It's actually really funny I wound up thinking heavily on how it would work on everyone's end.
Kaoru: Learns to respect the boundaries of others and accept not everyone is made to be social (Toki) & Gains someone to want to keep up with who always keeps her on her toes (Shiri)

I don't know what Toki would gain, but goddamn you can't be thin-skinned around them that's for sure. Both Shiri and Toki just speak their mind without a filter. It's just Shiri does it in the boisterous energetic way and Toki does it in the subdued monotone way. Kuro's gonna have her hands full dealing with them.

Kaoru isn't thin-skinned at all she's the type that would laugh off someone trying to offend her. She's would be the one to dig in even when she sees signs that she should back off though. Like she doesn't have a stop function she volunteers people who don't wanna talk into the spotlight, sucks at emotional support and generally just starts listing of practical solutions and expects people to just get over it. Oh yeah and she's overly confident.
