A strange beep came from a screen hanging at the corner of your room, and then the screen lit up, showing Lord Monokuma sitting on a throne.

"Ahem...Good morning everyone! This is Lord Monokuma, headmaster of Dreamer's Path Academy. Rise and shine! It's another beautiful day in paradise! Eveyone, maaake sure to do your best today!"

The annoying and upbeat sound of the bear echoed through the castle. The screen then went off as soon as Monokuma finished his annoucement.

Yay!!! ^w^))))

Minori Fuse, Ultimate Fanatic.

She sat up with the announcement, "how annoying..." she mumbled to herself, she wasted to sleep more. Yawning, she stood up and headed out the door or her little room. She looked about at any others who were coming out. She headed toward the first person she saw.

Alex:

Alex jumped slightly at the announcement, before looking up. She sighed. How troublesome. She got up and stretched. She was only in a light doze, until the ringing woke her up. Doesn't matter now though. She headed to the kitchen. or at least somewhere with food. She ended up going to the ballroom, where the was a dining area. Her stomach rumbled and she looked around. Now where could she find food? Rubbing the sleep out of her eyes, she found, what she assumed to be, the kitchen. wasn't far from the Dining hall, but that was to be expected. Her stomach growling, she started to make something to eat.

Julian:

Julian halfheartedly attempted to throw one the pillows at the screen, But it only went a few feet. He groaned and got up, yawning. It was like getting up for school. Julian fumbled for his glasses, finally finding them near the floor. Putting them on, Julian looked around his room and sighed. A room to accommodate their talents. Yeah, cause he defiantly wanted everything in his room. He preferred it bare, so he just left everything to how it was. He would probably spend most of his time outside anyway. Walking out of the rooms he looked around slightly, before walking around. He wasn't quite sure where he was going, but he walked to the ball room. He knew the vague way towards it. He sighed, he was so bad at directions.

The night before, Ryōka had escorted Tsuzaki to her room.  He had abided by her rule and stayed 6 feet away from her, although at some point he did move one meter closer to see if she would notice.  Ryōka had also decided to walk to the left of Tsuzaki as he felt that he was familiar enough with her front and back and also felt he had not yet examined her from either side as much.  Afterwards he went straight to his room and jumped right into bed, sleeping for exactly eight hours.  No more and no less than eight hours, no matter what.  If this condition was not met, Ryōka would not be able to live with the exhaustion that came with oversleeping or waking up early.  That night his dreams were filled of images of the beautiful women he had met, especially the lovely Miss Mari.  Nothing explicit of course, gentlemen such as Ryōka would never permit themselves to have such vulgar and crass dreams.

Upon waking up Ryōka would head straight for the mirror in his room and proceed to untangle the mess that was his bedhead.  That ugly bear was lucky that it had awoken him just as his beauty sleep reached the eight hour mark, otherwise he would've had to skin it alive.  Rather than try a new hairstyle as he did every morning, this time he would leave it the same as last night as he felt that no one would be able to recognize him.  It was this same belief that forced him to wear the same clothes he had worn yesterday, despite how disgusting that made him feel.  Ryōka left his room and began to look around to see if anyone else was awake.

The first person Ryōka saw was a girl he had not come to meet yet, her face was not very different than the faces of other girls he had met in the past so he was not all too interested in speaking with her.  There was also the SHSL "Geek" who seemed lost as he practically stumbled out of his room.  Then there was the Medium girl, the one who could supposedly talk to spirits.  Ryōka scoffed at the thought of ghosts and spirits, mainly because he was afraid they might actually exist.  Following the two of them into the ballroom, he took in the splendor of the beautiful open area, almost forgetting just how hungry he was getting.

Mnori Fuse smiled, noticing when someone glanced over at her. Who was he again??? Oh well. She would find out soon enough, deciding to bother the stranger. She trotted over to the male, her little illogical antenna bouncing as she did so. She stopped a foot or two away from him, as he noticed he kept his distance from the other girl he seemed to follow.  "Hi there!" she greeted with a grin. He little backpack hung from her back, key chains hanging from every available spot. She glanced through her little hand book, "Ohhh~~" she smiled, "Hi there Ryoka!" she continued smiling. She glanced through his profile a bit, "I see..." she smiled, "I'm Minori Fuse!" she greeted, "Nice nice to meet you Ryo!~" she grinned, almost instantly giving him a nickname.

@GinkyGotBack (i did say the fist person she say XD)

Alex:

Alex jumped. Who was screaming so suddenly? She looked around and glared at the person who screamed. "Why are you screaming for?! I don't think I'm scary, so what is it?" She asked, slightly annoyed, but kept her voice calm. It.was better to.not let the emotions run wild."if you scream.for no reason people will end up ignoring you when you do need help." She said with a sigh.

Julian:

Julian jumped and ran to the kitchen worry. "Is everyone okay?" He asked, looking around. Julian couldnt help that he was easily worried. He was sure it wasn't Alex, Alex didn't seem like the type to scream. He almost assumed shsl cleaner, with her being so timid. But he didn't want to jump to concluaions.

(On phone, edit later. Sorry)

Koba woke up from the announcement, the thing almost being like an alarm clock. Koba was fairly surprised he slept at all, but it seemed he'd fallen into a pretty deep sleep. Rubbing his eyes, Koba grumbled for a few seconds to himself, not wanting too pull himself out of bed just yet. Besides, it was still so early. Koba really didn't want to deal with whatever was outside that door. He also didn't fall asleep until late into the night, exploring his own bedroom and scribbling on the provided note pad.

After Koba had tossed on his hat he noticed a few other kids in the hallway. He looked at them, noting the fact they all looked recently awoken as well before he started to head towards them. A little behind at this point but a quick jog would easily close the ground between them. Koba had almost caught up when suddenly a loud scream filled the air. The sound startling the Sk8r enough to make him yelp as a result.

After a slight pause, Koba headed towards the sound, following the other students who already went before him, since his own reaction was fairly delayed. He really tried to stay hopefull, silently begging that maybe it was a scream of excitement... or-or surprise.

You could hear breaking plates and objects being thrown around along the way as you headed to the kitchen.
As you stepped into the kitchen, you could see rusty broken cooking utensils, and a few broken plates scattered all around the floor. All of the empty dusty kitchen cabinets are opened. The kitchen was in a complete mess.
A giant empty broken fridge was left wide opened too, you could smell a weird odor coming out from the fridge.
Upon closer inspection, you noticed that the broken utensils all around the floor are severely distorted. Rusty "stripes" of metals that resemble kitchen knives, forks, and spoons that were laying around the floor all had what similar to bite marks on them.

When your eyes moved around and tried to seek for the source of the loud scream, you were shocked and couldn't believe what you witness.

You saw Hitasuji......

With a knife...no...biting a knife...seemingly trying to eat it like a maniac that went haywire.

Hitsuji was the only person in the kitchen, so it's safe to assume that the voice was coming from the sheep boy.
Before you knew, all 14 students were already starting to gather around the kitchen.

"Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh....." Tsuzaki groaned awake. She rolled to the side Bang. She fell off her bed. However, she did not really mind it that much. Now, going back to business, where was she? Oh,right, a horrifying death trap. Then, she jolted awake. She just realised the night before was real.

That was really terrible decision honestly. She let Ryoka get close to her even though she said not to. It might not seem a big deal but to her,it undermines her authority. Her body could do nothing but blush even more. She could blame her tiredness, she could blame her frailness, she could even blame for the fact that she did not even have any self-defense skills at all (if she did hit him it would feel like tissue paper was aggressively rubbing against him) but it wouldn't change the facts of last night.

She felt dirty. A bath is in needed. Hot showers and premium soaps that smelled of lavender. They really went all the way for this 'prison'. Probably to make them more complacent so it would be more shocking if death did occur. The water did calm her down a bit, actually. But she still disliked Ryoka.

She could tell he was one of those people who would try to play on your heartstrings, promise you the moon and the stars then go on to the next hot person without any second thoughts. He is unreliable. Definitely a terrible boyfriend let alone husband. She shuddered thinking that. Good thing she doesn't have to talk to him. She wore her new clothes which looked exactly the same. Strange that the captors went that far to buy school uniforms for everyone. Creep.

The air outside was fine, she thought. Her stomach rumbled. Time for bre-

"GAAAAAHHHHH!!!!!!!"

Her spine straightened. Her back hairs sticking up.The worst had happened, she concluded. Quickly, she ran, not minding anyone or her empty stomach. The debater could hardly believe her eyes. Absolute insanity. She stepped back. It was a pitiful sight although they have barely been imprisoned less than 12 hours. She had some symp- actually wait. The fridge's food was missing. It was broken and destroyed. That was probably their main source of actual nutritious food. She was furious.

"Stand back everyone!" she shouted to the group. "He's gone off the deep end." She picked up some broken crockery off the ground, looking ready to attack.

"We are all going to die here!!!"
"There is NO FOOD!!! AHHHH!!! "
"This is a nightmare..." Hitsuji was seemingly freaking out from the lack of food supply in the kitchen.
Hitsuji clearly seemed a lot more...energetic and expressive than usual, perhaps it's because of the hunger? But as you started to realize that the line of reasoning doesn't really make sense logic wise, you abandoned the thought of analyzing the situation.

But as you started to regurgitate what Hitsuji was trying to say, perhaps it might be an overreaction at Hitsui's end, but you soon realized Hisuji indeed brought up a serious problem for everyone here.
No food?
To be honest with yourself, you would expect that the kidnapper to be a little generous and considerate, and at least provide some basic food and water supply just so everyone here wouldn't have to starve. After all, they even went through all of the trouble preparing everything you need in your room, but looking at the current state of the "grand" kitchen, you couldn't help but to feel a little disappointed.

step0002-jpg.285904

"P-Please calm down..."

step0002-5-jpg.285900

"Ahhh! I can't live without food!"Hitsuji sat down at a corner of the kitchen, with his body curled up in a ball.

step0002-2-jpg.285897

"You know...you are not the only one here who need food to survive." With her eyes still on the origami paper in her hand, Ayaka nonchalantly replied to Hitsuji as she was folding a paper crane in her hand.

step0002-1-jpg.285896

"So... that's a major problem huh? Are we going to starve? Fortunately, I don't really eat a lot......"

step0002-3-jpg.285898

"Don't fear my friend! I'll do anything for you! Just ask! H-how can I help you!?"

step0002-5-jpg.285900

"Give meh something edible..please...anything..."
"Maybe... you could give meh some of your meat....."

step0002-3-jpg.285898

"H-Huh?! M-my meat? Would that be helpful to you?"
"......."
"T-Then...Fine!!! I-I shall give you my body and flesh!

step0002-5-jpg.285900

"Y-You would do that for meh!?" Hitsuji eyes lit up as he leaped towards Eiko, inching his way toward Eiko. Drooling, as he scanned his body up and down.
"I-I-I-I wo-wo-would b-b-be gentle with you...It-it-it wouldn't hurt...I-I-I...pro-promise......"

step0002-2-jpg.285897

"W-wait! S-STOP!!! Are you two seriously considering that!!??"
"W-what ever that means, y-you two better stop right now!"

step0002-3-jpg.285898

"Well...then how am I going to help him?"

step0002-jpg.285904

"I hate to admit it, but the lack of food supply indeed is a serious problem for all of us in the long run..."

step0002-7-jpg.285902

"Especially when there's no telling how long are we going to stay in this place."

step0002-5-jpg.285900

"W-wait a minute!" Hitsuji reached his hands deep into his sheep costume and fumbled around. A semi-translucent pack slipped out from his costume. Supposedly it's a pack of juice.
"AHHH!" A scream escaped from Hitsuji's mouth, but this time, it's a scream of joy.
"How could I forget this...there are a bunch of these in meh room!"
Hitsuji started to suckle on the attached straw and greedily gulped down the juice, turning his back on others.
"I-I am not going to share...meh..." Hitsuji's tone instantly became softer as he drank the pack of juice.

step0002-8-jpg.285903

"Oh god, how could I be so careless."
A familiar voice that had etched in your brain echoed in the kitchen.
And that's when you realized Monokuma had snuck into the kitchen, appearing right in front of all of the students.

step0002-7-jpg.285902

"Well, seems like Lord Monokuma showed up at the perfect time."

step0002-4-jpg.285899

"Kya! It's that bear!"

step0002-6-jpg.285901

"......"

The air tensed up as soon as the bear showed up.

step0002-jpg.285904

Alarmed, Yume glared at the bear as she turned towards it.

step0002-8-jpg.285903

"Hm...I apologize, food and drinks are a thing huh? Aww... I forgot about that."
"Upupupu...don't panic my beloved students, Lord Monokuma wouldn't let the students starve. It's important to fill your tummy and get energized before you kill after all!"

step0002-5-jpg.285900

"How could you..forget about something..that you need...every day...meh..."

step0002-8-jpg.285903

"Anyway!"
"I am going to renovate the kitchen soon!"
"For now...how about all of you go to do some shopping and get your food?"

step0002-1-jpg.285896

"S-shopping?"

step0002-8-jpg.285903

"Yeeeeeyup. Shopping. But, well, it's more like getting stuff for free technically speaking, but man, who cares about useless stuff like money anyway, keeping my students fat for the killing is more important right?"
"Okay~! Now all of you get out of here before any of you annoyed me!"
"Head to the brown area on your map to get your food. Now, now, remember, don't starve yourself to death, cuz that would be suuuper boring."

[The brown area is now open]
EDIT: Sorry, I just noticed the post is kinda incomplete, I'll make the next post later so that all the scenes will be completed quicker, and then we can have a little bit of "free time".

Koba's stomach rumbled at the idea of having no food. Would they really starve here? What a horrible way to die. Koba could already feel the thought of food making his stomach grumble. Koba ate so much food it would be fairly hard not to eat for more than three seconds. Usually Koba's pockets were crammed full of fruity gushers or fruit roll ups but right now he was a little... lacking... maybe there would be more in his room, since it was apart of his everyday life. Boarding and gushers.

When Monokuma popped up, Koba jumped and almost screamed. What kind of world was it when a stuffed bear could scare the crap out of him like this. But the thought of a place to gather snacks sounded delightful.

"Oooh! Shopping does sound fun now!" Koba said, already taking a lead to the location. He was a bit of a snack horder, so getting their first would be beneficial.

As you followed the map, you soon found yourself at what appears to be an area which resembles a town square, with arrays of different shops and colorful buildings all around, giving one the impression of being out in the public. The surrounding was as deserted as ever, without any sign of dynamics, which reduced the vivid scenery of a town square to the bland view of different architecture before your eyes.

A particularly large supermarket soon came into sight as you explored the area further. For some reason, the shop had made Monokuma as a mascot.
The supermarket seemingly had a large collection of different daily needs including various types of food and household supplies. Strangely, every product at the supermarket have a "Monokuma trademark", which made the supplies there looks a little less reassuring.

You noticed a counter somewhere at the corner of the supermarket, the monitor mounted on the counter seems to be functioning.

If you were observant enough, you would have already noticed a very strange building located near the supermarket.

It appeared to be a winter cabin, surrounded with a low fence. What makes the building looks extremely out of place was the piles of snow surrounding the winter cabin, not to mention the big banner with the font "Merry Christmas" hanging in front of the cabin and all sorts of festive decorations around the cabin.
You could tell that the builder of this place did an amazing job in simulating a snowing environment, as you could feel the freezing cold air as soon as you approached the cabin.
As you looked closer, you would notice there were strange looking machines hidden around the cabin.

Ryōka wasn't too pleased when a new girl had approached him, her personality seemed too overbearing for his tastes. He wasn't particularly impressed with the nickname she had given him, he was quite proud of the name he was given. "Oh yes, hello there," Ryōka said blandly. "I must ask that you keep your distance from me for the time being. It's not because I'm too tired to converse with you or anything like that, It's because so far I have no reason to like you." Ryōka had seen many girls like her before with bubbly personalities and appearances such as hers. Because of this, Ryōka could not see someone like Minori as unique or beautiful given her lackluster visage and persona. "And if you are to ever refer to me again, I would ask that you call me by my name. I quite despise being called anything but my name, especially by those who barely know me."

It was after that Ryōka heard a scream coming from the kitchen. The scream was masculine and didn't sound like anyone he knew or cared about so he took his time making his way there. The first thing Ryōka saw when he entered the kitchen was the sheep boy chewing on a knife. 'Reminds me more of a goat than a sheep..' Ryōka thought bluntly. All the events afterwards between Hitsuji and Eiko irked him, seeing two hideous people acting so foolishly. Especially the large man, whose muscles were far too large to be anything but disgusting. Then Monokuma showed up to explain to them the shortage of food and that if they wanted anything to eat, they would have to go to the 'brown' area of the park. His stomach rumbling slightly, Ryōka coughed in an attempt to hide the displeasing sound and quickly made haste towards the brown area of the map.

The first place Ryōka went to was the supermarket where he carefully looked over every article of food that interested him, shaking his head at the number of things containing ingredients with unpronounceable names. Eventually, Ryōka was able to make a half decent sandwich from the ingredients that he was sure wouldn't kill him. Seeing as how there was no cashiers or anyway to pay for the food, Ryōka simply took it with him outside, passing by the counter without a passing glance. The next thing to catch his attention was the snowy little hut, which was quaint enough to seem inviting to Ryōka. Growing up on his island, Ryōka was not quite accustomed to the cold, despite his trip to Canada that he assumed was not too long ago. So when Ryōka first stepped foot into the snow he thought was fake, it brought a cold shiver up his leg. Hurrying inside, Ryōka was immediately grabbed by the strange machines scattered around the hut. 'Very curious.." Ryōka mumbled to himself.

Minori grinned when he replied, "I blatently refuse." she smirk, "Ryo-kun~!" she grins, suddenly talking in a higher pitch anime voice. She then heard the scream and turned to it, after checking out the whole situation and learning about the food issue she decided that later she would go stock of to avoid wasting time going back and forth. she glanced through the tablet and scanned faces before follow-tackling someone, softly as nit to knock them down, "Koba!!!" it seemed it was no one's lucky day, she was just person hopping looking for attention, and friends. now that she had his attention she introduced herself, "I am Minori Fuse!" she greets with a grin. "Can I come with?" She grinned, she could already tell where he was likely heading, the supermarket, everyone was going after all.

MonokumaFever MonokumaFever being spoken to

Koba stumbled as someone tackled from behind, barely catching himself from faceplanting onto the ground. He'd never been a very stable person, that was for sure. He turned to see the girl behind him. Quickly adjusting his hat back onto his head, he gave a big grin and nod. "Sure! I'm always open to team ups!"

When they got to the small town, Koba looked around, taking in everything he could about the new environment. He almost expected this town to be filled with people, alive with the spark of a town square. It was like a kenopsia, abandoned and lacking of the people who exist there. Even the Monokuma mascot laying everywhere gave the feeling that this place was even more terrifying than he had originally thought. Almost like the bear had concord a new land and killed all the old inhabitants.

When Koba got to the shop, he stood if front of it for a moment, ready to charge in before his eye caught the cabin next to them. It was... off putting to say the least. He had to check that out next. Curiosity was definitely getting the best of him in this situation as he ran into the shop, cramming his pockets with Monokuma themed fruit snacks and colorful, neon bandaids for when he scratched up his knees. He didn't bring anything to cary any real food, but grabbed a box of cereal from one of the shelves, scooping it into his mouth and eating from it like a bag of chips. Now he was good to head over to the weird Christmas cabin.

Kimona Kimona - Spoken To

The students were gathering around the cabin for how eye-catching it is.

step0002-jpg.285904

"Is this...a winter cabin? Why wound they make something like that out here." Yume stepped closer, trying to inspect the building as she stretched out her head.
" "Merry Christmas"? It seems like it is specially built for celebrating Christmas, for some reason... But, is it even Christmas?"

step0002-7-jpg.285902

"We can't really tell, but it's highly likely that it's not Christmas."

step0002-3-jpg.285898

"Oh...so could it be a surprise party after all?"

step0002-2-jpg.285897

"There's no way you could still consider that possibility after what happened yesterday."

step0002-1-jpg.285896

"Hehe. Well, it do look very festive, with all of those pine trees and decorations. Should we check out what's inside?"

step0002-4-jpg.285899

"It seems ominous...it looks like a trap...something bad might happen..." Mari squealed as she commented.

step0002-2-jpg.285897

"I have to agree with Mari, after what that bear tried to do to us yesterday...we need to be extra cautious, there's no telling what that bear's next move might be, we sure don't want anything...unpleasant to happen."

step0002-jpg.285904

"We have to face it, we can't run away from that bear's trick forever. Even if the bear is trying to challenge us again, I believe we can face it and conquer it together."

step0002-1-jpg.285896

Mika looked over to Yume with a smile on her face as she silently agreed with Yume.

step0002-2-jpg.285897

"......"
"If you put it that way, then, fine."

step0002-4-jpg.285899

"W-we are really going to do this?"

step0002-5-jpg.285900

"Is there anything...delicious here?" Hitsuji walked straight into the cabin without a second of hesitation as he mumbled lackadaisically.

The remaining students too started to head into the cabin one by one.

As you entered the cabin, it looks surprisingly warm and homely, the vibe given off by the place was enough to make one homesick, perhaps it was intentional.
The simple spacious room was filled with some furniture and a great warm fireplace. There are lit candles placed all around the room, illuminating the room with a warm bright yellow light. There were also some natural lighting coming form the glass window around the cabin. Inside of the cabin was a lot warmer than outside, mainly due to the heat coming from the fireplace at the middle of the room.

step0002-8-jpg.285903

"Upupupu! Surprise! We are celebrating Christmas, the birthday of the great Buddha!" Monkuma showed up suddenly with a red bag in his hands, the bear was wearing a Santa Claw costume.

step0002-4-jpg.285899

"Ahhh! It is a trap, I knew it!"

step0002-jpg.285904

"T-That's wrong... Christmas are not supposed to be the birthday of...Buddha......"

step0002-8-jpg.285903

"A-Ahem! Please don't sweat the details! No one cares anyway."
"...Cause what's great about Christmas is not it's history or whatever, it's the presents! Right?!"

step0002-2-jpg.285897

"That's not the correct morality to practice a tradition, you should be ashamed of yourself."

step0002-8-jpg.285903

"Meh, whatever. Histories are histories, there are never going to matter anyway. After all, they are all in my hands. Upupupupu. "

"But of course, another great thing about Christmas is spending time with your -beloved- family, no?"

"Aww...what a shame, if only you can be at your home celebrating this with your family and share this precious memory with them, it would be GREAT, isn't it?"
"Upupupu..."

"So, without further ado, since everyone of you here are all good boys and good girls, all of you are going to have your very own Christmas present from Santa Monokuma!"

Monokuma reached into the red bad and tossed out a bunch of wrapped presents into every student's hand, the present all had specific name tags with the recipient's name on them.

The well-wrapped present you received was a little cube that fits nicely in your palm, under the wrapper, you could tell that it's a small metal container.

"Be sure to behave after receiving the present...I am sure all of you will. Upupupu." Monokuma ended his words with a menacing laughter.

step0002-5-jpg.285900

"Ooooh...Is it...something delicious?"

step0002-2-jpg.285897

"Please don't ever take this bear seriously, Hitsuji."

step0002-8-jpg.285903

"Hey, hey! Don't open your present yet. It's impolite to open your present straight away in front of its original owner right after you received it, and it ruins the surprise factor of it, don't you think so? Upupupu."
"There's a time lock on the present, you'll be able to open it when the time comes! Don't you think that sounds much more exciting?"

"But don't worry...you wouldn't have to wait for too long."

step0002-jpg.285904

"Presents? Why are you giving us presents? You are planning something aren't you?" Yume cut in as Monokuma spoke.

step0002-8-jpg.285903

"Upupupupu...."
"Why don't you find out yourself....Miss...Yume."

"Now...enjoy...."

"Oh, did I forgot to mention that there will be a grand gala tonight? We are having a grand gala tonight as a proper opening ceremony to this great and memorable reunion!"
"Here is the invitation! Now go and do some preparation, make sure to make yourself presentable with some proper attire at the grand gala! We delivered some clothing for all of you! "

Monokuma then handed an invitation to everyone.

Now Koba was more interested in the present. He was fairly excited to see what was inside. The fact that the present could be a trap didn't even cross his mind. He was about to shred it open when he was handed the invitation. He couldn't help but make a face at the thought of having to dress 'nice.' Everyone always thought he looked like garbage when he dressed up. Koba had always thought he looked cool. "I don't wanna dress up! That's bogus!"

With a grunt, Koba turned back to the present, ready to continue his excitement from before as he crumbled up the invite and crammed it into his already full pockets. "At least he got us us presents! What do you think they are?"

Ryōka took both the present and the invitation with glee. Ryōka was always happy to receive presents whether it be his birthday or Christmas. Although he was a bit curious as to what Monokuma thought a good present for him would be. With the invitation in his pocket, Ryōka turned to Mari with his hands clasped together. "Isn't it wonderful, Mari? A real gala ball, just like all the celebrities go to! You simply must let me do your hair, not that it isn't already fantastic. Of course, we'll also have to pick out a dress for you! Oh~, this is so exciting, isn't it?"

Ryōka's smile turned upside down when he heard Koba complaining about dressing up. "Dressing up is a good thing, you know. Perhaps it'll make you look more refined," He said matter-of-factly. "Hopefully the black-and-white rat got you a comb for your intolerable mane."

"What? Are you insultin my do?" Koba shot, suddenly taken away from the present for a moment. He adjusted his hat, shooting a daring look as he pointed at him. "What makes ya think my hair's bad? It's radical, a top pick amongst the best Sk8rs. With just one look at it, ya'll see that I'm a pro! It tells everyone how funky I really am."

With a scoff, Koba turned back to his present, pouting slightly as he jumbled out his last complaint. "Besides, fancy clothes are always so borin, especially for boys, suits just come in like three shades of BORING and DULL." with a huff, Koba would start to tear off some of the wrapping paper. "Besides, I dount you'd know cool of it hit you in 'yur ugly face."

...

"Ugly..?"

Ryōka's body went limp and his eyes seemed empty prior to Koba's insult towards him. His bottom lip quivered and his eyes were starting to moisten, but he refused to cry in front of these people, especially Mari who was standing right next to him. A cough escaped his lips, which caused Ryōka to cover his mouth with his forearm. Ryōka used it as an excuse to wipe his eyes and when he lowered his arm his smile had returned, but not the same as the one he had earlier. It was a sad smile, his lip was still quivering, but not as much now that he was determined to hide his obvious pain.

"Yes, I suppose you're right. Just another example of the pot calling the kettle black, am I right?" Ryōka was practically choking out his words at this point, it was very clear that Koba had hit a tender spot on his feelings. "Well now, I don't see much point in sticking around here any longer. There's plenty to do before my grand appearance at the gala tonight." Turning his back to Koba and Mari, he weakly pushed his way through the group, all the while saying, "You'll have to wait a bit before I lend you my assistance Ms. Mari, I'm afraid I'll be preoccupied for the next half hour or two. If anyone n- *hic* needs me I'll be in my room." From there Ryōka meagrely made his way to his room, without so much as glancing at anyone.

Koba paused at the other student's reactions, suddenly nervous he'd actually hurt the other kids feelings. Sometimes Koba genuinely wished he didn't get so defensive about everything. He knew everyone thought his hair was stupid, but he heard it so often it usually became... overwelming. But he'd never made someone... cry before. Usually they just told him to shut up.

"W-wait! Oh geeze. Come back! You're not ugly I'm just impulsive, homie! You're probably the best lookin person here! And your hair is sick af!"

Tsuzaki sighed. It was a bit quick to accept the possibly crazed-maniac who might definitely.....defecated in the refrigerator by the smell of it. God. What in the world could it be except poop?! She held her nose in disgust. More so when she saw the antics of the origamist and the sheep. She snickered to herself though when she thought about it. A wolf in sheep's clothing would be suitable for him.

Monokuma then appeared out of nowhere. She turned to the 'Lord Monokuma' with a blank face. So,she concluded, there wasn't enough planning in this. If it was,why would the bear not buy food.for the students. She raised her eyebrows when the bear told them to buy food from outside. It's a round-about way of getting food when you consider that the bear most probably made the store in the first place but she decided to not question. She was just hungry at that point.

She made her way to the store with the other students. She just picked a random food item from the store anyway. When you put everything in perspective, chemicals don't really matter that much in food. Everything is chemicals anyway, technically. Even the human body is made out of chemicals. She never really bought into the health-food craze. That's not what Ryoka would be doing as he practically wasted time in considering.

She sat outside of the store and enjoyed her....whatever it was. She then noticed the cabin. Not really that interesting, honestly as she thought that most of the buildings are designed to fit a certain theme but people seem to be drawn to it for some reason. She decided to go there anyway. The room was not that tasteful. It was generic to be a point to be boring. "Santa Monokuma" now appears again and gave them each presents.

This was confusing. He even gave an invitation. Walked away as well. 'Wait! What is this for?". Okay, wait, that sounds stupid. But this is definitely not for making it easier to stab. or maybe she's wrong and this would turn out to be a crazy, wild party. Probably American.

She turned towards the whining. He sounded like a child. She actually quite like dressing up, though, not many people would know. Good for her, she thought. She would never allowed anyone to know. She can't really dress up anyway but a girl can dream.

She had to agree with him unfortunately. "He speaks sense, Koba. Please stop acting childish. You should suspect your present more. Don't trust the maniac."

She knew that would be how he would react to it. A part of her actually feels quite happy because she got to see the most splendid reaction. But she, somehow felt.......sympathetic to him. It seemed like a too heartless comment. Totally uncalled for actually. She pointed her sharp eyes at Koba.
"Look what you've done!"
