Thanks, from here on out anyone can refer to Kiroshiven rather than me because that sounds like more knowledge than I have. Still, you have creative freedom as it is supposed to be a world with far more progressed medicine, what with there being a lot of guinea pigs and a lot more pressure for it and also a few more years of research.

Just a few pointers, I like your sheet already but a few things stood out to me.

Not very likely. See even if it was a camp, Beastmasters number roughly 1/10000, that is to say with current day's population of something like 7 billion+ that'd mean there existed 700,000 beastmasters, 20% of which are people who never actually randomly manifested their powers. So 560,000 beastmaster, divided by countries is 195 is ~2872 people per nation (though that makes no sense as there are different populations in different countries) and still there are sometimes hundreds of camps in a country. So you might've fought and beaten 30-60 beastmasters, not thousands.

And your Okrah ability is very similar to Kiroshiven which really is just amplified Okrah. Do you guys want that to stay like that or what

Pocket dimension outright no, too complicated a function. Phasing as in teleporting or walking through walls? Okrah is basically your chi, so I don't think that'd work but feel free to pm me with the idea.

Yeah, works. On an unrelated note, it is in the pointers for equipment, but weapons are not very effective against beastmasters as they are not infused with Okrah. Your broadsword will bounce off of their hides, and with enough strength you might make a cut but it'll heal up very soon.

If you want a weapon that makes sense, a huge gun or some high-explosive charges is powerful enough to kill your regular run-of-the-mill WoI officers.

The rp is closing in on starting, I only need to know whether ThaDruid and Osthavula will be finishing their sheets and joining soon or whether we should go ahead without them. During this attempt at giving out roles I hit a lot more bumps in the road than last time, and as such you might think your role poorly represents your character. If so, feel free to ask me why I gave you this role and feel free to motivate what role you should have.
Some questions I need answering though,
NighttimeForest - Your character seems to be obviously preset towards Recon in their skill set, but he's also a peacock and as such will stand out like a sore thumb in whatever environment he's in. His personality also seems to be that of someone who would be good in social situations with the hypnosis skill as a good ace up your sleeve if things go sour, but he possesses no social skills. What were you going for with him?

SleepyCreamy - Iris seems to be focused for stealth, but she doesn't have stealth as an ability. Also, her okrah ability would imply that she's fine at receiving blunt force trauma and then to use some of that in return, but she's not much of a combatant other than that is she? I mean, all your characters will be combatants, but the skills section is supposed to highlight the very focus of your character.
