Arc 1: Warmth in Numbers

The sun rose high up into the air, beaming down on the freshly bloomed plants surrounding the courtyard. It was the first day of spring, meaning that this was also the first day of school from spring break. The air was thick and humid from the sun's overbearing heat, many of the students groaned at the sensation. Although unsaid, the students wished that they started school in the winter like the 3rd year students but instead they were to start in the spring since they were first years.

Most of the walkway leading up to the school were filled with school club advertising booths, each club wanted to get the jump on the other. New students were always immediately picked up by either the jocks or the soccer club, leaving the lesser first years to fend for themselves. It was a friendly competition to see who would host the annual sleepover at the end of the summer when school let out. At the end of the rows of clubs lay the supernatural club, in all of its glory.

They were given a hand me down booth and a sign to hang on the booth's edge, however it seemed the booth was literally cracking at the seams. A girl with light blue hair was manning the helm of the broken down vessel, she seemed to be in a chipper mood. Perhaps she was going to try and get more members to join her club?​

Masu, Shiro, and Kimitada
Walking up behind the blue haired girl a red-haired boy smirked, "Hey beauty how's the recruiting going?" Kimitada asked moving up beside her and leaning against the booth gently. He ensured his weight wasn't enough to topple the booth over or it might just cause an issue for convincing the newbies to join, they had plenty of members but maybe.. just maybe there'd be another power user. His eyes moved out to the 'Fresh Meat' in the crowd eyes scanning easily through the women as his smirk increased slightly. Masu walked over and bonked their leader on the head with a vertically driven hand extended as though he were going to shake a hand in the air. "Get over yourself, The First years are off limits got it?" Masu stated sternly to which Kimitada tsked irritably. "How dare you talk down to your President" Kimi grimaced before looking back to Maku, "Seriously though.. do we have any specific targets that may be interesting to us or?" he asked once more.

Shiro stood off to the side slightly under the shade of a tree nearby munching contempt as it seemed on a bag of potato chips. His eyes moved between the three members of his team he saw at his booth with a puzzled look, his first reaction was to look at the new kids and see if anyone revealed an obvious aura but he put that aside himself and focused on his snack. Masu looked to Shiro who just nodded, after a slight thought in attempts to understand the notion he turned his gaze back to Maku to await the answer.

Maku was attending to the booth while looking at the other fancy booths across the walkway, not like she didn't like the outside or anything she prefered the shade. Despite this being the rundown booth, it was currently one of the only 5 booths here at the school that had a top. The rest of the booths were open ended, meaning that they were lacking shade and judging by this heat; they probably needed it.

"Hello Masu and Kimi, I was wondering where our slacking president and accountant were." Maku joked, waving her hand around in a silly manner. Soon enough, a student came up to the booth and Maku eagerly handed them a flyer. The light blue girl wasn't so good at detecting aura like the others were so she relied on them more. The entire time spent then was Maku explaining the club as a normal club instead of all the supernatural they actually dealt with off campus.

"There we go, oh and take a complementary bracelet on the house." Maku handed the girl a yellow bracelet that matched her eyes. The pair smiled at each other then the first year took their leave and departed from their booth. She turned back towards the president flashing a slight smile, "Haven't found anyone yet. I'll keep looking though." Maku was determined to live up to their president's expectations, that was what a vice president does after all.

Alice was not happy to start her first day of school in spring, she was rather ecstatic at the fact. Seeing the new people run around chatting with their long time friends made her a bit uneasy. None of her old friends from her school had decided to attend this school, it made her a bit lonely though. Time to go make some friends and hopefully join a club this year. She shook her head, and patted herself on the check, giving herself a little pep talk.

The purple haired girl walked around school, touring the school whist making notes of the landmarks. Alice didn't want to get lost after all, she still needed to head to her dorm though. Making her way back towards the booth section of the school, she paused when she stumbled apon a big cherry blossom tree in the courtyard. Lost in her own thoughts about the school, the girl failed to realize that she had bumped into someone. The sound of several clattering books hitting the ground woke her from her dream.

"S-Sorry." Alice quickly apologized to the older female before quickly shuffling the girl's things into a pile. As she was gathering the papers, their hands grazed each other which made the other girl tense up in the process. The girl herself seemed to be in a daze when they accidentally touched, however Alice didn't have a clue as to why. Once she was sure the girl was collected, the purple haired girl walked back down the path towards the booths.

Kimitada

Kimitada made note of the students face who had passed by the booth, not for any reason except for the fact that he needed to ensure all those who were possible contenders had their aura's to be stronger than not. "Haha Maku..." Kimi said shaking his head with a smile to let her know that this didn't bother him since it could be perceived that way if one didn't have the same amount of knowledge on his sheer amount of whit. With a slow gaze to Maku he had a way to pick back, "Now Now.. Of course I wouldn't be so off-task had it not been for my vice-president whipping me into shape no?" A smirk continued to gleam brightly across his lips since this was merely the start to what he intended to say.

"Or maybe I'm more preoccupied on all the beautiful ladies out there.. I mean look at them all. So many different first years that are cute this year" He said taking a longing glance out into the crowd of newer students. Some girls overheard him speaking and simply giggled or huffed at the notion before walking off once more. "But then again, the Second year girls are also beautiful.. Though some in particular are far more gifted in beauty than others, Right Maku~" He said in his en-ragingly flirty tone as he always did. He tried to be so smooth and thorough with what he had spoken on that it may seem even slightly ludicrous. But then again he had to do that in order to go as far as he believed he should.

Shiro

Being this far from someone generally hindered the ability for someone to detect them at any range but for Shiro he saw the event with Alice in full detail. His left eye caught it all before the rest of his head turned to join in watching, his eyes caught onto hers as he tried to detect if she had some sort of magical aura about her or not. Having already checked the other girl he knew she didn't, as he looked at her he ate another potato chip before knowing for certain that she did have an aura. Swallowing the potato chip he threw one at the back of Masu's head, To which he turned around in slight irritation. But that was broken when he realized that Shiro was pointing to a girl. Masu nodded and smiled, "Seems we have a magical user our boy Shiro picked up on" He said quietly before Shiro popped another chip in his mouth. He was odd yes, but his methods definitely did have their perks and that was all he needed to be contempt. Masu continued to speak now based on shiros following actions, "You can see it in her eyes... which have circles around them? No, she has glasses sorry" Masu said and Shiro gave him the thumbs up before returning attention one more to the bag of chips.

"Ahem, we do have a task at hand. Don't let your perverted tendencies get the better of you." Maku warned, looking at the first years while slightly rolling her eyes. What he ever sees in first years is beyond her honestly. However the girl's face lit up like a christmas tree upon hearing Kimi's very alluring compliment towards herself. It was always like this in the club, well with those two at least.

Teasing each other back and forth was a tendency between the two constantly, stuff like this did show how compatible and strong their relationship was to one another. "Let me be the one to talk to her. Don't want to scare her off since A and B are out of the question." Maku was referring to both Shiro and Kimi. More or less Kimi would either weird out the girl and Shiro doesn't really speak much so....that would be a strange conversation.

With that in mind, Maku rose from her chair and excused herself from the group. So a girl with glasses and short hair? She thought, scanning through the crowd of people. Spotting her looking at a flyer for the astronomy club, the girl quickly made her way over. It was too late however, as another person spotted her as well. "Fresh Meat at 10 o'clock!" One of the jocks yelled, pointing at the same girl that she was currently trying to get to. Suddenly, it was like mob of lions pouncing towards their prey.

Most of the people pushed and shoved their way towards the purple haired girl, this meant that many people were tossed onto the group. This included Maku who was shoved out of the way by a jock, landing on the dirt ground. No one dared to help her up, seeing as she was the "weak" one in this current situation. The girl was used to this treatment of invisibility by them however, so she quickly dusted herself off and glanced up.

There was no way Maku was going to be able to get to her now, so she might as well take her losses. Seeing as the girl was quickly swarmed by the other club group members, the blue haired girl sighed before begrudgingly walked back to her booth. When she got back however, she noticed that Luna was with the rest of the group. The brunette looked up but didn't say a word, instead rose of her seat and walked out of the booth.

"It went the same as last time." Maku sat down in her chair, a bit sad that she couldn't have gotten to that person in time. Suddenly there was a commotion where the light blue haired girl had been, a guy was sent flying into another booth.

Luna was vivid to say the least when she marched into the booth, streams of rage could be felt coming from her. Once she sat down in a chair it was then that she spoke, "Yes, I had a pretty shitty day if you're asking." And with that the girl didn't talk but watched the scene play out between Maku and the jock from the booth. Of course, she would've rub it in about how the girl needed to stand up for herself and grow a backbone.

However since her day had been nearly ruined, she needed something to punch and this looked like the Luna tapped on the jock's shoulder, the one that pushed their little vice president down on the dirt. He was two to three times her own body weight to say the least, all of muscle mass and zero to no fat. This would be suicide if it weren't for this girl actually enjoying fighting weaker humans, no she loves to pick on those that feel superior over others.

When he turned around to face the person who tapped him, the girl sucker punched him in the face. That simple punch knocked him off balance, allowing Luna to kick him into the nearest thing possible; a booth. "Pick on someone your own size, you stupid jock." She growled at him, rolling up her sleeves in the process. She was going to teach this punk a lesson and a damn good one, she didn't care who got in her way too.

Many of the people were already taking their leave, not wanting to be caught up into this drama or get caught when the principal and company show up later. "You have a lot of balls to attack one of us, well I'm against hitting girls but you are the exception." The male brushed off the debris from the fallen booth and had gotten up off the ground. The other members of his club watched and waited, unsure of what to do at this point.

Only a select few, including members of the drama, soccer, and the football team were staying to watch the fight. Even the purple haired girl that Maku wanted to talk to was gone, not like she mattered any who. They didn't need that person anyway, Luna was certain they were going to be fine without her.

Kimi saw what happened to Maku and looked to his teammates that were presently there nodding to Shiro and Masu. The two of them understood what was going down and didn't question him any further, they allowed him to leave as they knew what he was doing. He had walked into the crowd of people as Maku had got back to the booth. His eyes were locked on the guy who had knocked her down, before realizing that he had been sent flying into a booth. "Seems Luna had my plan.." He said a rather upset look on his face shining through his usual self, a few students separated away as Kimi moved towards it. Students moved away and he moved up behind Luna staring at the jock who stood there currently and noticing the other sporty jocks gathered around. Noticing that everyone else had retreated into the school building he moved towards them. A single strand of his hair went stark white along with his hand moving towards them, "You wanna shake my hand or sumthi-" One of the jocks spoke for a moment before the crowd around the fight froze and their eyes all snapped shut as if their brains had just slowed down or went into some.. different version of time.

He glared over his shoulder to the main jock which Luna was up against, he had no doubts that they were going to be done quite quickly. Not because the jock could beat the smaller girl, but because said girl had the strength of a semi-truck and the attitude to go along with it. "Luna Calculate this, you have two and a half minutes of freeze-time where only you and the jock will move.. besides anyone of ours of course. Do your best to make him pay for knocking down m- Our Maku" He said and then moved his hand towards the school which caused all students in the building to move exceptionally slow. Another few tufts of his hair changed to white as he walked back to the booth his group had. Of course in the event she wanted less time to rough him up, Kimi could always remove the pause on time.. but then again he wasn't merciful. To be honest the time was frozen on the pain for the Jock as well, while his body would stop when the pain would overcome him it wouldn't appear until the time unpaused. When that occurred.. well.. it would hit him all at once.

Upon arriving back to the both he glanced at Shiro who glared daggers at him, "Yeah yeah.. give me the whole irresponsible power usage all you want. He doesn't see it since he's a normie, But no one hurts my team... I don't care who they are" He said gritting his teeth and turning back to the fights location, his eyes glued onto it with a clear disgust for the guy who was fighting Luna. Though she did have an unfair advantage, due to the fact if the jock did manage to go and almost land a blow Kimi would just rewind the poor fools time and keep her from being hit. He seemed hyper-focused as another tuft of his hair went white, if all of them went this way and his eyes changed... well he was a slightly different person in battle form but not too insanely different.

Shiro

Shiro noticed the events that occurred with the jock and dropped his chips for a moment in plans to go on the offensive until he realized that both Luna and Kimi were off. He moved over and looked over Maku discovering that she didn't have any injuries, at least to the point that he could notice them in any form. Though then again he would still worry for her since she was his ally and that would give no reason to not worry over her. Especially since he agreed with needing to defend them as most of the team did. Of course he figured Kimi would be far more partial to the girls on the team as they are females and all but.. people had mistaken Shiro for a chick in the past. That did trigger him a little bit but when they did he never brought up the fact that it caused an issue for them. He simply moved his hood and they would know that they had gone and messed up, but so far Shiro had yet to find a reason to care. Both about speaking and his emotions on top of just caring for someone besides as a teammate in general.

I mean sure you could say that a friend and a teammate are basically the same thing but beyond that Shiro hasn't been known to dabble in the situation hardly ever. As a first year he wasn't exactly shy and still technically isn't, lack of care is his main issue. He moved over to Maku and after reaching into his coat pocket he put a Chocolate bar on the booth to their club. His eyes went up slightly and right back down as the oaf who had knocked over Maku was sent into a booth that was likely photography clubs or something.. no one really huge. Then he saw people running off into the school as well as the few who stayed. Those were the more concerning ones and he moved slightly around the booth before noticing it seemed like Kimi was trying to move them away from the scene.

A short lived smile came to his face as he moved back towards the shade of the tree when he noticed an odd disturbance. 'Kimi...' he said to himself, not aloud but mentally. Turning back he glared as the Clubs president wandered up and griped at him which only angered him more. Though the president was right... using his powers to defend their ally was right of him, as well as the fact it was a kind gesture rather than a perverted one so Shiro would let this one go. Though he still held ill-will about people using their powers irresponsibly no matter how one looked at it the entire scene seems immature to him. So he shook his head and watched the situation preparing to break it up if the situation so called for it. The main issue he had wasn't over his team anymore.. it was the fact that they might kill that idiot who couldn't have just avoided knocking down Maku apparently. If he did the situation would be much easier on them but instead the more troublesome of the options had to arise.

He lifted a finger and shot a single ember of blue flame into the ground preparing to break up the fight by force since he knew that Luna would be the one to absolutely demolish this kid without any remorse being that she was by far superior in strength and in mental capabilities.. which was expected of someone in her caliber of power. Ironically it seemed as though Shiro was the only one that recognized the power rankings... or maybe he was just the only one who knew of them, none the less that wasn't a subject to bring up now.

Luna wasn't going to kill the person, oh but she was going to hurt him really badly. Feeling a slight disturbance in the air, she could only guess that Kimi had something to do with this. Looking over towards the crowd, she noticed Kimi there with some of his haired has turned white. "Yeah Yeah! I won't kill him, only hurt him a little....no use of powers guaranteed. So go take care of your girlfriend." The girl smirked towards him before turning her attention back towards the jock.

"Oh and I'll only need 30 seconds." She backed up a bit before sending a kick to the jock's abdomen. Luna knew about the predicament with Kimi's powers and didn't want him to lousy waste them here. That would be rather unfortunate if there was an attack today and well...their leader was out of commission. Of course, Maku would be the leader if he ever were in that case.

Luna was pretty sure her kick would leave a mark, so she instead punched his jaw a bit harder. "Hm. Annoying person." The girl commented at the jock, seeing as she had to quickly hurry this up. Lastly after she was done, Luna kicked him between the legs, with as much force as she could allow to not kill him. The male would probably have to get to the hospital sooner or later. She smirked at the thought.

With that in mind, Luna stayed where she was; wanting to see the reaction of those around her. She didn't feel any type of pity to those that brought the punishment on themselves.

Kimi watched it all happen and snapped his fingers, the time around them resumed normally and the jock's body collapsed to the ground. He smirked as his hair had all returned to red now and the rest of the jocks were freaking out as they didn't even know what happened. All of them just stared in awe as their biggest member went down. Students flocked out of the building confused as no one had really seen her lay a hand on him.. he just suddenly fell back and collapsed. "Don't mess with my Maku.." He murmured under his breath eyes narrowed at the man on the floor, he would do the same for Luna.. if of course she required it, which he somewhat doubted would be the case as she was an exceptionally powerful member of their team but still. He would defend her with arm and leg, the guys on his team he'd do the same but more than likely be less powerful about it. "Twenty-Four Seconds... Eighty-Six thousand three-hundred and seventy-six before I have to recharge.." He spoke clearly directing it as Shiro who merely winced at Kimi's words.

Kimi seemed kind of cocky in his words but also as if he knew what exactly he was doing without any real sort of delay on the mater. But soon after he sighed and ran a hand through his hair, "No we just need to get that girl for the team and a few more ladies when they come our way" He said with a perverted glint in his eye. He was pretty much back to the standard ever day club president and he looked over to Maku. "I'm sorry that you got knocked over... are you hurt in any way?" He asked turning directly to her as though he were some sort of suave champion who had just rescued some princess from a dragon in a fairy tale.

In reality though he was thinking in the back of his mind 'Was I too late? Should I have gone instead? If she's hurt it's because of me isn't it? Did I fail as the club president?' All these thoughts swirled around in his mind, all of them being hidden behind his mask of this oddly flirty front. But atop that he gave off the faintest emotional aura of worry, this as well was more than likely masked to all of those minus the hyper-perceptive people out there.

He heard Masu saying something to Shrio but funneled it out and instead focused pretty much entirely on Maku. Though he knew it was more then likely Luna would be headed back this way now. If she didn't then it could mean another person was picking a fight, but due to the fact the council of the school was on their way out and no one saw her hit him, besides the once. They couldn't claim that she was the person who beat him down this bad in one punch.. that would just be ludicrous. Murmurs started up from the students who were all moving out into the open area where most of the club booths still stood.

Alice was viewing the astronomy club booth currently, interested as she liked the stars and the nighttime sky. "This seems like a nice plus, so weekends the club go on trips?" She asked the 2nd year heading the booth. The male quickly nodded, pointing on the pretty place all throughout the city to see the stars at night. She did enjoy watching stars but she also wanted to do some homework since the

This seems like a fun club but I should keep my options open. A person then yelled, causing Alice to snap out of her thoughts. Suddenly she was swarmed with 2nd and 3rd years shouting trying to get her attention to get into their clubs. There were so many people here that it was hard to breathe with them all so close. Alice was going to say something to them but was interrupted by a single female who was very scary.

A crazy brown haired girl came up to the male and just simply punched him into a booth. Most of the people here were confused as to why she would do that to the football team, unless she was looking for a fight. Seeing as there was going to be a fight soon, the girl wanted to distance herself as far away as she possibly could.

Alice managed to find a quiet little spot in the back of the booths, where a small pond was located. The pond was filled with koi and all types of other fish, swimming around in such a graceful fashion. So the purple haired girl decided to stay there until the fighting would stop, unaware of the fact that the time had momentarily stopped.

Maku watched as entire scene played out, a small bit of worry for Luna and Kimi placed in herself. She didn't want those two or any of the others to have gotten involved because of her, besides this was a bit too much even for them. "No no, I'm fine as a whistle! So don't worry too much you guys, if anything it was my fault." She smiled, flexing her non existent muscles just to make a point.

Maku knew Kimi better than anyone here, of course he still had those days where he would surprise her no less. So it wasn't a surprise when he went out there to assist Luna, he would do that for any girl. "No need to worry so don't best yourself up about it Kimi." Maku tried to assure him, knowing that they would have a chat about this later. She understood his reasoning as to why he intervened, however she would have to scold him as well.

Looking down at her phone, Maku noticed the time and eternally facepalmed. Ugh....not good at days am I? The girl thought, cursing herself for being so silly. "Oh crap, I forgot about my friend's date....I'll be off then, keep everyone in line for me." Maku was talking directly towards Masu when she said this. Maku in fact was being dragged along with her friend on a double date, one of which she did not want to go to.

However Maku was still forced to go since she would have to make sure her friend wasn't going to get drunk like last time. Besides she doesn't have to go to classes since she's a special case, meaning she takes her classes at her room rather than go into classrooms like normal people. With that, Maku waved everyone goodbye and started her journey back to her dorm room.

Masu

Masu Sighed and shook his head, "You're asking a huge favor of me to keep these two out of trouble you know!" He shouted after Maku in a joking tone. Afterwards he cracked a smile at the thought of their possibly most naive member out on a date. "Make sure you have fun.. but not too much!" he said then turned to Kimitada and Shi-... Shiro?

Apparently the boy with blue eyes, the one who remained silent. Had also happened to silently walk away from them. Though Kimi seemed to be stuck where he was at having already gained the views of Masu, Masu sighed. "Kimitada.. You know that Maku doesn't want you going off and trying to get to those first-years fragile hearts. That's why she left you under my watch, you understand right?" He asked but Kimi was preoccupied and just waved his hand. "Yeah yeah dad, i'm sure she doesn't really care, Besides.. She's off on a date so why don't me and you try to pick up some hotties huh?" Kimi spoke with an oddly convincing tone.

Masu thought deeply on the idea for a moment a blank expression came to his face as he began to sort through it. On one hand Kimi was right, he doubted Maku would care as long as the boy didn't get into too much trouble with the ladies of the first year. Plus Maku couldn't really care about trying to get with Kimi since due to what it sounded like, she already had a guy on her mind. With that Masu smiled and the duo fist-bumped, "Now that's what I like to hear my man" Kimi said with a smirk on his face. Masu nodded to him knowing that he could use some difference in his life as well so why not go out and try to find a girl worth his time?

"So uh.. President. How do we go about picking up these girls?" He asked to which the slightly shorter Kimitada moved Masu's head beside his own and pointed to the crowd as if they were supposed to be like predators stalking the area for their prey to hunt down and capture for a meal later on.

Kimi smirked at his new accomplice, "Oh my young Treasurer. I will teach you all you need to know to be a womanized. Let's see... what about her?" Kimi pointed to a cute girl with brown hair and green eyes and then turned his attention to Masu who just shook his head at the girl. "No.. she doesn't seem like my type." Masu said and Kimi nodded, "Good good.. I might take her.. What about her then?" He asked pointing to a girl who had a lightened purple hair color, in what seemed to be a bob cut. Masu looked at the girl who was back behind the booths seemingly by herself and his eyes held a slight light in them. Kimi smirked, "Bingo." He spoke quickly and then walked off towards her in a merry fashion, Masu noticed this and almost knocked into their booth before moving around to follow him.

At this time though it was far too late for Masu to do anything as Kimi stood about two feet to the left of the girl at the koi pond. "They're really beautiful aren't they? All with their own unique patterns and movements." Kimi said looking down into the pond before turning to the girl and smiling gently. "So-" He started before Masu got over there looking a bit confused as to why the president hadn't started flirting with the girl. "Kimitada... why didn't you-" He stopped where he was after seeing the girl. Kimi smiled slightly with a shimmer coming to his eye.

"Sorry for interrupting you.. But my friend here found you interesting and I decided I should break the ice to get the awkward part out" He said to Alice with a smile coming to his face. Masu looked shocked and dumbfounded all at once having no idea how he should go about responding to this situation. Kimi walked beside him to leave and paused right beside him slipping a club flyer into his pocket, "If you need me to reset her thoughts on you just tell me and I can. Shiro noticed everyone's attention had been focused on either the fight and bystanders or on that of Maku leaving. Therefore he nodded making his decision to go into the school building, he slipped into the crowd simply his black hair disappearing into the crowd of both male and females. He was soon in the school building and climbed up the staircase until he was on the plateau between the first and second floor flights of stairs. Staring out the window he looked off into the slightly urban, slightly rural area where the houses met the trees and just watched as birds and people moved throughout their daily lives. His hands rested on the windowsill as his just idly watched the beings outside feeling a genuine disconnect from the world.

He could hear the footsteps and chattering of the students behind him though clearly as he could see which was extremely well. He made sure if he was made apparent in ones conversation that he would notate it in his mind. His president seemed to be just as stubborn as always when it came to using the powers that they were gifted all the while blowing caution out to the wind. Feeling a vibration in his pocket he removed a hand from the windowsill and checked his phone, the message was by an I.D. he'd never hear before so he responded.

At the name who appeared in the text his hand grasped tighter around the phone as he remembered who she was.. Someone who he hadn't heard from in a long time. He slipped his phone back in his pocket and leaned against the wall, his head rose to face the ceiling of the floor above him and his eyes shut. He seemed to be disproving of something but since he's the strong silent type it didn't show in his aura or anything as he pretty much just kept his thoughts to himself. Thankfully no one was around him in the moments of surveillance he had made before, with that in mind he heaved another sigh from his mouth and just continued to think through things.

Alice was watching the pond still, the fished seemed to enjoy their new found company with the purple haired girl. From her corner, she could hear the murmurs and gasps of people who had been watching the fight. This probably meant that someone had indeed won the fight, landing a person in the hospital based on the reactions that she heard.

Her peace was soon interrupted with two boys coming over to where she was currently located. One with red hair and another with white, this is just my luck that no one is leaving me alone today. She internally groaned, not expressing in on her face at least. "The fish here are surprisingly happy, the person that takes care of them must be very proud." Alice said, not looking up from her view of the pond.

Glancing up from the koi pond, the light purple haired girl could only stare into question as to why these 2nd years were in front of her. Perhaps they are here to invite me to their club or maybe they would like to court me? She pushed her glasses back into her face, feeling them slightly lean off her nose.

Seeing as his friend left so quickly as he appeared, that only left the purple and white duo alone for some time. In order to break the ice, Alice would be the one to first speak up. "Oh uhm....I think you have the wrong person, I don't think that I'm interesting in the slightest." Alice noted, studying the person's appearance while talking. She just wanted a peaceful school life, hopefully this person would get the hint and try not to pursue whatever "feeling" he may have towards her.

Masu shook his head for a moment to clear it a little bit before realizing that the girl had said something and that led to the conversation. 'Kimitada.. why do you do this to me?' he thought to himself and moved the flyer that had been in his pocket out into his hands. He looked at her and for a moment looking over her face and the details even seeing her movements when it came to pushing up her glasses. His were in a satisfactory state for the moment so he left them alone. "You see I think you may be wrong there. I'm Masu Okamoto, a second year here. I am also the treasurer for the Supernatural Research club." He said pausing for a moment and offering the flyer to the club her way, a light purple bracelet was taped to the back of it.

"While I know you've probably been bombarded with clubs wanting to get you to join them, I would like to ask you to think about ours. We're a five member club and would be honored to take you aboard if you like." He said offering her a ginger smile before thinking about the matter of her being off by herself. A breeze gusted past, which meant Kimi would be looking for the girls with short skirts and the wind would move both Masu and Kimi's hair. Masu moved his hand to fix his own and glanced around for a moment. "Also I noticed you seemed to be out here by yourself, and that you seem to enjoy the pond we have here.. Would you like a tour around the campus or anything?" He asked wanting to make sure he didn't seem like the other pushy members of clubs trying to shove joining them down her throat. Of course he also wanted to ensure that they weren't on bad terms either, being as this girl was the one Shiro had mentioned.

Shiro had seemed so sure of this girl being some sort of power wielder but he couldn't detect the aura.. that was merely one of Shiro's talents that Masu didn't hold himself. Well if it was powerful enough he could so maybe this girl hadn't radiated nearly as much power as the rest he'd met. His eyes closed for a moment before he opened them again taking a moment to draw the words he was thinking to say, "Trust me I know this is an awkward thing since i'm not great at talking to people. If you ever feel like you need some assistance though or have an immediate question about campus or anything feel free to ask me or my club-mates. Except for our red-haired president.. he'll try to flirt with any girl he meets excessively but just shut him out and he should back down.. probably" He said hoping that would be enough of a warning to stay away from that devil Kimi. Just the memories of his first year here brought up memories of Kimi flirting with the third years and then getting shot down within seconds.

Maku walked away from the booth area, towards the layers of sakura trees that lined each path towards the respective dorms. Of course there were boy dorms, which paths were filled with japanese maple trees rather than sakura trees. It helped everyone not to get lost with the same trees everywhere on campus, this even included the staff as well.

The girl quickly ran up the path that was lined with sakura trees, pausing only slightly to greet the new juniors on her floor. Once she had arrived by the gate, the girl flashed her identification card towards the camera. With a buss and indicator of green from the monitor, the gate slowly opened to allow Maku inside the dorms.

"Thank you, sensei!" Maku yelled while sprinting inside, not even waiting for the door to open fully. She started to swiftly run up the stairs, making sure that she would reach her own dorm room quickly. Maku got the occasional weird looks from the other students as they were wondering why a blue haired girl was running up the steps like a madman.

Those looks didn't bother her too much, as she was surprised that she didn't trip over herself. Practically running down the hall to her room, the girl unlocked the door and slammed it behind her. From then on, Maku first ran into her bathroom to turn the hot water to her shower on. It takes a few minutes for the water to heat up and Maku didn't want to use her power irresponsibly like the others today.

The girl then started to strip off her clothing; first her top then her skirts and finally the rest of her outfit. She placed her clothing into the small basket, she pulled out the clips in her hair and placed them on her table. Maku's light blue hair came free from their heights, reaching the middle of her back.

Luna was watched as most of the people here were confused, a slight smirked found it's way on her face. She felt so much better after being allowed to hit someone for once, half the time either Maku or Shiro would stop her before then. They didn't want to cause anymore trouble than what she already did, which was somewhat understandable coming from them.

Luna after all could sometimes get out of hand while fighting, so it was natural to scold her so much. Many of the students surrounding the knocked out jock were already spreading rumors of what happened in the fight. Overhearing what they were talking about, the girl meekly laughed to herself with their rumor about how he had passed out after one hit.

Silly humans with their over active imaginations. Luna thought, glancing back at the crowd. With seeing as the student council was now on their way, the brown haired girl lazily walked back to the booth. As she neared the booth, Luna noticed that all her group members had left the area.

She simply walked inside the booth, glancing around the area to see where they ran off to. She saw Masu with a purple haired girl and Kimi with a group of 1st years, which meant there was no Maku and Shiro in sight. "Ah, where did everyone run off to? Leaving me to do the dirty work while they get to run off." She sighed, sitting on her chair at the booth.

Shiro

Upon contemplating the text messages he received, the decision to hide what was said between him and S stayed in mind. That decision in mind he needed to be around something he knew he could rely on being a constant. Maybe Kimi would be flirting at the booth when he got there.. that's what he could hope for at least.

With that he walked down the staircase with his hands in pockets and moved out toward the doors. He opened one and stepped out, upon noticing a group of first-years heading in he held the door open for them and nodded to the thanks he received. From there he let the door shut and walked off to his clubs booth where he saw... Luna.

He looked at her for a moment and offered a wave to her beyond that he opened his jacket and pulled out a bottled water he'd bought from the machine inside. Sitting it on the booth beside her he decided she may want it regardless of her whole not being human thing. She had beaten down the jock and while irresponsible he was still glad his team was so defensive of one another.

He was half tempted to praise her like a school child and pat her on the head until he realised that may just anger her. If she got angered that would probably get him killed.. if he didn't just avoid her usual combat moves of course. Which due to his own memorization was excessively easy, not only because her know her but also because he knows how to adapt quickly.

Speaking with the first years was fun and exceptionally easy for Kimi to do, but he still had Maku on his brain. Was she really alright after the tumble or did she have some sort of. "Kimi! Do you really think I'm beautiful?" One of the first years clamored and some others asked the same.

"Ladies ladies. You're all beautiful roses that I would love spending all day admiring, even to the point that your spines would splice the skin of my palms" he said in his classic romantic tone that made all of the girls heart quake and melt like butter. Blushes and giggled erupted in the crowd of at least six, some of the first year boys were shooting him death glares which didn't worry him in the slightest of course.

"My my... so many lovely women but I'm afraid our time together has grown short. I bid thee adieu." Kimi said then kissed one of the ladies atop the hand and walked off to the front gate of the school, to allow himself time to flirt with the later party of girls to appear.

Alice made sure to keep eye contact with the male in front of her, since it was respectful to do so to a senior. The girl had to make sure that she didn't offend him in the process, that would be frowned upon in her class after all. She examined the flyer that Masu handed to her, taking off the bracelet. "Is this a free of charge bracelet or does it come with the club?" She asked, a bit skeptical of the male in front of her despite him being her senior.

Alice wasn't one to talk to people much, so she stayed quiet for most of the time he was talking. The wind calmly blew threw her hair, making her nose itch a little. "M-Mew! S-Sorry..." She tried muffling her sneeze, holding her nose the other way from the senior's way. After he was done talking for the meantime, Alice shook her head then went back to looking at the koi pond.

After some time she replied, "I'll think about joining your club....however, I would like to accept that offer of a tour. So where to first senior captain?." With that in mind, Alice picked herself off the ground and walked next to the male in question.

Luna watched with a bored expression plastered on her face, she so didn't like being here in the first place. It was quite boring to be there by herself, watching the clouds roll by ever so slightly. Highly boring, wish that the others were here for once. She thought, blowing hair off her face, that had been covering her eyes. The crowd from earlier had already dispersed, the jock had been taken to the nurse's office ever since the school council showed up.

Now the brown haired girl had indeed gotten questioned but since no one could prove it was indeed her that beat his ass, they let her go. Now here she was, sitting at the supernatural booth with nothing to do. Most of the people from the crowd had chosen to avoid this club entirely, probably afraid of what Luna could do to them. The girl zoned out for a bit, only to get interrupted by Shiro of all people.

Shiro was one to not talk much, though she has yet to hear anything more than noises from him. "Thanks." That was all she said before grabbing the water bottle. Bring up the water to her mouth, she started to drink the water rather quickly. During that entire fight earlier, she needed a way of cooling her body off so she wouldn't over heat.

Luna looked up at Shiro once more, a questionable look plastered on her face towards the male. "What do you want this time, Shiro?" She sighed, looking at him. Hopefully it wouldn't be something stupid or anything like that.

Masu smiled at her comment over whether or not the bracelet was free of charge, he even chuckled at the question due to the fact it may have come across as a hidden contract. "No no. It's not tied to force you into the club, we offer a bracelet for free to all the first years as that welcomes them to the school as well." He said to ensure her that it wasn't some sort of hidden ritual bracelet. But then again that would've been a smart tactic which he had yet to think about, and maybe that would bring more people into their club. Though that was an interesting market-ploy he paid no mind to it, then he heard her adorable sneeze and smiled "That's actually one of the cutest things i've ever heard. Oh and bless you" He said before she stood and asked him where they were going to be going to.

"Well... we might as well start from where we are, The koi pond which was created by our principal a year ago." Masu said simply knowing that she was probably unsure of the history behind the pond itself and possible the rest of the school. That was of course why he was here to begin with and stepped away from the pond a short ways, "Then you have the basic yard of the school up out front here." He said motioning to the grand area that was the courtyard. "Following that would require us to enter the building so I can show you the first-years hall" He said motioning for her to follow and beginning to walk towards the school building. Kimi spotted him from a distance and gave him a thumbs up for how far he was getting while in the meantime, Kimi himself had just managed to escape from the mob of girls who were now further away from the gate.

What Kimi was going to do now no one knew but him so they left it that way. Along the way Masu noticed Shiro and Luna at the table, "Of course you can see from the booths this is where most clubs show out during the first day or two. Thus being one reason you were swarmed so heavily today." He said knowing too much about this stupid club thing than he would have wanted to. But then again when you were a higher member in your club you didn't get much choice than than, he'd known the gang for only the first year they'd been together, but he knew the other members had known one another for different lengths of time.

After arriving to the front of the building, he held it open for Alice to go through and upon having such complete he let it shut behind them and continued her tour of the first level where the first-years classes would take place in.
Shiro

Shiro simply shook his head to her question about him wanting something from her, which wasn't his personal goals on the matter. Since he was just planning on congratulating her but now that she said this... he didn't know whether to congratulate her or scold her over things. He took out a notepad and began to scribble away at it diligently, every movement of his pen made a gently scratch against the notepad.

The scratching continued for a bit until he finished and turned the notepad her way so that she could read what he wrote on the paper, though it only required one hand for him to do so and he held the pen in his other hand, the other hand being his left hand of course. So in his right hand he held the notepad an in the left 'his writing hand' he held the pen. The paper read, "It's not that I want anything from you, Just figured this was the least I could do to say thank you. I say this so that you know I am thankful for you defending out team" He moved the notepad back around and flipped to another page as he began to scribble once more.

He seemed to be focused on making his handwriting as perfect as possible as he would write quickly and yet every time he turned it around the writing was always quite good. This time he turned it back around to say another message, "But if I was to ask something from you.. it would be not to get mad if I preform a specific action." He wrote this and made sure she had time to ready it before he put the notepad back to face him once more and tapped on his chin with the pen causing the slightest sound of mechanical clicking.

He thought for a moment and flipped to the next page for a moment before scribbling on it once more for a few moments and then turned it back to her once more, "In exchange for fulfilling the previously mentioned request I will fulfill one request which you make for me." while it was just writing you could tell from how it was written that this was a true promise of dedication without any shadow of a doubt to be had on the subject given. After ensuring she had the time to read that he put the notepad and pen back into his pockets for each of the respective sides and awaited a response.

Maku stepped herself into the shower, letting the hot water seep onto her body. She enjoyed the feeling of the water running down her body, it was a nice muscle relaxer. During the time that the girl was in the shower, she washed her chest and her hair really well until her fingers felt no dirt from earlier.

She reached for the knob then turned off the water, while opening the glass door to step out the shower. The steam from the shower filled room, Maku had reached for the tower to dry herself off, wrapping it quickly around her body.

She walked out of the bathroom, grabbing her clothing from the rack. She would then proceed to start dressing herself while waiting for her hair to air dry. Of course, Maku had sneakily used some of her magic to dispel most of the water so it would only take 10 minutes for her hair to dry.

During this time, Maku tied waterproof black ribbons into her hair; making two neat twintails. "Hmpf, knowing everyone. They're probably all slacking off since I'm gone." She laughed to herself. So there she sat in her room, waiting for her hair to dry while lacing up the remainder of her dress.

Kimi had just finished with the first year that had found him and rubbed up against his body moving her body to try and be closer to him. She was quite the fearless redhead girl and honestly could've just not tried to get with him so desperately, but she did choose to do that so he couldn't exactly do anything to complain on it. Before she had left, she kissed him on the cheek and then walked off giving him a nice thought on top of his head before he was left alone at the gates again. His eyes moved over to the dormitories and he noticed some girls walking out of their dorms which brought him to remember the fact that Maku was going on a date. So he felt a pang in his chest that he didn't fully understand, maybe it was from his lack of eating today so far telling him that he was hungry. Regardless of the fact he pushed that out of his brain and turned back seeing Masu and his girl walking off to the building and Shiro seeming to be.. chatting up Luna?

Kimi almost cracked a smile at that, not because Shiro was having some sort of conversation with a girl but because he seemed.. actually thoughtful on the matter rather than bored immediately. Either he had a thing for Luna in the year he knew her or... he was hiding something, both of which were possible but which one was true could be far different from anything else. For not Kimi wouldn't interrupt his teammate's conversations so he had to distract himself and just think about what he was going to do, maybe he could just text Maku and see how her whole things were getting along. After all it was only right of a club president to bring out the best and ensure the best results in their activities.

With a contempt sigh he put his phone back in his pocket and laid against one of the two brick pillars that made the gates entrance, he waited hand in pocket for a response and when it buzzed he checked to realize it was just some random phone update that he shrugged off and ignored now being slightly upset that it was just some stupid message from no one.
