(Sort of a Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde type of ordeal)

Race: human body though he shares it with a spirit of an elder being

Description of character: he stands at five eight. Caucasian male with slightly grey hair. He has a small scar above his right dark hazel eye. He has green like veins all over his body from as a sort of body corruption of having Hades inside of him for such a long time.

Character personality: while Tristan is in control he is calm collective treats people with whatever amount of respect they deserve. Uses his brain and comes up with strategies on the fly.

When Hades is in control he is very aggressive, rude, acts tough though he is able to back up his words. While he doesn't act like it he does care for people. Has a habit of chewing the scenery.

Cloning. He is able to create clones of himself and other people. This can take up a considerable amount of energy depending on how many he creates. If the clones live for a considerable amount of time they are able to form personalities of their own.
Over the course of his life he has learned how to manipulate the cloning ability so that some clones can explode on impact and turn into traps to uprehended a person,

Pyrokenisis
An ability Hades originally had but threw practice Tristan was able to obtain. Just your regular controlling of fire.
Hades
Hellfire, able to control a blackish fire that's pain will never leave it's victim

Super strength, pretty obvious

Shield. A barrier of energy that protects hades. Since he is in a human body it's only able to withstand a few big hits before dissolving.

A toy gun that can turn into any type of gun, a sword that harnesses energy, a bow staff that can turn into two electric baton sticks

History (it's a bit long)
Tristan was born on Earth two years after what is known as the Emergance War(Aliens attacking Earth).

Due to his farther being a high military official. Most of Tristan's pre teen and teen life involved him moving from military to military base on Earth, Mars, and Luna(the moon). When he turned sixteen his father was assigned to command the first Earth made interstellar star ship the Excalibur. Since Tristan had credits going towards being in the military he was allowed to join the crew as an apprentice. It was there that he would meet his closest friends.

On the third planet the Excalibur visited Tristan and a few others found a sort prison and tomb for a beings that bore a striking reassemblence to the Greek god Hades and goddess Persephone. Unknown to Tristan at the time he opened the cell unleashing Hades spirit which entered his body. Due to Tristan being human Hades was only able to retain three percent of his original power.

Over the next few years both beings would fight for control of the body. That would change when a mission gone bad would strand them on a planet filled with enimes. They had to rely on each other to survive. They learned more about each other and grew to like each other. After they reached safety they agreed to share the body.

Over the years Tristan survived two bloody wars and became a vice admiral in the Galactic Alliance. When the Alliance became the Galactic Community when he was in his fifties he was discharged after refusing to destroy an unarmed ship because of the potential "terrorist" threat.

He would later join a freedom fighter group known as the revolutionaries. He became the general of the military.

During what would be known as the masscare of Vega he supposedly died protecting the Vegans from the Galactic Community. Unknown to most he was captured by the GC and forced to participate in the tournament figuring he would die for the supreme Chancellor's amusement.

Valiska appears as a tall woman with eye-catching silver hair and amaranth purple eyes. Her body stands at 170 cm with narrow shoulders and a well-endowed chest. She appears in a three pieces business suit, with a white shirt and grey coat and trousers. She found the clothes in the valley. She liked them.

Character Personality:
Being deeply immersed in the study of magic makes Valiska an outcast even in her homeworld. With the death of people dear to her, she no longer has any attachment to the world. As a result, Valiska puts herself before anything else in the world. She does what she likes without caring for the consequences.

When it comes to confrontation, Valiska has an unorthodox fighting style. She has little formal training as an Elementalist and her magic is based on creativity with the knowledge from the tomes as a foundation. She dislikes raw power as a result and turns to subtler usage of magic. With herself as the first priority, Valiska cares more for her safety than any honour or principle.

Skills:
  • Survival Skill: After living for a long time in the wilderness, Valiska is able to traverse extreme terrains without facing too much trouble. She also has a wide knowledge of the wildlife and fantastical creatures.
  • Arcane Knowledge: Valiska has amassed a wide array of knowledge during her stay in the valley, widening her perspective of magic and ethereal power.
  • Scientific Knowledge: Magic and strange powers were not the only books left in the valley. Books regarding the complex structure of life and everything (biology, physics, and chemistry) were also a part of the collection Valiska read.

  • Master Wind Magic: Practising it since she was eleven, paired with her excellent aptitude and her seclusion in the valley, Vale has mastered wind magic in leaps and bounds.
  • Master Water Magic: With the help of the tomes in the valley, Vale becomes well versed in water magic.
  • Advance Ice, Vapour, Mist Magic: Her study in the valley also reach for the advance applications and fusion of wind and water magic.

  • Air Boots: A pair of shoes with a specific modification that allows her to project air from its soles and perform advanced manoeuvres.
  • Glider: An equipment she created herself. It enables her to fly for a prolonged duration.
  • Silver Crested Daggers: A pair of daggers that were given by Iskandar. The blades could never dull.

History:
Valiska was the sole daughter of a shaman, her mother had died when she gave birth to her. Her relation with her father was not exactly warm, him being more often immersed in the study than spending time with her. It was when she was around nine that her father started to give her more attention by giving her a lesson in magic, especially spirit magic. Not as a father, but as a teacher that felt responsible to pass on his knowledge. Valiska took the chance to interact more with her father happily. However, it was soon clear that she had no talent in spirit magic, the branch of magic that her father excelled in. Disappointed, her father refrained from tutoring her any longer. She turned worthless in his eyes. Valiska ran away from home not after.

On her run with no destination, Valiska became an acolyte for a travelling wizard named Iskandar. Iskandar was an old man with no descendant himself, and he took care of Vale fondly like his own blood. With the rudimentary knowledge she got from her father, Valiska exerted her best effort under the tutelage of the wizard, who delightfully taught her wind magic after discovering her excellent aptitude.

Years soon past, and the pair of teacher and student had grown closer. With her own father rejecting her, Valiska treated Iskandaras a father figure, sticking close to him through thick and thin. And when Iskandartold her his desire to serve Yogya Kingdom's royal family, she supported him wholeheartedly, even planning to join him to serve as well. However, Iskandar gently dissuaded her thought to join, saying that travelling is the best way for a wizard to grow. Though she argued with him at the beginning, she soon accepted his advise, with a promise to join him in the army after she felt her study has sufficed. Iskandar gave her a twin dagger before she left.

Her travel was that of solitude, rarely accompanied by other beings. She roamed through unmapped regions for months, returning to civilisations to resupply and updated her information once for a while. The Yogya Kingdom was one of her main interest, and after she became assured of its stability, she decided to go on a solo expedition toward the mountains.

It was on this expedition she stumbled into a strange cavern in the mountain. The cavern led to a secluded valley with traces of an ancient civilisation around. She found many ancient books of knowledge of magic, and she spent some years honing her skills in magic in the valley, which she dubbed Crystal Valley due to the everlasting snow there. Time seemed to run slower in the valley, though she did not notice it when she was inside. It was when she left the valley she noticed something odd; The cavern she passed to reach the valley had changed in shape. Time passed slowly inside the valley. Unknowingly, centuries had passed outside. Thus started the journey of a hermit from another time.

Name: Vivienne

Age: 19 (old for a Venus Fly Trap)

Race: human/ Venus Fly Trap

Description of character: Vivienne is a girl that stands about 5’5 ft. with a lanky frame. Her hair is a darker green color put into pig tails that form into two large Venus Fly traps. Her skin is a paler green and her eyes are a dark yellow. Her mouth is unusually large, stretching more than halfway across her cheeks and exposing a row of incredibly long and sharp fangs. Her usual clothing choice is going barefoot and wearing a large, long sleeved grey shirt and small purple shorts.

Character Personality: Vivienne is usually practical and calculating, her fighting style matching her personality. She isnt one to socialize, preferring to sit and watch people. However, if approached, her personality will do a 180. She will be super sweet, almost as if she had two personalities. It’s completely intentional.

Skills:
Bite: Not only does Vivienne have two venus fly traps on her head, but her actual mouth is shaped like one as well. With enough force, Vivienne can crunch through bone.

Fast reflexes: Vivienne is quick with both her plants and herself. Although not as fast as a bullet, she can catch a fist/ kick in mid air easily.

Stealth: Vivienne is extremely silent, sometimes even to the point she sneaks up on people on accident. In battle, she can hide in a jungle of her venus fly traps and wait for her “prey” to get close enough to her if they manage to avoid getting bitten/ eaten by her plants.

Powers/Supernatural Abilities/ Mechanical strengths:
Swarm: Vivienne also has control over swarms of flies, spitting them out of her mouth to distract and swarm her enemies

Traps: Vivienne can make large versions of venus fly traps grow from the ground, making the terrain very dangerous. The fly traps are big enough to eat a whole person. However, they are big enough to easily be cut down if someone manages to avoid their mouths.

Weapons: Although she doesnt use them much, Vivienne carries a pair of scissors around with her that she will use if someone gets too close.

Reason for coming to the tournament: This plant girl came to prove that she is #1 all the way! In her eyes, being the strongest and most skilled means being the greatest person alive. Its not about appeasing her parents or friends, and not about the prize at the end. Its all about showing others just how powerful she can be, and what can happen if someone crosses her.

History: As a little succulent, Vivienne grew up in quite a competitive home. Being with 12 other siblings can do that to you. Of course, most of them werent her full blood siblings. Her mother had slept around a lot, and this was the result. Her mother wasnt a bad person at all however, and loved each plant individually, insisting on keeping all of them. She still had the habit of bringing around strange men though, and when your mother’s attention is divided between the guys she dates, your 12 other siblings, and keeping a steady job to raise you, it can also cause some problems. Her mother tried hard to keep all of them happy, but it was difficult, and occasionally Vivienne felt forgotten about.

when she was around 12 years old, her mom had finally settled with a guy for more than 3 months. This guy was a jerk though. Being a drunk (and a very angry one at that), it wasnt hard for him to pick out a target with a family of 14 when he was angry. Not only was Vivienne practically begging for her own mother’s attention, but she had to make sure to tip toe around her boyfriend. Her only escape was a small garden she was allowed to keep in the kitchen. Her trusty pair of scissors helped her keep her garden looking tip top shape, and she carried them around wherever she went, believing they were good luck.

once Vivienne hit 19, she learned about the tournament. This was a great opportunity to finally prove herself. After being in the dark for so long, she could finally prove how strong she really was, and vowed never to let anyone disrespect her again.

Name: Samuel "R3X" Crow

Age: 32

Race: Human/T-Rex/Supernatural Cursed/Genetically Modified/ Cyborg

Description of character:
R3X stands at 6'3", has a scar on his left eye brow going down to his cheek. With many other scars around his body covered by clothing. R3X also has a Crow tattoo across his left pec along with a black feather on his right forearm. He has a well groomed beard and mustache that isn't long but is longer than a normal goatee. R3X is caucasian and his hair is brown. His hair is short growing to about two-three inches and his eye color is blue. If you've met him you'll realize that he has a cybernetic left arm that's actually a futuristic gatling gun that connects at his shoulder. When out of combat he shifts it back to a cybernetic arm for regular use.
Samuel mostly wears a cowboy hat, samurai armor and his cybernetic arm. But when he's not in combat: Cowboy hat, armor, weapons. Often wearing loose clothing back when he was a pirate.

Character Personality:
At first glance serious and cold hearted because you'll probably meet him in the arena or as competition. He could play dirty and be somewhat malicious if you do step in his way but once the cameras are off and there’s no competition he's actually a really generous and funny man. Perhaps a little bit ignorant and dumb at times but he means well. He's been a pirate, a gladiator, and now a fighter again. What do they all have in common? Fighting to be number one and squash those beneath them. All of this is just business to him so he hopes no one takes it personal since he has to look out for numba one! (Yes I spelled that on purpose). Even through all of the implants and modifications he is still human and does try to not let these "gifts" take away from how he's still like everyone else. Human.

Skills:
Master Stealer: Being a pirate really helps with learning a thing or two on pickpocketing and stealing treasure

Experienced Combatant: After defending the title of being the gladiator champion for five years it gets you trained to adapt in fighting situations when your opponent can range from anywhere in human history

RELEASE THE KRAKEN!
R3X is able to transform into a giant T-Rex that looks exactly like the Jurassic Park version which also has lots of scars just like Samuel does. In this state he's as strong, as fast, as fierce, and as deadly as an actual T-Rex. With the added bonus of retaining his fighting skills and tactician in combat.
Samuel named this ability "RELEASE THE KRAKEN" back from when he was a pirate and remembered the tales of the ancient beast. When transforming he'll yell the name out to the heavens and lightning will strike him down along with a burst of fire exploding from where he stands. Beginning his quick transformation. He'll be decked out in his samurai armor that only covers parts of him now. Do to less flexible arms he can't reach his weapons now.
Because of how much energy this form takes R3X can only hold it for thirty seconds and maybe an extra ten if he's in berserker rage. Afterward his energy is completely depleted and cannot fight anymore hence why it's a last option in any fight.
Cybernetic Implants/Supernatural Enhancements/Genetic Modification: Because James has Atlantean technology, been cursed from lost treasure, and genetically tampered all at once, this sets him to the peak of human athleticism and physique. Being considered a "Super Human" of sorts but nothing more above than what the human body should be capable of at it's peak. This including enhanced strength, durability, reflexes, speed, stamina, healing (Not like Wolverine but instead at least 1.25 to 1.5 of the average person) and senses. All at the cost of his humanity, what a bargain right? The strongest part of Samuel's body is his cybernetic arm capable of punching through a thick wall with great effort.

Weapons:
Cowboy Pistol: Taking this weapon from a cowboy, R3X eventually learned how the user was quick to take aim and fire. It's a standard peacemaker with 6 rounds before needing a reload. Ironic from the name it doesn't cause much peace as R3X is quick to aim and fire the gun.

Viking Axe: R3X was the new wielder of this weapon when beating a viking. What he didn't know this is that it was also enchanted. The enchantment allows for R3X to build 'fury' with each strike that makes contact making him stronger and more mad. This strengthens his overall strength but lowers his defense as he turns all offense. Often times throws.

Samurai+Ninja Twin Blades: Twin blades that were actually from a 2v1 special. R3X fought a ninja and samurai at the same time and eventually killed the two with their own blades. It wasn't an easy battle and so he took their weapons out of the dozens of combatants to pay respect.

Gatling Gun Arm: A futuristic gatling gun that uses plasma instead of bullets. This allows R3X to be more agile without carrying hundreds of bullets to weigh him down. It is a cybernetic and so can shift to a regular robotic arm.

Reason for coming to the tournament: Masters sold R3X for a very pretty penny to have him participate in these games. Also his masters want to give other gladiators the spot light for a while

History:
His real name is Samuel Crow. His mother was a pirate while his father was a brewer. They met at a saloon and were probably a little bit too drunk but one thing led to another then nine months later Samuel was born. Luckily his mother was actually the captain of her ship so he lived most of his life out at sea pillaging and plundering. His mother loved him with all of her heart and he had more money than what any other teenager had. How else can life get any better?!?
Well it did, or so he had thought, when he recovered a map of an ancient artifact. Sailing on his own to find it, since his mother forbid him to even find the treasure, he eventually made it to the Bermuda triangle. Naive as he was he searched for the treasure and found it. But it was cursed..."Whosoever be the one to unleash this treasure shall become the new host of the ancient tyrant." Samuel was scared and tried to escape but was soon bonded to the ancient spirit. His boat drifted off into the ocean while unconscious accidentally sailing further into the triangle. Once in the center a whirlpool sunk his small ship.
That is where his tail ends, until you realize that it continues in a earlier time period of mankind's history.

He awoke in a cell with bars and windows that allowed a full view of the fighting going on outside. A Gladiator ring? Was he in Rome? No, it wasn't Rome, a much older and lost civilization that was so advanced and yet will eventually fall into the sea to become a myth. But as of now they enjoyed themselves watching slaves from all of time fight for their entertainment. Samuel remembered of his newfound curse and pleaded for it to help him before the gates of his cell opened. But he never heard the voice again and so had no choice but to fight anyway. As he progressively won his battles, Samuel eventually came face to face with the reigning champion.
He had lost his left arm during the fight and was on the verge of death. He cried out in agony finally about to meet his maker, that is until the spirit manifested itself and transformed Samuel into a mighty Tyrannosaurs-Rex. If it wasn't for the spirit Samuel would have died in the first round since it enhanced his physical attributes. With this new power he killed the almighty champion and gained the top spot in the contest of champions. From then on he was called "R3X". For the form he's capable of becoming, along with being the third champion out of all the gladiator games.
He's kept the top spot for five years now and so has faced all types of warriors from many time periods learning their fighting styles and gaining more weapons.
The advanced civilization of course couldn't have their champion as a weakling and so gifted him cybernetic implants into along with tweaking his genes just a tad. As the champion Samuel was bathed in luscious clothes, gossiped and fantasized by women, and was treated like a superstar. All seems well for Samuel...but he wishes to see his mother one last time, to at least apologize and tell her that he loves her. And so as he recalled his past while looking out toward the sky on his balcony he could feel another challenge approaching him. Will he succeed or will he perish? Well whatever it is he going to give it his all since being sold to the tournament by his masters doesn't give him much of an option.​

Nosako is 6ft tall, and weighs a mere 120 pounds. He's a Mercenary with a tragic backstory. he is also a brilliant pilot. although, when he does fly, he does not use a g-suit, as he has no need to, thanks to his stand. being an Avali, Nosako's biggest threat is fire

Character Personality: Nosako has been through some rough patches. he used to be happy, accomplished. now he has a... less than favorable* view on the world. the same goes for his personality, which is... an odd topic. he's not "stable", but at the same time, he isint "unstable". if there was somehow a way to be in between the 2, he's found it.

Skills: Nosako's skills mostly come from his knowledge of dogfighting. he also plays the guitar and violin, and can haggle a decent price for a job. he is also moderately decent at using a sword.

Powers/Supernatural Abilities/ Mechanical strengths: Nosako has a stand named "Danger Zone". but before i go into that
a stand is a projection of your mental energy and your life force. sometimes, a stand will be based on a personal trait. sometimes it will be based on your actual interests. and then sometimes its literally the ghost of one of your ancestors reborn to help you take vengeance on your ancestor's murderer. in nosako's case, its based on his interests.
stands and their users share injuries. so, for example, if you tore a stand's arm off (somehow), the user's arm would also be torn off.

Danger Zone is a minature f-16 that can fire guns, launch bombs, and launch homing missiles at its target. Danger Zone has the capability to become a requiem stand if struck by one of the golden arrows, which Nosako just so happens to be in possession of. though, Nosako is saving Danger Zone Requiem as his final gambit.
Danger Zone Requiem has the same colors as Danger Zone, but instead of being an f-16, it looks like a mix between the A-10 and the F-14d. DZR can do everything that DZ can do, but has the added bonus of additional speed, maneuverability, and endurance. on top of that, it can also posses an EML (Electro Magnetic Launcher), and its gun's performance has been boosted to that of the A-10.
the fire damage weakness does NOT apply to wingman. if wingman takes fire damage, Nosako will take the damage that someone neutral to fire damage will take.

Weapons:
HF-SWORD: a high-frequency sword. this sword of avali design vibrates at such a frequency that it "sings". although this may appear to be aesthetic, this actually has a purpose, as its vibrations greatly increase the cutting power of the sword.
stand arrow: this golden arrow is made of an alien metal. if one were to be pierced by it, they would gain an ability known as a "stand". if a stand is pierced by it, the stand would become a requiem stand. Nosako is saving this arrow as his final gambit.
XFA-27+: can it even be put under here? who knows. the XFA-27+ is an advanced fighter-attacker. its hardpoint limit is 8 missiles, and it boasts incredibly maneuverability, and the TALON system, which is basically a grappling hook for aircraft. however, its biggest feature is its ACE (Air Combat Enhancements) drive. it has a tier 4 ACE drive, which can not only replenish the aircraft's ammo, and repair its hull, but also grants it an energy shield. Nosako probably wont be using this in the tournament, though. unless there is another contestant with a fightercraft.

Reason for coming to the tournament: being a mercenary, you would expect this to just be "money" in surrealtext, right? wrong. He wants to see if the stone can improve the capabilities of an aircraft, or see if it can be a replacement for the stand arrow.

History: Nosako has had a bit of a rough life. first, he was separated from his pack. then, he was experimented on by cultists for 9 years. after he escaped, he joined the AMF (Allied Mercenary Forces) and began to earn blood money. granted, the people he was being paid to blow up kinda deserved it, it was still blood money. when he heard about the tournament, he quickly jumped to warp to the nearest tear in reality to go join the tournament. if asked how he managed to navigate the void to the dimension where the tournament was being held, he will only say that he had some help from "an awoken void guardian".

Name: Aaron Weiss AKA "Daddy Liberty"

Race: Human

Description of character:
Daddy Liberty is a hulk of a man standing at 6'4" with a body that can be likened to that of the Statue of David. He has tanned, rough skin with vascular lines mostly around his arms and calves which protrude slightly out of his spandex costume. His blonde hair is kept short, combed over, and well kept. Though he does grow facial hair and even does so fairly quickly compared to the average man, he likes to keep himself clean-shaven. Daddy Liberty's costume features a prominent red, white, and blue, with red making up the bulk of his costume. An insignia is labeled on his chest over a star-spangled shield with the letter L done in stylized red and white stripes, a homage back to his early days when he was known as Liberty Lad. His spandex outfit covers his body from the midpoint of his neck, halfway down his forearms, his entire torso, and down to his ankles. He wears a pair of coyote tan boots that appear cheaply made with clear wear and tear. One might be led to believe that he was wearing a codpiece.

Character Personality:
Despite his flashy appearance, Daddy Liberty is a salt of the Earth American. He's a boy scout, he's a family man, and he doesn't like bullies. He treats people as kindly as he can until he's given a reason not to, and even in unfair, unsanctioned street brawls against criminals, Daddy Liberty upholds his honor, and will even hold back in order to make fights seem fairer, always offering to the enemy a chance to give up. His unwillingness to cause permanent damage leads to him preferring grappling over striking to submit his opponents. Many respect Daddy Liberty for his inability to give up, however, he primarily attributes this fact to the nature of his superpowers, thus also demonstrating his humility. When he needs to return home to his family though, he will try to wrap things up as quickly as he can, and will always pass up media interviews in favor of spending time with his wife and children.

Skills: Basic marksmanship, agriculture

Powers:
Energy Absorption, Control, and Delivery - Daddy Liberty's powers passively draw energy from his surroundings, primarily from sunlight if he can help it but can also draw in kinetic energy from not only his own strikes but his opponent's, allowing him to pull back the force of his own punches so as not to harm his enemy too badly as well as dampen the force of incoming attacks, feeding roughly ten percent of that power back into his own body. Daddy Liberty's absorption powers are most effective against beam and energy attacks, especially against magic, able to absorb energy and magic at thirty percent efficiency, making it three times more effective than absorbing kinetic energy. While it's in his body, Daddy Liberty can also control and harness that power, allowing him to increase the strength of his own attacks, being able to focus energy into a particular part of his body in order to apply particularly powerful strikes or applied to his entire body to make for a boost in his strength in general. Using his power on his entire body also allows him limited flight. He can also deliver energy, primarily in the form of energy beams and shields coming out of his arms. This power does come with two weaknesses, however. Using too much energy can lead to the user tapping into his own body's energy, leading to fatigue, then muscle failure, and possibly death if pushed too hard. Reason for coming to the tournament:
Representing his country as well as the ideals of truth, justice, and the American way.

History: Aaron was raised on a farm, the child of a German migrant father and an American mother. Living a simple life on the farm in rural Wisconsin, Aaron didn't have much going for him. He went to school during most of the year and in the summer he'd help out his parents on the farm. He was raised to love the ideals of American life by his mother, and even more so by his father. To Aaron though, nobody embodied American virtues like his idol, Liberty Man. He collected all sorts of Liberty Man paraphernalia and merchandise, however, he always thought of it more of a dream, resigning himself from a young age to living his life as a farmer just like his parents.

It was during World War II when things started getting worse for the Weiss family. As the United States entered the war and anti-German propaganda became more commonplace, Aaron's father became a target of ire from the locals in his town, despite claiming to be as American as all the rest of them. The family struggled to keep their land with Aaron making a big enough fuss that he garnered attention from local and eventually nationwide newspapers. This attracted the attention of his idol, Liberty Man, who appeared and without violence, convinced all the townsfolk that the family was, in fact, as American as everybody else. Ever since then, Aaron wanted to find a way to make it up to his hero.

Aaron, at the age of fifteen during the war and too young to enlist, faked his age and did so anyway. He fought on the Japanese front. Liberty Man had been captured by the Japanese as a prisoner of war and upon hearing this through the radio, Aaron was the first to volunteer for a rescue mission, and even ranking as low as he did, managed to gain the attention and trust of a squad of fellow soldiers. Together, they raided a Japanese prison camp, stormed through it, and eventually found Liberty Man in the midst of being tortured. Liberty Man, recognizing Aaron, was almost about to give him a scolding, knowing Aaron's actual age but was too weak to speak while he was being rescued.

After the war, Liberty Man had made Aaron his sidekick, and despite not having powers, was given the mantle Liberty Lad. Despite Aaron already proving himself, Liberty Man still saw Aaron as a child, and really kept him at his side to protect him. Aaron did not have powers, and so really struggled while his idol did most of the work, protecting Aaron as well as whoever was around them. As a sidekick, Aaron was able to see his hero's own faults. Seeing his struggles with finance, and his desire for women which disturbed the young Aaron. He saw his disdain for human beings, and through his treatment of Aaron, saw that his idol really saw humans as weak and needing protection, despite having been captured by them and even sustaining serious injuries by humans during the war, seeing it more as a consequence of human weaponry than humans themselves. It was when Liberty Man was fighting a particularly strong villain, trapped and close to death. Aaron was conflicted but decided to take action anyway. It was a show of bravery, Liberty Man, attempting to help but unable to. Aaron still kept at it, being pummeled but continuing to get up. As his final action, Liberty Man used his own powers on Aaron to transfer his own powers onto him. Then, with those powers, the transformed Liberty Lad defeated the villain.

Aaron had lost many friends during the war but losing his hero had hurt him the most. In his name, Aaron continued on his legacy, even if Liberty Man wasn't entirely the person he imagined him to be as a child. As time went on, Aaron eased into the role and learned to use his powers, arguably better than his idol ever did. Getting older and having started a family, he decided that the name Liberty Lad wasn't befitting of him anymore, changing his hero name to the more fitting Daddy Liberty which his wife and son had called him for several years already.

.: DESCRIPTION:.
Jericho Van Hellsing stands at 5'9" with a head of ginger hair that's been tied up into a short cropped ponytail. His ears appear pointed, skin a slight bit
paler than any normal person. The man wears red tinted circle glasses- balanced on the bridge of his slightly crooked nose precariously and held on with a thin silver chain. If you were to get close enough to his face you'd notice his eyes are dark muddy brown with a faint red tinge as well as a light dusting of freckles starting at his left cheek, spreading over the bridge of his nose and ending just on his right cheek. The ginger man wears a tall collared black capelet- concealing the two small puncture marks that sit just under his ear. He wears a light grey bell sleeve shirt, high waisted dark brown pants and black knee high boots that have hard silver casings over the toes and pull out quite strangely on the sides. He carries a brown satchel with him, one that carries a journal, a box of matches, a box of silver bullets and a few hand rolled cigarettes. He keeps a silver colt 1851 in a holster inside his boot. When talking he's got an accent- Irish seems to be the best fit.


.: PERSONALITY:.
Jericho keeps to himself for the most part- being a bounty hunter and all tends to lead you into that type of personality cage. He's more of a pessimistic realist; weighing options of all kinds but seeing the bad one as the only outcome. Jericho is very blunt- finding no satisfaction in lying or even entertaining someone with a possibility that doesn't exist. ( See; Cocky/Arrogant stoic type.) It's been awhile since he's interacted with people that he wasn't being paid to hunt down so his real life interactions are rusty and therefore he comes off awkward and quiet in conversations. Jericho finds joy in folk music and trinkets (specifically handmade talismans as he believes they bring him more luck than anything else.) Jericho hates overly crowded spaces, churches and being unaware of situations.

He was paid to attend by one of his regular customers; Saying he'd like him to come back with that GRAND prize and a few trophies and in exchange he'd give him the money for that said prize. Those trophies however require pieces of the other competitors, i.e Hair, clothing, something they keep close to them.

.:HISTORY:.
Jericho's last name isn't Van Hellsing; consider it a stage name of sorts. Anybody who knows the tale of the Van Hellsing family knows the fear they bestow upon their prey. His last name is O'Rourke and well that's not a very scary last name is it?
He started out like anybody; a kid in what he remembered being a normal family. He knows he used to be human and that he used to live in Ireland but past that most things get fuzzy and blurry and he can't recall much. He however does remember waking up in a cold sweat in a shallow grave that was singed around the edges with layers of ash covering his body. Those few years of figuring himself out from then on were confusing and angry and of course he didn't understand why he couldn't taste normal food anymore. Everything tasted like ash.
Jericho eventually found himself falling into a crowd of travelling people- kind people who taught him tricks and tips of how to survive. The man was lucky enough to be taught how to shoot and was trained from there to become a skilled marksman.
As years passed by he ended up being employed by few people to hunt down their problems- aka people that bothered them or owed them money. The man slowly became more and more skilled at being a gunslinger and made sure his name was known.

Description of character: If not for the horns and unnaturally pink skin tone, Briar could pass for human. She stands at 5'6 tall, 6'1 if you include the horns. She has a pear shaped body, wide hips and thick thighs--but is otherwise rather slim. She dresses in extravagant robes of an unknown material that loosely drapes over her form. She is also a fan of jewelry, especially necklaces and crowns.

Character Personality: There is a pecking order, and Briar will act as if on top unless proven otherwise. Vindictive and malicious, Briar will go to great lengths to get revenge for perceived slights. To call her petty is an understatement. She does not discriminate from weaklings to hulking monstrosities, anyone can be a target to her schemes. However, she is more than capable of charm and manipulation. Back against the wall, she can make a decent attempt to sway her enemies. She is the embodiment of the noblewoman's laugh.

Skills:
Deception : Briar can lie at the drop of a hat, creating a careful balancing act that she performs well. The art includes character defamation, fraud, and even performative kindness. She will be especially successful in this realm where nobody knows who she is.

Charm : Just deception of a different name. She can stroke your ego, flirt, and say all the right things to get what she wants.

Dexterity : Where she lacks in brute strength she makes up for in flexibility and speed. Briar has had centuries of experience with evading eyes, ears, and blows. She's not the Flash, but she can outrun the average human.

Memory : Can't blackmail if you don't remember the dirt.

Powers/Supernatural Abilities/ Mechanical strengths:

Shadow Stealth : Briar can take to the shadows and hide in plain sight. She's not just taking advantage of the environment, she is literally becoming one with the shadows. With this ability, she is indistinguishable from a shadow or the darkness (with the exception of those who have True Sight). This ability is predictably vulnerable to light. When a light source is shown upon her hiding spot, she ceases to be in the dark, and her form appears. Briar can move from shadow to shadow, but she will be a visible black mist during the movement. She can take damage when in this form.

Shadow Allegiance : Shadows within range (up to 80 ft) can act as her eyes or ears. They can not act as both at once. Outside the range (20 ft beyond initial range), the sounds and sights become muddled and difficult to interpret. Anything beyond that is impossible to understand. If the shadows are disrupted by light, the bond is immediately broken and she cannot use it.

Truth Detection : Ability only works on words spoken within earshot. Will not detect absolute truth. Will only sense if the speaker is being intentionally deceitful or not. Falsities that the speaker believes to be true will be perceived as truth.

Blood Manipulation : Can change the shape, density, state, and speed of blood, within reason. Can not manipulate the blood inside a body without first creating an open wound. At that point, blood can be drained and used. Will only be drained from the opening of the wound. (Ex : if the "faucet" is a mere papercut, it will take a long time of consistent bleeding via blood bending to get a litre of blood. She can, however, use a drop of blood to create another papercut, and get more openings until she can cause a larger wound).

Weapons: Can weaponize blood. Briar usually goes with ranged attacks, forming sharp and hardened projectiles.

Reason for coming to the tournament: To enhance her abilities and give her an advantage on the neverending battlefield that she calls home. Or, perhaps when she wins, she will lord over this plane instead.

History: Briar is from the Abyss, a lawless land of demons and other unfortunate souls who end up there. In this chaotic plane, it is eat or be eaten. With well placed charm and cunning, Briar was able to get a demon lord to take her under their wing as an apprentice. She was never a child, manifesting from the all the blood and lies in the realm. Because of her origins, her abilities follow suit. Under the apprenticeship, she honed not only her natural abilities of magic, but her skills in deception and focus as well. In the Abyss, it is common to make an alliance with the mutual understanding that it will end as soon as it stops being convenient or when one can double cross the other. As such, the art of persuasion goes hand in hand with survival.
