Personality: Accalia is a very sweet woman. She cares about others, especially children, deeply and isn't afraid to show people compassion. While she may not like a person, she'll remain polite to them and only shows open hostility to enemies and/or people who have wronged her. Accalia can sometimes be a little too excited about some things (jewelry and snacks mostly), but she tries to remain quiet as loud voices can sometimes make those around her panic.

Bio: In Roman mythology, a Caladrius is described as a, "pure, white bird that could heal people." Most historians theorize that this bird was actually a dove or some other type of avian, but in actuality they were a species of humanoid birds with healing abilities. As mankind's belief in the mythological faded, the Caladri retreated to the various islands off of Italy. Accalia herself was born and raised on the island of Montecristo. As she grew older, she became recognized as an exceptional huntress and flyer. Despite cutting off contact from most of humanity, Caladri still worshiped and would occasionally be visited by deities of the Greek/Roman pantheon. Wanting more from life than the tiny island that she lived on, Accalia pledged herself to Artemis, and was accepted as one of her huntresses. As a servant of the goddess, Accalia and her fellow huntresses would carry out Artemis's orders; the demi-human was able to travel the world and go on exciting adventures with her fellow huntresses. However, after over half a century of service, Artemis called upon Accalia to help prepare the deities' chosen heroes. Eager to please her goddess, Accalia gladly accepted.

Alex can be described as confident and prideful. He lays great trust in himself and only himself, leaving little to no room for ithers to distract him. He has slim trust in his fellow classmates, letting only the teachers aide him. He is strongly influenced by his mother, who often uses him for her own dirty work. Alex is not much of a fighter, and he would rather watch others brutally emd things. If one is so lucky as to gain his trust, they should find a softer spot in him, where he opens up and allows contact. Only for those people will he use his abilities for.
Sexuality: Bisexual. His preferences are ever changing as words.
Bio:
Alex was always treated as a special child. With his openness to others and his seemingly unbelievable ability to hear everything, he was either respected through intimidation or devotion. His peers dared not say anything bad about him, as he always found a way to retaliate in a most displeasurable way. Alex grew up in a comfortable home, often getting away with much of everything. It seemed that only his father and his nurse were above his powers of persuasion.

When Alex grew into his teen years, he began to grow frustrated with the normalities of life. He believed that he was destined for something better. The stirring in his blood called him to the foot of a rundown temple in the outskirts of the city. As he kneeled before it, feeling the splintered fragments of a vast consciousness, he realized who he was. His path was one of greatness, and Alex liked the sound of that. Whether his mother had returned the the earth or not, he knew. He was her son, and he would carry out her will no matter what. Alex left his home, using his influence to gether what he needed to survive along the way.

The war ravaged the earth, and he found himself stuck between the lines of fighting men. With great strength and fortitude, Alex bent the minds of the commanding officers to his will, and exited without further notice. He splintered their memories, leaving them with no memory of Alex being in their command. He travelled as far away as possible, landing in Paris, where he spent two years. There, he was found by the school. With some counsil from his mother, he accepted their invitation.

Abilities:
Major: Persuasion- He can change the connotations of a person’s thoughts and actions with merely a suggestion. He can move inside a person’s mind and either take control of their thoughts or jolt them into submission.
Minor: Pain empathy- He can take another person’s pain unto himself, leaving them with a much less physical burden.
Minor: Foresight- Much like his mother, he can see the deepest flaws in a human. He gains an understanding of what their goals are and how they can succeed, though he never uses the information against his friends. This ability is of his weakest, and he can only gain foresight with strong enough will.

Weaknesses- He is not overly strong. That is to say he isn’t overly weak either. It takes much concentration for him to really use his main power, and though it is strong, he can only take hold of one’s mind for so long. As long as his opponent has a great mental wall, he finds it harder to sway them.

Personality: Snarky and aloof, Silvio is a bit of an asshat. He's full of himself and doesn't like to answer to authority. Really, though, he's the typical tough guy. A lot of bark, but little bite. He doesn't like to hurt people, doesn't like to truly upset them, and doesn't like direct confrontation. Instead, he prefers to pull pranks from a distance, screw with people by moving around their things, or generally just mess around in harmless ways. He doesn't know very well when enough is enough, however, and often has to apologize for making someone cry. On top of all this, he is a bit of a flirt. He finds both sexes attractive but prefers women over men. When he's going after a dame, that's the only time he really doesn't mind a little bit of confrontation and competition. After all, who would women want? The man who can't do anything, or the one who can heal them and keep them safe?

Bio: Mexico had not joined the war effort yet. Hell, neither had the United States of America, their neighbor. It was still something on Silvio's mind, though. It only started last year, but it had already become a major topic of discussion. His upbringing was mostly normal. Catholic family split between thinking he was possessed and thinking he was blessed for his healing abilities. He never really got to meet his Mother, and his Father never really cared to talk about her much. He moved on and they were simply supposed to continue living. He didn't think a whole lot about his abilities. As far as he was concerned, he was blessed, whether it be by capital "G" God, or by one of the Aztec gods he also believed in. After all, he lived on their land, his ancestors had lived on their land, etc. etc.

He was just sweeping the porch when he was thrust into the land of the gods. Not a fun surprise.
Abilities:
......Major Ability: Healing. This one is not too complex of an ability. Basically, he specializes in healing. Given enough energy and focus from him, he can even heal missing limbs or other life-threatening wounds. The problem inherent in this is that, if he does too much healing at once or too often, then he will be exhausted - even to the point of fainting and passing out. He can produce a minor area of effect healing circle, but it is both not as effective, and costs more energy to maintain.
......Minor Ability 1: Discord. Chaos. Entropy. He can bring non-organic material from a state of order to a state of disorder.

Personality: Mia is constantly tortured by whispers from the darkness. Though she has grown used to them, the lack of sleep is apparent on her attitude. She occasionally snaps at people and tends to be highly paranoid of those near her. She tends to be confrontational, and defensive of those she cares about, though somewhat reckless as her dulled senses have taken a toll on her psyche. She doesn't tend to see incredibly dangerous situations for what they are, and usually fears irrational or meaningless things, such as small soapstone statues, or the night sky.

Bio: The Horner family has always been one of archaeology and adventure. Taking expeditions into the unknown and growing field, Mia's great grandparents made frequent trips into the fabled pyramid tombs of Egypt. It was not until her great grandfather unearthed a bizzare tomb full of inhuman sculptures that their luck had turned for the worse. In the campgrounds, one by one, all the archaeologists had disappeared. It was not until many years later when Mia's mother ventured to discover what had become of her ancestors. What she found was empty husks of those men and women. Husks that still moved... She noted a terrible presence over the grounds, one that writhed and penetrated her very soul. Just barely escaping with her sanity, she fled back, taking the quickest boat back home to Rhode Island. Yet, she discovered she had become pregnant by some unseen entity. Deep into her pregnancy, her insanity drove her to suicide, yet the child still emerged, delivered by the hands of an unwitting Samaritan. Named Mia, the child would grow under her adoptive father's care, a lone fisherman. As she grew though, they both discovered that everything was not entirely right with Mia. One day, in a fit of rage, her body burst out in tentacles and teeth, devouring half of the small towns populace, including her father. Horrified and distraught, Mia fled, unable to comprehend what power she had.
Abilities:
......Major Ability: Mia is able to morph completely, her skin turning into a slimy, viscous substance. Parts of her dissolve and break to form horrendous fanged maws or vicious tentacles. In this form, she can devour things just by coming in contact with them, assimilating them into her. In this form though, her intelligence is greatly reduced, and she may not be able to discern friend from foe.
......Minor Ability 1: Mia partially morphs some of her limbs into different consistencies. She carefully limits her eldritch morphing ability to create either piercing weapons or massive bludgeoning clubs from her own flesh and bone.
......Minor Ability 2: By entering into a catatonic state, Mia enables a near cancerous level of growth, able to rapidly grow back missing flesh or limbs in a short time. Fire abruptly stops and hinders future regeneration.

Michiel is an outgoing character, though socially incompetent most of the time. He sees the bright side in everything, but is incredibly disturbed by his control of the dead. He views it as a form of slavery, a burden he would give up at the first chance. Michiel is fascinated by science and seeks to discover new things in the most unpopular of fields.

Bio: Born to Hades and a Boer mother, Michiel Van Der Zee was raised in a rough neighborhood in the outskirts of Cape Town. His father, Hades, was busy overseeing his vast underworld realm, but managed to get a demi-divine son of Hephaestus named Joan to serve as his son's guardian. Under Joan's guidance, Michiel learnt the ins and outs of forging, learning to make things from pretty much anything. His brothers soon joined up with the South African Armed Forces once World War 2 kicked off, and were shipped off to Egypt to fight for King and Country. This caused Michiel to join a local factory and begin to pump out weapons and bullets en masse on his own.

It wasn't till the first dead arrived that Michiel was told of his heritage by the dead themselves. The revelation revealed more than just who his father was. It revealed his incredible talent with the dead. He could control them as easy as a master puppeteer could control a puppet. This disturbed him greatly, as he never viewed himself as a master of anything. In his desperation, Michiel sought out a great cliff to cast himself off. But the dead would not allow this. Hades sent forth two of his champions to restrain his son, and brought him back to his home, where he was again dragged into the depths following an earthquake. But rather than going to hell, he was sent to a Garden.

Abilities:
......Major Ability: Son of Hades: Michiel summons the dead to do his bidding. Typically, they are famous characters from history that are quite capable in combat or in learning, but he can also summon simple souls to inhabit his creations for a time.
......Minor Ability 1: Lord of the Forge: As a result of interrogating spirits and the dead, along with his lessons from Joan, Michiel can make things from almost everything ranging from little trinkets to complicated machines.

His powers begin to show during his middle school year when he would beat everyone in gym class. This is when his mother soon told him that his father was Ao guang.

Personality: Wolfie thinks that she's of higher standards then others and cares a lot about what people care about her, she's also quite the show-off! Wolfie is also very protective if anyone were to hurt someone that she's close too then it would be a terrible experience!

Bio: Wolfie always thought that she was the odd one out. She had been raised by wolves but she always stood out... Then she realized what she was: she was a Demi-Human, but she didn't want to accept that label... She didn't know if she was a blessing or a curse. Whichever one came first.

At the age of 10 her family was slaughtered by hunters, her father gave up his life just to save her when she wasn't even apart of his clan. She fled from the hunters promising herself: "I'll never let anyone sacrifice their lives to save me. I was too weak so i must be strong."

Major Ability: A skill she learned from her father only known as "The Moons Children" when Wolfie howls the moon will automatically be slightly seen in the horizon, sending down a small beam of light. From that light will appear one of her family's souls which will give her a specific ability that she can only use for 10-20 minutes before the soul is snatched away causing her to faint.


Minor Ability: a skill her mother taught her was "Wolf Pack" the ability to multiply or clone ones self as many times as the person wants. The average amount is five clones but Wolfie's is twenty.

Hotaru is an extremely black and white person, always meaning what she says and also never hesitating to speak her mind. While this trait of hers has been a root to most of her problems, she has learned to stay quiet where silence is needed. Believing that honesty is the better than blatant lies, she also holds others to be just as truthful to her as she is to them, even if it does end up affecting her negatively. Always trying her best to stay positive, her determination is often seen as stubbornness, especially when it comes to overcoming obstacles such as education or fighting. She is seen as a bright and go-lucky young lady, filled with energy and unconditional loyalty to those around her.
Bio:
Growing up as an only child with a single mother, Hotaru understood that she needed to carry her own weight at times and developed the responsibility trait at a young age. They lived in a shrine, or behind the shrine rather, where they worshiped the God of thunder and lightning, Raiden. Although a small and quaint shrine, many of the locals were farmers and therefore visited often to pray to the God for things such as good weather for the farming season. Not having a father figure growing up, she looked up at the God of the shrine for guidance and help. As Hotaru grew up, she helped maintain the shrine by working as a Miko, a shrine maiden, by doing things such as cleaning around the grounds and making sure that the offerings to Raiden were always fresh and new. While in school, Haturo was average in her studies but enjoyed her after school club, the kendo sports club, which she was the captain of. Everyone in the club, as well as spectators, always mentioned how unusually fast Hotaru was.

Around the age of 16, her mother had developed an illness that had a 50/50 chance of taking her life. Her mother fought a hard 2 years, battling the illness and taking as many precautions as she could but her health only continued to decline slowly. On what seemed to be her final days, a man came to visit the shrine, a foreigner of sorts. He revealed himself as her father first, and as a god secondly, who was there to help his wife and daughter. Just as he arrived, her mother began to grow stronger and healthier. By the time her 19th birthday rolled around, her mother was back on her feet again. However, knowing that she was praying to her father the entire time was a bit strange and made their relationship even stranger.
Abilities:
......Major Ability: Lion's Den
Hotaru is able to summon a lion familiar whom has lightning-like properties to it's being. The lion is much larger than an average typical lion and follows his master's commands among other actions such as protecting her if needed or allowing her to ride him. Going by the name of Dai, he is extremely strong and powerful, following through with his attacks with fast, powerful blows much like lightning strikes. His movements are swift and agile, often been a hard target to hit with arrows or other range weapons like assult rifle. He is resistant to normal physical attacks, being able to continue fighting with minor wounds like scratches or punches. His skin and fur coat is dense and thick, requiring more effort in order to bring him any pain or harm. However, if Dai is somehow badly wounded, Hotaru is able to recall him back into his artial space and he is healed overtime.​
......Minor Ability 1: Light Field
Much like a force field, Hotaru is able to protect herself with a field of lightning that electrocutes whoever or whatever tries to enter. Weapons are deflected as well as most abilities, especially water due to it's easy conductivity. The smaller the force field the more powerful the field is, however, the large it is, the weaker it becomes.​
......Minor Ability 2: Light's Steel
With any weapon that has any sort of conductivity to electricity, Hotaru is able to run lightning energy into the weapon, enforcing the power ten fold and increasing the damage done to any opponent that is struck. She is capable of transferring some electricity in other people's weapon as well, such as the tip of an arrow. Materials such a wood, plastic, air, or glass are unable to be conductors of this power.​

Mostly good save for three points. One, she is significantly more built. Two she mostly wears plain shirts and shorts, and would wear real armor if she did wear some. Lastly she has a long fuzzy lion tail, light gold except for the black tip.

Personality: She is, to put it lightly, blunt. She has no grasp of social graces and can be alarmingly keen to fight people. She is genuinely brash and forward, except, crucially, when being flirted with by basically any remotely feminine entity. She tends to ignore or react poorly to flirtation from men, but from non-men she tends to turn bright red and attempt to change the subject or run away. She loves fighting, but only when fighting someone who also enjoys it. She won’t fight someone who doesn’t want to fight her and doesn’t regard that as cowardice outside of certain situations. She hates bullies and cowards, especially those who pick on people who can’t fight back. Relatedly she has a protective streak a mile wide.

She can be seen as big, dumb, and violent, but that isn’t really more than a surface image. She is six foot three and quite built, and that’s the truest of the three. Her naivety and inexperience in academic and other matters is often apparent, but she is untrained, not unintelligent. She is very clever, and underestimating her ability to think is unwise. Lastly, she can be exceptionally violent and enjoy it, as you would expect. She can also be kind and caring, and her greatest power lies in protecting others.

Bio: To tell her story requires telling the story of Sekhmet’s dalliance with humanity. Sometime in the first few years of the 1900’s Sekhmet decided to walk amongst humanity and temporarily set aside much of her divinity, taking on the name Sekhenna. She became, as you might expect, a soldier of fortune, traveling from conflict to conflict disguised as a man, and fighting for whoever caught her interest. Adjrenna came about when she found a partner to work with, albeit by an indirect means. Her human companion died away from battle, struck down by an sudden illness while she was away. This displeased Sekhenna so she took of their body and made herself a child from her divine essence and her companion’s mortal essence.


Thus born, a war-gods remembrance of a human, made from divine in human image, Adjrenna began her life. Her mother did not change hers, instead hauling the child between battlefields. For the first few years of her life Adjrenna was raised mostly by various nurses and nannies. It was only when she turned five that her mother took an active role in her life again, beginning to train her. First it was just exercise and play-fighting, a lion cubs lessons. Once she got old enough Sekhenna began to teach her to endure, setting her to building stamina and muscle strength, along with teaching her to survive in most environments. At age fourteen her combat training began. For a time this was stable, until word of the war between gods reached them. Sekhmet took back up her mantle in full to go to war, and sent her daughter to join the fight with the demi-divine.


It is worth noting that Sekhmet was not a terrible mother. She was warlike and raised a warrior, but there was real affection there, if imperfectly expressed. Adjrenna was taught languages, notably italian, english, spanish, and french, along with basic math by her human caretakers while her mother was at war. Her mother taught her egyptian herself, ancient and present. Otherwise she learned little outside of physical skills.

Abilities:

......Major Ability: Lion of War: With this she takes on a small piece of her mother in her aspect of War. She grows large and strong, wielding twin unbreakable glass khopesh. She starts out at nine feet tall and built like a tank, looking like a great bipedal lion, including a mane. However what makes this ability uniquely dangerous is it’s ability to grow. As she rides the battle-high of giving and receiving blows she will grow in size and strength. This has two aspects in and of itself. The first, fighting as vicious joy. This one is called out by fights she is enjoying, and is indicated by golden fur and sun-yellow glowing eyes. It is slow growing, but stable and safer. The Khopesh in this form begin to glow with heat, quickly growing hot enough to cauterize injuries dealt. The second is War as grim duty. This form is called out by fighting to protect, and is indicated by jet-black fur and glowing red eyes. It grows in strength very fast, but is unstable in form, and incredibly stressful on her mind as the protective rage is overwhelming, and the higher amounts of divine energy called out by the growth is hard to channel. As this form develops the khopesh gain green veins that glow in a subtly wrong way. Cuts from this will become infected and require treatment, and anything killed by this will rot and become poisonous. Both of these forms are mostly undeveloped. A thing worth noting is that she cannot maintain these forms for more than thirty seconds or so outside of combat, but in combat they sustain themselves and can go more or less indefinitely until either her opponent or her gives out. She can summon and banish the Khopesh that come with this form freely at any range while in them. In human form she can summon one of the khopesh. It is also worth noting that using these forms much at all tends to have aftereffects on her. This is usually two fold, with her emotions being unbalanced and difficult to control for a while and her human form often keeping aspects of the lion form for a time. The one time she over-used this ability she gained a lion’s tail permanently. However she managed to use it to hold her own against Sekhmet herself in her near human form.

......Minor Ability 1: Weapons of War: Any weapon she picks up she will know how to use, and as it she uses it more she will master it very quickly.

......Minor Ability 2: Healing Sun: This is an expression of Sekhmet in her Aspect of Healing. Using this she gains a small portion of her mother’s sun disk over her head, imbued with the power of healing. Simply summoning is minimally taxing and discourages illness and encourages regeneration of allies around her. It also mildly strengthens her allies and their weapons, making their sword arms surer, their shield arms firmer, and their arrows fly truer. This ability does drain her energy to an extent, but can be used indefinitely in her War form as long as the War form is still gaining energy. She can also use the disk more directly, focusing it’s light on a single target, or empowering it’s base effect, both of which can be utilized to different levels but also drain her much more. Lastly, this ability does not reveal unseeable things present, but anything the light shines on will cast a shadow of some sort, no matter the visibility. There is a further potential here, expressed in her war form only thus far. War as vicious joy can wield the disc like a beam weapon, but doing so is very difficult and extremely draining. War as grim duty can use this light as burning golden shields, and although it is taxing to shield herself, shielding those she cares about is much easier.

Skills: Raised by Sekhmet her combat skills are remarkable. Likewise, raised by Sekhmet, her other areas have been left somewhat lacking.

Personality: Events in Desmonds life have conspired to leave him somewhat jaded, often feeling little to no remorse when placing his own needs over the plights of others. Bio: His father had been a bitter man before his body began to show the signs age and having fought one too many battles, but to Desomnd the man had always been kind. The answer eventually came to him in a dream when he first met the old crow; she who would haunt his rest, appearing a midst visions of bloody battlefields. Morrigan had given him life the same night she had foretold the doom of his father.

It was hard to imagine the old crow doting on someone, but as Desmond grew older her visits became more frequent awarding him the dubious pleasure of witnessing many of the early skirmishes leading up to the war. As neither of his parents seemed overly concerned with a proper up-bring it didn't take all too long for the young man to fall with the wrong group of people, Ditching honest work for the chance of quick, if less than legal cash; his natural talents allowing him to stay ahead of the law.

In recent month's Desmond has up and left his home country to enlist in the British army of all things, though escape from a mounting gambling debt is probably to blame rather than any patriotic inclining. The way he sees things it might give him the chance to meet his mother up close and outside of a nightmare for once.

The most visually striking things about her are always going to be the ways her divinity shines through in even the closest approximation to a human form she has, which combine in a slightly unsettling way. For starters instead of skin she has a crocodile’s scales, mostly rough and solid with a few patches of softer thinner scales. Her scales are mostly black with patches of gold on her outer limbs and back and her soft scales being dark red. The three scorpion tails rising over her back will likely draw the eye next, each large and longer than they look, generally deceptively curled. Their carapace appears black in complete darkness but any light shows their remarkable iridescence. Looking back to her face you might see red snake eyes and the corresponding fangs, or the crocodile teeth and a crocodiles subtle earridges. The only human marker on her face besides the shape is her nose, which has the human nose ridge, although the actual internal construction and nostrils are shaped more like a snakes.

She was always around in the deserts, a strange divine feral child, haunting the deserts at night and sleeping within the cold deep sands during the day. She learned the languages of scorpions, snakes and crocodiles before she ever learned egyptian, and learned the languages of dark cold places and deserts before she ever learned human languages other than egyptian. Eventually even a divine child must grow, and she emerged from the deserts a strange fae thing. She stayed there for a time nonetheless, growing from young adult to adult, but eventually grew bored.

Leaving to wander she disappeared from most all divine histories, her activities a mystery to even the gods that prided themselves on knowing almost everything. A few rumours sprung up, but the prevailing opinion turned on her going to Apophis to seek something. Then, thirty-seven years later, she reappeared. For all her fae disconnect and disregard before, she was grounded now. She was also a bitter angry thing, showing blatant dislike for any god’s that crossed her path. She is suspected to have been involved in a number of minor divine skirmishes, mostly younger god’s letting off steam with little real consequence, but she was always considered suspicious. When word of some mysterious gods beginning to try and start the apocalypse and the beginnings of a new divine war arose most that had reason to think of her expected she would at best be neutral, and at worst was involved already. Most were shocked and untrusting when she came directly to Ma’at to offer her help to the trainees, but she convinced the headmistress somehow. Rumour has it that it has something to do with the time she was gone from the divine world.

Abilities:

......Sand and Shadows: She is of the desert sand and shadows, and they are hers. She is the desert when the sun has gone, cold, silent and dark. She may move through sand, stone and shadows like she is a part of them. In terms of stone movement, she can move like a ghost through any natural stone, even if it has been used to build. She can be warded away if the stone is sealed and the caster is stronger than she is. Processed stone she cannot move through so easily, but if she exerts her nature she can reduce processed materials to their components as she moves through them. If those materials are warded it can be difficult for her to do, especially depending on the nature of the wards. However she can also move through shadows, including between disconnected shadows if she can see others, and she cannot be warded from shadows. The only way to seal her out from that avenue is to ensure that there are no shadows and the light is complete. She can be sensed if you are magically or psychically strong, but she cannot be detected by mundane means when moving in these ways and detecting her in shadows is very difficult unless you have a foothold there or are very powerful. She can also sense other beings in shadow and on or in stone or sand around her, and it would be extremely difficult to hide yourself from her senses. She is extremely difficult to pin down anywhere near her affinities and generally because even when she can’t pass into existing materials she can turn into sand to avoid danger. She has a pair of twin blades she can summon and dismiss freely, Shriva and Sindol. Sindol is a blade of shadow, capable of cutting through magic and magical defenses. Shriva is a blade of stone that is very good at cutting through any stone or metal, but does struggle to cut through non-living flesh like leather. Both can change and shift, Sindol via shadow and Shriva via sand. They mostly vary between daggers, khopesh and spears, but there is more potential there in these weapons that she has not fully discovered. Lastly she can create clones of sand and shadow to fight with her. The shadow clones can hurt, but they are easily dispelled with light or powerful attacks. The sand clones are slow but hit hard and can reform, best countered by spreading them apart with wind or soaking them and slowing them further. It is worth noting she is still a young goddess and is still growing into her aspect in full so she has yet to realize a fair bit of her potential here. A last small thing is that she seems to always be followed by shadows and sand even where they do not belong, and the temperature always seems to be cooler around her.

......Kane Animal: As Set both is and has his Set animals, she has her own. Hers is if anything more complicated, as suits a daughter of Set and Astarte. She has seven animal natures, four of which are inherited from her parent’s. From her mother she has received the nature of the Sphynx, Lion and Eagle. From her father she received the nature of the Fox and the Jackal. From herself she is three fold, the Scorpion, the Cobra and the Crocodile. Each of these natures she may take on singularly, and each beast she may become can vary from the size of a normal such creature, to a titanic specimen. However what makes this even more dangerous are the three combined forms. First is the Sphynx itself, the body of the Lion and the eyes and wings of an Eagle. The second is a sphynx of sorts from her father’s nature with the body of a Jackal, and the tails and head of a fox. The last is expression of her nature as whole, the Kane Animal. The hindquarters of a Lion, the front-quarters of a Jackal, the head of a fennec Fox, three Scorpion tails, the wings of an Eagle, the fangs and senses of an Cobra, and the teeth and scales of a Crocodile. The final result is an impossible thing, that also manages to seem whole. It is also six feet tall at the shoulder even in its smallest iteration and can grow much larger. There is a great deal of power in these larger forms, but it is worth remembering that she can take on any of the component animal forms at varying sizes as well, which makes this ability very useful and very versatile. Lastly even her human form is affected by these. She can choose to an extent, morphing harder scales, a snake’s fangs or a snake’s tail in place of legs, but she never looks fully human, with the specifics covered up in appearance.

......Aspect of Scales and Venom: The Crocodile, the Cobra, and the Scorpion are the three aspects of her personal nature that are hers alone. The Crocodile is the least key to her nature, although it is still a piece of it. Thus far besides her shapeshifting this only manifests as a comfort in water and a resistance to magics based in it. The Cobra and the Scorpion are more core natures and influence the nature of her other magic more. Firstly at the biological, she has two main venoms. Her tail’s venom is paralytic and extremely painful, targeting nerves and attempting to block them. It would take very large doses to actually kill even weaker opponents, but it makes it very hard to move and the pain is a lot to focus through. Her fang’s venom is lethally dangerous, targeting and damaging key organs. A drop will kill an adult human in minutes if not either prevented from reaching center mass or healed. She is also utterly immune to poison in her own right. If anything her system benefits from poisons and she considers poison a kind of delicacy. She can taste exactly what a poison is and does, and describes it as a fascinating experience. Generally speaking, don’t eat from a plate she is eating from lest it be seasoned by poison. Her blood can be an antidote to basically any poison especially in larger quantities, but it is worth being careful in this regard as she choses how her blood takes effect. Neutrally her blood is incredibly acidic and poisonous in a similar way to her tail with her blood burning out the nerve endings more directly and long term. If she chooses she can alter her blood, although it requires knowledge of the nature of the target or the nature of the poison. She can either make her blood burn out anything not a piece of a creature she understands, or make her blood specifically burn out a poison she has tasted. It helps that before someone has actually been poisoned she can sense and neutralize poison in air water or other things directly. One thing to be cautious of is that she can infuse any surface she has domain over besides shadow with contact poison, although only with her tail's poison.

Skills: She is some level of capable in most areas besides charisma. The essential problem with her charisma is that she looks terrifying and her habits of behavior Really do not help. She is decent at essentially only intimidation.

personality

He's a bit of a....sleepy individual. Which is ironic, since he suffers from intense insomnia. Both of these traits make for him to be a bit tempermental. Mika is generally pretty apathetic to everything around him, though he is observant. So observant that theres almost nothing that gets by him; he picks up on the subtle nuances of peoples behaviours and enjoys seeing the miscommunications that happen on a daily basis (typically between two people of the opposite sex ;) ). He's very blunt and has a bit of an irritable air to him, kind of a "Approach at your own discretion" vibe to him. This irritabillity comes from his inability to get a full nights sleep. Not that this matters much from a physical aspect, since his bodies proven to be made of nothing but longevity, but to his mental health, its utter hell. His brain never shuts off, its like this inner monologue is always playing in his brain droning on and on about the futility of the human race. While on the other hand, when he's by himself surrounded by his own morbidity the silence can be deafening; everything will go silent, there's no one around to distract him from contemplating his own existence but even those thoughts are drowned out by the void that encompassed him. How can silence be so loud?


Aside from his existential crisis, he's rather lazy. Mika won't lift a finger to do anything he doesn't want to and if you manage to get him interested in something he sees as 'troublesome' then it has to be either extremely important or you have to have found his weak spot. Speaking of which, he has a couple odd obsessions that are a bit out of character for his uninterested nature; he loves coffee (oh the irony), small things (animals, people, plants, etc - the frailty of them intrigues him), and honesty. If you aren't afraid to show your true nature, or speak your mind he has instant respect for you. A few of his flaws, aside from his obvious temperment issues, are that he's forgetful and he absolutely hates it(he will sometimes get really confused, just bare with him), he's also very easily distracted - thats the thing about being attentive, everything catches your eye. He also has a tendency to daydream, and occasionally these daydreams will creep into his reality and cause even more confusion for him than necessary( this usually only happens when he doesn't get any sleep for weeks on end). Other than that he's pretty chill, a bit moody and a hell of a good time.

Major Ability: The Sleeper Hold. He can induced sleep in those he touches. Depending on his physical/emotional state he could put a god or goddess into a deep slumber for at least a week, however the stronger the being the more it takes out of him and he could risk putting himself into a comatose slumber. This power works easiest on humans, animals, and even monsters; demi divines and demi humans, however, require a bit more finesse. The effects can vary from a deep, immediate sleep, to a feeling of extreme exhaustion or a gradual lapse of conciousness over a short span of time.

Minor Ability 1: Dream Walker. He can phase out of his body and project himself into other peoples dream and influence them. This is only possible if he has met this person and knows( and remembers) their full name and what they look like and he'd have to have spent some time with this person too; also this can only occur if he's in a state of lucid dreaming or in a trance.

His experience in the orphanage weren't great and his earliest memories are shrouded in confusion and he was treated as an abomination and accused of being a plokhok znak or "bad omen". When he first arrived at the orphanage, the very first person to hold him fell into a coma and everyone to touch him afterwards fell into deep lethargic states or slept for days on end. Mika was given the nickname of "Soul Sucker", for it was thought that all who came in contact with him would lose part of their soul (this was based on the TEMPORARY sleep paralysis or lethargy that each person experienced briefly after touching him). So when he was of age, he set out on his own.

Mika drifted aimlessly, discovering more about himself but also uncovering more questions about who or what he was and what purpose he served in this world. Eventually he found himself as a main attraction for a freakshow hosted by band of gypsies he'd encountered one day as he was travelling on the outskirts of the United States in 1929. Immediately, they'd been fearful of this otherworldly looking man who spoke with a funny accent and seemed completely unbothered by the swords, bows and axes that had been drawn on him upon entering their camp. After introductions were made and it became obvious that he wasn't a threat to them, at least not at that moment, the gypsies eventually let him roam around the camp freely. For years after that, it became obvious that he existed in a realm of his own and wasn't effected by the hands of time which led to him being revered among them as some kind of divine being (not too far off the mark) and Mikas powers were brought into the light at last and showcased as a main event in the camps traveling freakshow.
