Hello everyone,
I am interested in finding a role-playing partner and a friend to ooc chat with. It's a tough request, I know! But it would be nice..
I am a 32 year old male in the Eastern Timezone. I am a fairly consistent role-player and consider myself to be detailed and descriptive. I tend to capture the emotions, feelings of my character and the ambiance of the environment in the scene to make it more enjoyable for the both of us. Please feel free to reach out to me. like angst, drama, story driven and environment rich environments. A forceful or slow burn romance is best, that intertwines with the story and there is an explosion of emotions between characters. I enjoy that the most!
Here is a plot that I have in mind, it is inspired by a few themes and another post I came across a long time ago. It has some slight variations but here it goes.
Prompt:
You and your husband were not blessed with a child. It so happened that that there was an issue with conceiving, however years went by and the pressures of a career ended this desire to have a child. Your neighbor who moved in at the same time as you into the neighborhood has not had any complications and issues and were blessed with a healthy son. Throughout the years, you have seen this child grow up in front of your eyes and they have been very accustomed to your presence also.
The empty void to be with a child has sort of been filled by this child's presence for the most part. You tried the adoption scenario but for some reason things didn't pan out for you and your husband.
The kid is now 9 years old and one Summer, your husband who is a trauma specialist comes into the unit to find that the neighbors are battling for their lives in a car crash. The husband tries his hardest to revive them but the injuries were so severe that nothing could be done at this point, no amount of surgeries and critical life care would keep them alive. Alarmed for the child, the husband calls you three times during a board meeting. You receive the dreaded news, all you could think of was the child at this point and you were overwhelmed with emotions. What would you do?
I am happy to play anybody in this roleplay except for the female lead.
