Arc 1
Trinity Welcome

The rising sun casted it's bright light onto a tall building, giving it a warm, orangish-yellow glow. Atop this building was a very small gap, like the fabric of the third-dimensional space had been cut open. The gap closed, then it opened again. There atop the building stood a mysterious man with his hand extended towards where the gap was. This man's expression was one only a demon could make. His wicked grin oozed with sin. His sinister eyes were filled with malice. "Soon..." The man looked in the direction of Trinity, the school for enhanced individuals. He brought his hand up and across his chest. Down below him the early morning faculty were preparing for the day. The mysterious man brought his hand down in a sharp motion, literally cutting open the three-dimensional space in front of him, creating a portal. As he stepped through it, he grinned. "Count your days, Larios Trinity!!"

The sun now at it's apex, shone radiantly over the campus. It was a bright beautiful morning. The official first day for the new school year. Today, Trinity would be welcoming it's fresh batch of new students. The plane carrying all the students had just rolled in for landing. It was now time for students to start heading to their first class.

"Trinity-1, you are clear for landing."

As often tended to be the case, Dolores knew that the plane would be coming in long before her ears heard it or her eyes saw it. Knowing what the air control tower and all the other major systems on the island were saying was always useful. And listening in to smaller devices was always just a matter of listening in a bit closer...

Even so, she took a glance out of the window to confirm. There it was, the high-tech jet gliding in to deliver the fresh-faced entrants. As it happened, the faculty offices overlooked the entrance as well, which was reasonable. She didn't expect a cushy office, but what she got was pretty decent anyway. More than enough space for her work table, all her other stuff, and the mainframe whose monitors were currently showing several different video game streams on mute. Even a futon for when she didn't feel like dragging herself back to the staff quarters.

Pulling on her labcoat, it took but a thought for her to signal her drone Roentgen to follow. Resembling a metallic baseball sized orb with two pincers and hoverjets, it might not have looked too threatening. But she knew otherwise.

In five minutes, Dolores was by the airstrip, her arms open to greet the arrivals jovially but with an ever present veneer of condescension.

"Welcome, welcome, and welcome, dear gifted students, to your first day at Trinity! You can call me Madam Mezner." Emphasis on that part. "The...naughtier among you might know me as Doppler, but please. Don't call me that in class." She giggled, as though having shared a potent secret with the students.

"You should have received your floor plans and assignments in your designates student inboxes, and if you haven't retrieved your email yet..." She clicked her tongue. "I've got a lot to teach you. But you lot...looks like your first class is PT with Mr. Jenkins. Oooh, hope you're ready for a workout. But first..."

Reaching into her pocket, she pulled out a piece of taffy from Ms. Angelina's machine, tossing it to the bee-looking girl. "You look sweet. Here's a welcome gift."

And then she turned to Serena, giving a little pout. "And you. Old man wants me to give you a little extra evaluation and set a baseline. Come see me after classes are out." Reaching into her other pocket, she handed Serena a card with the directions in pink print, on top of flowers and bunnies drawn in marker on it.

The plane had finally landed. Wally looked out the window at the impressive landscape of his new home. "Lovely..." After the plane came to a complete stop, the pilot dismissed the students. Wally got up from his seat and followed his peers out of the stationary aircraft. "This place is beautiful and seems peaceful. I'm going to like it here." The soft breeze blew Wally's somewhat wild hair graciously in the wind. Any bangs that covered his eyes were now brushed out the way to reveal his big pearly eyes that shone like silver from the sun's reflection. "Alright, where am I headed..." The young man dug his hand into his pocket and pulled out a slip of paper. "PT with Mr. Jenkings." Looking up, he spotted staff directing the new students to their classes. "Looks like PT is this way."

There was something absolutely psychotic about having flights back to back in order to get to a school on a private island...and then to go kick off the day as well with physical training. For all her own enthusiasm towards retaining what little muscle mass she had to start with, Sui-Len certainly wasn't in the best of shapes by the time the plane rolled down the runway and she half-stumbled her way down the stairs. Her skin was a couple shades paler than it was normally, and she stared at the asphalt as if she couldn't believe it existed, before culminating the experience by letting out a long, long sigh. Trinity Academy, where she'd learn to use the powers that spawned from her M-Genes. Trinity Academy, where perhaps she'd find someone with the set of knowledge and ability necessary to fix her situation. Trinity Academy, the little cage of an island from which she'll be stuck in for the springtime of her youth.

Her iridescent eyes turned towards the roaring sea, abyssal and monstrous, waves rolling beneath a falsely-benign surface. She shivered, turned away. Yeah, it was an island, but at least she could stand on it. Whatever. Maybe she could check out the sewer system or something during some boring-ass class like English. But that was the future. God fuck shit that was still the future.

She screwed her face together with an intense, queasy focus and, clutching her duffel bag of 'stuff' to her chest, the petite girl wobbled in a direction entirely opposite to where the staff was pointing, her head down and her shoulders hunched in the facsimile of stealth. There were plenty of weirdos around. Surely no one would notice her?

The rapid clacking noises of plastic against plastic could be heard in the plane as Elise fiddled with the rubik cube on her hands. It was her 6th one that day and the trash bin attached to her seat was filled with colorful plastic blocks.

The cube snapped and shattered into pieces. Its parts scattered all over her and she could feel some of them hit her right in the face. Elise stared at her now shaking hands and tried to calm her breath. One of the downside of her power that Elise wished she never had was that everything feels slow. She was in the plane for exactly 1 hours 13 minutes and 5 seconds yet it felts like an entire day had passed for her. This boredom made her extra restless and she felts like she would kill just so she can get out, RIGHT NOW. Sometimes this restlessness was so bad she would need medication to calm herself, though she prefers not to. Those pills can give her some nasty nausea afterwards. She wondered if this was how her father perceive the world, hence he always had a bored expression on his face.

Fortunately, they finally arrived at the school. Although she kept her face as expressionless as possible, Elise was more than eager to go out of the plane. The muscle on her body relaxed as she took a deep breath of the air in her new school.

The staff who introduced herself as Madam Mezner directed the students towards their first class, PT. Good. Elise thought. Some exercise might be what she need the most right now. Elise followed the stream of students but her eyes couldn't stop looking at every direction. She tried to memorize every place and every person present, if she couldn't even do that then grandfather would be very disappointed at her. Her darting sight accidentally caught the sight of a figure seemingly trying to sneak out and went the other way. She know the school probably had a few staffs to handle something like this but she had a mental itch whenever she saw someone disobeying instructions like that. She briskly walk towards the sneaking student and firmly grabbed her shoulder from behind.

"Excuse me, but the class is that way." Elise said in a flat tone, her thumb was pointing at the direction of where most students go.

SERENA MARTIN
Serena stifled a yawn as she walked out of the plane, securing her pocket computer in her bag. A great advantage of said computer was that it could be used during long morning flights like this one! Though she’d have to finish the level later -she’d arrived at the boss right as the plane started landing…

Gently slapping her cheeks, the blonde girl tried to force a smile. Today was the big day, after all! Now according to her schedule, the very first class would be Physical Training. A bit of a rough start considering she and the other students just arrived from a flight but she doubted it’d be brutal on their first day. … At least she hoped so.

… It just dawned on her that despite having shared a plane with many other students, she didn’t bother talking to any one of them. She partially blamed that on her desire to play video games to pass the time (though it still meant it was her fault, right…?) but there would be plenty of time to correct that! She did catch a few names during the flight so she wouldn’t be completely lost.

Fortunately, it seemed that the students wouldn’t be left to their own devices as one of the teachers was already there to greet everyone and direct them to Mr. Jenkins’ class (urgh, PT first thing in the morning, really…?).

While the initial plan has been to simply follow the other students and maybe try to strike some conversations, Serena got stopped right in her tracks by the teacher who welcomed everyone, handing her a card. “Huh? O-Oh yeah, I’ll be there! Thanks, Doppler- er, Madam Mezner…?” Her face blanked for a brief moment but her smile returned as she secured the card in one of her pockets. “Eheh, I hope I’m not already in trouble.”, she lightly joked, turning to her classmates.

Valeria Torres
Valeria's eyes had been glued shut for most of the flight so she was more than relieved when the plane was readying to touch down. Despite her powers (Was it even right to call her luck streak that? She wasn't sure.), she still got a little uneasy at high heights. So she was down the aisle and off the plane as soon as they landed without really thinking about it.
As soon as she'd regained her bearings though, her eyes widened at the sight of the school. She took it all in for a moment before Doppler informed everyone that they were headed to PT. Val smirked at this announcement, always up for a challenge or competition. PT was one of the few classes she liked (besides Gifted Learning and SCI, obviously). The plane ride over hadn't been her finest moment, but a little showing off in PT class was just what she needed to feel better.

She let the slightly-salty breeze blow her dark hair out of her face and gazed out at the ocean as the other students got off the plane in varied states of awareness. Her stomach growled and she realized she hadn't had anything to eat in a while, she'd been too excited about returning to school.
It was at that exact moment that something soft and squishy hit her square in the face. She blinked then grabbed it off the ground to realize the object was a blueberry muffin, one of her favorite treats. She gleefully tore open the wrapper and was about to take a bite when she felt something soft bounce off her leg. She looked down to discover another muffin. Splat. Now a third one. Splat. Splat. Splat. Val squealed as muffins rained down from the sky, bouncing off her arms and legs. She ran but the attacking pastry treats followed her, so she ducked under the body of the plane to hide before she burst out laughing. Shaking uncontrollably with shocked laughter, she waited for the storm to pass. As underwhelming and unimpressive as her power was, at least there was always something new happening. She was never bored and had to live life on her toes.

When the storm of muffins let up a little, she emerged from her hiding spot and rejoined her classmates, kicking aside wrapped treats and taking bites of the unwrapped muffin in her hand as she made her way back over to the group. But the students still seemed to be regrouping since the plane landed, so she walked in the direction of the ocean. She peeled off her shoes and socks and let her feet sink into the wet sand and the waves softly made their way up to her ankles before pulling back. She could already see herself coming out here often during the more boring lectures (Math and Social Science? Yuck.) and enjoying the calm of the beach.

Daniel Brut |
Act 1 - A Warm Welcome

“Man, can this plane crash already…?” – Danny sat there, struggling to shift into a more comfortable position on his seat, livid, heated thoughts building up; though they didn’t quite bleed into his gaze, he merely glared holes through the window, half-expecting to catch wind of some gremlin tearing up one of the wings of the metal beast. He mused over that horror movie cliché until it dawned on him, those types of scenarios only played out at the very climax of those low-budget flicks, when the camera panned out the window in the middle of some thunderstorm. His eyes drifted up from behind the porthole, lazily, gawking ever so slightly above the clouds. The sun was still up. There was no thunderstorm. No gremlins.

Just an excruciatingly long flight ahead of him.

“Just put me out of my misery…” – He prayed to any higher being out there for a signal, for something mildly interesting to happen. Alas, his pleas fell on deaf ears. Daniel croaked, his dead stare somehow going gloomier as his whole body slid, his forehead pressing against the glass, one elbow planted on his right thigh, chin leaning in to prop on his open palm; waiting like a dog on a leash, or maybe some kid sitting cross-legged on the curb, looking up to the streets, waiting for his dad’s car to pass by – he fully understood what both of those felt in these types of situations.

It was then he wished his M-Gene allowed him to drop dead, fall like a log, sleep the whole ride away. But he could not catch a wink of sleep since yesterday, not back home, not here on the plane. Instead, he was having one of those lapses, apparently. Homesickness hit him hard once the first hour struck, a low punch in the gut he didn’t quite see coming. It left him hoping for things to work back into plain old normalcy–as boring as that was. But no, no, Danny was special. Out of his family of gifted athletes, Daniel, the kid that only gets out of his room to jump over people’s houses at night, the old ass man that never thought about looking for a job because he was taking his year-long sabbatical to hone his parkour skills, was the ‘special’ one.

It washed over him a grief he couldn’t shake, felt hollow; undeserved, this whole trip. Why was he the one with the opportunity? – “Because one of your genes is shaped like an M!” – They’d say, perfunctory, half-ironic. Trying to lift his spirits, maybe – “No shit it’s shaped like an M, dumbass…” – He’d reply, matter-of-factly as he could with a straight face, almost bored. And then Danny would be back to his doubts. His mind somehow managed to filter it to an even dumber convo each time he tried to reminisce, back to when the doctors told him why he was special.

A light rumble shook him out of his thoughts, he flexed as if to stand up. All he managed was to unglue his face from the window, pausing to stare, half-disgusted-half-horrified, at the print he’d left on the glass panel.

Danny got up with the other kids and stretched the legs, not bothering to let the mind wander off any longer.

He flinched at the scenery roaring into life, seagulls, waves crashing and all; his hands rose up on instinct at the glare of the sun. It was summer, after all. Daniel stretched a bit as what his brain automatically noted as ‘some lab-rat goblin’ greeted the students, he paid no mind to this Madam Doppler-Mezner, only sparing a glance to make sure it wasn’t just another student pulling a prank on them. The only things burning at the back of his mind at the moment were – “First class, PT, teacher with the goofy name. After that, get some sleep. Maybe you’ll wake up back home.” – Simple as.

Most would’ve gotten sucked up on that dérive, fall head first into it and let the entrancing vistas pull them in. A large, attractive resort for a school; sure to stir up some teen spirit. Daniel, on the other side of the spectrum, was simply too tired to be all happy-go-lucky about his new life as a student. The air felt nice on the lungs and the sights were refreshing, sure, but who cared? Danny needed his beauty sleep to function like an actual human being first, and that had been long denied to him ever since he boarded that damned plane.

As he walked he wrote down every student that caught his eyes in his mental catalog. If one thing was to be sure, they were all the noisy, eccentric bunch he was expecting to meet. Daniel let out a pained sigh at this discovery. He shook his head, sullenly, stuffing both hands into his pockets and walking just behind everyone else. If there was a god out there, no one would start talking to him.

Oh god please just let it be over. I can't take it one more second. I refuse. Why did it have to be planes? I asked them so many times if I could just take a boat. I didn't care how much earlier I needed to leave or if it cost anything. Just not a plane. Now not only did I have to get on one plane I had to make a connecting flight! This has to be some form of torture. Maybe this is my first test. To see if I can even handle this.

The brown haired boy continued to brood internally. The same complaints he'd been thinking about for the entire plane ride. The plane suddenly lurched with a bit of turbulence and he once again threw one hand over his mouth while the other grabbed the seat in front of him. The male could swear even though he couldn't see himself that his face must be green at this point. his stomach had been upset since the plane left the ground and had only gotten worse.

The plane steadied itself soon after and Haseo glanced forward. As if his problems weren't large enough they had sat him in the very back of the plane. Where normally he would have been chatting with everyone around him to get to know them he now had to focus on not vomiting. He was sure if he opened his mouth for even an instant he would lose his iron control over his stomach. Perhaps there was mercy in the world because just when he thought he couldn't take it anymore the captain chimed in. The pilot let them know they were making their descent and would be on the ground in five minutes.

Despite this being the longest five minutes of his life Haseo managed to keep it cool. He was actually on a window seat but as soon as they landed and began taxing he climbed over the person sitting beside him. One of the flight attendants watched him with a stern gaze as he opened the luggage compartment while they were moving. Haseo realized this but did not care enough to speak to them. The sooner he got out of this situation the better for all of them. If he blew chunks on the floor she would be the one cleaning it up so he was really doing her a favor. As soon as the plane came to a stop and the door opened Haseo slung his duffle bag over his shoulder and began running.

"Scuse me! Coming through! Pardon me! Oop watch out!" He did not care who he had to get by to get off of this flying death machine. No one was going to stop him. He had to squeeze by a few people near the back but once his commotion was noticed most people stepped out of his way. Haseo was the first one off the plane. He jumped down the steps 2-3 at a time. Once his feet finally connected with solid ground he made it a few more steps before collapsing on all fours and taking several large breaths.

"I. AM NEVER. GETTING ON A. PLANE. AGAIN." He was speaking between deep gasping breaths of the now fresh air and enjoying the feeling of the ground not moving. He wasn't sure if anyone was even listening to him but it was more a comment for himself anyway. The male took a few more moments to compose himself and catch his breath. Once he was satisfied he wasn't going to throw up in front of everyone he pushed himself to sit cross legged on the ground and observe his surroundings.

"Wow Doppler you're short." His gaze first fell to the little girl that was wearing a lab coat. He had heard her say that was her name but hadn't heard anything else she'd said. Also bit of a weird choice to wear a lab coat as a student but who was he to judge? Just as he was about to comment on the girl who had four arms an unkown squishy object hit him in the face causing him to fall back dramatically and lay flat on his back.

"Whuh the hewll whus that?" The muffin had partially covered his mouth and was causing his voice to be muffled as he spoke. He picked it off his face and would have normally eaten it but his stomach still ached from the ordeal he had just been through. Haseo instead brushed the rest of the muffin off onto the ground. Looking around showed that muffins had fallen everywhere. What the heck was that? Who just throws muffins? More muffins were still being thrown. Or raining? Whichever it was Haseo began running from them and ducked under the wing of the plane when two girls caught his eye.

"Hey!" He called out to the both of them and waved a hand as he quickly crossed the distance between them. "Gonna be honest I didn't read any information at all. Do you guys know where we're going? Oh also I'm Haseo. Nice to meetcha."

Jacob Marleau:

Jacob felt a sinking feeling in the pit of his stomach. No, it wasn't because he was afraid of heights or nervous while flying, but it was because he dreaded what was to come once he had to get off of the plane. A part of the boy just wished he never had to get off of that plane and could hide there forever. Jacob's eyes widened as he peaked his head up and looked out the window, seeing the landscape and catching a first glimpse of his new home. He gulped nervously, thinking negative thoughts. "Great," the boy thought to himself inside of his head, "I'm being sent to a home for freaks...." he told himself. He wondered why in the world he was being sent here and doubted his self worth heavily. "Just keep your head down low and talk to NO ONE," the boy told himself, making a mental note in his mind. He once again felt an anxious sinking feeling deep within the bit of his stomach. He clutched his belly, frowning and feeling slightly queasy, his emotions overwhelming him in the current moment. Jacob looked out the window, the plane approaching a lower and lower landing altitude.

Eventually, and luckily for Jacob (as he would most likely be more miserable dreading and dwelling upon his negative and doubtful thoughts), the plane eventually arrived and landed on the airstrip. He sighed, "
Oh boy," he said, very softly under his breath aloud, but to the point where no one could really hear him. He was a pretty quiet young boy. Jacob ran a hand through his soft blonde hair, his fair hair a bit messy from not being combed too well. While his hair was slightly a mess, he certainly looked presentable enough and no one would really notice that it wasn't the way he normally styled his hair. He pushed a small lock of his blonde hair behind his ears, sighing once more as he got up and prepared to de-board the plane.

As Jacob exited the plane and came outside, he squinted his eyes a bit, the sun shining not too brightly or intense, but it was a bit of an adjustment after sitting inside of an airplane for a few hours. Jacob didn't know why, but he had a weird bad feeling in his gut about this crazy place. He made it a point not to make eye contact nor even merely LOOK at any of the other students. He surely did not want to talk to anyone nor did he want to draw any attention to himself. Mother always said, keep your head down and look straight, no need to talk to anyone. Jacob repeated her words of advice to him before he left for the plane ride earlier today in his head. It was because he was a freak, he told himself, he was a freak that needed to hide his weirdness and special abilities from the rest of the world. His mother, ever the pessimist, had told him that making friends, even just mere acquaintances, would be a wasteful thing to do as surrounding himself with other people would only weigh him down. Of course, Jacob had real friends before, but that was because they thought he was a normal human just like them with no special quirks or crazy abilities and powers. If they knew Jacob's unfortunate ability from birth to temporarily hypnotize someone, surely they would be drawn away from him and label him as a freak.

Now, Jacob felt that he was a freak among freaks. Although he was sure every student here had some weird quirk, he still felt as if he should be ashamed of his and as if it was quite possibly the worst of them all. What he most feared most and believed that would happened were he to tell anyone his ability was that they would call him things like a "weirdo," a "monster," or of course, a "freak." He heeded his mother's cautious words of advice. "Keep your head down low, look straight, and whatever you do, try NOT to talk to anyone at all costs." "Friends and acquaintances will only bring you down, Jakey," his mother would tell him. Damn, how he hated that God forsaken baby nickname, "Jakey." She had called him that ever since he was a little boy. He was 15 now, so why was she still calling him that from time to time at home? It didn't matter now. He wouldn't be seeing his mother OR his father for a very very long time. Now he had to focus on his schooling at this new odd place he had just recently arrived at. Jacob closed his eyes and exhaled. "
This is going to be miserable," he told himself in his head.

The young blonde haired boy pulled out his schedule from his bag, sliding a slightly crumpled piece of paper out. He squinted his eyes and read his first class of the day. "
PT," he read to himself. Jacob shrugged. Of course, he didn't think it would be necessarily fun here at this new school and new environment, but he reminded himself that he was actually pretty good with physical activity back at home. But then again, he wasn't back at home anymore. This was his new home. But he was quite the athletic boy, having played sports and other various physical actives back at his original place where he was born and raised. Jacob looked up to see a few presumably staff members guiding the new students to their first classes. He over heard a few of them saying something about PT being over this way, the way they were pointing and directing others to. Without making eye contact with any of the faculty members or the students, Jacob blended in the line of students going to PT class, filing in behind them and following the herd. This was it, soon his first class here would be starting: PT.

Melina Campbell

As the plane finally landed Melina held her bag to her chest tightly and let out a sigh of relief. It was her first time traveling on a plane since she had never been too far away from home even on previous school trips. The dark haired girl moved quickly outside, her only thought at the time being to get somewhere safer for her own mental health. Her fast walking came to a stop when she found a bench to sit down and catch her breath, calming herself down. Her gaze moved up, noticing the scenery around the school and the school itself, she still couldn't believe that a place such as this would be her new home. She was scared deep down but also excited.

She opened her bag, remembering that she actually had class, and took out her schedule. Her eyes widened a little in surprise, she had PT, Melina secretly loved this class and it would help her relax after a long trip. She put the paper back in her bag and started making her way to the class while looking around the building, wondering what the rest of the rooms looked like.

Near the back of the plane, Don's head bobs to the side occasionally before snapping back to an upright position, eyes refocusing on the blank page in his lap. A pair of thick black headphones on his head casually blare some sort of loud rock music as though it'd scream him into complete consciousness.
Clearly, it wasn't working well—what did work, however, was the boy attempting to crawl his way past him in a mad dash off the plane.
Don flings his head back and clutches his journal to his chest, his headphones sliding halfway down his face in the confusion. As soon as the guy finally manages to wrangle his way out of the seats trapping him, the headphones clatter to the floor, and Don is wheezing.
"What—"
The boy is gone, though, and Don is left to pickup his things from the floor with a few chuckles. Damn. What a way to wake up, huh?

Don exits alongside a few other kids. He lags behind, ambling along with his luggage, his free hand kept in his pocket and eyes shifting rapidly.
His schedule has to be somewhere in his bag; It's probably crushed beneath a couple of markers and a granola bar, but it's definitely there.
Why does that matter, of course he already knows what his schedule is. PT is first. He thinks. He knows. Definitely.
Where was the boy on the plane earlier?
Wow a lot of these people are weird. Awesome.
Did he tell Andre "love you" before he left?
Of course he did, when doesn't he tell his brother that. Coolest little man in the world. Best bro in the universe. Truly an inspiration to mankind.
Did he say it to mom?
Absolutely!
Definitely.
......probably.
Right?
Oh god, did he?
No, no, no, not the time for this.
Focus, Donny, focus.

Chill. Completely cool. Completely zen. Totally know what you're doing.

Hold on.....

What is that??

A muffin lands squarely in the middle of Don's forehead.
He stops, looking around, before another one bounces off his shoulder. His head snaps upwards to scan for the source of these surprise attacks and another delicious treat promptly smacks him in the chin. Food???
He pushes his arms together in front of him, squinting up at the storm of muffins apparently descending above him, and a few manage to fall into his arms. He scrutinizes them for a moment, gathering them together against his chest and lifting one up so he could turn it in the sun like some ancient artifact. He opens it, and immediately shoves half of it into his mouth without another thought.
Yep. Definitely food. Although.....
He sticks out his tongue after a few moments of chewing. The blueberries from the muffin are immediately gagged into the leftover wrapper and shoved into his pocket. Bleh. Gross.

Now awake and thoroughly entertained (also cringing at the feeling of those dumb fruits in his mouth), Don puts the remaining muffins into his backpack, zipping it up and tossing it back over his shoulder as he shuffles towards where he assumes PT is taking place. He should pay attention more, god. Really should've slept last night instead of drawing. Would probably help.

Marine Tsukikage

on the right side of the plane, Marine was Sitting in her seat looking at the clouds imagining stuff, She was Clearly excited about this new school. She looked through her bag to check through the stuff she had and found the bow her beast friend Aria had given her before she left to have. The bluenette decided to put it on, it reminded her of what aria had said. "Have fun, but not too much fun, because things can get a little crazy when it does." Marine felt that they were landing and she smiled a bit happily excited as she chuckled a bit. She prepared herself to get off the plane, She she checked the window one last time, She pushed her bang aside.

Marine had gotten up and picked her blue bag with a purple rose imprint on it, and stops near the exit of the plane."Thank you and have a good day Plane pilot!"She said with a small chuckle at the pilot. She stepped out of the Plane just to have a muffin land in her bag, Marine looked up to see a muffin storm happening but stopped soon, She was surprised. "Since when did it rain muffins around here?"She asked curiously. Marine sighed a bit and checked her Paper for her schedule, Which was PT. She was happy that it was PT First, but didn't show it she followed the others quietly wanting to listen to their conversations.

The actual school building was huge. The pattern of tiles on the floor were effortlessly designed and the hallways and rooms were far more spacious than the average. The corridor Wally travelled down echoed with the voices of dozens of students making their way to first period. He made an effort to acknowledge anybody he made eye contact with even if he didn't know them. Most of them acknowledged him back.

"Alright, PT... Where are you?" Wally's gaze shifted from the somewhat crumbled paper in his hand to the different numbers and titles on the room. Eventually he came across a room that had "PT" above it. "Found ya." He folded up the paper he held and stuffed it back down into his pocket. "Here goes nothing." Wally wrapped his hand around the doorknob leading to the PT room but immediately noticed the metal was freezing."What the-" Confused at first, he quickly got over it and assumed it was nothing, twisting the knob and entering his first class at Trinity.

He was not prepared for what he was met with. He always thought Trinity wasn't like your typical high school but he didn't know what to think about what his eyes had laid upon. After entering the classroom, students are met with what appears to be an obstacle course, intricately designed to push one's physical limits. Not to mention the reason the doorknob was cold; the class was freezing. As soon as Wally walked in he could feel the icy chill hit his skin.

The cool breeze flowed through the hollow parts of his uniform. Wally was so stunned he couldn't even form words. Then a holographic projection flashed above the center of the massive room.

"Welcome! Welcome, my friends... my new aspiring students! Welcome to the greatest school on Earth!"

Wally was so confused. "Wha..."

"Before you is nothing short of an obstacle course with some tough temperature conditions. An introduction to see if you're even worthy of being in my class! You won't meet me until you finish the course. Now, good luck young ones!"

It took a few moments for Wally to take in everything but once he did and he understood what he was supposed to do, he got started. "This shouldn't be too bad, right? Obstacle courses can be fun." Jogging a few feet forward he began the first obstacle, well it wasn't really an obstacle more like a start station. There stood a few shelves with weighted equipment sets. These sets consisted of a 5 lb weighted vest, two 2.5 lb weighted wristbands and two 2.5 lb weighted anklebands. The students were expected to don these sets before beginning the actual course and keep them on until the end.

"Oh, this is interesting." A small sigh escaped his mouth before he begin putting on the equipment. Now that he thought about it, he was the first student there and no others had arrived yet. "Maybe they're having trouble getting here." With one last glance towards the door he came through, he turned back around and began the course.

Melina grabbed the doorknob letting a shiver run down her spine, it was cold, unnaturally cold. Was it the wrong classroom? She wondered. She opened the door a little, just enough to peek through, noticing an obstacle course inside the huge room. Her eyes widened as she heard a loud man's voice which she guessed belonged to the teachers. His words made her anxiety worsen, obstacle course with weather changes, become worthy to attend the class? There was no way she could make it, she thought. But this wasn't a regular school and she was there for a reason. She took a deep breath once again, she was scared, but she wasn't going to quit yet. Not this early at least. "Alright... let's do this." Melina said to herself quietly and slapped her cheeks lightly in determination.

The girl left her bag close to the exit and made her way to the first obstacle which also seemed to be a starting point. She noticed ahead of her another student, he wasn't that far away and wasn't sure if she should catch up to talk. While lost in thoughts she took a set of the equipment and put it on nervously, hoping they wouldn't be much of a bother, then began the course. The person was still close by, so she decided to say hi at least once she got close enough, though the equipment made the process a little uncomfortable.

Silas Alberona
Mood: A little tired

As the plane landed, a lone figure that was sleeping with a book on his face was suddenly jolted awake by its landing. The book fell to his lap as he quickly looked around the plane. He looked out the plane window, it took him a minute to realize that they have arrived to the school. He grabbed his book and his bags. As he exited the plane, he looked up at the building in awe. A single quiet “Wow.” escaped his lips. He soon heard a voice and quickly turned to it. The voice belonged to a rather small child that wanted to be referred to as ‘Madam Dolores’. Silas tilted his head at the childlike figure in a bit of a skeptical way. Perhaps this was their ability; to change their physical appearance. Nonetheless he took a folded piece of paper from his pocket and unfolded it. “Physical Training, eh?” He put away the paper and entered the facility.

Inside the building was rather bigger than he thought it would be. He took a deep breath to take in the scenery.
“Let’s see…PT…PT…” He walked around for a bit, taking in his surroundings until he stumbled upon the PT room. “Ah-hah! PT.” He grabbed the doorknob and was greeted by its cold steel. He was caught off guard by it. He opened the door and got a faced full of cold wind. The room was outfitted with an obstacle course, which was rather surprising for a first day. He looked around the room to see a few bags. “Someone must’ve beat me to the punch.” He put his own bags where the other bags were and entered the course. Once he got to the first obstacle, he took a set of equipment to put on. While he was putting the equipment on, he noticed a another person on the course. “Perhaps I shall get acquainted with my classmates.” Once he was finished putting stuff on, he proceeded to start the course. Although the equipment did make it a little rough.

Well, that was certainly one way to stop her.

Sui-Len winced at the hand that clasped onto her shoulder, fingers digging into the bone and triggering a whole set of physiological reactions that she could really do without right now. Prep student with a taste for goth, huh? Great. Lovely. That was the one that was making a racket with that Rubick's Cube, wasn't it? The smaller girl (by one inch only, which was a rare pleasure!) drew in a long breath through clenched teeth, trying simultaneously to tense up and relax. Her stomach gurgled beneath her duffel bag and her left ear still felt muffled, but she reined it in well enough. Like mother always said, if you had nothing to nice to say, don't say it at all. There was no need to make any enemies this early...and anyways, here came the convenient boy-sized distraction.

As the brown-haired youth went to introduce himself, Sui-Len bent her knees, rolling her shoulder out of Purple's grasp. If the prep student wanted to play her role, she could do well enough to fuck off and get Haseo (was that even a real name?) to class. Maybe even end up with a boyfriend by the end of the day, going by the high-energy playboy vibes that emanated off him as strongly the scent of baked blueberries. That was none of her business though.

Her business was fucking off to a place without people, and she made to finish that business with careful, composed steps, her gait designed to keep her as level as possible.

Elise was, to say the least, baffled by the girl who didn't even bother to answer her. She did nothing other than glare at the girl's back as she watched her walk away. She already reminded the girl and she didn't have any more time to spend. Though, she atleast had one thing to say.

"Elise Goodwill." She said her name loud enough to be heard by Haseo and the girl who was walking away. Getting ignored really pissed her off, but she recalled her mother said something about treating people the way you want to be treated. She didn't promise anything back then but she wanted to at least try.

Now that the girl had gone, Elise shifted her full attention towards the boy. The very first thing she noticed about the boy was... there's crumbs on his face. Its like he just dug his face into a bowl of muffin or something. Elise's eyes squinted in annoyance at the messy display but she decided to ignore it and answered his question instead.

"We should be in the same class. Follow me." Nodding at a direction, Elise urged the boy to follow her but after a few steps Elise couldn't hold it anymore and pulled a small box of wet tissue.

"There are breadcrumbs on your face. You should wipe them." She handed the entire thing to the boy then quickly resumed her stride towards the PT room. It didn't take long for her to find the room and entered it. Of course she didn't expect a freezing obstacle course inside, but her flat expression didn't change one bit.

After listening carefully to the repeatable holographic message she put the required weights on herself and started jogging through the course. She didn't like these weights, the last time she used her power with a burden attached she ripped some of her muscle and couldn't get out of bed for two weeks. So this time she wanted to take things slow and steady.

SERENA MARTIN
TechGirl.jpgClosely following the first students to enter the PT classroom, Serena took note of how the other students reacted to the cold handle. And as soon as the door was opened, she reflexively brought her arms around herself for warmth. “This… this is our first class, right?”, Serena absentmindedly spoke once her eyes laid on the obstacle course. Shaking her head, she tried to focus on what was currently happening instead of the cold. ’... Though I gotta see that holographic projector… Pretty sure I could use it to upgrade my own- Wait, that’s not what I should be focusing on!’

This really wasn’t the time for her mind to wander off. In fact, it was time to jump into action! In her own way, that is. The lack of a time limit was among the first things she took note of, meaning she could take her time. Her eyes went to each obstacle in the course while she walked toward the starting point. The weights definitely wouldn’t bother her too much -Serena did her own physical training from time to time. ’Gotta stay in shape!’

Run there, maintain a good speed without using too much energy, climb here -take note of the handles, keep running, go under a hurdle, jump above another, er, try to not mind the cold (that one was especially important), swing over that pit, jump over something else, crawl under a net, keep trying not to mind the cold…

Serena’s train of thought went rapidly as she put on the weights, deliberately going slow to see how others would fare during the first obstacles and analyzing every component of the course to prepare accordingly. Letting out a shiver, she clapped her hands together and- ’Wait, hol’ up!’ Immediately stopping herself after one step, Serena took a moment to slightly raise the volume in her headphones, high enough not to be distracted but low enough to be able to intelligently talk to others and hear them speak.

With the soft beats pulsing through her ears, Serena nodded her head to the beat and promptly started the course. “Good luck!”, she spoke up to some other students who were just starting the course as well.

The obstacle course was definitely something. At least considering these were new students and this was their first day of their first class at a new school. The difficulty of the course really came down to what shape the student was in. Thankfully, Wally was fairly fit so he remained generally unbothered by the physical tests. He hadn't been this active in a while so it definitely got him pushing.

The biggest issue for Wally at the moment was the freaking cold temperature. He could feel the tiny goosebumps all over his body rise. Wally's focus on the course was interrupted when another female student spoke to him. Apparently other students were finally beginning to show up and this one was pretty close behind him. He turned to look back at her and spoke back.

"Hey! My name's Wallace Breckenridge. It's pretty chilly in here." He trailed off his sentence with an unenthusiastic chuckle. His hands were really starting to get cold. Some of the equipment used in the obstacle course was metal and with it already so cold in the room, the coolness made the metal cold. Repeatedly touching the metal didn't make him any warmer either.

Levina Devore
9bab3a49-5239-4406-ae83-d07f321aa4af.jpeg
Levina never would have imagined that she would be on an airplane by herself, because of this so-called M-gene she has been hearing about on the internet. Heck, some of her fans during her twitch streams would sometimes bring up that question. Her virtual character: Yuki Lecar would always avoid answering those questions, since she thought the news about the M-gene was fake. Not to mention, nobody in her family has the m-gene.
She thought they wouldn't get the rumored m-gene. However, Levina was unfortunate enough to receive the m-gene on her sixteen birthday. This was because of her noticing how her phone was charging by itself. Even though she didn't plug it in the charger port.
Upon her mentioning that to her parents, their behavior towards her changed. They would pay attention to her two big sisters more than her, and if they notice her. Her parents would look in the opposite direction, since they were afraid of their own daughter.

In fact, her parents took Levina to a doctor, because they thought something was wrong with her. When they heard from the doctor about Levina getting the rumored m-gene from the internet. Her parents freaked out, and called the doctor a liar. Levina had to apologize to the doctor before dragging her parents away, since she knew about her parents' bad habit of yelling at people when they didn't agree with something.
After finding out about the m-gene news to be true, it took her parents a long time to accept the fact about Levina not being normal. Levina ended up learning about her ability to give someone the annoying rug zap without rubbing her feet on any rug, but her parents told her to stop doing that out of pure annoyance.
By the time, she heard about the unique academy that is designed for people with the m-gene. Levina's parents told her about the news of them going to that academy, since it isn't safe to keep Levina around them. This caused Levina to be upset, as she didn't want to go to a new school. But when she heard their reason, they gave them a nod of acceptance, because Levina knew she had the potential to become dangerous.

During her time on the airplane, Levina was watching the movies on the tv, playing video games on her phone or laptop, and listening to music. She even got herself a drink, food, and some snacks when they wanted to have them.
As the plane later landed to the ground, Levina took out their luggage from the container above her, put away her laptop and phone, and exited from the airplane.
She then saw the building that would be her new home with pure amazement, since they didn't know what it would look like until now. Their amazement of the building ended when they got hit by a muffin, and this confused the ever living crap out of Levina. Looking around for the person who threw the muffin at her, she took a bite out of the chocolate muffin when they weren't able to figure out who did it.
'This muffin is delicious.' thought Levina, who continued to eat it until it was gone.
Levina soon heard Dolores's voice, so she looked at them to get a better look at their appearance. The lady who was welcoming the new students appeared to be a child, but upon realizing that the kid was the famous criminal: Doppler. She avoided looking at them until they heard them mentioning that their first class was PT.
Now looking at Dolores for a bit, Levina then took off running to go find the PT class on her own.

It took her a while for Levina to find the PT class, because of how big this academy was. However, once Levina made her way towards the door to the PT class. The cold doorknob gave her a shock due to how badly the electricity manipulation from her hands was reacting to it.
Annoyed by the constant shocks from her power, Levina covered her right hand by pulling up the sleeve of her shirt, so she could open the door.

This was a big mistake, because of how badly the electricity manipulation from Levina's hands was reacting to the cold pt class upon her entering the room. Everybody can see the electricity appearing from the tips of her fingers, since her power controls the movement of the charged particles to create the electricity.
To make this situation even worse, the holographic projection told everybody to wear the weighted equipment, and there are metal obstacles for her to deal with. "I am going to hate this, because I will shock everybody by accident once I touch those metal obstacles." said Levina, who was both frowning and shivering from the cold. They can’t even warm themselves up, because of the risk of her shocking herself repeatedly.

Jacob Marleau:
Jacob arrived to PT, putting his bag down at the door along with the bags of all of the other students who had arrived before him. "This is gonna suck," the boy thought to himself in his head. Jacob closed his eyes and sighed, collecting himself after he put his bag down and prepared to get to PT. "Ok Jacob, you've got this. Just keep your head down low like mom told you, get through this class, and don't talk to anyone. You don't need friends...." he told himself in his head. Jacob opened his eyes back up and took one last deep breath in before getting ready to head to the obstacle course. The young blonde haired boy was very athletic back at home in his old school, so what was to say that he couldn't complete the course here? His eyes widened as the instructor explained the obstacle course and the next task that they had to complete. He gulped nervously as he felt his stomach churn and sink. Maybe a muffin from before would have settled his stomach.

Once Jacob arrived, he noticed there were a lot of other students- people. "
God, I fucking hate people," the boy thought in his head as he rolled his eyes. The boy wondered what "tough temperature conditions" would ensue, but of course he would soon have a rude awakening and find out. "You got this, you got this, you got this...." he repeated to himself softly under his breath, trying to encourage himself. He ran a hand through his soft blonde hair, combing it and brushing some locks of hair aside, as he began to run through the course. Before he did so, he had heard some girl say "Good luck," but paid it no mind. Probably was either meant to taunt everyone else or was a genuine well wish certainly not directed towards him specifically, he thought. He strapped on his weighted vests and got ready.

"
Holy shit, it's cold!" Jacob thought to himself as he began running through the hurdles. He usually didn't really have any trouble doing something as simple as running through and under hurdles, but there was something different about this. It was unusually, uncomfortably, COLD. The boy had played briefly on a baseball team back at home, so for the athletic little guy, this activity wasn't much. Or at least it shouldn't have seemed like much. But Jacob kept on going, reminding himself of the times back at home that he ran drills with the baseball team in the very cold temperature some early mornings. "Damn, it's cold as hell- er-...." Jacob muttered under his breath softly through gritted teeth. He stopped himself mid sentence, realizing hell was certainly anything but cold, but it still felt like hell to him here. Not like anyone would have heard his little slip of words though, since he had said it so quietly under his breath to himself. It was cold, really cold, but he kept on reminding himself of his time playing for the baseball team and running early morning drills in the frigid temperatures. Surely he could handle this, right?

Jacob just kept to himself, completing the obstacle course by himself and paying no mind to the other students also going through the course as well with him. Jacob had been pretty happy with himself, he was making good progress and clearly proving to be one of the more athletic kids in the bunch. But it wasn't a competition to him. To him, he just wanted to get this stupid obstacle course over with as soon as possible. "
Fuck this," he muttered to himself softly, as he was beginning to near the end of the God forsaken obstacle course.

Daniel Brut |

Because I know the post is too long. (My bad btw)
_____________________
Our valiant hero/assassin/spy/soldier/something in training, Daniel Brut, forays into the main building of Trinity Academy; pacing the halls with a very uninterested gait.

Daniel begins to reminisce, thinking back to all the noise and pandemonium back home. He misses it, in a sense. The people, their daily, noisy odysseys throughout their day-to-day. He wonders if he'd crossed that point where his routine, his normalcy, will forever be lost.

He outsmarts the freezing doorknob of death by simply kicking open the door.

Possessed by a sudden surge of adrenaline, Daniel practically glides over every obstacle in their surprise exam at the PT Room. With particular ease, mind you. He makes it look like childs play until he realizes, he's not supposed to draw this much attention to himself.

Alas, he's already way ahead of everyone else. Daniel waits patiently for everyone else to pass him so that he can go back to just trailing behind them.

Danny fought with the muffin liner. With trimmed nails, fingers slip uselessly, struggling with the foil as they fumble to make the fine piece of paper give in. He clicked his tongue, teeth snapping on the edge of the muffin and pulling down, tearing off the paper in one go; it gave, that’s for sure. The sounds kept crashing, sharp on his ears as he neared to pace the unwinding halls ahead of him, voices rising and falling in pitch. Someone kept opening their mouth, there was idle gossip, shouts in awe, and the overall chit-chatter you’d hear crossing classrooms in a regular high-school– It came to him unintelligible, though. It was a language he spoke, but still, pure nonsense. He didn’t know what they were talking about. Didn’t care enough to look over his shoulder and listen properly.

“Probably just some regulars.” – For a moment there it had slipped his mind, the little centipede of lined-up teens he was a part of were supposed to be the brand new arrivals, fresh meat and new faces. Daniel scoffed, bringing a bite from the top of the muffin to his mouth. It went from light and airy to a flaky, bland, chewy mush that clung to his molars

“That’s fucked up.” – So much for a muffin fallen from the sky. He sighed, flicked the damned thing to the side before going through the entrance. It was on his way to hitting the floor before he caught it anyways.

He swung around a corner, matching the same snail-pace as the line of students. His gaze would rise from the floor, sweeping the walls as his head jerked ever so slightly to the loudest noise, perking up, eyes going up to the ceiling and hanging there for a while. Counting down until the next sound that would ring in his ears. Silence. Voices coming at going the same minute, nearby yet quiet enough to not be a bother for him, then, other voices ringed far away, like an echo. Muted footfalls. And back to silence.

He walked with his eyes glued to the floor. Dead-set on it. His mind drifting apart from anything else. It got him thinking – “This place is dead quiet…” – His thoughts struggled into shape, a shape too appalling to look at – and that struggle he could feel all too vividly, exerting itself over his face, his eyes narrowed with a pained look. Danny, for one reason or another, was beginning to relive the hustle-bustle of that annoyingly large, unwinding concrete jungle he used to live in, thinking fondly of it. He found himself distracted by memory, just as much as he was by the present, haunting on yesterday’s leftovers.

Funny how you start to care, feel, and look forward to the staccato of thudding feet early in the morning. Only to be torn apart from that routine, end up feeling perpetually ajar from those homely sensations, longing for them. All too sudden.

“Corny.” – He pushed himself this time around, brushing off those sensory ghosts as harshly as he could. That thudding ache of a stubborn feeling would go away overtime, he hoped. Even if it came back later that day, he would meet it with the same, could shoulder.

Finally, he took a deep breath. Put on his usual resting bitch face until they reached their first class. Danny eyed the unintentional(?) comedy unraveling before him, in unadulterated awe as most of everyone kept touching the doorknob, only to pull away with a hiss before opening it. At first he thought maybe someone had messed with the door, but then he noticed the light breeze coming up from the door turning to a full on gale, breathing down his face, he could feel the frostbite from where he stood – “Are they that stupid?” – It was then he realized that half of his group barely had any facial hair on them, thought back to their high-pitched, child-like voices and something clicked – “Makes sense…”

As one of the kids went through, Daniel kicked the half-open door before it closed on him, dropping his over-the-shoulder travel bag right next to the entrance. Danny released a trail of cold breath, catching fine sheens of sunlight on it; he stared at the holes glaring through with child-like interest. His place usually went from hot to hotter, scorching hot, rather; he’d never felt so genuinely cold in his life. He could already feel his body trying to cling to itself, a slight shiver building up. It would help with the exhaustion, he knew that for sure. With all the muscles burning and stretching, he reckoned this makeshift tundra would keep him cool.

He blew hot air on his hands, rubbing his hands together, gaze moving up to hold a straight face at the hologram hovering at the epicenter, playing on repeat every 30 seconds or so – “At least we’re speaking my language now…” – He stretched, going over the whole obstacle course in his mental image, as far as his eyes could reach, on the last jump before everything else became some far off, hazy blur – it was, for the most part – “Some Ninja Warrior shit.” – A handful of jumps here and there, balance checks, simple climbs; maybe some monkey bars ahead just to satisfy the cliché. Too mediocre for his taste, really. But after that plane ride, he felt like he just needed the release, get his blood pumping for once.

Before he knew it, something else blurred, straight into motion, like he were starving for it. Though, he held only a decent trot, keeping at his lane, not really overreaching – even if he knew he could, even if he craved the adrenaline shot of running through this whole course in a blink, Daniel didn’t want the spotlight on him. Being a show off for no real reason would only get people to talk to him in the long run – “Work off the resonance, Danny… Keep it simple.” – He wasn’t exactly going for the gold medal. Hell, not even bronze. All he wanted was to land straight into 4th place, where virtually no-one would give a shit if he pulled through.

Thus he slowed down the pace, a little too unenthusiastic, but he managed to play it off as if he’d just ran out of stamina. Shuddering huffs, and fake panting as he reached behind the three people up front. Then the cold started to get to him. Prickling and biting at his hands, more specifically. He’d been getting over most of the obstacles with very simple, amateur-looking speed vaults, in an attempt to keep it as lazy as he could without raising any red flags. Most obstacles had a metal, ice cold surface. So at the very least some thought was put into it, this was meant to be painful. Danny sighed, glaring at his already clamed-up hand – “Psychotic… But I’m kinda digging it.” – He chuckled, picking up the pace a bit.

His heart was beating over and over again, working against his ribcage, thrumming war-drums at the neck; the excitement was starting to kick in. He stared wildly at the obstacle ahead of him, the world blinked to a blur and he was already up and over it, one clean kong vault, teeth bared and letting out a low hiss as both of his hands caught on fire. He followed the motion to its natural stop, touching solid ground for half a second, no momentum was lost, he damn near sprung of the ground into a run. Next thing he knew, Daniel was practically watching himself do everything, detached from his body. Staring back at hands that weren’t his, dragged along by feet beating hard against the ground, fast, trying to reach for some air. It often occurred to him whenever he was focused on just running like a madman, this bizarre feeling of being possessed by the sole speed. That’s why he loved it, the feeling, the adrenaline – everything about it was pure bliss.

As he flipped over his very last hurdle, there was a moment of pause, still silence; he turned to look over his shoulder. His eyes shot wide open, he was back in his body, far enough from everyone else to see them as just shrunken silhouettes. He smiled awkwardly at the blurry figures as he came to a full stop, he wiped the sweat of his brow and stood there waiting for them to pass him.

“Fourth place, huh.” – Daniel said, damn near at the end of the obstacle course.

When Alex had discovered their M-Gene, they hadn't thought much of it. Sure, it had freaked a lot of their fellow classmates out, but they just saw it as something to add to their list of descriptors. Maybe it was just due to the fact that, at the time, Alex had already began looking at themselves through a changing lens. They wondered if anyone else could relate; discovering your M-Gene while transitioning to being gender neutral.

Trouble started when Alex began looking for work. Most people with M-Genes could hide in plain site, but Alex had no chance. And it seemed that most people weren't looking to hire a skeleton. It was from this point that Alex really began noticing the hate some people had for those who had an M-Gene. This led to Alex interfering with a group of punks beating on a kid with gills. Alex had felt good in that moment and continued down that path. With some training and a costume, Alex had begun his vigilante career.

For a few years they had prowled the streets as Reaper; a tough hero who seemed impossible light on his feet. Of course it wasn't a career they could continue forever. Soon the police began hunting Reaper and every night of patrol was a risk. Sure they'd be fine spending a few years in prison, but Alex couldn't imagine what the cops would do to their mother if they were caught. So Alex retired and though that would be the end of it. That was until they were contacted by Trinity.

Fast forward to now. Alex sat in the staff room, looking over student files. Right now they were focussed on the abilities. Some were straight forward and suited for combat, but others would add nothing to a fight. But, they had made a commitment and needed to ready this student's for the future; no matter how hard it might be. Getting up, Alex moved to grab a coffee from the machine. "Think we'll get any injuries today?" Alex asked to any of the teachers not currently busy, "I'd say it's just P.E., but John's got the kids on one of his obstacle courses. So who knows."

Levina Devore
IMG_0110.jpg
After putting her luggage down in a safe spot, Levina ended up doing some stretch exercise, because she needed to warm herself up before trying the tough obstacle course. Otherwise, the cold is going to make it harder for her to focus, since she has no way to warm herself up without being shocked by her electricity manipulation.
Once they did that, she put on the weighted equipment, so she could try out the obstacle course, because she needed to prove herself that she can do this. Moving around in the weighted equipment was kind of difficult for her, but she got used to it, since she used to be on the track and field team in her previous school.

As Levina tried out the obstacle course. Some of the obstacles were alright for her, because it wasn’t made out of metal. However, upon her reaching the metal obstacles. It took her a bunch of tries for her to pass it, since not only was it way too cold for her to touch it. Her electricity manipulation kept shocking her, every single time she tried to do that. In fact, the only reason Levina passed the metal obstacles was because of her desire to be warm. This affected her electricity manipulation to where she unknowingly made the metal obstacles warm each time she attempted to touch it.

Shortly after Levina’s constant attempts to get through this horrible obstacle course. Their electricity manipulation created the sparks to surround her body in order to keep her warm. She was tired as well from her constant attempts to get past the obstacles, and from the constant shocks from her touching the metal obstacles. But Levina kept moving forward, because she was stubborn enough to not give up on this challenge.
‘Come on, Levina. You can do this, since you have the power of electricity on your side. You didn’t get through half of this horrible obstacle course on your own, because you are way too determined to reach towards the end. Give it your all, and let the adrenaline in your body turn it into electricity.’ thought Levina, who was encouraging herself.

More electricity appeared to surround her body, because of the adrenaline. This made it easier for her to get through the other half of the obstacle course, due to the heat from Levina’s electricity manipulation getting transferred to the metal obstacles. She also adapted from the constant shocks from her electricity manipulation, thanks to her adrenaline.

By the time, Levina reached the end. There was a lot of electricity surrounding all over her body, and she was exhausted from this. This poor girl then slowly went back to the obstacle course despite them finishing it, and put her arms around the bottom of the metal obstacle as a way for her to discharge the electricity that was surrounding her. The electricity discharge stopped, thanks to the metal obstacle being a conductor for her, and they passed out in that position while still wearing the weighted equipment.
