Hello, I am recruiting members for my country in a RP called A Fragile Peace. My country is shown below, it is the House of Lonaneyal located in the land of Rohenwien. The element of power is Death and nobles have the ability to bless others to grow stronger after every death.
The House of Lonaneyal was started from a group of religious refugees who believed that Death was the answer to Life. They followed their beliefs to a new land deep in the middle of a mountain range and called it Rohenwien.
The religion grew, into a house, which grew into a profitable kingdom. The current head of the House of Lonaneyal is the All Father. (open to be played.) He was once a powerful and dangerous warrior of origins unknown. He lead the wars that made the House of Lonaneyal known. However, now in his age he has lost much of his edge and has a kind and peaceful demeanor (Mostly thanks to Rionah's mother). He has had many many wives and even more children most blessed with the ability of Death.
His current wife is a young redheaded woman. (Open to be played). Not much is known about her and her daughter. Although there is blatant distrust between them and the other members of the royal family.

This kingdoms wasn't always as corruptible as it is now. It is no fault of the monarch's that run it. It is hidden deep beneath in the religion and in the King and Queen. It is full of deception and deceit and everyone is planning a takeover of some kind.

Death
Element Usage: With every death, the killer if Lonaneyal will become stronger, faster and more alert. It is blessed by the Horned Leader, however, is extremely useful in times of war. It is only the Horned Leader and the Royal family who has the ability to bless others.

Not only the magical creature, but also the religious figure of the Lonaneyal people, the Cernunnos.
"The Horned One" is a god of fertility, life, animals, wealth, and most importantly the underworld. Cernunnos is depicted with the antlers of a stag, sometimes carries a purse filled with coin. The Horned God is born at the winter solstice, marries the goddess at Beltane, and dies at the summer solstice. He alternates with the goddess of the moon in ruling over life and death, continuing the cycle of death, rebirth and reincarnation.
Romans sometimes portrayed him with three crows flying above his head. Known to the Druids as Hu Gadarn. God of the underworld and astral planes.
Cost:
The effect from deaths, shortens overtime after every death created. It depletes and depletes until the effect is no longer effective. It is only replenished after resting and drinking the pure water of Lonaneyal.
When can you use it:
It can be used after being the cause of death of another person. Only allowed on battle, every solider can use this ability, making the army one of the most powerful of its time.

Name: Kiara, The 2nd commander of the Black Army
Gender: female
Age: 36
Nation of Origin: Rhorewien (Lonaneyal)
Skills: Swordsmanship, Strategy, Ruthlessness
Weaknesses: Workaholic, Zealotry, her children (Vanna & Nox)
Personality: A cold-hearted witch on the battlefield, a passionate vixen in the bedroom, Kiara is a person of duality. Her loyalty to her country and family is unquestionable, her loyalty to the country’s rulers… not so much. Over the years she has taken many a man to her bed. As a result, noone knows who the fathers of her two children are, it’s possible Kiara doesn’t even know herself, or cares. She doesn’t want to commit to any man emotionally, but she’ll stand for every single soldier under her command like they are her family, and in a way, they are.
Backstory:Kiara has fought in Lonaneyal’s army for as long as she can remember. Her skill with the blade and her grasp of tactics eventually saw her promoted to 2nd commander of the Black Army, one of the highest honours a commoner can achieve. For a long time, she was content with her position in the world, but then a string of military losses and the backlash she received from them darkened her heart. She lost many friends in those battles, nearly lost her children a few times, and she has begun to blame Lonaneyal’s rulership for her failures. If the King wasn’t so inept, the three powers would have never reached this state of corruption, and then backstabbing and designed-to-fail military missions wouldn’t have put Kiara’s children is such needlessly dangerous situations.
Over time, her resentment grew and now Kiara is actively plotting against the King and everyone else she deems corrupt, nobles and officials alike.
She has secretively placed her support in the only noble she thinks can weed out the corruption that is festering in her homeland, Rionah Noranna Lonaneyal.

History:
Faith. Faith is what started the empire of in Rhorewien to the Great House of Lonaneyal. Starting from a small movement of religious refugees who settled in a new area, the Lonaneyl house grew. The population boomed vastly and children became stronger and healthier. Buildings were built, houses expanded, mines were opened and farms were established. The mines flooded precious gold and ores, the farms were growing steadily and the falls were found. The house of Lonaneyal became a strong and independent realm. Staying far away from other forces, living a peaceful and sheltered life Lonaneyal became a strong power. However, being so separated from the other realms prevented the necessary battle experience.
The kingdom's current All Father used to be a seasoned warrior who attacked a neighboring kingdom once before. He was considered a great fighter, and a even better lover as he only retreated due to finding Riona's future mother. It is unknown how many wives the All Father is taken, however, every child has even recorded. In his later years the All Father has become more peaceful and calm. Which was good for the kingdom, but created a dark opening for another power to take them.
Recently the kingdom is in the midst of a odd power struggle. The church, the castle and the army are all fighting for power. The most corrupt location, is the church The youngest of the All Father's triplets and head of the church is working with her sisters in keeping their status and power. However, she doesn't know that her subordinate is conspiring to overthrow her and her sister, through means of corruption. Meanwhile the Army's commander Kiara is plotting to overthrow the current King. Due to her fails at war and her large infatuation with men. In the Castle the princes and princesses plot to overthrow the whole corrupt chain of command, using deceptive means to overthrow the other commanders. The are making progress, but have annoying tasks given to them by the Queen.

Ideology:
Cernunnos is the head deity of the Lonaneyal religion. Based on two religious animals the back crow and the white stag. Known to be friends in the story the crow and the deer. Symbolisms of life and death working together hand in hand. The crow saves the deer from being killed by a hunter. Death rescuing life was emphasized by the Lonaneyal house, Death will prolong life.
There was a small jungle in which a crow and deer were friends. The deer was so beautiful and huge; a fox always wanted to kill and was seeking the right time for it. But, if anything (or) anyone comes near the deer, the crow will alert the deer by making its sound "Kaa…..Kaa".
One day, the fox with full of fresh grass, came infront of the deer and offered towards it. The deer was confused and at the same time, it was so surprised. It asked the fox why it is offering the grass. The fox told "Yesterday, I saw your leg was struck by the throne. I saw even the crow taking out it from your leg. Since, you could feel the pain; I took some fresh grass for you. Accept me as your friend". The deer did not know what to say and stood in silence; after the poisoned words of the fox, the deer accepted it as its friend and accepted the grass too.
The fox left that place thinking that it has won over the deer and it will soon fall as its prey.
The crow was seeing all this and questioned the deer! "How can you accept him as your friend? I think he is making a plan for you to eat!" The deer answered "Never see in the wrong way always. Like how you are so close to, he is also offering me with grass. He may be good".
The crow stood in silence and thought "Oh poor deer! You are now surrounded by the cunning plan of the fox".
Thinking of it, the crow left that place but at the same time, he did not stopped following and helping the deer.
The cunning fox was taken up a by a hunter. It used to pretend like being friends with other forest animals and get them towards the place of the hunter. The hunter kills those animals and gives some part to the cunning fox.
One day, the fox went to the deer as said "Hi friend ! come with me I'll take you to a place where you can find some fresh grass. You would have never eaten the fresh grass like that"! falling into the cunning words of the fox, the deer got trapped by the hunter.
The deer with tears thought, about the words of the crow. The crow went in search of the deer and finally saw the deer being trapped by the hunter.
The crow said "Ok my friend! Don't worry. I'll help you in getting out. You pretend like you are dead and I'll just poke you with my nose. The hunter will come to take the net and that you run at a great speed.
The deer followed exactly like the way the crow said ; the hunter came towards the deer and opened the net. The crow gave the signal to the deer and at once, the deer started to run. On seeing the deer running out from him, he threw a long stick on the deer, the stick hit the head of the fox instead of hitting the deer. Since, the stick was too heavy, the fox died at the place at once.
Both the crow and the deer escaped from that place and led a friendly life.
Children! Think of the crow! It used to be friend for always. It gave the good advice for the deer and also it warned the fox. Never fall in to the prey of any others who speak with the honey - dew words as they may be danger at any point of time.
Church Power:
Growing stronger, the nobles had the power to bless others to become stronger after death. They had unnatural powers to see the undead and on occasion communicate with them. In earlier years the nobles were head of the church and considered saviors. The church was where the House of Lonaneyal was founded upon and then it branched out into a kingdom with an army. The church has a great sway over the people who live there.
Bias:
Although the church focuses on death, they do not needlessly kill. There are no sacrifices anywhere other than the battlefield or hunting. They believe that all life is sacred and should be protected. However, they do have vary gruesome depictions and renditions of religious events, such as eating the hearts of the creatures that are killed and wearing the bones of dead sacrifices.
Their deity Cernunnos was the patron god of fertility, life, animals, wealth, and most importantly the underworld. They celebrate all of these aspects through various forms of expression including dance and sacrifice.
Practice:
The bias makes the practices of the Religion something that only savages would do. However it is normal in every way. There is a church with daily ceremonies consisting of rhythmic dancing, readings, and blessings. The Horned leader the Badb and the Herne take both sides of the church and merge their energies together through the dance of union. There are annual sacrifices in which a deer and a captured and the crow is sown inside the deer. The deer is taken care of for a year and then is cut open. If the bird comes out alive the next year will be prosperous. If the crow comes out dead or the deer dies, the next year will be tragic. For 900 years, neither the deer or the crow has died.
(The bird used in these rituals is a rare bird only found in the Rhorewien, it can live on one meal for a entire year and a half.)
Marriage is made by Handfasting. After the bride and groom both declare their intent to enter into this union, the hands of the couple are clasped and fastened together with a cord or cords just before, just after, or during their vows are made to one another. The wrapping of the cord forms an infinity symbol. The handfasting knot that is tied is a symbolic representation of oneness between the couple. In a show of unity, they become bound to each other. The cord is made with the blood of a deer and a crow hunted by the bride and groom.
His coming was so quiet,
Lightly, lightly,
Stepping between two firs.
I thought he had grown from the air
A cloud-beast,
Sailing between two regions,
Child of the toad-brown bog,
The cauldron, mist,
Whose vipers' tails
Curled slithery down the hill.
He stood, a living quest,
In the dying sun.
He was brideless, brideless,
I could have kissed
The ground that held him;
The riven veins of his antlers
Ran with fire. Like amethyst
His eyes. No Nature's plaything -
That much compelled my reverence.
His crown, an out-stretched tree
Bark-branching, horned in gold,
Embraced the sky.
He was a king, certainly.
After his silent going, I
Was leaderless, leaderless.
The space where he had been
Was empty. A lake of loss
No footprint marked his passing,
He took his shadow with him
Like a cross.
It was as if a sage
Carried his knowledge,
Peerless, peerless,
Into another age.
Current Info:
Everyone of noble blood has the ability to bless others. However, women have a stronger connection to the element of Death. Women having the connection of birth and death, therefore are closer to Death and Cernunnos. The king married a native Rhoernwein woman who the people called The white witch.
She had triplets, these triplets became the three children with the most power. The King, who ruled the kingdom's army with an iron fits until she became infatuated with lust. The Queen who rules kingdom and country with strength of mind. The last the Horned leader who has the most powerful blessing and the strongest faith.
Rionah, the daughter of the king cannot bless others she has the powers of Life instead (Given to her by her Alishtar mother). It is a great shame to the family so they keep it under wraps. Although, the Horned Leader, believed she might be the fabled Dimidium a half light half dark creature of great prosperity, success and power found in the Legend of the Cryptids.
