Hey, yes it's still open. For your powers, if you maintain a fair balance over your powers and his flaws (For exemple : His weakness) and he doesn't soloed every characters in the RP he will be ok. If you are not sure about your powers you can post him and i will see if something is too powerful

I think that only Elena from my character pool could have developed some bounds toward your character, i don't see how Nathan or Blast could have met up with her since they are pretty busy. I'm up for a friend relationship if you want !

i haven't planned much on her backstory so we can collaborate there?

i was thinking that Grace's deteriorating eyesight might be due to her being a survivor of Blast's first explosion crisis which badly damaged her eyes.

Of course. Since your character is blind and Elena is person that like to help people who need it, we could have those two meting up at school ? Or maybe your character needed help and Elena came over helping you ?

that would mean that they would've had to meet in highschool, which would suggest that they have been friends for quite a while which works! Maybe Elena gave Grace support after the crisis?
