i don't really see how it would be? I assume he would just spend a lot of time in the underground or the dark gate (anyone feel free to suggest names for the sections of the city i know these r lame oops) like your sheet said it would be a job for him? if he ever get's caught with one he'd still be in trouble tho cause scrap engineer isn't a legal job but, that's perfectly ok lol
