One of the things she can do is manipulate the properties of blood, so she can harden it to be like a shield or something if she's close by. (She may also get an idea about how the sniper robots target things that I should ask Ghost about)

Hmmm it says you get points taken off for being hit but IDK if the armor would stop that or not...
 
I foresee at someone in the near future a person running around screaming "SHE BIT ME! SHES STILL BITING ME! GET IT OFF! GET IT OFF!...IM SUPPOSED TO BE THE VAMPIRE!" with Alice hanging off all the while.

A super hero who is extremely vampire-like. Rather then gaining power from blood she gains power from sugar. Her upper limits give her enough power to remain one of the top three heroes. Her weakness is sunlight which drains her strength. With a constant sugar supply she could survive in direct sunlight but without any sugar she would die within an hour of direct sunlight. 20 minutes can bring her to critical condition. She mostly works at night as a hero, leaving her days free to become a teacher.

Btw, Leona's eyes, the veins in her arms, hands, and cheeks glow red when her quirk is activated, so like, she is in fact currently glowing because she has blood circling her hands and forearms (battle mode).

Oh yeah, for new comers, Emmy has wisdom form which grants her dragons wisdom where she basically has an ididic memory but she is super sleepy due to her being able to relive memories in her sleep and she is able to see basically relive being with her parents, and she also has active form which grants her all her other dragon powers but she is super instinctual instead of intelligent.
 
Sounds similar to Alice, like in a fight her Instincts are sharp as hell but academically shes not the best, does make her reactions a bit faster since shes not thinking as much about the next movement and more reacting. Her actual intelligence is more cunning that makes her really unpredictable/crafty.
 
Emmys wisdom form is dangerous to use in battle because it’s basically got a hibernation debuff that makes her want to sleep but if she sustains enough damage she will automatically go into this form since it has a dragons healing factor while she sleeps.
 
Yep, and Alice is about to get wrecked by a Top 3 Hero though maybe getting at least one or two "injuries" in on them in the process.
 
Poor Emmy wants to help Paris but her instinct to shoot fireballs at the enemy messed that up since she is in his claws.
