That's the joke. My real suggestion is a scroll called "The Art of War"
Projects an aura that increases the effectiveness of friendly NPCs while slowing and debuffing enemy NPCs.

Well I just made up a World Item.

As for a Guild Weapon, I'm thinking of it being a Hammer that deals ridiculous amounts of Holy Magic while buffing the wielder to insane levels. Maybe call it "Insomnia's Fist of Justice" or smt.
