Anyhow, please do read this before you give control back to Scylla, as I have to come clean about something. You see, I realised I'm extraordinarily greedy! Insanely so, in fact.

Not only do I somehow find myself having a relation with more than one person, I also realised that one of those people has a part of her that I'd want to love equally~

I've been doing pretty well lately. I found out I've got a younger sister. The most adorable Lune Elf. You might like her as well. I've also got a pretty cool older brother, who's also into making weaponry. Perhaps you'd want to meet him someday?

Oh! I also went on a date with Scylla on Ryke! It was pretty fun, but you should totally join us next time~ Perhaps Iberis as well? I know it's not really following conventions, but none of us ever cared about such trivial things, right?

On the topic of conventions, I think you've totally ruined me. I saw this weird café hosting an 'all you can eat' buffet concept and I immediately started thinking of you and had to stop myself from drooling... Seriously, I don't think there's anyone in the world with whom I can get more than my fill of high quality stuff. It's great.

Hello mister lawyer Kellum & Chisato!

How's it been? Have you been doing a lot more lawyering since we tried to figure out the property stuff? You probably have though, because that was pretty much your whole job, right? Just like how I've been doing a whole lot more happiness research!

Anyhow, I got some questions! Or well, mostly just one, but it is really important!

Why do people get to legally kill [monsters] and [criminals] first, instead of after they try to converting them? As a certified [Convict Converter] it seems like such a drastic measure to take! Think of all the increased happiness that we could have when we stop doing that and just convert all criminals and monsters into good and happy people! Is there any way to lawyer that into a law? That'd be great!

Oh, by the way, how is that girl doing that legally wasn't a child labourer, but that seemed to be told to work as a receptionist besides being underage? Tell her I said hi!

Thank you again for teaching me about exhibitionism!
It was very educational to learn about how people like looking at exposed skin in certain places!
However, it was even more educational to see you putting these things in action.

Anyhow, how has your quest for finding happiness in alcohol been going?
My own data suggests that alcohol induced happiness is of a temporary nature and has some serious consequences in happiness reduction the next day... but perhaps it's different for you!

I'm still a bit sad that the sad snake died, but I know you only set it on fire because you thought that was best for happiness, so I'm not angry.

In fact, I hope you've been doing well! Have you been finding more of your clan? What were they called again.. Gyoza! From what I've gathered, clans can be good for happiness, so I'm hoping you'll find your Gyoza clan!

Sadly enough, me and Ophenia weren't really able to give a good concert during that time. However! I wrote her a letter and she agreed for us to have another one! We'll be going to perform a duet sometime and that time, I'm sure we won't have any sad snakes burning to death, so it should be really good for happiness!

Would you be willing to join us again? I'm sure our concert will be much better as we might coordinate outfits first and do planning and that sort of stuff, I think Ophenia knows all about it! I'll just follow her lead and it'll be great!

I was naïve and foolish. Clearly, my words hadn't reached you. Although I've tried to focus on the mission back then, I was recently reminded once more. The 'daddy' title you've left me has become like a scar sometimes. One of the many times I failed and kept failing.

Wherever you are now, I hope you've found someone better and more deserving.

After loosing track of Haruki and you, it seems clear to me that for all my efforts, I am not nearly good enough to attempt to raise someone or care for them.

It has been a while since we travelled through Kuridan together, has it not?
Even so, the events and adventure are still vividly on my mind.
The shrine, the hill toad, the curse, the witch... It was a lot, wasn't it?

We might not have interacted much, but I find myself having a silent appreciation for warriors.
As you might have noticed, I am not exactly a combatant myself.
Truthfully, some of the events from that day still haunt me, but I shall continue to move on.

Have you been continuing your journeys as well?

From what I gathered, Yukan had some rather grand goals.
Did you decide to stay at his side to see them unfold?

Truthfully, I am not exactly up to date with things, so I was not sure how to address you.
My apologies if my letter doesn't include the proper titles.

As for myself, I have recently become a Bishop of my faith and await to become the patron of the Holy City of Vegard, a place you might have heard of.

Truthfully, the way you managed to lead your troops was inspiring.
Even though the situation was far beyond the scope of a simple clergyman like myself, it felt that there was at least one person in control of it all.

All things considered, I must admit that I have always had a difficult debating topics of war and politics. The line between necessarily evils and simple evils is always paper thin.

It's why, all the more, I hope you shall find a way stay on the right path, in all your future endeavours. You have honour and valour, which I pray will guide you throughout hardships.

How have you been since our adventures at the Shrine of Cleansed Curses?

Truthfully, I do not doubt that you've gone on many more adventures since.
You didn't strike me as the type to sit still for long, nor the type to keep her hands idle.
All I hope is that the adventures you've been on have at least been kind to you.

That said, I do recall that you were interested in visiting the Holy City of Vegard and that you would one day accept my offer to join me there. As I have become of bishop of my faith, I will eventually be initiated as the city's patron saint. Should you ever wish to visit, I believe the celebrations might be the most worthwhile time to enter.

Not to say that I'm worthy of a grandiose celebration, of course, but just that the people in the city are rather gracious and good at celebrating.

I would also be honoured if I might one day be welcomed in your village. Should you ever deem me worthy of entering, I would gladly accept.

Oddly enough, I must admit that I have met few other canines during my many travels.
That said, I believe that is where the comparisons between us end, do they not?

Even so, I do believe you are a warrior capable of bringing about good in the world.
From what I recall, you were searching for an answer as to what a sword is?

Have you gained any new insights into this quest of yours?

Truthfully, I've started seeing a sword more and more as an extension of whomever wields it.
Something to attack and harm, or to protect and save, all depended on the hand that holds it.

I doubt such words, especially from someone as far away from being a warrior as myself, are what you are looking for, so I shall pray you find your answers with those whom might know better.

It's been a while since our adventure in the Shrine of Cleansed Curses, has it not?
Between the Hill Toad, the curses and the witch, it was both memorable and dangerous.
It's odd to look back on it all, is it not? Perhaps that is just me being sentimental.

Truthfully, I still respect you from being the first to help me bury the bodies of the deceased. Many warriors would forgo such a task after the heat of battle, as the triumph of victory or grief of loss overwhelm them. The fact that you didn't showed me you are a man of great character.

Although I'm not sure what your future plans or journeys were, I hope the world has been treating you well regardless.

I do recall you promised a drink, should our paths cross again. I shall hold you to it, as luckily, my faith would allow me to accept such an offer (in moderation).

Dear miss Melissa,

Whilst I am not entirely sure what the common rules and courtesies are regarding our previous transactions, I believed it best to err on the side of caution and write you in order to convey my sincerely meant and truthful gratitude towards the services you provided.

Now that I have used them in practice, it is clear to me that both my main catalyst, as well as the spare, are of excellent quality. Truthfully, my abilities to train and study magic would have been severely hampered had you not been willing to provide me the necessary equipment at such a high quality for such a fair price.

Even my robes have been far less prone to tearing, which I've come to realise comes with the additional benefit of no longer having people ask me why I look 'sloppy' or neglected. I had not realised the proper benefits of having quality clothing prior to having had it, but now I am all the more grateful for it.

Finally, I wish to inquire if you participate in a craft called 'enchanting', for I am debating its utility in my future endeavours.

Dear Siegfried,

From what I recall of our meeting at the ruins in Aslan, you shared a desire to learn more about the Ethereal. As a result, it seems like it might be mutually beneficial for us to report our findings to one another.

I have only a few things to report. I learned that space-time disorienting properties of Plague-bearing Hearts might open up to various realms, but that those are not likely to include the Ethereal. I also learned that 'concerts' can induce a sate akin to experiencing the Ethereal, but only temporarily. As of now, I strive to increase my magical capability and status as the university to garner the resources and status needed to further my studies.

How did you fare in you attempt to re-attain your horn and undo the curse put upon you? Although I have no expertise in the area, I do believe it is theoretically possible. Have you been able to find a priest or bishop to attempt it?

I recall you requested for me not to pass upon meals. As the university has been providing free meals, I can assure you I have skipped them considerably less.

Truthfully, I had not expected to reach out to you after our meeting at those ruins in Aslan.

However, upon my return to the Ethereal Luminary, I realised I had been marked as missing and that the student you'd been looking for might have been me, a fact that I was not properly aware of at the time. Whilst it is extraordinarily peculiar for anyone to care enough to go on a search for me, it is nevertheless appreciated.

That said, I have an inquiry I wish to make. This might be the first time I find myself wondering about a subject not related to magic and the ethereal, so I was unsure of whom to ask. Hopefully, you would be willing and capable to provide me with an answer.

Do you know if it is possible for someone of high status, such as that of a Hero, to leave a lasting imprint on someone's perception? Including thinking of them often and fondly remembering the time spent with them? It's like a rather puzzling after-effect of my meeting with someone in the See that I've been struggling to comprehend.

I must admit that you did not strike me as the type of person who'd need such equipment. To that extend, I would much rather hope that you never had to use it, even though the latter would make my attempted survey meaningless.

Should the armour have seen its usage, could you tell me if it has functioned as intended? Has it been capable of guarding against considerable enough impact without bending or breaking? It it still shaped well enough to allow for relatively free movement?

Whilst I am unable to work the craft often these days, I would hope you'd be willing to tell me of your experiences with it. Needlessly to say, should they be insufficient, I shall attempt to find some time to mend any flaws that might've occurred.

Truthfully, he is a very bright young smith who's talents I recognise as equal to my own and I'm sure he's capable of surpassing me before long. I would wager his 'cost' was a bit different than mine, but I doubt he'd overcharge you.

From what I recall, you were trying to find out what a 'sword' was. Have you been able to find any answers you were looking for?

Although you're always welcome to visit my barony again, I won't make promises I've learned I can't keep, so I can't promise you I'd be to meet with you personally for any significant amount of time. How have you been? I hope the katana I forged you hasn't lost its edge? Truthfully, at times I feel like my craft has gotten a little rusty due to how little time I've been able to spent on it. I might have to refer you to a man called Ryan Kylieth for that custom order you once mentioned.

That said, during our meeting, I remember you mentioned you didn't follow the laws of governance and focused more on your own laws of morality. It seems to be a relatively dangerous disposition to have, so I sincerely hope it has kept you out of trouble.

Curiously enough, I haven't had that many more people from other worlds, like you and me, since our meeting. Instead, I have met another like Teuihua, who's from this world, but from ages prior. It's peculiar how this world functions and seems to disregard some of the rules of space and time as to whom wanders its surface.

Come to think of it, you were worried about growing a lizard's tail at some point. I hope that hasn't occurred to you?

Although our meeting was during one of my lowest points in life, I am grateful for your words of concern and offer of aid back then. I still recall your analogy regarding the people wishing to enter the university. It was rather insightful.

You stated it was the first time you tried to advice someone through a long story, but I hope it wasn't the last, for I believe you carried the potential to become rather good at it.

Thankfully, I have been able to regain my Heart's Seed. Honestly, I can't say if I've been able to become conniving as a result of it, like you suggested I might need to become. If anything, I feel I've been having more issues with being too honest at times.

Once again, I'd like to thoroughly apologise for my utterly embarrassing display during out meeting. Between attempting to meet you in those dark woods in my state back then, without proper measures, as well as hoping you would vouch for me without thinking through the extend of the implications that might have on you, I was truly and utterly foolish.

Hopefully, despite my foolish interruption, you have managed to find the child you were looking for? It would pain me beyond imagination if I had not only embarrassed myself as much as I did, but also sabotaged your mission.

Finally, although I have absolutely no rights at all to ask this of you, I was hoping for you opinion on something. Through trials, I have been able to get my Heart's Seed back, but now that I am whole again, I started realising something.

I have fallen utterly in love with someone that isn't Fae.

As a Hero of our nation, do you believe such a feeling is allowed to be acted upon?
