STORY TIME
I HAVE THIS FANTASY WORLD I AM WORKING ON
I ALSO HAVE THIS CHARACTER
THEY ARE FROM A DREAM I HAD
HERE IS THE DREAM AFTER I WROTE IT DOWN FOR CONTEXT, IF YOU READ IT, SICK, IF YOU DON'T, YOU DON'T
I honestly don't care if you do, but I want to role play with Earwyn (main character of story) so I hope you do read it
if you want to know more I have a worldanvil for it and I'm working on stuff when I feel like it
Okay so notes on how it went down;
There was a voice over with the rough ocean (not sure what, can’t remember, most likely female magic goddess or someone else from the pantheon?) and it was calm under it with the waves crashing into rough rocks, a guy springs out and swims to shore
Turns out he is someone being born again in whatever land he is in (fully grown adult and a royal guard of some sort) so like maybe this is common, someones dies and there is a chance they come back because of the gods of this world just say ‘eh, send this one back, got important shit to do’
He has been blessed by the goddess of magic (apparently in the human county or where he lives is bad, big no-no) so somehow he gets found out (this is in like a maybe three day span of time, not sure ) and hears voices from his goddess that blessed him to run in his head, so he uses magic to push everyone away from him (Like an air blast, just away, not killing anyone) and he jumps off the bridge he and the others where on into the river below, changes into a merfolk and just swims (Note that he has an affinity for water magic and things that don’t harm anyone, growing magic is another one, along with glamour magic since he can change his appearance easily)
There is like a time while he is on the run through ‘forest” (It’s not thick, easy enough to run through) before he got to the ocean and a cliff side, he ended up helping mur folk whole actively on the run, in the ocean he talked to some like murfolk, fae and other shit but I don’t fully remember what happened
There is a cut to a sandy area, (Beach ??) there is part of the ocean where it’s blocked since it’s so rough so he ends up getting caught helping a dude smuggle ice or something (should have seen that, but legit he was running on no food and just magic for two weeks) main character doing the magic says
“I know what it’s like” so I can only think that he means stealing and shit as a child and somehow someone took him in and he became a guard ? (to note on this, when he was on the bridge as a royal guard he was escorting the prince or princess somewhere in his og kingdom and something happened??)
in a loony toons style run around from one guard and this other female one is really sweets but thinks character is like a child, he tells her his real age (which is 21 ??, no idea where that came from) he is upset and did cry because emotions
She asks when was the last time he ate, turns out it’s been like two weeks and he has been running off magic, the (female) guard is really shocked since she is dealing with main characters paperwork and the other (angry buff, human?, elf?) guard is not around
Dream cuts off and I wake up
