OPERATION IRON CROWN
With the growing confirmation of the Syndicate’s global operations, several intelligence agencies around the world began funding their own infiltration and intelligence support activities. The CIA was one of the first to act, and began their Aquila (Eagle) Program. Through careful selections, extensive physical training, and intensive psychological development, the Aquila Program was considered the successor of MKUltra in its rights, with their creations being top-tier operatives that exist for the sole purpose of going after the Syndicate. Operation Iron Crown and the Aquila Program exists outside of the United Nations’ interests. While many nations participated in the funding and collaboration of the operation, it is kept secret from the UN and the rest of the world - bypassing general human rights and laws, as well as safekeeping the integrity of the program.
Operation Iron Crown was launched in 2018 by the CIA and their joint cooperatives from other intelligence agencies around the world, but are not limited to - MI6 (UK), GRU (Russia), Mossad (Israel), RAW (India), MSS (China), BND (Germany). The candidates are hand-selected by Athena (the name of the board of directors that oversees the Aquila Program). Iron Crown is a joint-covert military operation aimed towards the intelligence surveillance and eventual dismantling of the Syndicate. Iron Crown operators and members are colloquially known as “Crows” by both the program and the Syndicate.
On March 9th, 2018, Crosswind Team is activated.

Void seemed destined to become a soldier from a young age, his proficiency with hunting firearms as well as understanding tactics and concealment made him a perfect candidate for a recon marine in boot. During marksmanship training he distinguished himself and after being promoted to Lance Corporal, he was sent to scout sniper school. Despite his accuracy in basic he did not particularly stand out in training. After proving he was more skilled than he seemed in combat, he was sequestered by the CIA for a special operation that earned him the nickname of el demonio among the sicarios in Bolivia. After his Bolivian stint he was recruited for another CIA operation to be the designated sniper and trigger man.

However her career became sidetracked when she disregarded her leave of absence and pursued a case that she was not supposed to. Warden got her nickname for her upright dedication and beliefs, at the cost of her flexibility. Her best friend's death drove her to pursue the case that unveiled a series of corruption. She was taken into custody for disobedience, but was broken out of prison by someone who called herself Agent Summer. It was later revealed that Warden would be silenced if she remained in prison, a potential loose end for the Syndicate. She later went on to retrain under the Aquila Program and was sent to Korea in 2018 to complement Summer's team - Crosswind.
