Fantasy Silent Frontline (RP Idea)

So, I've been thinking about making this Roleplay for a long time, I just never had the time to do so. I plan on adding more things; I just need to think of them.

Basic Story

(I know, its extremely vague )

The year is 2068. The citizens of Trance City live in fear due to the mere existence of "The Cursed Children", a name used to describe the people born with supernatural abilities known as "Curses". For every Cursed Children there are two hundred normal humans. Normal people will tend avoid these individuals for reasons ranging from fear to anger or jealousy. Many citizens began doing strikes in an attempt to make the "Cursed Citizens" disappear. Instead of taking such drastic methods the government began researches that centered around "curing" the Cursed Children. After many failed experiments scientists were able to find a cure. But even after this they were never able to find the exact cause of the Curses. After the cure was successfully tested the government created the "Cleansing Law". This law labelled the Curses as a threat to the city and any Cursed Children would have to head to a nearby hospital to get administrated the cure. While many tried to resist their attempts were futile as the police began to break into the houses of suspected Cursed Children and began administrating the cure directly. The Cursed Children's population decreased by 90%, forcing the remaining to flee the city or simply hide.

Silent Frontline

Silent Frontline is a group composed by Cursed Children whose mission is to resist the Cleansing Law and the government itself. In order to do so the members of Silent Frontline members plan to begin striking the government, both in a direct and indirect way. They at the moment reside in an abandoned mansion outside of the city, but close enough to take trips in order to resupply. While at the moment they are poorly equipped and in no shape for a major strike they plan on resupplying soon enough. Seeing how they want to keep their identities secret each member wears a mask during any sort of strike and, while they may have Curses, some of them still use weapons (Firearms or close quarter based weapons) just in case.

So, may I ask if we will be able to play as the "Cursed Children"? And are they allowed in Trance? (Like in a secretive type of manner, obviously, just wanting to make sure it's ok if they can go to trance.)

If they don't show their Curse inside of Trance then they are okay, but if they do so then they won't be able to go there anymore.

Wow, this actually sounds like one of the most interesting role-plays I've heard in a while. So people don't get offended, I said ONE of the most interesting role-plays. I am definitely interested. A question : Why are the cursed children revolting? They are merely getting their powers taken away, not killed. In a sense, isn't getting 'Cured' better since they'll fit in society? That being said, I still like the plot just the way it is. In fact, I LOVE it.

Well, while there were a few of them who willingly took the cure some others tried to avoid it at all cost. Most of them claim that losing their Curse is similar to losing a part of one's being and would rather keep it than fit into society.
