AURADON PREP.

A DISNEY DESCENDANTS ROLEPLAY.

The crowds are positively bustling, the sun shining on the residents of Auradon as they flitter about. Teenagers enter malls, adults enter boutiques; it's a typically normal day, really!

Well, almost so.

As, today, King Adam and Queen Belle have made a decision: the children of the Isle shall begin schooling at Auradon Prep.

Some protest against this decision, but Adam and Belle don't see a particular issue. After all, the children shant be punished for the actions of their parents, correct?

"Citizens of Auradon!"

Some still.

"Today is a step Auradon takes with stride. As of today, kids within the Isle shall integrate with those surrounding us. But, we shall not make you wait any longer..."

"Today, the Isle and Auradon become one!"

Kazamir

Summer break was anything but fun for Kazamir coming from a Russian background meant spending time with the extended family and of course his father who he despised with every breath and being. Thankfully when he was old enough he moved to the Isle and began a seperate life feeling free and that is where he met his long time friend Jill Skellington. She was anything but ordinary some would say she was a total freak which may of been true, but to him she was perfect. Her pale skin and gothic vibe made her the most unique and prettiest girl he had met apart from the Romanov family which he chooses not to talk about. For as long as Kaz could remember they had become inseperable anytime she felt completely broken or like she wanted to do something like Jack he was there to give her advice at first she was like a sister/ best friend but maybe it could be more.As he was out a few weeks ago collecting and mixing some ingredients into viles he heard Jills voice mention how it reminded her of Grigori. Down to the way he picked and memorized each word with a hint of his native tongue, having heard this his temper flared and he lashed out leaving her in tears. Having not spoken or hung out up until that awkward day when they would arrive in Auradon. The time had finally come to leave the Isle and travel across the water to the kingdom of Auradon for another year of school being 18 meant that he would of been considered a senior if school was of the normal variety which everyone knows the real history of him and the Isle is where the "rotten no good theives" lived could he really be rotten to the core or is there a soft spot for the Auradon way only time will tell hopefully old friendships will be mended and new ones given upon interest and trust.

Another year of Auradon Prep, no different than any other, was due for Lucas— and per the usual, he was frantic in his regards. He was a disheveled mess still clad in his pajamas and messy hair, gathering school supplies and throwing them haphazardly into a canvas bag while stuffing his clothes and possessions into a suitcase. He was in a pure state of unadulterated panic, seeing as he had woken up far to late in the morning, and had ceased to pack the night before. Finally looking over his room for anything he'd happened to miss, he grabbed the clothes he'd left laying on his dresser drawer for the morning, and threw them on with little care. Looking over at his mirror and smoothing his hair back, he deemed himself mildly presentable and grabbed his phone off of his bed, texting his mother and father conformation texts that he was on his way to school, finishing off both messages with a well-placed heart emoji.

He left his house with a skip in his step, checking his phone once or twice every few minutes for any updates from his mother or father. His mother had told him to be especially careful with himself this year, as children from the Isle were to attend Auradon Prep this year, Truly, Lucas couldn't see the big whoop: who was he to judge these children for their parents' deplorable actions? It wasn't as if evil was genetic.

Finally reaching the school, he stopped at the entrance, pondering. Perhaps he could find somebody to walk with? Being alone wasn't exactly the boy's strongsuit, in all regards. He had been late for the school's inital opening, but classes didn't start for another hour or two. This left Lucas with his choice: he made his way over to a bench, deciding to scroll through his phone. What harm would it do to wait, after all?

Aubrielle Jørgensen

Aubrielle actually had a pretty great summer break taking on a few side projects and doing a festival for her hometown but as it was now the start of a new school year the royals of Auradon would be expecting her return which also meant having to shut down the events a few days early to anticipate the journey the good thing about being low maitenance and adventurous she is used to packing light when necessary but is known to break out in funny dances or show tunes. If she could Bree would live off of only Watermelon.

Bree looked over at her alarm clock seeing that she had less then an hour to pack up her belongings and everything she soon grabbed her posters of Wicked, and Cats as well as her flannels, converse high tops and her formalish dress in case the situation arose. For how outgoing she was having friends was not something Aubrielle was big on her primary focus was dreaming of the day she could shout from the broadway stage.

Slinging a duffel bag over her shoulder and a rolling suitcase in her hand she flicks off the light and makes her way out to the driveway secretly excited for what the new year would bring to pay respect to her home she got a golden crocus besides who doesn't like flowers.

Some time later she was in front of the giant castle known as Auradon Prep which had numerous dorms and classrooms doing what she always does which is spacing out with a song she completely ran into someone landing in their lap not realizing until afterwards that it was none other than Lucas a former Resident of Arendelle. "Oh I am terribly sorry seems I have a bad habit of having two left feet just like my dad"

They say that lightning never strikes the same place twice. Alina's mother being the amazing hero of wonderland that everyone loved and Alina having no happy fairy tale or grand adventure to be a part of. And when Auradon had decided to lock up every villain on island to be forgotten forever, well that was supposed to be the last of it as far as anyone was concerned. But perhaps everyone is wrong. When Alina had heard that the children of the isle would be reintegrating with Auradon, Alina wasn't sure how to feel.
There's an uneasiness that forms in your throat when the children of people who tried to kill your parents are allowed to be near you. How did other people feel? Alina didn't want to judge anyone but at the same time she didn't need another thing to be worried about on the first day.

To be honest Alina didn't like Auradon Prep. It was too one-minded and everything about it screamed about the regalness and the fairy tales that it was inspired by. It felt like it was built to remind everyone of their perfect lives. If someone came here and escaped and ended up killing her mother, maybe they'd be doing Alina a favor.
Arriving at the front of Auradon Prep was a disaster. Right now she couldn't trust many people. She had spent her time hanging around the royal kids and fairy tale descendants, much like some of the students expected when they child of Alice of Wonderland started attending Auradon Prep. Many were disappointed. To some less popular she was simply enforcing the popularity of the big children. The children who everyone knew who their parents were. It had honestly made Alina feel uncomfortable at times though and she didn't really know if she felt like trying to hang around those people for yet another year.

At the very least it was better to get this year over with as soon as possible. She didn't miss this grand elegant castle that imprisoned people. At the very least it would be best if she wasn't involved in too many people for today, she'd rather deal with everything tomorrow. And preferably avoid running into Winter again. She didn't really have the patience for his taunts and arguments anymore. They used to be quite agreeable, both were more observers and thinkers but they hadn't really gotten along ever since his father's death. Perhaps she was wrong about everything. Perhaps this year would be a good year. Alina certainly hoped so.

Jill Skellington.

“Be good-good.”

It was something Jill’s mother, Sally, always told her, and today was no different. The girl never understood it much, considering Jill was always on her best behavior, but usually took her words as a sign to act a little less ‘Hinterlands,’ straightening her posture, having a less toothy smile, and making absolutely no jokes.

Jill wasn’t too sure if “being good-good” applied to the kind of clothing she could wear, but decided that as long as she was presentable, it was fine. She wore an outfit typical of her, a black fitted shirt - rolled up to reveal her tattoo - with matching distressed jeans. Her jet-ink hair was neatly twisted into two knots on either side of her head. Other than the paperclip which dangled from her left ear, her piercings were left empty.

To the people of Auradon, those from the Isle were odd. And to the people of the Isle, those from the Hinterlands were even worse. Jill never thought there was anything wrong with her - or her friends, for a matter of fact - but she’d be lying if she said she didn’t notice the wary glances that followed them wherever they went. But, hey, why complain about free attention?

There was only one person who treated her like, well, a person. Kazimir. She never felt like she had to be “good-good” around him. She could be herself, act like a freak, and throw frog’s breath into all her meals without worrying about judgment. He was her go-to person -- the guy she went to who’d help her figure out what she could-and-couldn’t do around others who didn’t know her strange ‘habits’ well. And, somehow, he managed to stick around with her for years. Well, at least, until the incident a few weeks ago. He suddenly blew up on her, for a reason she still didn’t quite understand, leaving the girl redfaced and teary-eyed. It was the first time he had ever yelled at her, and Jill made sure it was the last time too, avoiding him at any cost.

A familiar, tall figure edged into Jill’s view. Speak of the devil. Jill spun around on the heel of her boot, nose turned up slightly in indignation, and walked off into a different direction. She set a mental reminder to frame him for murder or something in the future.

A part of her wanted to apologize to Kazimir -- to force a make-up between the two of them so they could go back to being friends -- but she wouldn’t. Couldn’t. Atoning for her bad behavior was difficult enough, so apologizing for something that wasn’t even her fault was a hair from impossible. But, anyhow, that drama would have to be saved for later. Why worry about Kazimir when she had a brand-new shiny school to attend to! God, Jill wasn't sure whether or not Auradon Prep made her want to laugh or vomit.

She spotted a boy sitting on a bench not so far away, knocking her back into reality. His appearance took her aback. He fitted in so perfectly with the world surrounding him, yet he looked so different… so gentle. His lazy, brown locks shone beneath the sun like caramelized honey. Was this what “good-good” looked like?

She stalked up from behind him, silently wondering if she should try introducing herself. Oddly enough, she barely made a sound, despite all the chains that dangled from her clothing. Then the girl caught ahold of the glowing glass he held, and her eyes lit up in delight. Eyes fixated on his belonging, she rested her chin onto the stranger’s shoulder, and a smile spread across her face. “Is that a Christmas light?”

  • bbe70cf337fdadadd05fd1f0e8d0e1b5.jpgRosabella had quite a nice summer she traveled a bit with her parents, as well got the opportunity to work on her baking with Mrs. Pots, had fun time horseback riding and got through her summertime stack of books. Now the fun and relaxing summer were over and another year at Auradon Prep was about to start. Rosabella was excited about this new school year, as her parents had made the decision that the children from the Isle would be attending Auradon Prep. She would be lying if she said she wasn’t a bit nervous about getting to know the kids from the Isle. But she did hope that maybe this year she could make some friends.

Rosabella gently closed her book and sat it down on her bed as she stood up and made her way up to her window. She had made her way to Auradon Prep quite early, as to her father or more like Cogsworth’s request so she could get herself settled in her new dorm room. Thus Rosa had been one of the first students in the school to have her room set up and ready. She gently smiled watching from the window as her fellow students made their way into the school some she remembered from last year, others she wasn’t sure who they were. Actually some stood out more than others wearing clothing that you definitely dint see around Auradon. Those kids definitely had to be from the Isle and Rosa felt a sense of excitement but mostly curiosity, wanting to meet them.

The girl moved away from the window and walked over to her bed. Picking up her book and messenger bag. Stuffing the book into the bag she left her dorm room. She walked down the halls making her way to the front of the school.

Winter was curious to hear about the Isle kids arriving at Auradon Prep. He had always theorized about what they were like. He wasn't stupid, he knew some of them atleast would come here trying to manipulate their way into people's hearts. Still he wondered which would be good and which would be evil as people claimed. It did seem like it was abit of a risk to simply allow children from the isle to arrive at Auradon Prep but he couldn't lie he wasn't interested to see what kinds of trouble would come out of the decision.
His father flower had always been disappointed whenever he would get into constant trouble, saying that Winter would likely end up in the isle if he kept causing problems for people. Although winter knew this was just his father trying to scare him.

The small amounts of pranks and mischief and the occasional scare with the police really didn't make Winter likely to be sent for the isle, it honestly took some of the most evil people to be sent to the isle and Winter knew his father wasn't entirely serious anyways.

He wasn't fond of the people of Auradon Prep, especially not fond of Alina. How could he honestly have any friends this year when everyone was so fake. Perhaps the kids from the Isle would be able to take over the corruption of Auradon and change people's minds about how things worked.

Arriving at the front of Auradon Prep he began to search for anything that would clear his boredom.

Despite startling lightly at Aubrielle falling onto him, Lucas chuckled. "Oh, no, it's fine! Uhm... Aubrielle, is it?" He tilted his brow upwards, helping the girl up from where she'd fallen over his lap. "I'm Lucas, though I suppose you'd... already know that! It's a pleasure to formallly meet you." The boy grinned, accompanied with a peal of nervous laughter.

He made his move to sit back down, his focus returning to his phone. He sat idle until he felt something— or, more accurately, someone— lay their head on his shoulder. With a bit of hesitance, he shifted his gaze to see who it was and yelped when he saw the smile spread across their face. He calmed down just barely when he saw it was merely a girl, and his expression morphed into one of confusion at her question.

"Is that a Christmas light?"

"Uh...no? It's a... phone." He lifed up his cell, which currently rested on the home screen. "Do you want to try it...?" Lucas realized he sounded extremely awkward, and fidgeted with the hand that wasn't clenching his phone in a vice grip.

Evangeline Nikolaou
The first day of school was something that Evangeline always looked forward to, and this year was no exception. If anything, this year was one that she was looking forward to more than the others. This year was bound to be filled with far more interesting things than any other year she had experienced so far at Auradon Prep. The addition of children from the Isle was something that she was more than interested in. The things that these children's parents had done had nothing to do with the children themselves, so she didn't see the point in them having to suffer as well. Them being given the chance to live among everyone else was something that she had always thought was much needed for their kingdom.

Evangeline's summer was fairly similar to the way that they usually ended up. She would spar with her father and others, she would bake and cook with her mother; hosting a couple of potlucks and parties with her parents, other Auradon socialites, and their children, as well as one with just herself and the other Auradon teenagers. It ended up being an end of summer party with all of the teenagers, almost a tradition that they had at this point. It was something that let them fully let loose one more time before the school year started again. She had also spent a lot of her time working on her dancing, mainly because she had been part of a dance company for a few years now, so her summers were spent with lots of practicing and performances, and this past one was no different.

She had arrived at school about an hour early and had been able to get her belongings into her dorm room, not bothering to unpack anything just yet. But she spent some time on her own, winding down and really getting herself ready to be in back to school mode. After a few minutes, she was into school mode and changed out of the leggings and loose fitting crop top that she had arrived at school in, and into a white wrap top with an open back paired with a dusty rose wrap skirt, slipping on her chunky heels before she grabbed an over the shoulder bag which she filled with her school supplies for today before she ran a hand through her hair and nodded her head, making her way out to the front of the school, wanting to see the new students from the Isle seeing as she was genuinely curious about them, and harbored no fear about them at this point. Evangeline pulled her phone out and hummed slightly to herself, sending a couple of quick texts to her mother and father before she looked back up and glanced around the grounds at the moment, watching the students linger around with a smile on her lips.

At this point Evangeline was one hundred percent certain that this year was going to be the beginning of something great. She didn't bother being one of those people with their guard up at all. She wanted to go ahead and be one of the ones who was open to this huge change, it was something that she wanted to be a successful one at that. Especially because it was going to be worth more than most of the fearful people of Auradon thought it would. Evangeline walked around before she took a seat on one of the abundance of benches that they had, looking down at her phone once more and smiling as she received a few messages from people, responding to them in order before she decided to take what some people would refer to as a risk of sorts. She went ahead and took a picture of the front grounds of the school with the new students from the Isle interacting with their own friends, or some of the other students from Auradon Prep, her smile growing as she sent it to her parents as well as posting it. Evangeline's excitement for everything was beyond what she thought it would be, but she was more than ready for everything that the school year was about to bring for everyone.

Aubrielle Jørgensen

Aubrielle was about to leave when she heard the male voice again... "Why yes I am Aubrielle but most call me Bree or Jorgie(Yorgie) and thank you for the help." She took his hand and got up fixing her clothes. "Oh Lucas yes I remember it is nice to meet you too" Bree took a step back and chuckled awkwardly. "Tell your dad I say hi" Kindly waving she walks off towards the castle where classes were to begin shortly.

Aubrielle slung the bag over her shoulder a notepad and pen behind her ear she makes her way down the corridor that would hopefully take her to the theatre it was the one place that made her truly happy and never had to worry about being weird. She always strived to get the lead roles just like Rachael Berry from Glee her dream was NYADA too.
