That's why I went original.
Yeah man, the Toldi I and the Fokker DXXI
Truly the cream of the crop of militaries!
Feedback exists for a reason if you think a military is unbalanced then I would encourage you in pointing it out and if the maker of the sheet is willing to cooperate it could be made more sensible.
But seeing as how the general proportions are off from the word go the fundementals are not there to fix, so hey, can only deal what we can deal with.
So is this how you want to execute writing combat? You're free to but to me it feels kinda soulless.
Combat will be turn based with the first turn being based on initiative and written operations.
From that point on, each player submits orders and they are carried out at the same time. The results of the orders are then published and the forces become open to the next set of orders.
The orders can be as specific as squads moving or as broad as entire movements of task forces or regiments but it must remain within the realm of the battle at hand. A division 100 miles away can not get to the battle within the same day.

Let me try
despite the constant rainstorms over the New Francean capital, 5 char D1's advanced along a narrow road 3.98 miles from reserve grounds. The incessant rain blinded the Francean tankers so much that they couldn't see more than 5ft in any direction. About 4 miles down the path, the lead tank suddenly took a direct hit to the side radiator and exploded violently. As the other four Char D1's strained to find the hidden tank another shell hit a Char D1's front plate and cut through like a hot knife through butter. With the three remaining tanks trapped in the middle, suddenly a swarm of infantry charged out of the bushes, and threw hand grenades down the gun barrels of the tanks, and the last three erupted into huge balls of fire.
5 Char D1's destroyed, no enemy infantry casualties.
so like that shepard?
Also, wouldn't the opposing player be directing their turn-based attacks rather than the other player?
Recorded audio of a Labinian Infantry Platoon:
"Marching along, singing a song, whilst we open fire,
Upon the enemy, striking their mentality, oh their situation is dire.
Marching along, singing song, whilst we hold the line,
Stopping it breaking, keeping and maintaining, oh everything is just fine."
