DanganronpaRE: Remember Me RP

Ryōka took both the present and the invitation with glee. Ryōka was always happy to receive presents whether it be his birthday or Christmas. Although he was a bit curious as to what Monokuma thought a good present for him would be. With the invitation in his pocket, Ryōka turned to Mari with his hands clasped together. "Isn't it wonderful, Mari? A real gala ball, just like all the celebrities go to! You simply must let me do your hair, not that it isn't already fantastic. Of course, we'll also have to pick out a dress for you! Oh~, this is so exciting, isn't it?"
step0002-4-jpg.289025

"D-Dressing up? You really would help me? Would that really be okay?" Mari seemed a little unsure about Ryoka offers, but there was a hint of excitement on her face as she dwelled on the thought of participating in a gala and being treated like a princess by a kind stranger.

The students eyes were on Koba and Ryoka when the two got in a little unfriendly argument, Roka was seemingly upset as the quarrel ended, while Koba was desperately trying to take back an insult he made on Ryoka. Soon enough, Tsuzaki too started to make salty comments on Koba.
"Do you think that would work? Actually, wait, you should continue making enemies if you plan to be the first death."
step0002-jpg.289020

"Tsuzaki... please take death and murder seriously, there's no need to make such a comment." Yume responded to Tsuzuki with an advice before she walked over and turned to Koba.

"Koba, give Ryoka sometime. I am sure you two could get along when you find the right time to apologize to him and clear out all of the misunderstanding between you two."

step0002-1-jpg.285896

"I am sure there's nothing Koba wouldn't be able to do! Making up to friends would definitely be a piece of cake for you!"
"Also...Hey, dressing up might not be that bad after all, perhaps you should give it a try. I mean, if you think about it, we don't really have a choice. It's Lord Monokuma's words after all! You might even end up liking fancy formal clothing." Mika seemed abnormally happy as she said that, the girl moved over to Koba as she gave him a little nudge.

step0002-2-jpg.289027

"Hm..."
"A gala huh? So far everything seems to be... fine, I guess. If only that bear's speech wasn't always so creepy and confusing, hehe... I might actually be relieved now."

step0002-jpg.289020

"That's way too soon to jump a conclusion. That bear is definitely up something..."
"I mean..."

step0002-7-jpg.289022

"...we have no idea what's inside Monokuma's mysterious "present". Is that what you are trying to say?"

step0002-jpg.289020

"Y-Yes." Yume stuttered a little as she reacted to Hisoka.

step0002-1-jpg.285896

"W-what's inside the present box?"
"It couldn't be anything dangerous like a bomb right? The box is quite small after all."

step0002-5-jpg.285900

"Yeah...I was disappointed when I noticed there wouldn't be dinosaur meat inside when it's that small... I have always wanted to taste that...Santa is a jerk......" Hitsuju jutted his lips as he expressed his disappointment and anger.

step0002-jpg.289020

"Mika does have a point, still..."
"I might be overthinking this, but it could be Monokuma's trick to manipulate us..."
Yume's gaze intensified with tension as the thought crossed her mind.

step0002-2-jpg.289027

"A trick to manipulate us? How could that be possible?"

step0002-jpg.289020

"I am not sure..."
"But I do want everyone to brace themselves, whatever is inside this box... I am sure together, we can overcome anything."
Yume looked down to the present in her hand, she gulped as the endless possibilities of what could be inside of Monokuma's present flashed in his mind, it almost felt like she was holding a pandora's box in her hand. She hated to admit it, but fear gradually swelled within her body the more she thought about it, she could help to feel a little unnerving, but she tried her best to fight it.

"Well......"
"About the gala, I guess we have no choice but to go with the flow for now..."

Especially after we learned that rebelling and disobeying Monokuma right in it's face would only end up badly....

Yume looked over to everyone in the room, in her head, the girl was still pondering about what could be inside the box.

"We should see what we can do now."

Yume and the other were starting to head outside the cabin as soon as she finished her words.

step0002-3-jpg.289026

"Please wait! Everyone!"
"Um..., I noticed that some of you here could use some help...you know, carrying all of that stuff from the shop back to the castle, I-I could definitely help if you need any! Please!"

step0002-1-jpg.289028

"Ah...now that you mentioned it, it would be quite tiring if we have to get food from here every now and then. Hunting for goods or food around the supermarket and the town seemed to be quite tedious too, considering how big this place is."

step0002-3-jpg.289026

"Y-Yes! But don't worry. I can deliver anything to you...just ask, and I'll help! Please leave it to me!"
"For now, may I help all of you to carry your items back to the castle?"
Eiko seemed extremely pumped the be accepting the job of helping others and become the delivery man.

step0002-2-jpg.285897

"If you insist, I really wouldn't mind......"

step0002-4-jpg.285899

"E-eh? Really?! T-Then..."

step0002-jpg.289020

"Eiko...are you sure it's okay? You seem to be pushing yourself a little too much. "

step0002-3-jpg.289026

"No-no! Not at all! Please let me help!"

'Please let me help', no matter how you look at it, it seemed like Eiko was taking altruism to a whole new level, as if he was pushing himself a little too much, to make himself helpful around people. It even seemed a little desperate, how much he wanted to offer helps to others, although his kindness does seem sincere.

step0002-7-jpg.289022

"Oh, that would really be helpful. I was just worrying that how would I get my daily cold coffee, I guess it wouldn't be a problem now with your help. I am counting on you. Eiko."

step0002-3-jpg.289026

"Y-Yes sir!"
For some reason, Eiko was steaming in excitement, presumably from being able to help people, though it's still a little hard to comprehend in his perspective.

step0002-3-jpg.289026

"Oh...I-I guess Katsumi was already gone huh?"
"Hitsuji...what about you then? You are not going to take anythign back with you."

step0002-5-jpg.289024

"Y-yeah......"

step0002-1-jpg.289028

"Oh...that's a little surprising...heh, considering how you went all crazy and excited when you are in the supermarket just now."
"Hehe, god, you even tried to gobble down raw meatloaf like there's no tomorrow..."

step0002-jpg.289020

"E-eh?! S-seriously?"

step0002-5-jpg.289024

"Well...I don't have to bring anything back anyway...I am spending my whole day in the supermarket. I am making that place my base......"

step0002-jpg.289020

"You are going to stay in the supermarket? Hitsuji, are you sure about this? Are you sure it's alright?"

step0002-5-jpg.289024

"Yeah......" Hitsuji replied nonchalantly as he took a sip of the uice in his hand.

step0002-jpg.289020

"F-fine then...if that's what you decided..."

step0002-3-jpg.289026

"Well, anyway...I'll deliver anything you need for you anytime, anywhere, so please leave everything to me!"
"Please let me help you if you ever need any assistance!"

step0002-2-jpg.285897

"We get it...stop making yourself sounds like an advertisement on a broken record."

The crew then headed back to the castle. Once you headed out of the winter cabin, you noticed it started to snow, but it didn't take long before you noticed the snow was artificial. It came from the strange machine hidden around the cabin.

step0002-7-jpg.289022

"It seems like there are some snow guns around the cabin."

step0002-jpg.289020

"So that's where all this snow came from..."
"Oh, but just now, there were not spraying snow around right?"

step0002-7-jpg.289022

"If I have to guess, the machine were probably operating under a looped timer."
"For an interval around 15 minutes, I would say, since that's how long we had been in the cabin."

step0002-jpg.289020

"I see, so every 15 minutes, the snow gun would go off and start spraying snow."

"Gosh, but it still bothers me, why would someone...or whoever was behind this, bother to set all of this up. I mean...it's not even Christmas......"

step0002-8-jpg.289021

"Eeeeeexactly!" Lord Monokuma pop out from the snow suddenly, making it's grand comical appearance once again.
"Oh, I mean, yeah, that's pretty much it, about the snow gun."
"Ahem!"
"About the Chrismas theme...it's totally not because this was all planned around Christmas but things started and went much slower than I imagined that...it's not even Christmas anymore......"
"I-I can do whatever I want okay! J-just don't keep questioning and expect everything to be perfect!!!"
And once again, the bear disappeared.

The crew then headed back to the castle, there was some free time before the grand gala start.

As the students headed back to the castle, they could see many bears that were wearing medieval helmet walking around the castle, marching back and fort around the ballroom, presumably were busy preparing for the grand gala at night.

step0002-jpg.289020

"What are all of these...bears?"

step0002-8-jpg.289021

"They are Monopawns! My extra pawns! What is a lord without his people? So, of course, I will have more of my very own pawns!"
"But they can be quite annoying, so I like to keep them away from sight unless I have jobs for them."
Lord Monokuma appeared and explained, and then walked away casually.

step0002-jpg.289020

"Extra...pawns?"

step0002-1-jpg.289028

"Gosh...so they have these many minions, it makes fighting back with force almost impossible at this point."

step0002-jpg.289020

"It's insane, they even have a whole army of robots."
"Whoever is behind this... "
"What is the limit of their capabilities... why would they went so far to prepare all of these, kidnapping us and make us......."
"It still doesn't make sense...what are their true motive behind all of these......"
Yume's voice trembled a little as she started to reflect on what had unfolded in just one day ago, it almost felt surreal, still, she had no choice but to accept all of these, and silently fought back, to end this bizarre threat to everyone's life here before it's too late.

Spending their day in the castle wasn't that agonizing, and the students could at least be grateful that their kidnapper wasn't that harsh on them, or attempted to directly do any physical harm them, at least for the time being.

The castle itself and the whole theme park was actually quite a fantastic place to be in, to Yume, it was like visiting a fantasy of her own, and a dream come true. The environment is rather therapeutic, with a pleasant vibe, if only it's not being made into a grand stage of a "mutual killing game".

step0002-8-jpg.289021

"Ahem! It's almost time...for the grand gala that everyone is waiting for, to finally start! Upupupu, please get ready for a memorable night that you will be guaranteed to remember!"
As night approached, an announcement was made by Lord Monokuma through the PA system with monitors around the castle.
"l'll send Monopawns to escort all of you and help you with your preparation before the gala start. Attendance is mandatory, so you know what you should do."
"My Monopawns are quite short-tempered, so I am not sure what will happen if you ignore them or make their jobs difficult for them...for real, though, but if you want to take it as a threat, it's fine by me......"

With that, the announcement ended.

Monopawns could be seen searching for the students and leading them back to their room for a little makeover, whether they want to or not, and then escorted them to the ballroom.

Koba paused as he glanced around. Everyone was stairing at him now after the scene that had just unfolded. Kiba figited slightly, looking nervous and unsure as he felt all eyes on him. Guilt was chewing at his gut at this point, and if he didn't apologize soon, eventually, all the guilt was going to make him explode.

When the two girls talked to him, he looked over their way, smiling a bit as Mika seemed on his side. "Thank you." He said gently, running a nervous hand to the back of his neck as he glanced around. "The last thing I want is to cause probs for everyone."

Koba turned back around for a moment as he thought about dressing up. It seemed like there was no other option, even if it was just a suggestion, he still knew he was going to do it. The last thing he wanted to do was cause problema, even if it was for a murderous psychopathic bear. He'd rather listen then be punished by that flying dragon. "Thanks, Mika. I'm definitely dressing up, not that I really have a choice."

When they headed back towards the castle, Koba glanced back over at the shop before Yukimura spoke, almost begging for people to let him help. Though Koba didn't really pick up how... strange that behavior was. That was when Koba had an idea. Quickly he ran back into the store, grabbing a rope and tying it to the front of the board before finding a large box. He then dummped a bunch of foods and candies inside. More than he would have been able to ever carry in his pockets. Then pulling it by the rope, he walked back outside, tugging his box of instant ramen noodles and candies, and soft drinks behind him. "There's still some room in my rig if any of ya need help. Or we can get more stuff tomorra."

When they went back to their rooms, Koba didn't even object, just went to go get dressed without a word. He was a little sad to toss off his jacket, but even he knew that would never be considered formal wear.

for the most part, Julian was walking around, and letting things happen. He didn't get much to eat, and he was also tired, so he was mostly in his own space. Julian snapped back into reality when they started talking about food. Julian's stomach rumbled, and Julian looked embarrassed. "I could help too. I don't look it, but I'm also pretty strong. As long as I can eat first..." Julian said shyly. Julian was sure he wasn't going to wake up without eating something. So when they finally decided to leave to find food, Julian found snacks and ended up eating them, which allowed him to wake up, and gave him energy to do anything.

At the fact that they had to go to a Gala, Julian sighed. He's been to a bunch of Gala's before. Whether for jobs, or just Family business. Julian never really wanted to be there, but he had to. And that meant suits. He overheard the conversation, and agreed. He hated the suits, they were usually boring, and bland. But seeing Ryoka walk off, almost crying, Julian, before he could stop himself, went after Ryoka. Annoyingly, his habit of not wanting to be noticed leaving' kicked in, and he ended up almost turning invisible. Not literally, but was able to go after Ryoka unnoticed.

Catching up to Ryoka, Julian tapped him on the shoulder, obviously surprising the guy. "Uhm... Hi. I just wanted to say that I think you're cool looking. I'm almost jealous, cause you can control your hair, while mine's usually in a tangled mess. Even if I do try to brush it. I wear a beanie for a reason." He laughed slightly. "So.. Uhm... I thought you looked sad, and I wanted to Cheer you up, but I wasn't sure how. Sorry, I probably made it awkward..." That was something of Julian's strongest points. Unable to talk to someone, and making a situation awkward.

Feeling awkward, Julian made a motion to the group's direction. "Well... I'm going to go. Before I decide to Embarrass myself..." Julian said with an awkward smile, before walking away feeling really awkward.

Ending up being told that it was Mandatory to go to the Gala, Julian sighed. He really didn't want to one. But he supposed he'd endure it. Like usual. Being practically dragged to his room. Julian was worried about if he looked stupid. He never seemed to suit suits.

(Would do Alex, but I'm tired as all hell with a cold, so I'm not gonna bother. xD)

"But I believe what Koba said is too irresponsible to be ignored." she defended herself to the white-haired girl. She then added, "And moreover, what I said is true. You shouldn't try to make enemies when you are here." . She rested her arms by crossing them on her stomach. She turned her head to the side so no one could see. "But I concede the fact that I was being a bit too harsh. Sorry, Koba."

"Also...Hey, dressing up might not be that bad after all, perhaps you should give it a try. I mean, if you think about it, we don't really have a choice. It's Lord Monokuma's words after all! You might even end up liking fancy formal clothing."

She nodded in agreement.
"You should not dismiss anything outright without examining and trying it out first." she advised.

"That's way too soon to jump a conclusion. That bear is definitely up something..."

"...we have no idea what's inside Monokuma's mysterious "present"

"W-what's inside the present box?"
"It couldn't be anything dangerous like a bomb right? The box is quite small after all."

"Yeah...I was disappointed when I noticed there wouldn't be dinosaur meat inside when it's that small... I have always wanted to taste that...Santa is a jerk......"

"Sadly, we can't even open it can we." she said as she took her box out of her pocket and carefully scrutinised every corner of it like a teacher expecting cheat sheets hidden. She even gave it a shake or two but the sound was....very difficult to pinpoint.

"Mika does have a point, still..."
"I might be overthinking this, but it could be Monokuma's trick to manipulate us..."

She raised her eyebrow when Yume said 'overthinking'. It would definitely be in Monokuma's interests to manipulate them to go on a stabbing spree with each other. Paranoia would be very beneficial right now so it would protect the person from naivete. But she would be saying a bit too much if she objected. Better to keep potential enemies in the dark. That's what everyone is right now. She desperately doesn't want to make them 'actual' enemies though. Fighting would be horribly stupid.

step0002-jpg.289020

"I am not sure..."
"But I do want everyone to brace themselves, whatever is inside this box... I am sure together, we can overcome anything."

"What is bringing about this suddenness, Eiko?"

"If you insist, I really wouldn't mind......"

"E-eh? Really?! T-Then..."

step0002-jpg.289020

"Eiko...are you sure it's okay? You seem to be pushing yourself a little too much. "

"Seriously stop it with your kindness."

step0002-5-jpg.289024

"Y-yeah......"

She was a bit suspicious.

step0002-1-jpg.289028

"Oh...that's a little surprising...heh, considering how you went all crazy and excited when you are in the supermarket just now."

So that's why.

....Nope. She's not going to interject. Seriously, she felt there's too much to react. She felt like she was writing an entire book honestly.

step0002-jpg.289020

"What are all of these...bears?"

step0002-8-jpg.289021

"They are Monopawns! My extra pawns! What is a lord without his people? So, of course, I will have more of my very own pawns!"

Tsuzaki felt that this was excessive spending. No psychopath would go this far. She suspected the government did this but that's turning into something out of a pop culture book.

step0002-jpg.289020

"Extra...pawns?"

step0002-1-jpg.289028

"You know what?" she thought out loud. "Let's just assume that everything that happens at this point will contradict with reality." she started a small rant. "Because that seems to be a point the mastermind is trying to burn into our mind."

She thought for awhile, closed her eyes. Then, she opened her eyes. What she thought would only be kept to her alone. No one will know her plans.
"No objections." . She turned towards her room. Her head then turned around to the Monopawns. "What are you waiting for, pawn?"

Ryōka wasn't used to the cold and snowy state the park was currently in. Growing up on sunny island where the average temperature was a toasty 20ºC /68ºF, Ryōka was shivering in what he assumed was a chillingly cold -1ºC. Ryōka was walking towards his room when he felt an unexpected tap on his shoulder. Turning back almost as soon as it happened, Ryōka angrily faced Julian whom he had assumed was Koba coming to apologize for his insult. Seeing it was Julian, his face calmed to a more indifferent expression. Despite his lack of interest in the less than appealing boy, Ryōka politely stood there and listened to his explanation for nearly scaring the daylights out of him. After Julian had said his piece, Ryōka's demeanor warmed a bit and he nodded to him out of appreciation of Julian's attempt to cheer him up. After Julian had left, Ryōka shuffled his way to his room and sat in an empty chair in front of a mirrored vanity desk.

After what happened in that dainty little shack, Ryōka wasn't in any mood to go to the gala, despite how head over heels he was with the idea earlier. Staring into the mirror, Ryōka heard the announcement that attendance was mandatory, bashing any chances that he could just stay in his room for the rest of the night. With a sigh, Ryōka stood and was going to make his way to his closet when a pair of Monopawns entered his room. "So you're the little badger's servants, are you? Well, if you're here to help with my apparel then you'll do exactly as I say, understood?" Taking out a notepad and pen from his desk, Ryōka wrote a list of things he needed to assemble his ensemble of apparel and handed it over to one of them. "Bring me all of the items on that list before the gala starts or I'll shave all the fur off your pudgy bodies!" Slightly terrified by Ryōka's threat, the monoduo raced out of the room to begin their scavenge hunt.

Sitting in front of his mirror once again, Ryōka took one look at his hair and knew that it was nowhere near acceptable for such a splendorous event such as this. Taking a platinum pair of scissors from one of his many pouches and began snipping at his hair using a single hand. One unfortunate Monopawn was unlucky enough to be passing by Ryōka's now open door, catching the hairstylist's eye immediately. "You there, ugly toy! Get over here at once!" The startled bear rushed inside and saluted Ryōka much like a real knight would have. "At ease, fool. Here, I need you to do something for me." Using the same notepad from earlier, Ryōka began writing whilst simultaneously cutting his hair doing both at an exhilarating speed. Once he was finished writing, he handed the slip of paper to the bear and pointed to the door. "Deliver that note to Ms. Mari on the double. It contains a letter apologizing for my absence after having promised to assist her in getting ready for the ball. It also contains a list of tips and advice for helping her pick out her outfit, so it is of the utmost importance that she gets it as soon as possible! Understand!" Saluting once more, the Monopawn dashed out of the room with paper in hand towards Mari's location. Feeling suddenly and unexpectedly inspired, Ryōka began snipping and cutting more fervently, his hands becoming a blur as their speed steadily increased. 'Monokuma was right, this shall be a night to remember!'

The students were starting to gather at the ballroom, they were dressed in attire that matched with the elegant vibe of the ballroom. Over the stage, an orchestra consisted of Monopawns was performing, filling the ballroom with soothing music. There was a banner hanging over the stage with the font 'Dreamer's Path Academy Class 1 Reunion'.

At a corner of the ballroom, there were party dishes prepared for the students. As expected, HItsuji was already greedily devouring all of the dishes.
step0003-3-png.297134

"Meeeh! More!"

"Ahem!"
A voice of someone clearing their throat echoed through the ballroom. The music in the background stopped, as Lord Monokuma slowly made its way to the podium at a corner of the stage.
step0002-8-jpg.289021

"Welcome! Welcome~!!! Everyone!"
"I hope everyone is ready for the grand gala, my hearts already throbbing in excitement, although I don't really have a functional heart!"
"This will be a great memorable opening ceremony to this exciting ride I am going to take all of you through! Upupupu."
"So, before we get into the heat of ball dancing, go ahead and have your dinner, get to know each other better..."

"...After all, the frivolous thought of you knowing someone completely is the most exciting thing to break, right? Upupupu..."
Load Monokuma let out a disturbing laughter and disappeared behind the stage.
The gentle music once again started to slowly pervade the air once Monokuma's speech ended.

step0003-9-png.297129

"......"
For an instant, Yume wasn't sure how to react. She awkwardly stared at the students gathering around the ballroom, and was waiting for someone to speak, but then, instead started to scan through the ballroom and observed the eye-catching banner hanging over the stage.

" 'Dreamer's Path Academy Class 1 Reunion'?"
"Are they considering us as students of Class1 in this academy? Why is this even a reunion?" Yume spoke her thoughts out aloud as she observed.

step0003-7-png.297130

"I mean...at this point, nothing really make sense."
"That bear was acting...weird all along, I wouldn't be surprised if the mastermind is some sort of psychopath and have some kind of...mental disorder, that we can't really comprehend their actions....."
"I had read a novel about a psychopathic mother that thinks a stranger is her deceased daughter, bizarre things like this do can happen."

step0003-9-png.297129

"Mental disorder? You are saying that the mastermind is a lunatic? Now that you mentioned it, it do make sense...all of their strange behavior..."

step0003-6-png.297131

"That's pretty much what I assumed from the very beginning..."

step0003-1-png.297136

"So... we are dealing with a lunatic?"

step0003-5-png.297132

"Uh, that's...scary."

step0003-2-png.297135

"Hmmhm." Hisoka let our a muted laugh as he turned to Yume.

step0003-4-png.297133

"......"

step0002-8-jpg.289021

"Hey! Don't call me that! Never call me that! Especially all of you here!"
Lord Monokuma snuck up to the students and interrupted their conversation.

step0003-9-png.297129

"Ah!!!"

step0002-8-jpg.289021

"It's extra irritating when that came from YOUR mouth! Quit discussing stuff like this here! I don't want to hear any of that anymore form ANYONE of you here!"
For the first time, Load Monokuma sounded genuinely pissed and angered.

step0003-7-png.297130

"We are sorry..."

step0003-9-png.297129

"......"

step0002-8-jpg.289021

"Now go and enjoy the gala instead! Geeze!"
Load Monokuma then walked away with heavy footsteps, slamming the floor with his fluffy foot.

step0003-9-png.297129

"We should probably go and have our dinner, and also...be more careful with our discussion next time." Yume whispered under her breath as she let out a sigh.

Even though he was dressed nicely, the wannabe Sk8r still had a hat on, except it was a black color with a suit print on the front. His body was dressed dressed in a less average suit, a bright, shiny, almost silky blue material made up the suit and pants. A small bow tie matching the entire ensemble laid crooked and messily tied around his neck. Koba was already missing the constant pressense of his skate board.

When Monokuma came back, Koba shuddered. If he could have his way he'd never want to see that bear again. But as the conversation went on, the idea of making friends with the people here was a good idea.

Out of everyone at this fancy party, there was only one person here that Koba felt comfortable around. Sure, some of them were complete strangers but others obviously hated him. He didn't know how he could mess up making friends this bad. With a shrug, he jogged over to Mika. She seemed to be his friend already. He glanced around, noticing the hair stylist and swallowing. He'd really have to figure out a way to apologize to that guy.

Julian was in his room, being forced into uncomfortable suits. Julian held up a hand to stop all the monokuma-things. They all looked the same to him. They all stopped and looked at him. "Okay, how about we try and sort my hair out before even THINK of putting me into an uncomfortable suit? My hair is going to take the longest overall." Julian said, taking his beanie off, taking his hair-band out, showing shoulder-length messy hair. The monokuma's looked to be at a loss, before complying, pushing him into a chair, and trying to sort his hair out.

They ended up having to trim some parts of his hair, to Julian's annoyance, but that was because the knots were not easy to take apart. Julian had his hair washed with shampoo and conditioner, soaked, and then straightened. He looked like a girl overall, so Julian took a hairband, put his hair back into a ponytail and reached for his beanie, to hide his hair as usual, but the Monokuma's took it and hid it away somewhere. Julian groaned. As long as he could keep his hair in a ponytail, he didn't mind.

Arriving in His Gala suit, Julian looked around and tried to shrink away. This was normally something he'd try to do. void as much attention as he could, and get out as soon as he can. Though, he was thinking he should socalise. But the thing was, how did he start a conversation?

Alex:

Alex was pulled to her room, and Alex didn't say anything. She was the only one who could talk to the spirits, and didn't fancy becoming one of them. She ended up being forced into a long, white gown, that reached her ankles. It was light, and it suited her slightly-tall, but lithe figure. She wasn't one for showing skin, and while it did show off her arms and collar bones, it covered everything else. She was able to put on light blue gloves, which were exactly to her size. Which she found odd, but payed it no mind.

Her hair was put up into a messy bun with strands hanging down in some places. She usually had long flat hair, so this was completely different to her usual style. He hair was also quite thin, so how they were able to keep the messy bun 'Messy' without using any other products was beyond her. By the end, she has a thin and light coral pink shall draped around her shoulders, covering more skin and gave a light pink glow to her. Given the choice of pumps or high-heels, she chose the pumps, as she wasn't stable in heels.

On the way to the Gala, she was Julian, and decided to walk with him. She already knew about him.

"Hello Julian." She said blandly. Julian jumped and looked down at her and smiled. "Oh, hello.. Alex...?" He asked uncertain. Alex smiled, nodding, which gave him a look of relief.

"Would you like to escort me? You are a gentleman, are you not?" She asked and Julian blushed. "Well... Brought up like that... Wait... Who did you..?" Alex laughed slightly. "I hear things." She smiled. Julian looked at her, scared and bug-eyed. She sighed.

"They like to keep a lot of things a secret. It's... Somewhat annoying." She shrugged and Julian sighed. Relieved. "Well, let's go." He said, escorting her to the Gala.

(Literally not sure what else to put. xD)

The doors to the ballroom seemed inviting and yet so menacing as Ryōka stood before them. He was a bit nervous about showing himself in front of the others again after the incident from earlier. But since he had already made the outfit he figured he might as well attend the party. Mustering up his courage, Ryōka pushed open the giant doors that stood before him and entered the room with his head held high.

Gala Kureiji.PNG

A blue and red suit with long coattails accompanied by a white top hat was the outfit Ryōka had prepared. A white decorative mask covers half of his face, he would've preferred that it cover his whole face but given previous circumstances it would've only brought unwanted attention to him. Ryōka strode into the room with a soft smile on his face when he noticed Mari among the crowd. Without a doubt she was the most beautiful thing in the room, he could barely stop himself from running to embrace her.

"Ms. Mari, you look absolutely ravishing. Is it because you received the instructions I sent you?" He took her hands into his, meshing their hands and fingers together. "Oh, I suppose it matters not, I'm sure you would've looked astonishing even without my help. You're pretty enough as it is." Ryōka flashed the young maid a wide smile, his teeth hidden behind his lips. To some it would seem a little sinister, but to the more naïve children and to Mari it would be the opposite. "Would you like to accompany my for the night? With our powers combined we just might make for the cutest couple!" Ryōka laughed and offered his arm to Mari, his smile could light up the room if it was possible. Whether she took his arm or not, Ryōka would notice the skateboarding scientist and would shoot him a deathly glare. He would find a way to repay the boy for his 'criticism' sooner or later.

"Oh...hi! Mr.Koba!" There was a moment of pause as Mika eyed Koba up and down while he approached.

"You are truly a sparkling diamond coated with... more diamond! I know you would look stunning in a suit."
Slowly clasping her palms together as she came up with a rather poor metaphor, the girl couldn't help and let out a squeal under her breath as she faced the person that she admires and respects.

"You look rather uncomfortable though, I can tell. Hehe." Mika begun chuckled as she covered her mouth and looked away, noticing that Koba was still taking some time to get used to the new style.

"It's totally fine if you genuinely don't like the style, after all, the subjectivity and objectivity of beauty itself is still a rather vague concept in philosophical study." Mika looked into Koba's eye and asserted.

"With a philosophical approach...in my humble opinion, you, Mr. Koba, is a...torchlight in a blackout! You are truly beautiful, just as how Socrates himself put it, even a dunk-basket can be beautiful. It was when I gain pleasure from contemplating you as an individual object, for your own sake, and in your presented form, that I know you are truly beautiful."
Excitement was printed on her face the moment Mika started to talk about philosophy.

"Er...Ahem! My point here is... just be yourself, and have more confidence in yourself, you are not just any person, you are a SHSL that had saved thousands of lives, including me, standing here right before you. There is nothing that can beat you, there's nothing that you can't conquer."
"I understand that people make mistakes, even SHSLs, we are human after all, I mean, even the definition of 'perfect" itself is flawed, but our strength always comes from how we overcome and mend our mistakes, isn't that right?"

"So......"
"Is it still bothering you? I am sure you don't mean it...I am sure he would forgive you..."

"...after you apologized, everything will be alright, Ryoka wouldn't blame you."
"Before you question, it's your face that told me everything, I am rather empathetic and sensitive in nature if I do say so myself, hehe."
With that, Mika then signaled Koba to follow her.
"Don't worry, Koba. For now, we do what we can do. Enjoy our dinner and replenish our energy!"

Honestly, though, Tsuzaki thought, this seemed to be a big plot by the maniac. To encourage them to kill each other. But that didn't quite matter. She really hated the long times for her to be worn a dress. She had to admit that the dress and the accessories were really wonderful but the Monokuma pawns seem to be stalling for time by prolonging the time to put on the dress, carefully examining each item for a bit too long. She really wanted to say something but they always motioned her to keep quiet. Maybe it was her punishment for being rude to them. Immature, she huffed.

After a gruellling long time, she didn't have much time to even look at herself at that point. Quickly, she rushed to the gaia or ball or something, without saying anything to the Monokuma pawns. She thought, that she heard some of the Monokuma pawns scoff at her. She ran and ran but it was supremely difficult to do it in high-heeled shoes. Then, she stopped. Why was she so pumped about this gaia or whatever it was called? She didn't know anything about the other students. She didn't really care.....Actually, didn't really care. She stopped at that word, in front of the door of the ballroom. That sounded terrible, actually. She needs to reign in on her emotions fast, she thought. Maybe she has actually fought too many people. Time to change tact. She straightened her back and her dress.

She entered the ballroom trying to add gravitas to her pose. Resplendent with a warm, red, sleeveless dress decorated with black vertical frills on her chest and white frills on the skirt. It seemed like it was made out of soft silk. Her arms were delicate and a red rose was pinned to her left side of the chest. Instead of a bob, her hair was tied to her back in a braid. Another rose was pinned to her hair. Unfortunately, it seemed to add too much gravitas, making it obvious she was late.

"I'm terribly sorry for being late." she softly spoke to Monokuma. "Did I miss anything?" she said in a weirdly kind voice.

"Ah......"
For a moment Mari wasn't sure how to react, she was rarely being put under the spotlight after all. The young girl was rather confused but overjoyed for Ryoko's treatment and his compliments on her. At that point, Ryoka had already gained a special place in Mari's heart, for him was the first person that approach her with such a manner.
"I-I..." Words were stuck in her throat as the socially awkward lady tried to keep her composure together.

"Never that I thought~ I would~" Ryoka could hear some incoherent humming under Mari's breath, Mari then tossed a rather dramatic gaze at Ryoka. Shyly, she smiled and gazed right into his eyes.
The lady nodded, silently agreeing on Ryoka's suggestion. You cold tell that Mari was enjoying Ryoka's company and started to open up.

step0002-8-jpg.289021

"HUH?" Ironically, Tsuzaki first attempt to speak softly ended up getting a "huh" presented in an impatient and annoyed tone as a reply.
"J-just go and join the rest of the students! Hrmp!" Monokuma impatiently replied her and walked away with heavy footsteps, it seemed like the bear was in a bad mood, it's just bad timing, after all, Tsuzuki had nothing else to blame except for her late attendance, or perhaps, the Monopawns that caused it.

step0003-9-png.297129

"Urm..hey, Tsuzuki!" Yume came rushing at Tsuzaki as she saw her entered the ballroom.
"So far there's nothing...suspicious, happening yet, in fact, the ball is just starting, we are currently having our meal, come and join us if you want to." Yume gave Tsuzaki a smile as she lightly grabbed her shoulder.
"Don't worry, I think the food are fine, Hitsuji ate a lot of them...so I think they are safe to consume."
Yume looked over to Hitsuji who was currently being forcibly dragged away from the dishes by Monopawns as she mentioned.
Yume was seemingly already starting to be familiar with Tsuzaki's somewhat paranoid nature and provided her with the information she thought Tsuzaki would need.

Yume paused as something came into her mind.
"You know what?" she thought out loud. "Let's just assume that everything that happens at this point will contradict with reality." she started a small rant. "Because that seems to be a point the mastermind is trying to burn into our mind."
"Hey, Tsuzaki...."
"About what you said at the winter cabin just now..."
"What do you mean by that?"
"How can...everything contradict with reality?"
"How can we just...assume that?"

That idea didn't seem to make sense to Yume, but it's somehow fitting to their current situation, everything just seemed bizarre, well, almost everything.
The girl figured she should question others before she got completely lost in her own thoughts, the fact that she couldn't even recall much about herself was constantly creating a mixed feeling of frustration and anxiety within Yume.

Ayaka was sitting at a corner of the ballroom, silently folding paper cranes. You could see the piles of paper cranes in the basket that was slowly piling up higher and higher, there could easily be hundred or thousands of them in that basket. Ayaka seemed to carry that basket along with her everywhere and would keep folding paper crane whenever she had the chance to for some reason.

As Ayaka started to walk around with that basket, she fell victim to the the war between Hitsuji and the Monopawns, they were technically chasing around the ballroom like a bunch of children playing fetch.

step0003-3-png.297134

"You would never catch meh! I'll devour eall of them! You can't stop MEH!!!!"
Hitsuji was surprisingly agile and escaped from all of the Monopawns who were chasing after him with ease.

But eventually, Hitsuji ran into Ayaka directly. Both of them fell down with the impulse, Hitsuji was then being forcibly dragged away by the Monopawns after that, leaving Ayaka laying on the floor with her paper crane scattered all over the floor.

step0003-6-png.297131

"A-ah..."
"No!"
Instead of reacting to the pain from falling down, Ayaka was instead worried about her paper cranes and reacted quickly by rushing around and started to pick up and recollect all of the paper cranes scattered on the floor.

Cosmic_Chaos Cosmic_Chaos
(Naturally, all of that happened near Julian and Alex.)

Julian watched the scene unfold, and instantly decided to help. He bent down, and helped pick up the scattered cranes that were around the floor. Alex even joined in, by picking some that flew over to her, and the ones that scattered a bit further way. When they were eventually finished finding them all, Alex and Julian put them neatly into the basket, before Julian decided to the the gentlemanly thing and offer to help Ayaka up by offering his hand. Smiling slightly, he asked "Want a hand getting up?" Julian asked. Usually, he would have said, 'my lady' or 'my dear' but he felt that Ayaka would have probably tried to hit him.

Alex scanned the scene to see if there were any more scattered cranes lying around. Not finding any,Alex looked at them blankly. "I don't see anymore cranes. Are they all still intact?" she asked, looking at the basket. Julian picked it up and handed it to Ayaka, breifly looking at them. Not the ones that I saw. Uhm..." He said looking away slightly. "You do Origami? I love Origami, but it kind of.. stopped after a while. It interfered with my job, apparently." Julian scratched the back of his head slightly, before sighing, and pulling his hair out. "sorry, I need to re-do my ponytail.... I need a new band." He sighed, and tried it back again.

Koba could feel the red tint that flushed his cheeks at the stream of compliments. If... if they were compliments, Koba wasn't fully sure. Whatever the girl was trying to say, it seemed like a nice gesture towards Koba. She was so nice to him, he understood why, he had saved her life. But he didn't feel as if he really deserved her praise. He gave a large grin as he rubbed the back of his neck.

"You're too nice to me, Mika." It was so weird, having someone being so genuinely kind to Koba. It made happy sparks burst in his chest as he began to bounce a little on his toes, trying to find a way to release some of this energy that was now bursting inside of him. "But I'm glad I could finally meet someone I'd actually helped."

He paused as his gaze drifted back to the hair stylist, the concersation drifting back to him for a moment. Suddenly the spring in his feet was made of lead, pulling him down onto the ground and making him feel heavy. He felt so... guilty. He tried so hard not to be a jerk, but here he was, calling people names the second they insulted a part of his look. He needed to learn to take critiques better.

Koba tapped his pocket for a moment, feeling the small gift he had put together in apology. But for now, it seemed as if he should wait... or would time make the issue worse? He swallowed hard, unsure of what to do next.

"I really didn't mean to hurt his feelings... i was just upset when he was talkin about my threads... Mika, do you think I should just apologize now?"

"T-Thank you..." Ayaka looked up to Julian and took his hand, slowly getting back up on her feet.

step0003-1-png.297136

"Here you go!" Eiko appeared out of nowhere and came forth to hand a hard full of paper cranes to Ayaka, he was presumably already rushed over to help the minute everything happened, which is not that surprising considering his extremely altruistic nature.

"A-are you alright...Ayaka?" Eiko muttered with a barely audible voice, and seemed to be a little intimidated by the girl's presence, possibly a result of the incident that happened earlier between this two, which certainly worsen the tension between him and Ayaka.

step0003-6-png.297131

"W-wait...when did you..."
"......"
"...Thank you." Ayaka, however, was a little surprised when Eiko suddenly showed up. A short sigh escaped from her mouth as she reached over and grabbed all of the paper cranes in his hand.

Not the ones that I saw.
step0003-6-png.297131

"Most of them are..." Ayaka looked down to the basket in her hand, checking all of the paper cranes one by one carefully as she replied.

For some reason, she treats every single paper crane she created very seriously as if it is something very important to her. The fact that she constantly creates paper crane instead of other origami creations is a very peculiar habit to begin with.

"That 'sheep boy'...knocking over and disrespecting all of the paper cranes like that...what do he think he is doing..." Ayaka frowned and clenched her fist as she expressed her annoyance towards Hitsuji.
You could see Eiko backing up slowly and starting to get nervous the moment Ayaka started to get angry, it could very much be a post-traumatic reflex from being the victim of Ayaka's anger problem.

Uhm..." He said looking away slightly. "You do Origami? I love Origami, but it kind of.. stopped after a while. It interfered with my job, apparently."
Fortunately, Julian's question was able to distract Ayaka before she exploded with anger over what Hitsuji had done to her.
Ayaka looked over to Julian and nodded in response to his question.
step0003-6-png.297131

"Of course, I am known as the SHSL Origamist after all......"
"It's rare to see people that are into traditional art like Origami nowadays...I am very glad that you appreciate Origami as an art form."
"Whatever it is that's stopping you from continue doing Origami, I hope that you would get over that and..."

step0003-1-png.297136

"Sculpturing is also fun too, you should really tr-"
Eiko was silenced the moment Ayaka glared right back at him as he interfered, he instantly stopped talking and looked away while sweating in nervousness, knowing that he should probably stop talking before anything horrible happens.

Julian scratched the back of his head slightly, before sighing, and pulling his hair out. "sorry, I need to re-do my ponytail.... I need a new band." He sighed, and tried it back again.
step0003-1-png.297136

"O-Oh! You can have a hair band form me! I-I have plenty of them, or...you could just take mine!" Eiko grabbed onto Julian's shoulder from behind and literally started to drag him backward gradually.

"I-I can help you to do it, if you would like me to...L-let me do it for you!" Instead of offering help, Eiko always requests and insist to help instead.
"Let's find a place and sit down, I-I'll handle it for you."
At that point, Eiko was basically, starting to drag Julian away as he "offered" his help in a very unusual way.

Eiko guided Julian to sit down at a corner of the ballroom and started to help Julian with tying up his fairly long hair from behind.

"Huh, I never noticed your hair was that long under that beanie... but don't worry, I'll handle it for you!"
"...Take it as a way of me repaying you."
"T-thank you for helping out Ayaka...I know it's weird to say that, but still...thank you."
"I was a little worried that Ayaka wouldn't accept and want my help, so, I hesitated to walked over to her, I might end up being a bother instead......"
"But you were kind enough to lend her a hand the moment she needed help, and that way, I'll be able to make sure Ayaka would get the help she needs to, just like how I tried to make sure everyone do."

"It's painful... to see someone...that's helpless on the inside...yet...refuses any help and tries to hide it...you know?" There was a long pause before Eiko murmured under his breath.

"I know that face she got...very well..."
"It's just like seeing a reflection of myself..that I swore I would never want to recall from anyone else again......"
"I don't even want to see that within myself, that's why I tried that hard to change, I wanted to be of use to others instead of a-...bother."
"I don't want anyone to feel helpless, I know very clearly how that feels. That's why I make helping others my life motto."

"I just couldn't stand it...I couldn't stand looking at that face...I couldn't stand being a bystander of that..."
"So please...Julian...please help Ayaka whenever she needs it...I-I am sorry for asking for so much from you...but..."
You could tell that Eiko hates to be vulnerable in front of others, the fact that his voice became more choppy or just from the tone of his speech alone.

step0003-6-png.297131

"......" A moment of awkward silence prevailed after Eiko literally dragged Juliann away form the group, leaving Alex and Ayaka behind.

"Alexandrea Carmine, the SHSL Medium. Am I correct?"
"I have heard something about you before, you seem to be in tune with the astral plane and beyond, I would assume?"
"By any chance...would you be able to be in sync with higher entities and channel their mystical power?"
"I would be extremely interested to hear your comment on that."

Ayaka seems to be very interested in Alex's ability and could be see as superstitious to some, with her unshakable and concrete belief of the existence of mythical beings and ancient legends.

"If that is the case, could you act as a vessel to them, so that they could hear the mundane prayers?"

There was a split second of bitterness on her face as she whispered. She then performed a cycle of inhalation and exhalation deeply.

"I really didn't mean to hurt his feelings... i was just upset when he was talkin about my threads... Mika, do you think I should just apologize now?"

"A predator go for its prey whenever it sees the chance. Go for it when both of you a ready to get along." Mika nodded to Koba.

You were pretty sure that 'predator and prey' is, in any way, not a suitable metaphor for their current situation, but at this point, it's already an established fact that it's not unusual for Mika to come up with poor metaphor like this when speaking.

"The last thing we would want around here is making enemies...remember who is our true 'enemy' here..." Mika's eyes scanned around the ballroom as she spoke, she seemingly had something on her mind too.
"I believe we should all work together as one just as Yume said. Fighting over each other would just worsen our situation."

"Don't worry, I'll have your back. I'll go with you and be right by you." Mika continued to give Koba encouragement and gave him a light nudge on his back.

With Mari on his arm, Ryōka felt like the happiest boy in the world. Arm in arm, the hairstylist would escort his date to every corner of the ballroom. "I'm most pleased that you would humble me with your presence, Miss Mari. Words cannot explain my gratitude." Despite what he said, Ryōka seemed distant, always avoiding Mari's gaze and turning his head away whenever their eyes met. His smile from earlier was still there, but it seemed insincere and somewhat sad. Ryōka took notice of his somewhat somber attitude and attempted to change the subject, still avoiding eye contact with the girl of his dreams. "So Miss Mari, what made you want to be a maid? Surely there must be a reason for your going into such a servile career."

Alex:
Alex watched as Julian looked confused, and almost scared, as he was dragged off my Eiko. she found it highly amusing seeing someone like him in almost distressed. You wouldn't think he would.

"Alexandrea Carmine, the SHSL Medium. Am I correct?"

She nodded.

"I have heard something about you before, you seem to be in tune with the astral plane and beyond, I would assume?"

She nodded again. Briefly she wondered where the conversation was heading, but it was answered with Ayaka's question.

"By any chance...would you be able to be in sync with higher entities and channel their mystical power?"
"I would be extremely interested to hear your comment on that."

"If that is the case, could you act as a vessel to them, so that they could hear the mundane prayers?"

Alex looked blankly at Ayaka, before sighing. "You must be mistaken. I am only a medium. And I am not the only one. If the celestial beings would choose to talk to anyone, it wouldn't be someone like me, I assure you that. Besides, I have not, and will not dare to attempt to contact any higher beings on the celestial plane. And even if I did, I doubt I would be able to use their power, I am only human after all. No human could wield their powers" She put a hand to her chest.

"However, I can talk to spirits. The dead. I can see and hear them. And if they're strong enough, feel them. I dislike letting them use my body as a vessel, as it requires a great amount of trust. Something which I have little of. Therefore, I prefer to translate them. Although when asked questions, they like to reply either in more questions, give vague answers or in riddles." Alex explained. "However, spirits have more knowledge that us humans, as so they can answer most questions." Ashe added.

She looked to the side in annoyance, before looking back at Ayaka blankly. "Tell me, you said that you have heard of me before. what exactly did you hear?" She asked.

Julian:
Julian allowed himself to be pulled away from the girls, and let Eiko do what he willed. While Julian knew he could resist if he really wanted to, He supposed this was a way on making friends. Besides, it was a pain to put his hair up in a ponytail all the time.

"Huh, I never noticed your hair was that long under that beanie... but don't worry, I'll handle it for you!"

Julian smiled. "Uhm, I usually hide my hair in my beanie, so people don't see how tangled it usually is. and, as long as you don't pull my hair out... I'll be fine." Julian smiled, and let Eiko do what he needed to do.

Julian smiled and huffed a small laugh. "Well, I was brought up by two very different people. My mother always told me that if someone who you can consider a friend is in danger, Help them. No matter... My job is at the time. You shouldn't let someone suffer in front of you. And That's the reason why I helped her. Besides, it's manners. Mother drilled them into me." He laughed slightly, but his voice was pained. It hurt, talking about his parents. About his mother. But he cleared his throat and continued to listen to Eiko.

It's painful... to see someone...that's helpless on the inside...yet...refuses any help and tries to hide it...you know?" There was a long pause before Eiko murmured under his breath.

Julian, hair still down, turned to Eiko and smiled, though it was sad. "Eiko... I could never sit back and not help when someone needs it. I'd do the same for you, and everyone else." He said, his eyes saying that his words held no lie. Julian patted Eiko on the shoulder.

"You're a good person, Eiko. A much better person than I could be... in the past..." Julian said, looking away, before looking at him, a smile that was forced, sad, but bright none the less. "Now cheer up. Talking about the past doesn't help us in the future, does it?" He asked, turning around. "Didn't you want to do my hair for me?" Julian asked, his voice holding up a a sad, but cheerful tone. Rather than cheerful, more hopeful, would be the word.

"......"
"I...did not choose to be a maid...I guess I should rather say... fate...chooses me......"
"I..." Mari seemed to be at lost of words as she stared into the blank while running her hand over the black tarantula crawling down her neck, lost in thoughts for a few seconds before she turned back to look at Ryoka.

"Ryoka...I trust you...I...I want too...that's why I want to be honest with you..."

"I hate being a servant, I don't want to...but that's all I could do for my entire life, that's what I was meant to be the moment I came to this world, if I was to give up...my entire existence would worth nothing...and soon I'll be just like a pile of dust, being ignored, being hated... for my entire life, waiting to disappear and be forgotten forever..."
"Being a maid...and do things that I am good at, cleaning, is my only way to make them hate me less, that's my only way...to repent my sins......"
"At least...that's the only thing they would be grateful because of 'me'..."
"And I can proof to them that I am not completely worthless to them...and then they'll stop......"
Out of the blue, Mari drew her hand away from Ryoka and bring her arms close to her chest, her face was starting to look pale.
Mari's hands were starting to tremble as she spoke, you could literally feel her body starting to turn freezing cold.

"I...I am sorry...Ryoka...I didn't mean to..." Mari eyes were starting to tear up as she apologized.

Mari started to wrap her arms around herself as she tried to contain her feelings.

"Ryoka...I-I want to be honest with you, and everyone, I want you to know 'everything' about me...but...I... can't bring myself to......"
"I am so selfish...I want this moment to last......" Mari mumbled to herself as she bit her lips and wiped the tears in her eyes.

"I am sorry...Ryoka..."
"But I promise...I...I would tell you and everyone someday...all of you seem to be so nice...I know I couldn't stay selfish like this forever...I'll hate myself for that...it must be all my fault after all......"

"So, Ryoka...may we spend our time together... happily...for now?"

"Y-Yes, I'll work on your hair now!" Eiko started to help Julian with his hair after hearing what he had to say.

"I-It's glad to hear that from you, its...heartwarming. I-It means a lot to me."
"It makes me happy...knowing there's someone out there who is willing to make small changes to the world by lending help to those who need it, like you, at least now I know that I am not the only one fighting for a 'better world'..." Eiko continued as he pulled Julian's messy hair together in a bundle.

"I...I had always wanted to make changes to the world around me. I-I don't want anyone to feel helpless."
"So I start from changing myself the moment realized what I have to do. I-It's just like sculpturing, really."
"They often say you can't carve a rotton wood, but I want to proof them wrong, I want to proof to them that you can change anything into a piece of art that would be respected and appreciated."
"I feel honored and happy whenever I turn pieces of what regarded as uninteresting objects into an artwork, that makes me believe that we all have the power to make beautiful changes to the world, and that's what that had been inspiring and motivating me this whole time."
"Even though I...admittedly can lack the abilities to help others at times...I often will use my so-called "talent", which is in fact just a lot of hard work and passion, to motivate me, so I'll try, I'll always try my best like I do with my sculptures."

"Lending help to others is my way of making changes to the world, even how insignificant my contributions might be, I know at least I could let the people around me happy, and there will be no one ever feeling sad or despair in the little world I live in, that's why I think helping others is always the right thing to do."

"Making every people around me happy, making them feel respected and being cared about, that's the most important thing to me...Their smile and their joy is the most important thing to me that makes me happy too, it makes me truly feel like I actually made a change..."
Eiko then finished up Julian's hair by tying them tidily into a ponytail.

"You are definitely right, Julian, sad memories are never needed in life anyway, and that's why I had already chose to conquer that, dwelling on that would be meaningless now."
"So Julian, let's us both fight for a better world, and you should fight for yourself to make your life wonderful too."
Eiko gave Julian a little pat on his shoulder as soon as he finished his words.

"I want to say it again, Julian. Thank you."

"I see....." Ayaka replied to Alex as her eyes turned to the basket in her hand while moving around the paper cranes inside the basket.
"I hold great respect and interest towards higher beings, it's not that surprising that I'll stumble upon news about you, the SHSL Medium."
"To be frank, all I heard and know about you is your extraordinary ability, that's pretty much it."
Ayaka replied as she kept herself busy by drawing out an origami paper from the basket and start to fold a paper crane again.

"There's one more question..."
"Alex...could you... sense any...ethereal being around here?" Ayaka questioned and looked straight into Alex's eyes, she was petrified for a few seconds before she looked away and frowned, seemingly regretting what she had asked.

"N-Nervermind...please, excuse me, ignore what I asked just now. P-please."
Ayaka started to act a little strange and averted eye contact with Alex while continuing with her weird habit of folding paper crane.

Alex:
"There's one more question..."
"Alex...could you... sense any...ethereal being around here?"

Alex sighed. "No, I can not 'sense' any ethereal beings. But I can tell a dark presence from a good one, similar to spirits." Alex answered, ignoring the fact that she was told a 'nevermind'. She pointed to the air, in which, to anyone would just be air. But to Alex, she was pointing to one of the usual spirits that follow her around.

"If you were wondering if there were any spirits, then yes. But they're harmless. they won't and can't do anything to you...." She trailed of before glaring at the air.

Looking at the crane, she cocked her head to the side. "I've never been able to properly do Origami. Could you teach me sometime?" She asked, curiously. It was true. The most she could do was a basic airplane. Even those failed.

Julian:
"I-It's glad to hear that from you, its...heartwarming. I-It means a lot to me."
"It makes me happy...knowing there's someone out there who is willing to make small changes to the world by lending help to those who need it, like you, at least now I know that I am not the only one fighting for a 'better world'..." "I want to say it again, Julian. Thank you."

Julian smiled at the 'thank you and shook his head. "There's nothing to thank me for. I'm only doing what is right." Though, he did smile sadly at the thought. 'Making my life... Wonderful?' Julian smiled a small smile, closing his eyes.

"Eiko... I can make people happy, and I can help may a better world, without a second thought. But for me... Having a 'wonderful' life... Isn't something that's in my foreseeable future. I can tell that there will be lots more violence and bloodshed... Which will be something I can never get away from..." Julian's mood seemed to darken, something different to the usually shy boy. Though It was there for a second before Julian snapped himself out of it. He immediately started hitting his forehead with his hand.

"Ugh, I'm so stupid." He took a deep breath and gave a weak smile to Eiko. "I'm sorry you had to see that. Whenever I think about my past or future, I get... like that. Sorry." Julian apologised. There he went and ruined the good mood. Great, way to go Julian. Now he's going to think you're a freak, as well as everyone else.

Currently Minori Fuse was wandering about the grounds boredly. She had nothing to do, and it seemed that either people kept avoiding her, or that she just sucked at finding people. Although when she set her mind to it she could find anybody!!!!! Unless she got bored, tired, or hungry somewhere on the way to the finish line. By now Minori had started whining verbally without noticing, "This sucks!!!!!!!" she complains, waving her arms about. Minori sighed, and literally flopped on the ground, staring at the sky as she lied in the middle of the sidewalk. Her bag, now next to her, was reached into and she removed and candybar and began munching on it.

(since I have no idea where everyone is or whats going on, oooooh well.)
