and you won't need to change too much. Perhaps Grace was bullied coz she was a girl and generally weaker and easily targetable due to her more submissive and quiet personality?
Maybe due to such, Grace looks up to Elena in a way and wants to strive to be more like her? to be strong?

Some Rper prefer building up their relationship once the RP start or before. I think that creating relationships before the RP starts can help people on their first post. But with the beginning there will be a plenty of opportunity for your character to be introduced with the other Rper.
