Set in the year 2021 but in a world with a completely different history. 1st world war 1 & 2 were rolled into one 46 year long conflict which cost The lives of more than 500,000,000 people world wide. This war began in 1925 and ended in 1971. The war finally came to an end when the Us unveiled their most dangerous weapon yet...the Devil Arms, weapons built in another hellish dimension and brought into our world via particle collisions and portals. These powerful weapons are capable of turning a man into a weapons of mass destruction and changing the way battles have been fought. For 30 years the united states enjoyed superpower status being the only nation on earth to possess devil armed soldiers. They stockpiled the weapons and soldiers who would be chosen to wield them gathering more than 10,000 soldiers to weild them before the rest of the world knew what was going on. With these super soldiers and their legendary weapons the us has become the worlds lone Devil Arm superpower. Yet that ended in the year 2002 when Russia became the second nation to gather a successful force of devil arm wielders however they were much less keen on keeping it a secret. They shared their process with china, iran, india, japan, the korea's, africa, and europe. By the year 2017 more than half the worlds nations possessed devil arms and scientists began to theorize that something would happen if we kept takeing things from other dimensions. Now 2021 the past 4 years have been a hectic & chaotic diplomatic landscape, trust between nations is down and armies are mustering and becoming deadly. Civilians have already expressed that the vast majority see a war as inevitable. Due to this america has begun to run rigorous training designed to turn their Devil armed soldiers into the best around the world. Now the only question is when will this fuse be lit.
(Grettings fellow rpers. This one is a bit complex but also simple. So if youve ever played devil may cry or Bayonneta you are able to guess what a devil arm can do. They are mystical weapons from hell caoable of granting their users impressive abilities, like a pair of nunchaku that freeze whatever they impact, or a bow that shoots soul piercing lazer arrows, even a bazooka that fires hellfire napalm. There are no shortage but all devil arms possess 3 stages. The dormant stage when jts basically just a normal version of whatever it is although it is still very durable and can be sensed by other Devil armed soldiers. There there is the stimulated Version. Essenital the weapon wales up and begins to give jts power to the weilder, finally there is the soul resonance form, the weapon will shift into a much stronger form At the cost of draining the users soul. If the user uses it fpr to long they can die via having their entire soul eaten. Souls recover from damage in a matter of days to weeks. You can design your own devil arm but it must be within reason. Nothing that diractly harms your enemies soul or takes away the ability to react. I will be carefully screening the devil arms so dont get offended if i ask you to change it. Now one last thing. Only members of the United states hell Marines are playable. Other nations and civilians are off limits i must clarify, no one was kidnapped, everyone here had a choice, now your fused with a WMD and no longer have that choice.
