. Your pokemon are good to go. Thanks you, we hope you come again" Nurse Joy said. "Thank you. Ren quickly went to Kayile "Sorry to keep you waiting, lets finally start battle."

Kaylie nodded as she had been waiting, almost impatiently. But she nods as she headed out of the Pokemon center to the battle field near by.

"I only got one Pokemon," Kaylie said, "So it'll be a one on one."

"Bulbasuar," Kaylie said tossing out her pokeball as the Kanto Grass starter came out of it's pokeball in a burst of light. Kaylie smirks slightly as she glances over at him.

"Just got him a few days ago from Professor Oak," Kaylie said to Ren, "So, let's get this thing started. Bulbasuar, vine whip!"

The pokemon obeyed as it sent out two vines and whiped them out at the water type Pokemon.
 
“Icy wind.” A feminine yet unenthusiastic voice called out before a gust of freezing wind blew through and caused ice to form around the rock snake’s body, slowing it enough to soften the blow. However, it’s rampage wasn’t stopped completely as a girl with black, purple tinged, hair came from the direction of the cave’s entrance, with a blue bird Pokémon with green eyes and a yellow bill waddling ahead of her. She walked past the other trainers without saying a single word and pulled out a second pokeball from her belt. She then tossed it out causing a trapinch to be released from the ball, poised to bite at something.

Luna gave a sigh of relief at her friend's lack of injuries before smiling back at her and turning to face the pokémon. "You know, maybe we should retreat for now? Maybe we can draw it out-" she stopped mid sentence as she felt a chilly wind blow from the entrance of the cave. She shivered a bit and looked to the entrance to see a girl and a bird pokémon walking past them.

She motioned for Chespin to come back towards her, which he obeyed quickly and ran back to her and JC using the mysterious pokémons attack to draw attention away from him.

JC was a little caught off guard when the new trainer showed up. She wasn't exactly sure who this girl was but was thankful for the assistance... even if she was a little annoyed at not being more impressive. Nonetheless, she managed to get back up and get a bit more distance between them and the battle with the Onix. She wished she could do more and it was bugging her a little.

Back with the Onix, it didn't seem it appreciated the cold attack as it gave off an aggressive call before slamming down onto the trapinch with it's rage attack.

Bulbasuar's vines were batted back due to the Osawatt's attack. So it recalled it's vines as Kaylie already prepped her next attack.

"Poison Powder," Kaylie commanded as Bulbasuar shook the bulb on it's back causing a spore of poison cloud to come out and head directly towards it's opponent.

Ren says to Oshawott "Use Aqua jet to go to sky and get away from poison clous." Oshawott starts being surrounded by water from Aqua Jet and takes himself to sky. Trying to not get caught in poison powder.

“Icy wind again.” She ordered and with that the derpy looking bird flapped its wings to cause another gust of cold air to blow upon the Onix, slowing it more. “Now Bracka, charge solar beam.” She ordered after the trapinch barely avoided the rock snake’s attack. The Large jawed creature the started clacking its jaws as light energy started to gather inside them, preparing to fire it once it was finished charging.

Kaylie lightly chuckles as the water pulse floods the arena below making it a bit muddy, "I don't think Bulbasuar minds," Kaylie chuckled before getting serious again.

"Now, slam Oshawatt to the ground!" Kaylie commanded as her bulbasuar did as told and slammed the Oshawatt to the ground below.

The move seemed to work but Kaylie had other ideas.

"Bring him in and use Poison powder," kaylie said as the Bulbasaur began to reel in Oshawatt before using it's poison powder again.

JC watched the battle unfold as she felt it was a little cheating. Using two Pokemon on one in the wild. That's not how it's supposed to be done. But she kept her remarks to herself. After all, she could just hear the replies to what she would of said.

Back with the Onix, it took the icy wind and it only seemed to anger it more as it began to thrash about with it's rage attack, trying to hit Both of them back to back.
 
It was nearly impossible for the aspiring researcher not to flinch once the screaming began, his Fennekin all but jumping with him in surprise - nearly falling off his shoulder in the process. Silas shared a look with the fire-type before shifting his attention back towards his travel companion. His expression fell as he shook his head. "I'm pretty decent with Pokémon, not so much people. I don't think I have much of anything besides a blanket at the very most." He replied.

Silas managed to turn around just in time to watch his alarmed Absol running right back towards him, skidding to a stop at the researcher's side. While grateful to his partner for coming back at the commotion, he couldn't help but worry whatever could follow if it was enough to rattle the disaster Pokémon so known for his calm under pressure.

"Easy." The black-haired male said softly, kneeling down to Absol to gently stroke his head in hopes of calming him down. It was a feeble effort, but an effort all the same. He steeled his expression and got back up, turning towards Issac.

"We need to do something and fast. If it made Spade react, there's no telling what else is going to start heading our way."
