Nyx peeked her head back out of the bushes to make sure that no one saw her jump out before. Once she did so, she casually strolled out and looked around. Seemed like everyone already had a partner, while she was left on her own for now.

Irving stood in place, his red aura glowing like a lightbulb. He was sick and tired of this stupid forest, these stupid Grimm, and all this goddamn falling! Him falling, things falling on him, it was ridiculous! With another frustrated shout, Irving stomped the ground hard enough to send cracks running though the rock sand several boulders to dislodged from the sides of the chasm below.

Nyx observed Irving, as his "rage mode" piqued her curiosity. It wouldn't be a bad tactic to have in battle. Did he have a partner yet, though? That was the question. As far as she'd observed, everyone had a partner by then, although she couldn't figure out who his was. Maybe he didn't have one after all.

Beo declared and slid down the rope to meet the boy, "Ok so strategy time, You're the one withe sheild can you take the lead, I'd prefer to be behind the guy with big metal plate. then with a tug of a finger she pulled on the string she wrapped around Mel's waist when the human grabbed her, mel fell down and Beo caught her princess style, using her aura to dampen the force of the fall, 'Sorry," She said to the girl, "Figured you wouldn't want to take the rope. Lilith! come on down!"

She put a hand on her hip. "Not yet. Been on my own for most of my time here actually. I guess I do now, though," she replied. She studied her new teammate further; maybe his rage wasn't his usual personality. "I'm Nyx, by the way." She took a few steps closer to him and put her hand out for some sort of greeting.

She stopped in her tracks. "Wait. You're mad because of that?" She burst into crazy guffaws, not even bothering to silence her most hated laughter. "Dude, you had like... 2 bags. You could have asked any of the what, 30 something other people on that bus, and you're mad that I blew you off?!"
She eventually calmed down, her eyes still full of a smile. "If I didn't know any better, I'd think you had, like, fallen in love with me and were mad I had spurned your affections or something."
She flashed a dazzling smile at him, one that had been praised by dance instructors for years. "Well, for what it's worth, I'm like, really sorry. I didn't know it meant so much to you that I help you, pretty boy."

WarZii grimaced as Lillith moved his arm, "Ow ow ow," He pulled away from her simply from reaction, "It was dislocated. I put it back in the socket earlier. It's just bruised and sore now." He gritted his teeth and sighed to keep from grunting in pain "Thanks for the assist though." He jumped down the chasm hopping down from the rocks that jutted out the steep wall. "I can take the lead. No problem." He said to Beo as he grabbed his shield from his back with his right hand. His sword was still sheathed in the shield. He took point buffing his chest up to hide the fact that he was in intense pain.

"Perfect!" beo said as she gently (Some might even say Daintily but not her.) put Mel on the ground, " me and mel'll be right behind you, Lilith take rear gaurd stay a little up and back from us and keep an eye out, i don't want to be taken by surprise. Sounds good to everybody?" She looked around, if this was a team she liked it already, WarZii seemed like an awesome fighter and a kindred spirit, Lilith was quiet but focused and Mel was really good with her hammer, and pretty cute, Beo inwardly admitted.
