Emily nodded she agreed that if caught by Madam Pince would not be the best as she herself would hate being stuck in detention for a whole year. The next words that Earl spoke caused her to look back at him. The looked on his face made her know that he had something up his sleeve, knowing how to already get around their problem. "Earl...dont tell me you have an invisibility clock?" she asked.

"No of course not." He said. "But we could always try learning the disillusionment charm."

"The disillusionment charm would get us pass Madam Pince without a problem.....though we have to get a hold of some text or see if one of the fifth years could teach us..." she answered as that spell was not taught into their fifth-year at Hogwarts. (I know they were thought other higher spells by some of the professors already but they would still have have to get the spell from somewhere)

Emily reached the charms classroom, heading inside she went over to Flitwicks office, gently knocking on the door to check if he was there.

Emily froze for a second feeling a small sense of panic deep in her, had she just screwed up? She knew this was a bad idea, the professor was already suspicious. She kept her true sense of panic hidden as she looked back at the professor. "yes, I know it sounds a bit out of the blue, and more what Earl would want to learn right away.....the truth is im a bit upset with him that's why he isn't here" she said crossing her arms "he's been teasing me about the charms I know and I would like to learn a few he doesn't even know yet to prove him wrong about my ability" she said
