No problem! As I said earlier you can take your time, so no worries about deadlines, so if you ever feel like making edits before things start feel free to do so! It's quality over speed in these parts.cojemo
I finally finished my CS. Not my best work, but I didn't want to miss another deadline. I'm not very knowledgeable about how Magecraft works in Fate, so if anything needs fixing, I'll get right on it.

Can I still trust a bandit?

Thanks, Idea. The part I have the most trouble with is the capabilities of Magecraft, since it needs to be achievable through science.
Yeah, that's generally how I understood it, but my way of phrasing was probably off. Stuff like Kirei's time abilities is mostly what made me unsure of the actual applications. I think what I have for Ray is a good starting point that will make more sense once put into practice, but if I'm unsure about something in the future, I'd appreciate the help. Not necessarily true. Keep in mind that plenty of characters can do things not readily achievable by science. Reinforcement, Kiritsugu's Time Dilation abilities, familiars, and so on. Hell, Bazzett gets a Noble Phantasm as her thing, but that's more due to her bloodline and family than anything else.
I think what you're talking about is more along the lines of True Magic in the world dropping in power as science advances, as once something is achievable by science and is feasible to basically anyone, it is no longer Magic, and is simply degraded to a mere Magecraft. Almost no one, save for a handful of absurdly powerful people, has access to True Magic anymore, and so 99% of what can be done is all still Magecrafts that are up for grabs/creative twists.
Due to how magus families have developed, however, they do tend to specialize down one path rather than have 'jack of all trades' sorts of magics. This works a bit better for your character who basically only learned a few basics, but if you want to delve more into that sort of thing, I'd consider what the Arco family specialized in, and how much time/effort they'd put into Ray, as well as if they'd have given him the family crest yet or not.
I can help to offer more suggestions from there if you feel like you'd want the help.
Did you just diss mah boi Fionn?!?!Oof when you pull a lancer worse than Fionn. Go away Lancer Medusa.

Prelati's ever more of a weirdo than I thought.
I just hope Sita or Sigurd don't show up for some reason in this singularity's Gacha. I was planning on skipping this one like Agartha.
Ah, that's simple. You just need half of your five stars to be Lancers.I have no interest in loli witch... like at all. She looks meh.
ALso, send help. At EOR3 hell. Fighting Tomoe with low tier musashi ahahahahahah
