The principal was very aware that most students felt uncomfortable around her. Especially given the type of school this was. But, her smile relaxed as she walked over with Mr. Carter and with a quick glance around, checked on the rest of the students. "Now, Mr. Carter. You're not in any kind of trouble, so don't you worry about that. Although from the looks of it, I may have come at an opportune moment." The principal almost smirked at that. While she couldn't be everywhere at once, she very much knew all the things that went on.
"I wanted to discuss your living situation for just a moment. As of right now, you're in a room with Gabriel and Leonard, but with our new student having just registered yesterday, we made roommate assignments a little too soon. She doesn't currently have anyone else in her room. Would you be interested in switching rooms?" The principal waited patiently, although she had a sneaking suspicion of what his response would be. There had been a reason she had asked him and not another student.
