Xion - Can we go 3 for 3 on sweet lovers? Yessir! LMAO. This girl's diet probably is purely Sea Salt Ice Cream. I do see her not minding more savory things though. She'd probably love trying most things

Daisuke: hunting. Wait jobs don't count? Drawing monsters then. He likes to analyze and draw monsters in his hunting journal.

Alku: playing with Trout, her baby barioth. Her life is dedicated to her work so outside of that she doesn't do much. Fishing is another hobby she doesn't do often.

Link: harrassing the local monsters using weird and creative methods usually involving fire and/or explosives

Luffy: likes fishing on a calm day when he’s not on a seafaring adventure.

Melia - She's a bit hard, but maybe flower collecting and/or just taking in nature in general. She loves being surrounded by nature after all ^^

Zelda - Researching / Studying. We all know she's a lil nerd who studies a variety of different things

Xion - Collecting seashells! She would always collect them when going to different worlds and put them around Roxas when he was unconscious for awhile

Joker - He has a few, like cooking, gaming or even tinkering. Despite cooking being kinda part of his job, it's clear he enjoys it. Gaming wise, he plays a lot of old games and his friends often ask him to play as well. Also could be used in the sense of games like billiards or darts which he also enjoys. And tinkering wise, he crafts his own thief tools so he loves doing that in his spare time too, even sometimes during school LMAO
