Well for the character I have in mind the power is sort of weird. Basically they write different sorts of stories and can become the characters from those stories. While they’re changed into these characters they act like that character and believe with everything in them that that’s who they are so it’s like a bunch of characters in one. Is that alright?

I don't think so. I'd prefer not to have to keep track of a limitless pool of creatable characters. It also just doesn't really fit as a DC power. I have no way to predict or monitor such a power.
