Deathkitten
I am the Deathkitten! Fear me!
The Characters
- Normal RpNation rules apply. Follow them or you'll get the boot.
- No Christian, Catholic, Muslim, and other religions' capital-G god. I have my own fantasy, non-biblical setup for them, and would prefer to avoid conflict since it can be a touchy topic if we go by the book.
- No deities that are the one who created the universe, or that are all-knowing, or what have you.
- Religion, even ancient ones, is a touchy topic. Please be polite. If two people have different interpretations that conflict, ask me and I will be the deciding factor. If you aren't sure about how you want to interpret something, ask me! I'll be happy to give my authoric two cents.
- Ask me before making a full-deity child or a teacher.
- Enjoy! Put "Ducks!" in your other category please so I know you read stuff.
Divine: All divine do not need to sleep, eat, or breathe. They are immortal in that they do not age and that they are extremely difficult to kill (let alone kill for good). They are natively stronger than demi-divine individuals.
Demi-divine: All demi-divine have a decreased need for sleep, food, and can hold their breath for an extended period of time. Once they pass their second century of life, their needs for food and sleep decrease even further. They are immortal in that they do not age, and are more difficult to kill than your average human, but they tend to stay dead once killed.
Demi-human: Those who are not human, but are not of the divine either. This includes many humanoid creatures from various mythologies, from yokai to vampires and everything in-between. Some of them have decided to assist the gods.
Monster: Those who are not human, divine, or even humanoid in general. This includes various mythological creatures, such as the hydra or Yamata no Orochi. These do not tend to have any leaning in the war.

2 slots open for demi-human students. They must be humanoid and not incredibly obscure.
3 slots open for teachers. They can be demi-divine, full-divine, or demi-human.

These skills are not the be all end all for your character. They are there to allow us and you as the writer to get a better idea of your character's strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, it is not a problem if you have less than the maximum allowable points.

Generally speaking:
- 0 would be where an average human sits. It is normal human strength, normal human beauty, and, usually, very little magic or psychic or ki potential.
- 1 would be a human prodigy, an expert, cream of the crop. Not unobtainable, but pretty uncommon.
- 2 would be superhuman. Vampires, werewolves, and other demi-humans tend to naturally hit here, along with some demi-divine.
- 3 would be where you're getting into the territory of the divine. Demi-humans can reach this, but, like with number 1 for humans, it is uncommon. This is the average for demi-divine.
- 4 would be similar to number 1 for humans. Prodigies, experts, cream of the crop. Not unobtainable, but uncommon. Here is where it is different, however.
- 5 would be where your average young full deity sits. It is also possible for demi-divine to reach this and beyond with more training. They do not tend to plateau.
- 6 would be like the teenage years of a deity. Extremely powerful, but not really potent on the scale of the gods yet.
- 7 would be where your average deity sits.
- 8 would also be where a number of your average deities sit.
- 9 would be where a number of the "big" gods from pantheons would sit.
- 10 is where your super-deities sit, those who have been around an awfully long time and have quite a few tricks up their sleeves and notches on their belt. The "main" deities of a pantheon. Think Zeus or Odin. There are, however, a few legends who have made it to this level as well, at least in a stat or two, such as Hercules and his unrivaled strength.
- Book Smarts - This involves what it sounds like. It's smart without, necessarily, common sense. You know a lot from various literature, could perhaps recite the periodic table by heart, and probably know - technically - how to start a fire. You probably know every rule you're supposed to follow, regardless of whether or not you do, but with only book smarts, you wouldn't be the best at conversation or interaction.
- Charisma - This is both beauty and social prowess. In general, it is how much people like you. Aphrodite would have a 10 in this skill, for instance.
- Combat - This is how well you do, combatively.
- Endurance - This is how tough you are, as well as how much stamina you have.
- Ki - Where magic and psychic deal with the soul and mind, respectively, Ki deals with the physical. They are abilities that draw energy from their surroundings or the body, to then use with various effects.
- Luck - You feeling lucky, punk?
- Magic - Where ki and psychic deal with the physical and the mind, respectively, magic deals with the soul. They are abilities that draw energy from the user's soul, to then use with various effects.
- Mobility - How well do you move about?
- Acrobatics - How well do you parkour/acrobat/contort?
- Flight - Do you fly? How good are you at flying?
- Teleportation - Can you teleport? How far/are you good at it?
- Psychic - Where magic and ki deal with the soul and the physical, respectively, psychic deals with the mind. They are abilities that draw from the user's willpower, to then use with various effects.
- Perception - How good are you at noticing things?
- Speed - How fast can you move about?
- Strength - How strong are you?
- Street Smarts - This is the wisdom to the intelligence. You might not know a lot about literature, or maybe you do, but the important thing is that you know how to survive. You know how to barter, how to find your way around, how to drive, tie knots, or do a lot of other practical knowledge stuff.
