I use a Samsung Galaxy Core LTE and when I try to open anything in my inbox the app crashes. I also only got a notification once, but I'm not sure if that's because I was in the app when I received other messages. also, when I clicked the notification that directed me to the app it was just stuck on the loading screen.

It would be great if you can create a conversation with me over here and I'll try to understand the issue with your accounts here.

Hi there, I can open the app and log in fine, and I'm getting notifications for personal messages, but as soon as I go to enter a private message the app shuts down. Also when I try to click on a notification it never leads me to the conversation rather it stays loading for ever.

Are you using pre-lollipop version of Android?
 
I've not downloaded the app yet. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy, is it recommended that I switch or is it easier to just use the mobile site?

The mobile site is never going away because the site will always be responsive to the monitor size.

The app lets you have push notifications though :)!
 
I'm not sure if this is something that has been said already but I have iOS and I can't use the refresh button in my pm's. when I click it, it does absolutely nothing. Lol

I checked on this thread (via mobile website) when a friend reported the same thing, and by the time I reopened the app itself, this happened and I haven't been able to use it myself since.

either way, it's best someone know anyway

The new update brought in monetary features since this is also being sold to other xenforo based sites. I've gone ahead and disabled all of that.

On my ipad, push notifications from Staff-chan regarding hosted projects will not display properly. The username is omitted, I think this may be due to the account automatically leaving conversations to prevent replies.

Downloaded the app and attempted to log in, and received this error. (IOS)

Any ideas?

So I recently found the time to get back into using this website and decided to download the app as I remembered one was in development when I was last here. I found it on the App Store and downloaded it for my iPhone.

However, upon booting up the app I was sent to a login screen, naturally, but when I tried to login I just got an error saying "No Response". I checked my settings and the app had mobile data turned on so I don't know what the issue was.

Any suggestions?
 
I'm sure it's already been mentioned by people, but I didn't see it in the Android list: every time I've tried to open a conversation, the app has crashed entirely.
