I think overall the concept is fine, I'm just a little iffy about the time limit and boost percentages. I want the ability to feel the most useful at night, but not super pathetic during the day that it isn't used even if it could help out in a bind.

Just an FYI! I will be out for some time on business, depending on my schedule I will not be able to continuously be on RPN, but I will frequent it on my free-time! I will fully return on Aug. 1st!
