It’s actually more for JD since one of the antagonists is going to be using it later down the line and it’s to show off what it’s capable of so he can plan for it better.

To the players, it is as that one really powerful ability that you get for the tutorial and only available latter on in the game.

I’m just going to mention the arm thing, isn’t a made up limitation. The Notorious B.I.G. Arc actually had the characters mention this and it was a big part of it and it was a pretty big deal that it happened, since it happened to Gio Gio and I don’t think the healing limitation removal would change anything since it’s a limitation of your stand not your healing ability. Plus I’m pretty sure JD would rule in favor of this since if we didn’t apply arm limitation, you would be practically immortal, which was the reason why Araki had Josuke unable to heal himself.

So watch out for your arms.
