The pollen puff landed and caused major damage. It was enough that it KO'd Erica's tangela, giving Lillie the Victory. Kristy ofcourse, cheered from the stands as Erica recalled her Pokemon.

Lillie ran over to her Ribombee and hugged it, a smile appearing on her lips. "We did it!" she exclaimed, joyfully. "When we get back, you'll get a Rainbow Pokébean." she promised. After returning it to its Pokèball, she turned to Erika, waiting for her to speak.

Ofcourse, JC had a different thought, since it seemed more unlikely that she would be taking a nap when Team Rocket showed up, as she more believed that the sleeping gas went farther than just the auditorium.

Lindsey stirs and finally wakes up with a yawn, "huh, I don't even..." Lindsey said more to herself before looking up to see her visitors, "Oh, hey it's you two... plus one."

"Oh, I'm sorry," She said, "I believe I dozed off a few times during our match. Nonetheless, you have beaten me, though, I suspect you still have a long way to go. You're confidence could really use a booster."

Erica then fished into her pocket and pulled out the Rainbow Badge.

"Here you are," She said presenting it out to Lillie to take.

Luna smiled and waved at the sleeping girl as she woke up. "Um- yes. It is us. Are you okay? There was a team rocket attack not too long ago." She said with a bit of a sigh.

Lillie took the badge and put it into her badge case, then closed it with a soft click. "Thank you for your words, Gym Leader." That's when she remembered the item that she'd wanted to inquire about. "Gym Leader," she voiced, putting forth a low, respectful bow. "If you'd be willing to help, I have a question."

Kristy looked out, seeing that Lillie may have been talking to the gym leader for her. She couldn't exactly hear them from there.

"What is it that you wish to know?" The gym leader responded to Lillie's question.

Lillie frowned, trying to read the Gym leader's expression. As usual, there was nothing to read. "Half a headphone..." she repeated slowly, trying to make sense of it. "What happened to the other half?" she muttered.

"I am not sure," Erica said, "I'm not too familiar with technology."

"Half a pair of headphones," Kristy said as she took the item back and looked at it, "Yeah, I guess you're right but... I don't see where it would have snapped off so..." Kristy shrugged but was curious anyway as she placed the device up to her ear. Only for it to suction itself to it, allowing it to stay in place.

"Strange," Kristy said, "Seems it IS some kind of headphone... but... what's it for? I don't have any music devices."

Lillie frowned, thoughtfully. "I don't know if I should be worried..." she muttered, partially disturbed. "Don't you think it a little bit... I don't know... Strange?" It was more than strange though. She thought it was a little bit scary.

"Huh..." She mused to herself, taking it off her ear and looking at it again, "How does this thing even work?" She said looking over it trying to find anything that could be a power button or even a place to put a cable.

"Just, why would you have a random music device?" Lillie bit her lip. "Which, in itself is not strange. The strange thing is that it doesn't really look like a music device, leading me to the conclusion..." Lillie paused for a moment. "that it could be a dangerous device used for mind control...!" It was an slippery slope fallacy, a terrible one, but she convinced herself to believe it.

Lillie shook her head slowly. "Never mind. I'm just a little worried. Where it came from, what is is exactly." Then, she came to a better conclusion. "It's probably just a wireless Bluetooth thing. Y'know, that connects to your phone?"

She reached into her back pocket and pulled out what looked to be half a headset.

"Here you are," She said holding it out for her to take.

"But, I don't have a phone," Kristy said but then gives a shrug, "You don't happen to know of any tech specialists do you?"

Lillie shrugged. "Not my mother, that's for sure. My brother maybe. I don't really know anyone here..." She paused for a moment, raking her memory. "Oh, wait... There's one." she offered. "He helped my mother using his technology."

Luna gave a bit of a concerned glance at the woman before shrugging a bit. "I wish it was just my imagination." She mumbled with a bit of a sad sigh before looking at what was being handed to her.

"Um...a headset? What would I use this for?" She asked taking the item out her hand and examining it closer. "Do you have the other pair for this?" She asked turning her attention back to Lindsey.

"That sounds interesting." She smiled after being told what she was just given before putting on the headset thing wanting to try it out with Manny who was currently watching his training curiously.

"Do I just wear it....? Or do I have to do something else? Like a button or something?"

"Once you have it on," Lindsey said, "Just look at your Pokemon and tap the center of the device. Then drag your finger towards your mouth and it'll extend the mic."
