Synaesthesia.


I have no idea what it means. Something to do with psychology, I think.

I'm fairly certain it's a medical condition where the senses are connected - for example, seeing green could trigger the taste of vanilla, listening to a certain instrument could make your nose smell vinegar, etc.


Eclipse


An eclipse is an astronomical event where something passes between our sun and Earth.


To eclipse something is to nullify it by your own deeds (I can't explain it particularly well).
