I like it but moreso leaning towards magma, less towards fire but that's absolutely still cool.

Not necessarily. Findings and reportings are allowed such as huge stories or scoops, but anything promoting hostility between the two occupations wouldn't be allowed such as hate speech, propaganda, etc.
