Fandom Boku no Hero: Peace Sign Academia Characters

Hey Idea Idea sorry, it took a while for me to adjust, classes and all. I have made the necessary adjustments to Kaito's backstory to better fit his character. I also added bits to the likes,dislikes, mannerisms, and item.

Kazuo is rambunctious and optimistic, always striving achieve a new goal. He doesn't see himself as a leader, but someone that anyone can rely on. He acts as a friend to almost everyone, sometime bothering others by how close he is acting to people he barely knows, but personally he trusts in the good of everyone. He puts all of his time and energy to training, and tries to give the same to school, but the classroom isn't the most comfortable environment for him. Kazuo is inwardly critical of himself, but forces not to show his own self-loathing, knowing in his heart that it's useless even though it's a habit he can't break. There's a sense of “proving himself” to his peers and, most importantly, his father. He pushes himself past his limit often in high-pressure situations, partially because of ego, but also because he has a need to be useful.
Talking about his fears will cause him to act sporadically. He will never admit to his fears, afraid of being seen as weak, and it usually ends up in him freezing up when trying to prove people wrong.
There aren't enough serious flaws, please add more.

After doing some research I'mma make the black parts Neoprine (rubbery material wetsuits are made from), and if you look at the helmet there it's a blue visor (probably made of glass) to see though.

As for the alluminum it is one of the softer weaker metals on the periodic table. Even when it's thicker (and this suit is not thick). I also chose it because unlike most metals it is corrosion resistant, which helps cause of all the water.

Hydroid Suit Prototype- The hydroid suit is made from porous neoprene(black parts), and lightweight aluminum(silver parts).It stores secreted water from Kaito's skin and use it to power the suit and keep him hydrated making his quirk far more efficient. Noozles on the palms of the suit and soles of the feet allow Kaito to use his abilities with more ease.Inside, the helmet Kaito can monitor his bodies fluid level.

Personality:
Kaito is a reserved kid, who knows exactly what he wants in life and strives to obtain it. Kaito's humility and optimism are what allow him to focus on improving his quirk, and his discipline keeps him out of trouble. There is no challenge or obstacle in Kaito's mind that is too cumbersome for the young hero to be, or at least that's how he portrays himself.

In reality, Kaito is a complete and utter anxious mess. Each and every day he laments being born with such a weak and useless quirk. Against his better judgment, Kaito even finds himself envious of his peers at times. Kaito isn't shy or reserved he just struggles to make new friends, what would they think of him when they found out just how helpless he was. Constant belittlement in his past chipped away at his self-confidence and esteem. He swims constantly to keep his mind busy and away from darker thoughts. Despite his overwhelming pessimism, Kaito knew one thing for sure, he needed to become a hero, and the only obstacle that stands in his way is his own self-depreciation.

Dislikes: His own quirk, parties, bullies, feeling useless, and being laughed at.
Fears: Being too weak to save anyone and rejection from his peers.
Mannerisms: Kaito is a soft-spoken kid. His mind is always full of things to say, but he often keeps them to himself. Mistaken for a boring person, Kaito just lacks the extroversion necessary to freely speak his mind. He also cannot control his water secretion when he is nervous, making for very awkward situations.

Backstory:
Kaito was born an only child to the owners of the renowned restaurant, Sushi Saito. Kaito's parents loved running their restaurant so much they gave their first born son a name that would remind them of it. Kaito was groomed by his loving parents to succeed them in running the family business, and Kaito was eager to take the role. Kaito was much less eager about school. During his youth, Kaito had a habit of secreting water whenever he got nervous or anxious. Because of this and the fact that his father was quirkless, Kaito was often mocked by his peers, their words hurt but Kaito could always find solace in his parent's kitchen. However, one wintry night the restaurant had the misfortune of being targeted by two thieving villains. Kaito's father tried to fend off the villainous duo, however, he was a quirkless man and stood no chance. Seeing his father losing to those men sparked something in Kaito causing him to confront the two villains himself.The two fiends savagely beat down Saito and his father, and Kaito thought he just might die if two men continued their ruthless assault. It was that night he realized just how weak he was; just how little he could protect. But just as all hope was lost and Kaito lingered on the cusp of consciousness a mighty voice echoed out into the night.

"It's fine now. Why? Because I am here!" Kaito heard the hero say as he faded into unconsciousness.

It was that winter night that changed Kaito forever. He had never considered becoming a hero, his quirk wasn't suited for combat. He had grown up in quiet comfort for so long, never really needing anything. But, after that night it was all he could think about. He had never before wanted something so desperately. Kaito swore to his parent's that he would become a hero of justice despite his seemingly lack-luster quirk. He turned his hobby of swimming into a way to train his body. Leisurely swims turned into intense workouts to compete on a national level. Kaito's infectious passion even spread to his best friend Cho, who joined him on his workouts and trained with him until an opportunity appeared, the Peace Sign Academy Entrance Exam. This was just the chance he needed.

Relationships:
Mother- Kaito's mother bears the quirk Aqueous Skin which allows her to form a clear coat of water on her skin. While not the most practical she used her quirk to assume Kaito in his early years. She is a kind and doting mother who wishes that her son's dreams of becoming a hero come true.

Father- Kaito's father was not unlike his mother. He is a kind and good-hearted honest man. However, unlike Kaito's mother, his father was more a realist. He is happy his son has the passion to become a hero, but he didn't want his son to waste his time chasing a distant dream. Instead, he would rather Kaito join him in running his families illustrious restaurant, "Sushi Saito."

Best friend- Cho Yujin, Kaito's best friend and crush since primary school shared his dream to become a hero, but where he excelled Cho fell short. Undeterred, however, Cho remains confident that she will one day become a hero alongside Kaito.

Quirk: Osmosis- Kaito is able to control his bodies own osmotic pressure allowing him to absorb and secrete water at will.

In order to take water into his body, Kaito must make physical contact with the source (body of water, tree, human). Kaito then increases his osmotic pressure allowing for water to slowly seep into his body. The speed of the absorption depends on two factors: the amount of contact with the source (two hands absorb faster than one) and purity of the source (water from a freshwater lake can be absorbed much faster than water from a tree or a human).
In order to secrete water from his body, Kaito decreases his osmotic pressure allowing for water to slowly seep out of his pore coating his skin and leaving him drenched. If he is making contact with a container of water (lake or a person) he can infuse water back into them. Kaito has also learned to use this ability to "skate" on a layer of water constantly being excreted from the soles of his feet, however, this requires him to be barefoot.

Kaito's body normally holds 40 Liters of water in his body (Average human body to water ratio). The maximum amount of water Kaito's body can hold is 70 Liters. It takes him approximately 5 mins of absorption (from a pure source) to reach his max. When he is at his maximum he looks extremely bloated and waddles when he tries to run. If he tries to absorb water past his limit his cells begin to take in too much water and slowly rupture until he returns to his limit (Though, Kaito has no way to track this and can only rely on his gut to tell when he close to his limit). If Kaito's body water falls below 30 Liters due to overuse of his secretion ability, he becomes fatigued and dehydrated.

Special Moves: Collision Stream! - If Kaito concentrates on a singular point on his body and puts all his energy into secreting, he can fire off a single powerful jet stream of water (Strong enough to knock a PSA teacher off his feet if he wasn't paying attention). However, using the move guaranteed to put Kaito in a state of dehydration unless he was filled to his maximum with water.

Skills/talents:
Swimming- Kaito is an adept swimmer, and has been competing in nationally ranked swimming tournament for years. When swimming recreationally he can use his quirk to absorb the water in front of his and secrete it behind him allowing him to swim much faster than he could unaided.

Sushi Preparation- While working in his parent's sushi bar he has picked up a few sushi secrets, and while he is not as good as his parents he is still an adept sushi chef. Meanwhile, properly boiling an egg still remains a struggle.

Personality: Anri is a social creature, she enjoys the happiness conversing with friends brings her. Typically she is the ring-leader of a group of friends. Not necessarily the most powerful one of the group, but definitely the most enjoyable to be around. Always suggesting activities and joking around, it is rare for her to not find friends in new settings. Despite this, she is also very self-conscious. Due to her quirk, she finds it difficult to eat food for a prolonged amount of time. Everything that enters her mouth is either frozen or frosted over. This ends up in her having to chew a lot. The displeasure of having every meal be an exercise has caused her to grow up fairly small and thin. She always worries that she's too small and that people judge her. This lead to her over-compensating by being overly open, trying to please everyone she meets.

Loud Noises - Nakumara is a fairly quiet person who takes comfort in soft sounds . . . Loud noises startle him, and give him an uneasy feeling. Similar to his fear of dogs, loud noises make it hard for him to keep whatever composure he had.

Mannerisms:
Naku wears a paperbag over his head, at all times he is visible. When anxious or upset, Naku tugs at the ends of his paperbag as if tying to get himself inside of it more . . . He also has a habit of hiding in a variety of places in the library, under a desk being his favorite.

Once Hibiki was eight a murder of one of his classmates had occurred, his only real connection to the case was the fact that his father was assigned to it. However his father wound up telling him about the fact that the boy's friend was unfortunately witness to the crime and to be sure to remember to be sensitive to them.
I'm really confused by this, could you clarify?

Hibiki is someone who's quick to learn all the rules. Not only does he try to stick to them, he chases down others who don't. In fact he's more likely to be found trying to be the voice of reason for troublemakers than anywhere else, though this leads to him getting dragged into the trouble as well.
He's a strong believer in the power of a solid structured approach to everything, and tends to fall into wasting time when it comes to unstructured learning or needing to improvise. He the type to fall back and plan before making a move.
Promises are very important to him. Someone should only give their word if they know that it's something that will be done. When he commits to something he puts her all into it. It's something that comes before all else to him.
Something Hibiki constantly struggles with is reliance in his own strengths. He takes failure hard and easily falls into cycles of self doubt. He ignores factors that contribute to a plan failing and tends to fall into the believe that he's worse than what he actually is. This makes him hesitate in critical moments even when he has the clear advantage.
Another thing that Hibiki finds himself needing to work on is staying cool under pressure. Once he's run out of plans that's it for his own patience he gets angry and lashes out at those closest to him at the time. He refuses to listen to anything not bathed in facts. It doesn't matter if its a better idea, he'll just keep repeating the same failures.
A lot of these are almost serious flaws, so I'm just gonna have to ask you to add 1 more serious flaw.

Appearance:
Omari is a somewhat tall (6'0") young man of Kenyan descent. He is characterized by his unusual vertical cat-like pupils and impressive physique, not unlike the animal his tribal clan are named for. His hair is in the style of a Mohawk with tapered sides, he bears a cross-shaped mark along the lower right side of his jaw. This along with some budding facial hair gives Omari a more roguish type of appearance, hinting at his more experienced nature.

Omari's overall physicality is lean but solid with definition similar that of someone who regularly engages in rigorous exercise

Hero Costume:
As the Red Lion, Omari appears in a formal Kevlar weaved suit of sorts bearing resemblance to the animal he's named after.The grain of his suit appears to have a kente pattern-like design. A signifying touch of Kenyan pride.

His suit is invariably a dark red in color, with white, sometimes gold outer trimming. His suit appears to have a woven mane design arranged around the back and shoulder portion.

His overall appearance is meant to convey the presence of a sleek but intimidating looking predator

Personality:
As far as personalities go, Omari is a bit of an outlier. a good word to describe him would be "Outsider".

He looks like he could play the part of the delinquent, with his unruled hair and choice in fashion, the way he handles himself in a fight and his choice to use modified claws, would imply that he's not averse or unfamiliar with the ways of force, though this is somewhat misleading, a character like a lion is meant to have an intimidating presence and he understands the psychology of warfare better than most, battles are won before they're even fought, beneath the ferocious predator-like exterior of the lion is a controlled interior, he's not a savage killer but rather a poised huntsman. He doesn't slay his opposition, rather he picks them apart methodically, and hunts them like a tactician, always staying a move or two ahead.


Omari is a category rebel and category rebels love to play with peoples expectations before "the reveal". More than anything else, Omari enjoys toying with his prey.

You wouldn't expect him to quote philosophers like Lao Zu and Machievalli or know as much about royal customs
. He manages to encapsulate the notion of the noble and the rogue, existing in unison rather than indistinct from one another. He is the prince who runs the night.

Fears:

Fear as a concept that many among the lion tribe would not readily embrace or admit to. The lion tribe pride themselves on being among the most fearless. Omari may indeed have fears like anyone else, but it's not something he'd acknowledge due to his own cultural upbringing. He'd be "in the closet" in regards to his own fears.

  • Omari has a tendency to stalk whoever he's speaking to, much like a lion, he circles about an individual or group before making his presence known.

Backstory: Omari originally hails from an autonomous province outside of Kenya known as the Veldtlands, the origins of the Veldtlands is that it was founded as a sanctuary state-ship for and by those possessing certain animal-related quirks amidst persecution. The Veldtlands and the people inhabiting them are a community onto themselves. It is somewhat of a "conglomerated" community, with individuals hailing throughout the continent, though mostly from neighboring townships where persecution was most profound. In many instances, those who's displayed these specialized quirks were shunned and treated with hostility, thus came the foundation for the Exodus movement.

Several "families" were integral in establishing the Veldtlands. Among them were a clan who'd serve as the first Chief's, the Lion Clan who rose to a position of prominence due to their political savvy. Omari is a descendant of this clan of course, however by the time Omari was born, the clan had already underwent decline, having been usurped from their position as leaders. Omari's father who served as the Presiding Chief at the time was a casualty of the revolt. As a result, his mother fled their homeland and settled abroad.

Omari spent the better portion of his life abroad in protection, living a kind of nomad lifestyle, learning and honing himself to be a great hunter and indispensable leader, for the day he'll rise to become his peoples hope.





Hero Style: His style of heroics could best be described as "Tracking and Special Ops". His way of doing things isn't particularly in-your-face or Inspiring, he does his work best in shadows.

Omari is not a traditional hero in the way All Might is, rather his definition of a hero is someone who makes necessary sacrifices for a "greater good". Omari is unsure whether it's a good thing for him to want to reclaim his right as Chief, he understands the difference between a hero and a ruler and understands the inherent contradiction. His path remains in doubt.


Quirk: Lion's Eye Ability, upon establishing eye contact with an onlooker this mutant-style quirk transmits a special response to the amygdala portion of the brain enabling the "fight or flight" response.

The fight-or-flight response (also called hyperarousal, or the acute stress response) is a physiological reaction that occurs in response to a perceived harmful event, attack, or threat to survival.It was first described by Walter Bradford Cannon.[a] His theory states that animals react to threats with a general discharge of the sympathetic nervous system, preparing the animal for fighting or fleeing.

The fight or flight actions also have polarity – the individual can either fight or flee against something that is threatening, such as a hungry lion, or fight for or fly towards something that is needed, such as the safety of the shore from a raging river.

To put things simply, Lion's Eye can be used to augment the body into a "threatened" state. Omari's Lion's Eye can do either of two things, initiate "fight" mode or "flee" mode. In most circumstances, his Quirk works to suit his "Warrior-Hunter" advantage style. Although he can't control the response an individual has to the prompt with absolute certainty, it's an ability that can be used within reasonable expectations.

Special Moves: Omari is able to use his Quirk on even himself to some extent. Looking into a mirror or reflection he can signal a "Fight-or-Flight" response to himself, augmenting his adrenaline and cortisol into a heightened state of arousal.

Items: There are the claws built into his costume, although they appear to be only cosmetic in function. Other than Omari has access to ointments, anecdotes and natural supplements. He may carry a compact mirror.

Although Hibiki's costume lacks in aesthetics it makes up for in practicality. The gloves are a bit thicker than show meant to reinforce his knuckles when he throws a punch while still leaving his fingers free. The insoles of the boots have shock absorbers, which while sound fancy won't really help outside of a jump more than a story high. The pants pockets are actually really deep meant to carry a lot. Eventually he plans to carry a wooden bokken attached to the belt, but he currently doesn't own one. As a note on aesthetics, his scarf piece can unfold to a cape but he usually keeps it as a scarf for warmth, also the initials on the back aren't SLH but HPM, standing for Hibiki 'Poloroid' Mori.

Personality:
Hibiki is someone who's quick to learn all the rules. Not only does he try to stick to them, he chases down others who don't. In fact he's more likely to be found trying to be the voice of reason for troublemakers than anywhere else, though this leads to him getting dragged into the trouble as well.
He's a strong believer in the power of a solid structured approach to everything, and tends to fall into wasting time when it comes to unstructured learning or needing to improvise. He the type to fall back and plan before making a move.
Promises are very important to him. Someone should only give their word if they know that it's something that will be done. When he commits to something he puts her all into it. It's something that comes before all else to him.
Something Hibiki constantly struggles with is reliance in his own strengths. He takes failure hard and easily falls into cycles of self doubt. He ignores factors that contribute to a plan failing and tends to fall into the believe that he's worse than what he actually is. This makes him hesitate in critical moments even when he has the clear advantage.
Another thing that Hibiki finds himself needing to work on is staying cool under pressure. Once he's run out of plans that's it for his own patience he gets angry and lashes out at those closest to him at the time. He refuses to listen to anything not bathed in facts. It doesn't matter if its a better idea, he'll just keep repeating the same failures.
The strongest factor that holds Hibiki back is his total hate of depending on others. He logically knows that he should and that it's nothing to be ashamed of but he's been protected all his life and cannot bring himself to willingly ask for that. He consistently goes past his own limits to avoid having to ask for help even when needed always feeling he has something to prove.

Backstory:


Hibiki is the youngest child of Natsumi and Itsuki Mori. Hibiki's parents had a rather lackluster marriage however as it was built upon attraction and a want of kids, without any real affection towards each other. Since neither cared much for each other they tended to conflict opinions on child-rearing and house rules with no compromises. Around the time Hibiki turned three his parents decided that it would be easier on everyone involved to simply separate as they were already becoming a split house hold. As the both wanted to raise their children they decided to compromise. While Hibiki's father wanted the siblings to be raised together and have them switch houses week by week, his mother had no such desire and decided to take Aina and leave Hibiki with Itsuki. As a result Itsuki doted on Hibiki since it was extremely rare that he had the chance to see Aina when she was young.

Hibiki grew up with high admiration for his father who was a police detective. In fact Hibiki had most of his early childhood personality shaped by the fact that he admired his father and his father's work. He was always the kid that was easily seen as "The mom friend", "The tattletale", or "The Nag". He got along with other rule abiding kids but typically wasn't close with them as they tended to avoid troublemakers while Hibiki ran straight for them in an attempt to get them to regret their actions. Often times he got along better with kids in higher grade levels.

Hibiki's father tended to deal with the cases that involved children as he was especially good with reassuring them. Sometimes his father would mention some of the kids that he had spoken with in an attempt to make Hibiki want to be more social with people his own age. This indirectly led to him developing his close childhood friendship with Hinata. When Hibiki was eight a murder of one of his classmates had occurred. His father, Itsuki, was assigned to the case to handle interviewing with the witness, who was the boy's young friend. Itsuki wound up telling Hibiki about the child in hopes that if they met Hibiki would be careful about the boy's feelings. From then on Hibiki was on the lookout for this kid. It wound up being Hinata who had been in a different class.

Hibiki had found the boy being harassed by some of the kids from their school and went in to tell them off. From then on Hibiki developed his first real friendship with Hinata and made a promise to both work their best to do everything they could to help others. Hibiki decided that fulfilling his part of the promise meant he'd need to be a lot stronger as he'd been treated with kids gloves since he had an overprotective father and a friend who wanted to throw himself in front of all forms of danger. They would often train together and practice recklessly. This was the norm up until about two years later when Hibiki's dad realized they were both serious. As a result his dad enrolled him in Capoeira classes as they focused heavily on movement and could be crafted into a strong fighting style for Hibiki that could get around his lack of a combative quirk.

-Natsumi Mori: Mother || Detached from, Hasn't spoken to in years, Doesn't know much aside from her quirk, and doesn't particularly care
-Itsuki Mori: Father || Extremely close with, thinks constantly of how his reactions should reflect on him
-Aina Mori: Older Sister(18) || Semi-Close, will listen to her advice but usually doesn't act upon it, they hang out occasionally but since Aina lives with his mother they don't see each other often. In fact Hibiki sees Aina much more since the girl became old enough to travel on her own.

-Hinata Maeda: Childhood Friend || The two met when they were young and became quick friends. Hinata and Hibiki vowed to become heroes together and plan to become a world class search and rescue team. Hibiki refers to his friend as "Nata-Chan".

Quirk:
Looking Glass:
Hibiki is capable of seeing past events play out like a movie when makes a rectangle with his fingers. He's able to "rewind" to specific points within the past three days, but once he stops rewinding he must watch it straight forward from then. In his current state he can only use it for fifteen minutes a day. He doesn't need to use all of his time at once however.

Special Moves:
PhotoFlash:
Hibiki uses three minutes worth of his daily total ability to rewind at such a high speed that the person on the other side of her quirk's activation sees a large flash of light. This temporarily stuns them for three seconds.

    Appearance: Otoshi is tall for his age, and his tallness is made only more evident by his slender physique and long, sleek black hair, which he typically wears either slicked back or up in a ponytail. His eyes are nearly all black. As far as conventional beauty goes, Otoshi could be considered attractive if not for his near-permanent vacant expression.

Personality: Kumo is very self-confident and assertive. He's like the slice of life guy, doesn't care about lots else but him. But, he loves tough challenges and faces them anytime he can. He doesn't have lots of love interests because of how perfect he thinks he is, he thinks of himself to perfect for them. He is very disorganized, and doesn't really care about being organized either, he likes to tick people off that have OCD. He is also a trouble-maker as said before, he likes to tick people off, student and teacher alike. He follows his own instincts and hates being ordered around by people, he thinks he's fit for everything, and is meant to be the leader for everything. Kumo barely regrets anything he does as well, once graffiti'ing a old mans house, and not feeling bad or regretting it whatsoever.

Backstory: He was born in a middle class family, a normal kid. He was very feisty, even at a young age. His parents tried their best to discipline him but it did not work. When he manifested his quirk, he instantly loved the rain and the stormy weather. He bullied kids daily. Finally they told him to stop and said there would be consequences, so he did, but he replaced this with being a total pain in the ass. He acted like the typical hoodrat, acted like he was better than everyone, and did the total dick moves. He stopped being a dick for awhile, seeing if he could make 'chill' out of life. He then decided to stop and be himself, the dick, and that leads him to where he is today.
Relationships: His mom, dad, uncle, aunt, and brother. He respects his mom and dad, barely, his aunt he barely talks too and doesn't really talk to her, and his brother he pushes around as he is younger.
Quirk: "Cloudshot" -Named specifically by Kumo. He has the ability to create small clouds, and can force them grey and shoot small sparks of electricity, being able to shock his opponent slightly, but it's good because he can make multiple clouds, though, the more clouds the more energy he uses up. When Kumo is mad, they are thunder clouds, when he's sad, they rain, and when he's chill, they're white. He can make them grey and do the sparks of lightning anytime though, but at the cost of some energy.

2 clouds is one lap in 20 meters, the most he has ever created the most is lets say 7. That would be 14 laps, 20 meters each lap. He would be tired, one jolt of electricity is a quarter of a lap, so depending if he just rushed in and fired he'd be super tired by the end, so he has to use this wisely.
The slight shocks lets say are like a few wasp stings, 2 wasp stings, but still decrease energy.


He can make one cloud every minute, without the other disappearing, each cloud lasts 15 minutes, unless he decided to let them go, also, clouds deplete quicker with the uses of the jolt of electricity, if it's a smaller cloud 3 jolts and it'll be gone, if it's bigger around 10 jolts, they basically follow him around, think of them like minions that he summons and it follows him, it depends, if he makes smaller clouds they can almost be instant, if he makes bigger clouds it'll take 10-15 seconds.

He can remotely make them grey.

Special Moves: Thunda'. He collides all the clouds together, and with one big bolt he can fire it at the enemy, at the cost of lots of energy. He needs to combine 5 clouds for it, the big bolt will almost drain all of his energy, and can hurt his enemy pretty bad with this, not enough to incapacitate them, and depending on how weak their body is put them in slight stasis, if the body is strong then they won't be put into stasis, and slight stasis means about 10 seconds. The cooldown of this attack is 5 minutes, though he might not have enough energy to do it again. (Effect being slight stasis, a bolt of electricity hitting someone and hurting them should be self explanatory.)

Skills/talents: Two things, being a dick and full on rushing the enemy.

He used this quirk to bully other kids.
I don't have anything against your character bullying people, but you would have been arrested if you did this- regardless of age. So you can be a bully, but you can't be using your quirk for it.

I'm gonna need concrete measures for that energy, in percentage.

What do those slight shocks do? Just sting?

How many clouds can he make at once, how long do they last? What is the cooldown? How fast do they move? How fast are clouds produced?


Can he remotely make them grey or only when he produces them?

How large is this mist, how long does it last? I asume he can't just move the mist or produce new clouds while the mist is on, or see through the mist, correct?

What is that big bolt capable of doing? How many clouds does he need to combine for it?
