Fandom The First Generation of Empowered

3 loud beeps were heard in the lunch room and everyone systematically found where they were supposed to go. The classes were split up equally among the captives where only five would be in each class at a time. This way it was easier to manage them. "I'll see ya when I see ya" Ivan said before walking away. He stood next to his two appointed guards pretending to be obedient and waited for the others to do the same.

Kain got up as the gaurd s did their usual bindings to him blind fold , and rubber glove cuffs. He was put in line like all the others his two gaurd s beside him. He smile slightly thinking to himself that class should be fun.

Standing in line was Ellie. Known to be the most obidient subject here though they rarely tested her powers because of other subjects that seems much more interesting than her but she really didn't mind. Two guard stand next to her as she was keeping a plain but calm expression. Looking around she tried to look for an escape she could use later but first she has to wait for awhile.

Charlie snatched the map back up and into his pocket before walking over to the this time three appointed guards who were all wearing a protective sort of hat that made them invulnerable to Charlie's powers, well only about 50% of the time, they didnt work perfectly. He was standing behind a girl with white hair that he had never seen before or atleast didnt remember. The three guards collectively zip tied his hands, tight. Charlie cursed spitting on one of the guards shoes.

Amber's insides felt like they were flaming with hatred. She knew that it would be a long time before her fiery loathing of the monsters who captured her ceased. She directed her gaze at the map of the prison that one of the other prisoners - Charlie was his name - had provided. Her instinct was to seize it and study it intently, but what was the word for behavior such as that? Rude? She shook her head slightly. Perhaps at their next meal they would get another chance.

She remained silent as the group deliberated how they would use their abilities to escape this gruesome prison. She grew more and more resentful as the discussion continued, and not once did she touch her horrid excuse for food. Before she knew it, a series of three beeps blared in her ears from above. The guards to which she was assigned stood impatiently at the entrance to the lunchroom, and Amber's rage blossomed, the other captives obediently going to their guards. But she, motionless, lingered at the table, although the icy coldness of the bench seemed to soak through her jeans, but not once did she give the guards the pleasure of making a single motion. She fixed them both with a threatening glare, as if daring them to try to control her.

With every moment she spent staring at them, they peered back dully, and her indignation grew. They were part of the reason for which she was in this hell. What had she ever done to them? It wasn't as though she had tried to harm others with her powers. She glowered at them with her fierce amber brown gaze until she could no longer, and her eyes lowered. The first thing she saw was her tray, containing the disgusting mass of muck which she had been given. It suddenly flew from its tray, soaring across the room, and Amber felt as though it were moving in slow motion. At last it fell, a few feet away from her captors. Could she do that again? She tried with all her might, but to no avail. And then they were moving toward her. Before she could react, her hands were in cuffs and there was a black cloth obscuring her vision. She knew it was no use to struggle, no matter how much she wanted to. With that, she was shoved crudely towards the exit along with the rest.

Ivan felt the familiar fabric cover his eyes and was escorted out of the room. While most others had to be guided, Ivan knew exactly how many steps he needed to take and when to turn. The guards just walked along side him as a precaution. HE entered the room and the guards took off his cuffs and blind fold. He found his seat at the right most side of the five desks and waited for his math class to begin. (There are only 5 students per class to try and keep them controlled. Chose any of the normal classes (except P.E. which will be later) and go take an available seat)

Trinity was taken to the math class that Ivan was in because they had the same class, she made a bit of a fit to skip lunch, she was escorted here by two guards in heavy armor, they looked like knights. She sighed once she was put into a seat next to Ivan and the guards unraveled her blindfold and took off the handcuffs, once the guards left she put her arms under her desk and rubbed her wrists gently. She thought that rubbing her wrists was a sign of showing her as weak so she didn't want anyone to see her doing it, that's why she did it under the desk. She didn't like any of her classes that's why she really didn't pay attention and she just stared at the board while her mind drifted away, since she stares at the board, it would look like she's paying attention even though she never was.

Kain was led to his usual first class. The rout already memorized left, right, right, left, down a flight of stairs, forwerd, left then left again into the biology room. His blind folds were off at the same time the cuffs were. Once Done the gaurd s left him to his own devices in a sence. Kain found his way to the far right corner of the room in the back. Pulling a seat out he sat down looking at the monitor which was the chalk board. It displayed several types of animals ranging from all related species in water. Kain liked the ocean there it was calm under the water. Strangely enough even though he wanted blood he found it funny that he would be so interested in life. He awaited the rest of whatever students might be forced in here. However at least his first class was a interesting one.

Rowan, like the others, was led into a classroom blindfolded and bound by her personal guards who had been assigned to her from the beginning. Sure they had never experienced her using her powers against them, but they still treated her like a ticking time bomb, covered from head to toe in protective equip tenet. Plus, having read about her history and psych profile, they knew she could be a handful even without using her abilities.

She was led to a seat. Ensuring the room was secure, they removed her cuffs. She was curious who was going to be in her class this time, as she had been forced to switch classes again. Finally they removed the sack from over her head, and she blinked, looking around.

Logan sat in math class, gently making his pencil twirl in the air. He saw no reason to actually pay attention in these classes, seeing as a formal education wasn't needed in a prison. From what he knew already, math wouldn't help him here, nor would history. Perhaps biology however, knowing where vital points are could come in handy someday, just not now. He heaved a light sigh and let the pencil float up until it stopped, it had hit the ceiling. He let it fall and grabbed it back up, now doodling on the margins of his paper.

Kain was looking at the screen when he noticed the gaurd s bringing in another poor soul. A girl this time strange he usually had nothing, but guys for fellow students. He could see the electrical impulses shooting through here nervous system as well as the gaurds, and students within a scertain range. The teacher sat in her chair staring intently at her monitor screen.

Although she was a good scientist she had the misfortune of overseeing his examinations from time to time. She looked over at Kain with and angry eye, but quickly turned to the new girl displaying her name on the board. Kain looked up and read it to himself " Rowan" a unusual name, however it reminded him of the word Ronan. A samurai worrier with no master... A lone wolf of sorts. He decided her nick name would be Ronan. She was quite the pretty creature although he didn't really care it was a floated thought through his mind. He looked back to his screen as he read on human anatomy. The teacher only taught when she wanted to or a supervisor was present.

He liked it though for if anything he could learn vital things that could come in handy. While he read their was a section about how a body could be " reanimated by enough electrical stimulation. The strange thing was the words "black electricity" were mentioned. Kain became suspicious that was intentionally put their.

Iris lay on his cell bed trying to catch some shut eye...

And then the three people he loved the most entered the room (Sarcasm)

They dragged him to his feet and blindfolded him.

"Hey! I haven't even got changed yet!"

The guards ignored him and injected a needle of some sort into his neck.

Iris awoke in what seemed like a maths class, he could tell by the Bodmas posters Aswell as the negative numbers and positive number cards Placed around the room.

Iris rolled over and fell onto the floor, apparantalley he was lying on the table before.

The first thing he did was put an illusion up, this was one he used so much that it didn't put any strain on him, it was an illusion to hide that he had any powers or that he was using a power.

Of course the Guards all knew that he Infact had powers but he had been hearing rumours of a boy that could read minds, so he was taking careful precautions.

Iris picked himself up of the floor and turned around...

He was at the front of the class with the rest of them starring at him.

"Ummmmm, Hi."

Ivan narrowed his eyes. It had been several months since a newbie had shown up. He has never seen this kid before and decided to go up and meet him. "You ok?" He asked walking up to him. "I'm Ivan, and you are?" He held out his hand and tried to make it feel less cold, but his skin was always cold. There was nothing he could do about that. "And what do you do?"

"Are you ok?"

This caught the attention of Iris he looked at the boy approaching him.

The boy stopped in front of him and said "I'm Ivan, and you are?"

Iris put a fake smile on, he had no intention of make img friends in this place, Ivan extended his hand for a handshake, Iris took his hand and shook it, "I'm Iris, nice to meet Ya."

Ivan then said "So, what do you do?"

Iris realised he meant his power, Iris didn't feel comfortable about revealing his power to anyone but it was no use hiding it here, although he still kept the illusion from earlier up since he didn't fancy having his mind read.

"Well you could say that I make illusions, Yknow that's the first time I've said that out loud."

Iris made a mental note to try and word that better for the next time, he also made note that this was the ice guy the Gaurds talked about, Although Iris knew who he was he said

"What about you, what do you do?"

Rowan put her feet up instantly after her guards backed off a bit, looking the teacher right in the eye so as to make it clear that she was not going to be an easy student, if this teacher even decided to teach at all. The problem Rowan had run into, both here and in Juvie, was the lack of actual teaching, not that she minded much. She did miss having something to do while she waited for class to end. When she had been in Military school and Juvie she'd played with her powers, mostly to tick people off. But that had all changed abruptly.

She decided to focus on other things, looking around the room at the other students, noticing a student who was actually reading the class materials. She approached him with caution, but also with her normal grin on his face. "Anything interesting?" She asked.

Kain had bin studying further about this " re animation" when Ronan came up to him. When she said "anything interesting?" He did not react at first sence he wasn't expecting any student to particularly care what he was doing. After a few seconds it finally registered that she was speaking to him.

Kain looked up at her into her eyes locking with his Grey ones. He spoke in a calm tone" well if you like the idea of re-animating a dead body then I'd say yes." He said. Although the topic did intrigue him he didn't think Ronan thought quite as much. He put the file in his so called "private" folder although it hardly was. He figured talking to her might reveal something useful if anything it would break his usual routine of studying. Which he didn't mind at all. He spoke once more " how about you anything interesting lately?" Kain asked as he kept eye contact.

"Cryokinesis" Ivan said. "Or in other words, I control ice." He realized that most of the class was looking up at the two of them and decided to get back to work. "Sit anywhere you want, but unless you like the cold don't chose next to me." There were only two open seats now, seeing as the person who normally was here to make an even four was locked in the sick bay (an NPC), but someone would most likely end up next to him eventually. He wasn't looking forward to that as he would then most likely deal with them complaining about how cold it was and trying to get him to change it. It was all very obnoxious to him.

Walking she was put in the same room as Ivan before taking off her cuffs as she rubs them with her hands. "God they've become tighter than before huh.." She whispered before taking a seat beside in front playing with her hair as she made three tiny harmless glowing balls from the other hand then danced around before adding a fourth one.

Iris sat down next to Ivan, this was only because he did not know anyone else and there was no one else.

Another reason is that he had no idea what to do in maths, so he thought that he'd just copy.

Iris sat down and instantly felt the cold, truth is he didn't mind the cold.

He opened his textbook and started flicking to random pages when someone else entered.

Iris looked up briefly then back down again.

Iris looked over at a guy playing with a pencil.

Since the room was silent Iris decided to break the ice.

"So, does anyone know what we are supposed to be doing?"

"Everything is up on the board, Iris" the teacher said in an annoyed tone. Ivan leaned over and said "She really doesn't care if you do the work or not. I only do it to keep my mind sharp. It's fairly easy, though. You'll catch on soon enough."

Looking at the board she glanced over at the two boys for awhile before staring back at the board absentmindedly as she played with her hair more. Basically the class was boring and she really need to do something like reading a book or other so she wouldn't become bored.

"Well if you like the idea of re-animating a dead body then I'd say yes." The boy responded to Rowans question.

She thought for a moment. "I would definitely consider that interesting." She finally responded. It wasn't something she would usually think about, but she had to admit, the idea that someone could reanimate an object with electricity was kind of cool. It also made her wonder if the boy had powers related to electricity.

She was till pondering when he asked her a question as well, "how about you anything interesting lately?"

She chuckled in response. "Not much, unless you count being trapped in a prison that, for once, you did nothing to get put into as interesting."

Iris was glad that he didn't have to do his work, although he did it anyways just to keep occupied.

He looked in front of him to see a girl playing with her hair.

She looked normal, well everyone in this place looked surprisingly normal.

Iris got bored quick, he was contemplating on having some fun, but he then realised his "fun" is the thing that got him into this place to begin with.

He decided to change things in the room little by little, he didn't seem worried since it will only be the girl in front of him seeing this.

The colour of the chalk changed from white to black on the board.

The Teachers nose grew.

Behind her which was the rest of her classmates was now a wall with insects crawling suck as, ants, spiders, centipedes.

He looked at Ronan " indeed it is quite the adventure." He said humored by the statement. He stood up and held out his hand for a shake" names Kain pleasure to meet you" He said in a rather friendly tone. Although he usually kept to himself having a friend was a good advantage.
