Fantasy We are wolves IC (Still accepting!)

Nico Nii

~Super Idol Nico Nii~
This is a project I created about five years ago that I’ve been working on bit by bit in order to revive it and bring it back for the past couple of months after being inspired by many different things which just keeps filling more and more ideas. So I’ve tried to lay things out the easiest way I can in order to try and get people interested. I apologize in advance for any grammar mistakes and for not making it look nice with a bibi code. Also, the name of the RP is still pending.

Four Werewolf packs living together in a large island of vast terrain from lush green fields and forests, to land which once was absolutely gorgeous now barren and on the verge of becoming a vast desert from the rays of the sun. Large towering mountains completely covered in snow and ice, lastly a mysterious groove of plants to the west.

Now to answer a few questions before describing each of the werewolf packs in order for you to find what suits you best.

What kind of werewolves are these?
  • Well, these werewolves shift and transform very much like the wolves in wolf children do such as Ame and Yuki from the movie Wolf Children. Being easily able to change from their human-like form into their wolf form. No beastly forms.

What is a pureblood werewolf, and what is a half breed you may ask?
  • A pureblood Werewolf is a being that was born a werewolf with both their parents being werewolves giving them a pure wolf looking form.
  • While a half breed wolf is an ordinary human that was bitten or scratched in some way turning them into a halfbreed wolf. A Half breed wolf would have a form that is half dog half wolf, so a wolf-dog form symbolizing their mix breed genes.

Are the packs friendly with each other?
  • The Northeastern pack and the Rocky pack hate each other's guts
  • While the WhiteWind pack is very displeased with the Shadow packs ways, And the Shadow pack despises the high ruler for their crimes against their wolf law.

What is the Wolven code?
  • It is an ancient meaning of order amongst wolves such that was written ages ago. The WhiteWind pack follows it to the grave even amongst a fine print within that only they know about. (The Wolven code is still being written out)

Can I be an alone werewolf?
  • It’s against the Wolven code, and you best not want to go against therein of the WhiteWind pack remaining order.

What is the Stone circle and why is it to be brought up in future posts?
  • It is the meeting point of the leaders of each pack to stand on equal ground without there being a war. It is against code for any fighting to take place here.

Lastly, what is a class and why are they brought up in the soon to be posted character sheet but not here?
  • A class is basically your werewolf’s career, such as assassin, guard, baker

Wolven code( still being worked on. Also minor facts.)
  • Your werewolf sadly cannot eat raw meat and has to cook it in order to consume it do to their human-based stomach.

  • A toddler werewolf is called a Puppy. A kid werewolf is just called a pup. Teen werewolf is called a yearling. Young adults are young wolf with an adult over the age of 25 is just wolf, and elders are referred to as Elder.

  • No lone wolves to be spotted on the island.

  • Half breeds are forbidden and to be disposed of so they don’t ruin the wolven pride (They are only allowed in the shadow pack and are welcomed with open arms there)

The Northeastern pack

A young pack of highly strong WereWolves with typically an unbreakable path. They're a newish pack deprived of what use to be the Mountain pack and the Desert pack that had formed together thirty years ago in a desperate need for survival compared to the older packs. Their land is flourished with green everywhere you can imagine and healthy flourished trees everywhere, nice lakes and running streams. Along with a lot, a lot of food sources.

At the head of this pack is currently a young lady after the death of her uncle that has raised her who had no heirs. The former leader was a kind and noble ruler who stood for all WereWolves coming together to form one pack in the great circle, his dream that they would all become one someday instead of constantly fighting for survival much like the leaders before of the Mountain and Desert pack who found a truce. However, the WhiteWind pack heard of this clearly not approving of the union pack, in the night of what was to be a truce with the Rocky pack the former leader of the Northeastern was found dead. Of course, the pack thought it was the Rocky's and sought after them causing a war.

Due to the merging of packs the two packs canceled out each others ability. But strengthened all their basics, hence smell, hearing, and have given them a really thicker skin that defends them. Plus strong swimmers.

architecture:
The northeastern pack has the most lushes land green trees filling their forest, lush green fields covered in flowers, running streams leading to a large lake. For housing and buildings, these werewolves build cabin den like structures that typically have basements.

For food they have enough prey to fill all four packs for 5 years, so very little do they go hungry.

The Rocky Pack

This is a pack of lowlife WereWolves the leader is a High and mighty young man with a deep hatred for the Northeastern pack as one of their wolves killed his father as vengeance for an attack they don't recall ever doing. He despises almost every other pack and refuses to find a truce even though their homeland is dying, for they have no food, no trees, little water as their land becomes scarcer to live normally by the minute. Because of this, his pack is often seen hunting in uncharted territories invading other's land instead of seeking help.

Their people aren't doing so well some of them have grown ill while others were chased by the madness that became their Leader refusing to leave his homeland. Even if they can barely build a shelter anymore.

Abilities:

Steel claws.
The Rocky pack has one ability and that is their razor sharp claws designed to cut through boulders, and thick materials in order to survive their brash territory.

The architecture of the land.
This pack’s landscape is quite barren, few trees, lack of resources throughout the terrain, except for a few shrubs. Along with the blistering sun staring down their backs intensely, do to this the rocky has learned to carve through the thick large boulders that they have left in order to escape the heat just to live as their home slowly becomes a dessert do to a mass fire they had thirty years ago.

The only prey they are likely to find is a few rabbits or gophers. However, there is barely enough to go around.

The WhiteWind pack.

The highest pack of them all both in terrain, and social standards. A regal group of WereWolves living in the snowy mountains of the northern rein, who oversees most of the other packs, leading the high council of WereWolves. They stand tall on tradition typically look down upon others, and going to correct order among the packs without the others knowing to see as their leader the high Alpha of all werewolves way of living. Living by the strict way of the Wolven code.

It is easy to identify them due to them being the only werewolves in the form with mostly white fur, typically either having an Arctic wolf or tundra wolf form. It is important to bow to one when seeing one do to their Nobel formal ways. Being considered the first pack in the mountains.

Abilities:

Frostbite.
Do to living up North in a very snow covered area they're very strong against cold conditions and have grown to use them in their advantages. From how cold they always seem to look like they've been able to adapt their frozen ways into their bite often instantly inflicting the cold directly into their bite often inflicting hypothermia or as it's called frostbite.

Icy wind.
As they walk into a warmer area this ability will naturally kick in like a built-in A.C unit making everywhere they go basically dropping the temperature at a very high pace only for it to warm up as soon as they're not there anymore.

Architecture:
Their civilizations are built in craters surrounded by snow on vastly tall mountains. Their homes are strategically built out of stone and wood laced with lanterns throughout the streets stretching across from building to building. It is quite grand for a werewolf civilization along with a quite large building in the center laced with gemstones they get from their local mines.

Despite being in the snow they have a hefty supply of food, ranging from caribou, bears, being mostly carnivores. Rumour has it that the Whitewind pack used to be cannibals back in the olden days in which help bring up the pack to royalty, with no one threatening them out of fear they would have been eaten alive. But these are just rumored, right?

Shadow pack.

A rather mysterious pack living in the darkest woods. They're very hard to find due to their unique ability to be able to travel in shadows. Due to this, they're very against the High Alpha king of the White wind pack as they're very aware of his crimes that he has committed as well as the Kings before him. As the Shadow pack were the former rulers' hundreds and hundreds of years ago before the White Wind but this was pushed aside as the new rulers didn't want the others to falter on who to listen too. The Shadow pack does not follow the Werewolf's law as they feel everyone should be accepted regardless of disability or if they're not of full werewolf blood, so they have a few people who aren't of full Werewolf blood.

A way of knowing the pure WereWolves of the group is that they often have Black fur in their wolf form while the ones that aren't pure often have different colors of fur.

Special abilities:

In Shadows.
The primary ability of their species. It allows them to physically drop down into the darkness that is a shadow realm, letting them move around with ease and peacefully. It's quite a quick way of transportation.

Speed.
Do to their shadow ability they are some of the fastest wolves in the valley, and very difficult to outrun. Some were able to outrun a cheetah with no issue.

Eagle eye.
With the power of this ability, it allows them to see through the thickest weather with ease, with this powerful eyesight letting them guide themselves within their misty land, as well as letting them see in the dark.

Architecture:

The Shadow pack territory is completely surrounded by fog and large shade trees with the ground being coated in rose bushes with thick thorns. The shadow pack builds their civilizations out of these trees using the thorns as a protective camouflage cover, blending them into the dark terrain practically making them invisible to an unknown eye. For light they use small candles lit with blue flames.

For food they’ve grown to hunt birds such as ravens, owls, sometimes they’ll get a cougar or something for a special event. But the Shadow Pack mostly rely on fruits and vegetables their misty land provides them their big fans of fried mushrooms and mushroom-based dishes.

Redwood stayed in his dog wolf-like form sniffing along the ground of a heavily green filled area that was certainly not of the Rocky territory. A few other members strayed behind their leader as they marched into their enemies territory just for something for them to eat. It became rather often that the Rockies' weren’t able to find any food and would have to hunt outside their turf in order to survive or simply just to get a drink of some nice water, instead of waiting for some of the snow to melt for water.

Redwood trekked slyly as he crouched in some bushes not far from some northeastern deer.
Waiting for the right moment to descend upon the animals.

Eira sheathed her newly cleaned knife into her holster after doing away with the latest objective of some nearby rogue wolves her father said was threatening to attack a nearby squadron at the foot of their mountain. “This went rather easy there was only one,” She grimaced slightly as she looked back towards Jayce, the royal guard that was assigned to Eira and her brother from an earlier age. “Do you have the ‘accident’ bag?” The accident bag being filled with various things they typically used to cover up these ‘heroic’ incidents.

Jayce looked around the clearing. He closed his eyes and listened to the gentle breeze that rustled the leaves. This clear blue spring day already had been violent. He heard the gurgle of liquid as the rogue wolf choked on their own blood. No doubt the king had given the princess another mission. He was just here in case something went wrong, and to make sure no one else discovered what she was doing. How had she gotten trained for that position? The question popped into his mind from time to time but he didn't dare ask. The king was always secretive about those matters involving family or politics. He inhaled the sweet morning air which hit his skin and cooled him from the morning sun. The earth seemed quiet, the ground only slightly moist, and thankfully they hadn't left much of a scent so other wolves would be none the wiser. At Eira's words he gaze flicked back to her. Her pale hair flicked in the wind. It would have been a pretty sight if not for the body on the mud near her. Whoever she married would do best to mind her. he thought as a small smile broke his intense facade. He handed her the bag filled with false evidence and careful documentations of other ways of killing someone. "How do you want to fake this subject's death Princess Eira?" he said, his tone formal as looked around & scanned the area for any other hostiles. The wind shifted blowing in a new breeze from the east. His body went rigid and he sniffed the air. "Someone's coming." He said quietly.

mentions: Cinder ( . D O V E . D O V E )
The metal in her gloved hands glowed an orange red as she pounded it out before dropping it in the bucket of water. It slipped in with a hiss, and the color quickly faded. Shit she thought as she looked at her work. It was perfect... except the middle section was slightly bent instead of straight. It was damn near infuriating. That and the fact the heroine in her most recent romance novel couldn't see the main love interest was head over heels in love with the girl. Not that Cleo would know. The closest thing she had to a relationship was those cheesy romance novels. And yes, they were amazing in the guy gets the girl sort of way. "Speaking of which..." she walked over to her newest adventure: The duke and his prize. It had a half naked man plastered on the paperback cover. They need to come up with better covers for these she thought as she glanced around to make sure no one was around to see her pick up the book. She covered the front of the novel with a piece of paper but it was fairly thin so it was easy to anyone who looked a little closer what the cover was. She walked around the camp, lost in her book and sighed as she flipped a page. Suddenly she felt herself bump into another body. She quickly looked up from her love affair. It was Cinder, the alpha of Northeastern pack. "Sorry Cinder! Must have gotten distracted.." she mumbled as she tapped her novel rapidly.

Zak could cry tears as he finished the instant noodles. It had that cheap 1 dollar meat. If you could call it that. It's not meat he thought as he hastily ate the rest of his breakfast. He had overslept by 30 minutes and needed to make that time up. The sun was already shining in the sky. Traitor he thought when he glanced at it's position as he stepped outside. The leaves crunched under his feet and the light was dappled due to the trees crowding out the sun's rays. The air always smelled sweet near his house. It was nice, compared to the bitter cold he was always subjected to when he spied on the WhiteWind territory. He padded along in his black leather boots and started his walk. Occasionally a deer or fawn would cross his path, and he wanted nothing more but to chase after it. What he really loved was hearing the birds sing. Ravens out here were rare but when he found them he considered them his secret treasures. And... Bingo he spotted one feasting on the dead carcass of an animal. His mood had already lifted from his tardiness to his shift and he was almost at the stone circle. He took the long was around and made a long trek through the eastern side of the wilderness, stopping often to feast on some nuts and berries he found. The blackberries had been especially ripe and juicy. He was almost at the stone circle when he caught the faint whiff of two WhiteWind scents. It was hard to pick out, but thankfully Zak had been practicing his tracking skills over the winter. A feeling of disgust welled up inside him and he started trying to pick out where it led to.

Whiley
Edging the last of the herbs into their correct spot, Whiley smiled proudly at his finished work. It had took him nearly all morning, even before the sun had risen, to put the herbs he had collected the day before together neatly. He was a little disappointed at the fact there wasnt more room. It all seemed a little cramped in retrospect, but he wasnt one to complain.

With a sigh of relief, he walked outside into the warm sun. The heat felt nice on his face and arms, like being in a warm blanket. The rustle of leaves from a nice breeze was a comforting sound and it made Whiley smile. The werewolf briefly wondered where the other kids were so that he could finally go out and play, but unfortunately it looked like they had already made their way out.

Before he could go investigate, a small confrontation caught his eye. He glanced over to notice the beautiful Cinder and Cleo come into an argument. He cocked his head, listening. It sounded like their blacksmith had run into the queen.. his heart pounded faster, hoping nothing got too out of hand..

Corina
The WhiteWind wolf padded gently through the snow, her light caramel eyes searching carefully throughout the territory. Her thick fur blew gently against the icy cold wind, but she felt nothing. Her nose filled with the sharp, fresh scent of her territory, and she became comforted.

Her ears swiveled at each sound that was made, until they perked up when she caught the scent of two people. A closer whiff had relaxed her once again, noting it was only the princess and her body guard, probably off to kill something. Or someone. She wasnt anywhere near them though, and decided if they had gone further in the territory they would know if someone came in.

Turning around, she decided to go back home, thankful this routine checkup was over.

Eira took the sack from the royal guard, looking around the ground for any signs only finding what seemed to be some recent tracks and what looked to be claw dips in the ground a clear sign of the Rocky pack on their way to trespass. Quite focused she opened the sack grabbing what seemed to be a disembodied paw with a sharp pair of the Rocky pack’s intense rock breaking claws. “Well, it seems we were already set up for the hiding. Wolves will come to see the obvious claw marks and presume that they once again lashed out on some wolf do the incapable leadership that is stowed upon that dreadly pack.” She answered sternly with a yet quiet tone clearly too focus on the mangled corpse. Gripping the paw tightly in her hand she raised the sharpened claws standing above the wolf taking a moment to breathe. Before repeatedly slashed them along the fallen wolf’s neck and various other parts of the body. Only to freeze the paw so its smell would no longer linger and discard it back into the sack. Brushing her white locks aside she questioned "What did you say?"

"I said there someone com-" he said in a gruff voice before his eyes looked around the clearing and searched for any movement. "Seems like they just arrived here" He got up slowly and drew his sword out of his back. The metal gleamed in the sunlight although the sun's warmth didn't reach in the here as much due to the fact it was near Whitewind pack's land. The freshly fallen snow had come too late. If it had come down a little earlier both he and the princess scents would be gone. "You're near WhiteWind territory... what do you want?" His voice was deep and demanding. The fact remained although the scene before any newcomer looked suspicious, there was no actual evidence that the princess had murdered the wolf. The only evidence was the wounds made by the rocky pack claws. When no one answered he immediately turned to the princess, "Shall I find the loner and dispose of him?"

When the wolf finally responded Jayce held back any response and waited for the princess to respond to the Shadow Pack wolf.

Found the one of the scents. he thought as he took a deep inhale. Both scents were barely there. One of them was fruity, and reminded him of those vanilla shampoos. It was definitely smelled sweeter than any of the air around his house. The snow was falling down like powdered sugar. It was fluffy and although it made for slower going, it was pretty to look at. One thing he could complain about was that whenever he got close to WhiteWind's territory it was so damn cold. The snow thankfully hadn't obscured his vision. He looked and saw a figure standing in in one of the clearings near the stone circle.

"You're near WhiteWind Territory... what do you want?"

Shit he had been discovered. He was usually fairly good at hiding but he didn't have the home advantage here. And the air here was a few degrees colder than it had been one mile ago. No doubt it was the two wolves there. He debated staying quiet or announcing his presence. At the next words his blood ran cold. He had heard of a feisty princess and her guard and no doubt he couldn't keep up with a warrior or a guard.

"I'm Zaccharius of Shadow pack. I'm just investigating the death of some rogue wolves. There seems to be a body near you. Do either of you happen to know how they died?" Zak kept his tone light but he narrowed his eyes at the pair of the figures before him. He had heard suspicions in his pack that the WhiteWind pack disposed of loners around their territory but he had no evidence. And starting a fight when he was outnumbered would mean his death. “I’m surprised the white wind pack isn’t finding new wolves to kill” he blurted out.

“It’s been days.”

“Yes, Alpha, but we have been trying our best-”

“Are you telling me your best is not enough? It’s been days, you fools, and those cowardly scumbags are still free out there! Listen. I don’t care if you have to search every nook and corner of the world. I want the heads of the traitorous Rocky Pack leaders who killed my father, and you won’t show your face to me until you give me what I want!”

Voices rang inside the Northeastern Pack’s center hall- where the pack’s alpha and their family resides. However, due to the recent tragedy, the hall only housed a young female and the occasional servants. Sitting on the throne was the newest Alpha- with hair red like flames and skin fair as porcelain. She would have looked like a doll, if not for the dangerous fires of rage and fury in her eyes. Kneeling before her were warriors whose heads hung low in shame.

“Your will shall be done, Cinder.”

The sound of heavy footsteps leaving the hall resonated as the leader of the pack released a quiet sigh of frustration. She noticed servants looking at her on the side, their faces contorted with what seemed to be a mixture of fear, worry and pity; and it irked the light out of her.

“What are you looking at!?” Cinder bolted up from her seat.

She couldn’t take it anymore. Did they think she was pitiful? No, she wasn’t! She walked out of the hall in a hurry as a burst of emotions overwhelmed her. At the back of her mind she knew that she still couldn’t accept the fact that her father was gone, and that the culprits were his own friends. She needed some air.

The next thing she knew was that her feet led her to the path leading to her secret childhood hideout. However, on the way, she felt a force suddenly bumped her awake. She snapped her head downwards, brows knitted in irritation.

“Watch where you’re going!” she snapped only to be met with the sight of Cleo holding a book. Her expression subtly softened up, “Oh, it’s you.” she muttered. Cleopatra, a member of her pack and a person who has the privilege of being considered as her ‘friend’. Blue eyes landed on the novel in Cleo’s hands and the Alpha couldn’t stop herself from rolling her eyes. “Ugh, really? Another one of your cheesy novels with a questionable cover. Maybe if you stop digging your nose in a book then you could have real fun with real men.” she spat with crossed arms.

Regina had been following the young scout for what seemed like for ever. This type of treatment was unusual for her but something didn’t feel right that and she didn’t trust the boy. Regina pushes the branches out of the way and at that very moment realized why she was the advisor. Realizing how ridiculous she was being she had decided to turn around but the sound of an unfamiliar male caught her attention and frankly Regina was single and ready to mingle. Of course it was too good to be true another familiar voice spoke up...a voice that crushed her single life and stepped on it with its fluffy paws. Sighing she turned around seeing as it has gone quite Regina could almost feel the tension in the air it was moments like these that gave her life. She slowly creeped up behind the young scout attempting to scare him and when the moment was just right she pounced nudging his side.

Regina's attempt to scare the scout was no more a concern when she realized the white features standing before her and the scene that played out. What Regina had overheard a minute ago suddenly started to make sense. Regina wanted to praise the scout for his findings but decided it wasn't the best of time to do so instead she merely gave him a tap on the back to show gratitude. A gesture she usually goes with mostly because expressing thanks isn't her forte. Regina thought it best to apologize first, "Sorry we-” but the dead body stopped her words from coming out. Not that she was frightened but that she was so stupid as to not have known. Chuckling she eyed the body and the female near it, ”Of course, where ever a Whitewind goes bloodshed will follow...should have known.

Looking back at the body she walked over to it slowly in order not to agitate the guard seeing as how to protective he was of the girl she must be someone important. Kneeling down she instead of eyeing the body she looked at the girl trying to figure who she was but instead came up with something different. Smirking slightly at her findings, she stood up but not before closing the dead man's eyes. Sighing she forcefully kicked the body on the floor, ”Gone. He put up a good fight...but it wasn't good enough.” her tone went from sadness, pity and outright uninterested.

Eira’s eyes widened at her bodyguard’s words of the sudden appearance of the other being, who seemed to come into the terrain. The newcomer definitely did not have the same smell of being one of the rogues. Cupping her hand over her mouth so that her words were muffled for only Jayce to here. “It’d wouldn’t be good to try any sort of thing there might be more behind this wolf and he certainly has no relation to this wolf by the seams of it.” She whispered taking a foot closer to him just in case there was indeed more as it would be easier to fight them off together compared to the sneak attack that was surprised upon the corpse that slowly started to stink up area.

Adjusting her posture crossing her hands back, narrowing her eyes at the male’s words ignoring both of their comments against the pride that is whitewind pack. “We were sent by the high alpha on a job to investigate a corpse near our southern border patrol post as well.” She said circling around to the other side of Jayce once the female approached the corpse. Deciding not mentioning their high stature at risk of starting a potentially more hostile environment than it seems to be.

“But when we got here the evidence is clear that the madness that is the halfbreed that sits upon the rocky throne is breaking the code of conduct and is invading the Northeastern once more. And this poor wolf got stuck between the crossfire among that beast getting torn to pieces. Such sad too as this rogue held the mark of the now extinct seaside pack.”

Amongst the high peak of the Whitewind Pack sat the rather contempt King on what looked to be kind of a smaller version of his throne in the throne room, on a balcony peering over down below. The snow falling in a rather mediocre pace in the time being. Having already done the majority of his orderly doings both public and secretive ones, the king took this opportunity to watch from his high point of view with a strict face of disgust. Thinking about just how much better this world could be when his plans started from his grandfather were finally finished which no doubt would be achieved in his lifetime.

“Servant.” He said sternly not bothering to look away from his view. A white servant wolf scrambled up to the side of the king. “Yes my liege?” the servant sputtered out.

“Has my Advisor returned from her duties?” Reynold questioned without a bother. “We’ll send a staff member at once to see so my liege. Is there anything else you’d want?” The servant said writing the king’s words down.

He nearly jumped out of his skin when he felt someone nudge him. He immediately undid one of his emergency knives and was just about to sink it into the foreign body when the scent of shadow pack overwhelmed his senses. He immediately felt his muscles relax. "Jesus." he muttered before nudging her gently back. She was pretty and it was nice to have a female take command for once but right now they were in a pretty serious situation. The relief that followed the fact that someone from his pack was here with him was enormous. No doubt if it came to a fight they would probably lose, but they wouldn't go down easily. Maybe we could team up on the male? The female? His thoughts were interrupted by by Regina's examination of the body. "Strange that it seems WhiteWind is always the first to find the bodies..." he mused aloud as he examined the body.

"What are you trying to say?" the male that seemed to be a guard said.

Before Zak could think he responded, "That WhiteWind is responsible for the deaths of rogues and loners. WhiteWind Pack is nothing but elitist cowards."

When the tall male with pale skin approached him Zak wanted to hide somewhere in the shadows. I can outrun this guy right? One of shadow pack's advantages was speed so hopefully he would be safe. His big mouth got him in trouble but he was not going to cower or hide from the larger male. He glared at him and gave a soft snarl.

At his insinuation Jayce responded.

"What are you trying to say?" His voice was quiet but there was a hard edge to it.

He growled and approached the slightly shorter man. He was lankier and less built than Jayce and he could easily throw him.. if he could catch him. He made sure to make no threatening movement towards the male named Zaccharius but the teen was asking for it. It didn't help the scout from Shadow Pack had brought backup. The backup was a slender silver haired woman. She was a looker, but more than that she was a witness. If he had been alone they could have just killed him. He nodded to the princess. "You're right Eira.. Sorry my suggestion was rather... crude" he said in a quiet whisper for only the princess' ears. Her name on his lips had come out stiffly as he almost never addressed her by name. The only reason he did so now was the chance they could be overheard. He didn't want these two from Shadow Pack especially the woman to know of the Princess' status. He narrowed his eyes at both of them.

"You insult the WhiteWind pack near WhiteWind territory. I'd be more careful if I was you." he said in an offhand tone. It was clear it was a veiled threat to anybody that was watching.

Redwood’s pack has since marched on the cornered deer taking it down with ease as they completely outnumbered the buck. “That shows that foolish brat that they can’t keep us out of their territory.” He growled with laughter as he transformed from his wolf form into his human form along with his other wolves. “Tie its dang legs and lets get it moving, We don’t have all day! If you take too long you’re not getting fed! You don’t want to end up like this deer!” The brash werewolf snapped angrily pushing one of them to the side as the others scrambled with the rope they had probably stolen tying the carcass deer’s legs together in a hopefully sturdy knot as others began to push it.

Not to far away from the commotion with the Rocky pack was one of the Northeastern pack’s scouts. Obviously able to smell and hear the enemies but she didn’t seem like it was worth intervening. Should she be telling one or trying to stop their enemies? Yes. Is she though? Nope, instead Flora was having one of her peaceful lazy sessions on top of a nice smooth rock with a big shady tree overhead. The lazy Northeastern wolf was told to become a scout member they said it was easy ey. Her parents never mentioned she needed to fight or actually do work, so she often got in trouble with the pack’s leader but Flora rarely pays attention to that. But naps were apart of her to-do list so she was gonna take one right on this rock.

Whiley
The healer stood a while longer, watching the exchange between the blacksmith and the queen. They were both very feisty, although Cinder was known to have a bit of a temper, so Whiley tried to stay out of her way.

Keeping to his ritual, he crept around the two, praying he wasnt seen, he made his way into the thicker part of the woods. This time he wasnt looking for medicine though, he was looking for the other kids. They had told him to come and find them once he was done cleaning up, and thats exactly what he planned to do.

As he made his way deeper into the forest, he stopped as a voice carried over to him. He glanced in the direction it had come from, noting that it didnt sound familiar. As he drew closer, an awful smell reached his nose and he scrunched his face in distaste. Rocky pack... Whiley wasnt sure whether to turn back and tell Cinder. He knew he ought to, but his curiosity drew him closer. What were they doing here..?

Finally he spotted a few Rocky pack members who were surrounding a deer.. Whiley crouched, eyes wide as he watched in horror.

Corina
Corina stalked back to the castle. She had been in a fairly bad mood all day, but as she got closer back to home it only worsened. Her day had been incredibly boring, and she wished for something exciting. Sometimes she wished she was the body guard of the princess. It seemed much more fun compared to these days.

The castle was in sight now, and Corina picked up the pace. As she neared, her ears perked up, noticing someone approaching her. She changed easily back into her human form, her blond hair gently blowing around her slim face. She raised an eyebrow in question as one of the servants came up to her, bowing.

“The king wanted to assure you were back.” Was a simple reply. She nodded once and followed the servant back to the castle. As she walked inside, Corina noted the slight difference in temperature. It was a little warmer in here, and she tugged at her collar as she made her way to the king.

She walked up many flights of stairs until she reached the throne room. She walked in, eyeing the balcony carefully.

“My king?” She called lightly, folding her hands together.

Cleo looked stunned for a minute then gave the alpha a lopsided grin. "But would real men fulfill my fantasies?" she said with a wink. "The men in these books are very talented in the aspect of bringing about female pleasure." Thankfully it was just the alpha who had seen her reading the naughty book. The alpha was the only one who had known about her secret (or so she thought) when she had accidentally left in one of the houses.

The alpha looked... upset. Not distraught or anything just that look when something was annoying you. "How's your day going? You don't look your usual glamorous self" she said after a moment's hesitation. She bit her lip. Inquiring about the alpha's attitude was always a touchy subject. The alpha was known to be temperamental.

His stomach gurgled in protest as he began chewing on some of the flowers in the field. The emptiness in his stomach had started becoming unbearable. He had spent weeks of fruitless hunting. This week he had scoured Rocky pack's territory and there wasn't even a salamander in sight. Maybe he hadn't looked hard enough. It would take more than a salamander to feed him of course, but a snack here or there would be helpful to tide over his hunger. He spotted a squirrel on the far side of the meadow. It was a little close to NorthEastern Pack's camp for his liking but as long as there weren't any guard. He really shouldn't be risking this.. but it'd been weeks. His mouth watered as he imagined sinking his teeth into the flesh and finally having something to sell or cook for himself. He dug a hole underground and tried to remember where the squirrel had been located. When he had finally figured out where he thought it was he sprang up. Damn he was off by a few feet and the squirrel sprang away and kicked him in the shoulder in the process. He grunted as he took the force of the blow, before sighing in the dirt. Then another movement caught his eye. It was a cottontail rabbit. It wouldn't feed the pack but it would definitely do for a snack. He grinned and he bounded after it and this time he caught it between his teeth and snapped it's neck. It's life force seeped out of it before it gave into death's embrace. "Finally" He changed into his human form and grinned at his catch. He heard voices and he noticed how alarmingly close he was to NorthEastern camp's territory. He heard two female voices. Two females from the pack. He caught the briefest glimpse of the alpha through the trees and then he decided to attempted to sneak off.

Zelena found her eyes wondering analyzing her surroundings, from a very unusual angle. Lifting her confused self of the grass she could hear her breathing. Ignoring the feeling of uncertainty the queen pushed herself off the floor her nightgown now a mess from the dirt. Before she could send her condolences to her night gown a white wolf had shot out of the unknown only to continue running. Frightened and afraid the wolf didn’t seem to notice Zelena but the queen knew this figure very well, “Eira!?”

Concerned for her daughter's safety Zelena chases after her. Eira had finally came to a halt under an oak tree, just realizing the the seasons have changed from spring to winter. The wind began to pick up and for what seemed like an eternity the queen and her daughter stood in silence. It wasn’t long before the princess began spitting up blood causing the queen to run to her side. The Ruby colored liquid tainted everything in its path the queens night gown the snow and even the oak tree. As the scene played out the princess muffled voice could be heard, “M-***********”

“Your highness, Your highness!!!”

Zelena jolted up at her had maidens harsh wake up call, noticing that she had yet again another nightmare. It’s seems only natural at this point after all it has been happening ever since the twins entered their teens, “Another nightmare?”

Her handmaiden peeped out of the closet throwing a satin dress on the bed. Sliding out from under the covers Zelena took off her nightgown, “First it was my son...now my daughter. It’s getting worse Jane.” The handmaiden merely nodded as she helped her queen into the dress, “I can’t help but feel that these dreams are trying to tell me something...Jane are you li-

The maid had been brushing the queens hair but it wasn’t the maids reflection that caused the queen to stop her frantic cry for help. The flowers had been placed carelessly on her night stand. This gesture caused her to smile and ever so slightly brought her spirits up, “Reynold.”
————

Pooping her head through the doorway she watched as her husband stood looking out from the crystallized balcony. And at the corner of her eye she noticed the advisor, “Morning Corina.” Flowers in hand she walked over to Reynold, ”What’s the occasion?” Giving the king a peck on the lips before standing in the way of his view that pointed towards the icy land.”Oh no..” a slight panic had taken place on the queen's face, “Don’t tell me it our anniversary...I must have for gotten with all the night-“ realizing where her conversation was headed she stopped. She hasn’t really been meaning to tell her husband about the nightmares. Attempting to change the subject, “Oh you should check what Corina wants.”

Arching a brow at the unusually brave WhiteWind guard it wasn’t a lie that Regina was amused. Of course she couldn’t let this go on for much longer the fun had to be broken her only regret will be that she was the one to do it. Stepping in between the scout and guard Regina nudged the WhiteWind on the shoulder. Not attempting to push him knowing full well she wasn’t strong enough but as a sign to back off. “Calm down there hot stuff.” Tilting her head to the side eyeing the guards physique, she sighed looking off to the side and then to the young scout giving him a deathly glare. It’s certain to say that Regina was mad this boy should be grateful she was turning down all this to save his sorry behind. Turing back to face the guard Regina intertwined her eyebrows to create a worried expression which almost seemed genuine enough, “Your not going to kill a child are you?...He’s only 18. I’m amazed you live up to your expectations WhiteWind. Killing an unarmed... defenseless...woman...children.

The gray eyed female looked as if she was on the verge of tears but it slowly turned into a mocking smile, “To answer your question,” Regina despite not wanting to bring this up in the concern of angering the two clearly skilled fighters...which is what the friendly neighborhood librarian and the 247 drunk advisor lacked. Despite what her conscious was telling her she wanted to expose the two idiots who don’t seem to realize how suspicious they are not to mention the presence that they both omitted. “What Were trying to say is...no matter how many times you call her Eira (which is a lovely name dearie) you two seem to have a master and servant relationship.

“...Now I don’t know many Eiras and I’m sure there are multiple females with that name in Whitewind...but and correct me if I’m wrong...what are the chances that the little girl in front of me is related to a certain king.” Regina was enjoying herself quite well it pleased her to think that her theory was right. She has studied the royal family’s of each pack. This bold move of hears wasn’t quite backed up Regina had no idea who the woman could have been.Although the risk that this women isn’t Eira princess and daughter to the WhiteWind king is high and she just might have made herself look stupid but above all that being right is so much better to being wrong. It was a risk she was willing to take. Regina eyed the pair analyzing their reaction to her this will be the proof she needs to determine if this is truly the princess.

When she nudged he cleared his throat and blinked. Did she just touch him? Most people rarely even spoke to him much less touch him. He hadn't exactly had too much contact with the opposite sex touching him, unless it was in combat of course. There was the princess, but he made sure to always recognize who held the higher status.

At the pale female's words his expression softened for a fraction of a second. Did he like his job? That was definitely debateable. The king always demanded perfection from everyone including him and his daughter. Still when a person openly questioned his morals... He shifted and looked away from her gaze. It somehow made him feel like he was being noticed which was a new sensation considering he generally tried his best to go undetected. His cheeks turned the slightest shade of pink as he tried to stay professional. He glanced at the female adviser. She was pale, tall and thin. Objectively she was beautiful. Objectively. Not just to him. To everyone. Actually now that he thought about it it WAS mating season. A sigh escaped his lips. The females, especially when his hormones raged, were always... distracting.

His eyes widened and he made a mental list of every interaction that he and the princess had while this silver haired woman was here. Smart he thought. Had they given themselves away? The thought was at the forefront of his mind as he tried to figure out how to respond. He figured the seconds that he took to analyze the situation had already given them away so he replied, "The two of us were just surveying our lands just as you were." His voice was strong yet it didn't sound as confident as the threats he had dished out earlier.

‘Did she just?’ She thought in her mind watching the woman nudges her bodyguard in a rather peculiar manner that the princess wasn’t so sure she liked the way this lady acted towards him, if she wasn’t trying to act so civil to not blow their cover, surely the enemy would have been left frozen solid with a few teeth marks. Not to mention the smell of the stranger wasn’t a very pleasant one to the white-haired girl’s nostrils. Yet it seemed to be heavily messing with Jayce, of all times they had to go on a dreadful mission for her father for the sake “Of their nation’s lives” It had to be today when that season started where some of the other wolves started acting weird, and couldn’t find the right to control themselves like She and her brother were taught from a young age to do so, but then again they’re made to take a special potion like other yearlings around this time in order of their parents. Looks like she’ll have to sneak Jayce a bottle from the royal medical bay once they got back and finished their report.

Eira rolled her eyes unamused as the snow started to fall from the sky, huffing as she looked towards the shadow male judging his age then back to the sultry lady. “Clearly he’s not a child by the looks of it he’s practically full grown, yet you call us out when for all you’re on the verge of out territory. It would be you guys attacking a yearling. And you don’t seem very defenseless” She laid her icy cold palm on the royal guard’s forearm trying to help keep his focus.

“Also if you think of me being royalty you are by far mistaken, surely they’re more Eira’s then just our highness, who is known to be wearing a sort of gold chain around her neck with blue sapphires shaped like snowflakes with icicles at all time, I am purely just an underling apprentice being taught the ways of becoming a royal guard.”

Zak looked between the pair of wolves and rolled his eyes. It was disgusting and he wasn't just talking about the strange wolves' scent. "I'm not a chi-" he began to say but then saw Regina's death stare and immediately closed it and muttered a curse word under his breath. Zak kept his eye on the larger man making sure he didn't make his way towards him. Even if he could outrun him, it wouldn't do any good if the guard caught him by surprise. "You're a royal guard?" his hostility gave way to surprise. "I didn't know they had royal guards so young." He looked at the pale almost white haired girl named Eira. She seemed fit, though not like he was, and strong surprisingly. All things considered... he thought as he gave her a grin that was more competitive than anything else. "Seems like you need to train better . I'm pretty sure I could kick your ass." If there was one thing that always ruled Zak, it was the thrill of a match or any competition. He was a sucker for bets and dares and that more than once had almost broken some bones doing idiotic stunts.

Watching the snowfall her eyes fell on a very special little snowflake. The reason it was so special was mainly that it was headed towards her. The snowflake landed on the pale female's hand which caused her to furiously wipe the back of her hand with her shirt. Although she was occupied with her great hatred of this place she could still hear the princess’s words, ”Calm down little girl I'm not going to take him away from you.” Regina eyed Eira seeing the treated look on her face was pleasing but the fact that she was wrong had her trembling...with anger. If she wasn't smart what was she. Crossing her arms she eyed the to victims who pleaded their case...the jury (ie Regina) concludes not guilty, case closed. Although they had no evidence if what they were saying were true...but look at his little face, he's too hot not to believe.

Regina tilted her head sideways wondering if this girl knew what a man and a child looked liked,”I'm not sure you understand dearie. This right here is a boy...teen-” she said patting Zaks head which for some reason felt...sweaty. Cutting off his speech she eyed him while wiping her hand with her coat. She wondered how nervous must he be...would he have even survived if I hadn't followed him Regina nodded her head thinking of all the ways she's going to kill him once they get out of this. Turning to Eira she motioned towards her companion, ”And that my dear is a man..man man...you see the difference.” Regina gazed at the female wondering why she hasn't made a move on her companion but some desperate matters needed to be taken care of, ’defenseless’ Regina was honored that she didn't seem like the defenseless type but coming from the girl it sounded more like an insult, ”You don't think so? I'm not the one holding a weapon not to mention...standing next to a dead body.

Royal guard h-” Regina's own companion began analyzing the female not to mention insulting her. I hope he understands what kind of situation they were in. These guys weren't his friends...And here she was risking her life for his sorry flabe behind. She couldn't believe it he sees a hot girl and this is the first thing he says, ”And this is why you're still a virgin.” whispering into his ear. Looking back to the two, “Since you didn’t kill him and we didn’t kill him...then killers out out there. Got any idea which way he went.” Regina would go by herself but she wasn’t very great at tracking and the kid just started they wouldn’t have much like any way.

He felt the princess lay a hand on him and he was surprised at her movement. She usually didn't touch him unless it was when they were pups and roughhoused together. Snow sprinkled down from the sky and it dissolved on his eyelashes and skin. He cleared his throat at her words and tried to not focus on all the attention he was receiving. When she commented on his physique he felt his skin grow a little hotter. Suddenly he was thankful for the princess' hand on his arm. It definitely helped to regulate his temperature. Or maybe it was just a hot day. He tried not to think too hard about the fact he was feeling hot when it was snowing. Must have been global warming. Wasn't there always strange weather about?

Jayce paused for a moment, wondering what their next move should be. Whether or not the thin female knew if they had killed the rogue she was playing nice. Not only that the princess had set up the situation as him being her mentor. While he didn't want to make the decision for the princess on what they should do concerning these shadow pack strangers he knew they had to act, otherwise they might as well given away who they were. He weighed the options carefully. Granted they did actually kill the rogue wolf so there wasn't much evidence besides the fake evidence they left. Still... it would be better to not leave those two unattended near WhiteWind's territory. Also if they were really investigating the rogue they would have tried to find the culprit. "Since these are Rocky pack's claws they're probably over in that direction." He said as he flicked his gaze towards Rocky territory where the landscape of trees and white slowly dissolved into a browns and rocks.

He shifted into his wolf form and decided to walk out of eyesight and then he would scent check to make sure the strangers hadn't gone toward WhiteWind. He waited for the princess to follow him and waited until they were obscured by snow before stopping. "I'm deeply sorry Princess. My intention was not to order you around. I assumed our cover was more important than manners." he voice was deep yet formal. When they had been pups, Jayce had often called her by her name Eira and had often not been as formal. The guard master had let it slide until he turned seven where he got severely punished, physically or through chores by not respecting the young master and young miss.

Cinder
Cinder looked blankly at Cleo. She couldn’t believe what she was hearing. What would fictional men know about pleasing women? Preposterous. The Alpha let out a huff, “They would, Cleo.” she responded firmly, “I, as someone who had been on the receiving end of such services plenty of times, should know best.” she finished with a proud smirk. When the conversation transcended to a different topic, however, Cinder’s eyebrows visibly twitched in irritation. It was partly due to the fact that she didn’t want to discuss the cause of her sour mood at that instance, but mainly it was because of her friend’s side comment. She, apparently, didn’t look like her glamorous self. “Oh, do I look hideous to you-?”

Fortunately, the two women’s interaction was abruptly cut when Cinder caught wind of an unfamiliar scent. Her eyes widened with alarm as she whipped her head to the scent’s direction. “We have intruders!” she screamed, alerting everyone in the vicinity who immediately responded with attention.

The Alpha swiftly dashed to move through the greens and trees until she saw a retreating figure- a deceased rabbit in his possession. Cinder felt her blood boil. Such disrespect! The fool thought he could step in her territory, steal her resources, and sneak away like nothing happened! Well, he was wrong. Tremendously so.

“CEASE, INTRUDER!”

The female transformed into her wolf form. Golden shades of brown, red, and white blended together to paint the Alpha’s beast form. The wolf’s peculiar and beautiful (as claimed by many in her pack) appearance definitely didn’t help to make her seem intimidating but perhaps her astounding speed did. But if that didn’t, then perhaps the numerous warriors, in their wolven forms, following close behind her did. As she rushed to chase after him, the Alpha was confident that they would be able to capture the foolish one. Clearly, he was outnumbered and she along with her warriors memorized the area like the back of their hands.

Killian should have been nervous that he was so close to camp. Or the fact he could see the alpha. Obviously his brain must be defective. It was only when the alpha female let out a call to arms that he realized he was in a bad situation. Shit he mumbled as he scrambled to make his way out of the landscape. He shifted into his grey wolven form. He wasn't as burly as a guard or a warrior but he was muscular from the construction work. "Damn all these trees!" Trees kept popping up like rocks here. "Why are there so many goddamn trees?" he ground out in frustration as he grit his teeth and aimed his claws at one of large cedar. It slowly swayed before gaining altitude and toppling over with a resounding crash. Outrunning them was not an option. The NorthEastern pack was known to have all around better senses and unfortunately that included speed. He was lucky to have a head start but favor was quickly turning towards the alpha and her pack. He glanced behind him and saw the female alpha was almost on him. "This is got to be a lottery ticket kind of day." he sighed as he looked up and stopped and quickly turned around. He shifted back into his human form. "Alright. You caught me. This was a fun game of tag and here's a rabbit to the winning party. " he gave a lopsided smile as he tossed the rabbit towards them.

Judging by the looks of the rest of the pack, they were less than impressed with this performance. "Tough crowd. So I know all of you wonderful ladies and gents want to peg me as a thief but what really happened was I found this rabbit on my territory and I chased it over here to your territory. We should have a civil discourse about setting better territory boundaries." He swallowed hard and did his best to give a cheery smile. "Or we could not talk and you guys can keep the rabbit." His stomach decided at that moment to grumble loudly and he cursed inwardly at his body betraying him.

- Reynold -

“Ah why it’s just a show of affection my lovely icicle,” Reynold said turning around to gaze at his gorgeous wife. The large alpha wolf rounded to his wife’s side changing into his grand king uniform. “No need to worry, our anniversary is tomorrow after all my sweet.” placing a kiss on Zelena’s forehead. “But we might as well start celebrating early as both the kids are out.” Taking her hand gently into his, almost forgetting his advisor was there instantly becoming more serious at the sight of the half-breed

“How were your rounds today? The pesky shadows haven’t caused more issues have they? What did the hunters say of the prey migrations? And about the minor teanie project to protect our perfectly good snow from melting in those savage rockies streams. If it’s not coming along as planned we may need to start another little natural disaster for those peasants.” The King asked not fazed from the rate of questions he had just answered, expecting answers almost immediately.

-Eira ~

Eira couldn’t be gladder at the moment to get away from that profound shewolf not quite understanding some of the stuff she mentioned. Choosing to ignore her seemed worthy as it would prevent the headache that was forming off the bat. Thank goodness they were leaving!
Taking a slight moment to sneer and laugh, at the male’s shadow wolf attempt of torment. “If you say so, but you’d completely go down consider this a ticket to a duel next time our paths cross.” Before she shifted too into her snowy wolf giving them a piercing glare and began sauntering after her fellow white wolf in the direction of the Northeasterns. The snow falling at a faster pace.

“It’s no worries Jayce, it was necessary no need to apologize we couldn’t risk anything. Especially with that odd vile shewolf. It could of gone a much darker path, plus it's not like anyone besides them know about the lack of formalities Jay-Jay”

When the male shadow wolf made a snarky comment towards the princess, Jayce let out a snort. Princess Eira, even when she was a pup, was fiesty. It was damn near impossible for her to be touched even by a scout. As they walked off towards the WhiteWind territory the powdered snow squished under their paws. It got degrees dropped lower the farther they went into the territory. A chuckle bubbled up inside him at the princess' comment. "It's unusual to see you annoyed Princess". He said as he nudged the princess gently, his large mass colliding with her smaller one.

"-it's not like anyone besides them know about the lack of formalities Jay-Jay”

Her words made him remember himself, who he was and who she was. "Of course." he bowed his head, a curt nod towards her. "It would be bad if word got out that her guard doesn't respect her.. Still our times as pups seemed to be less confusing times." He kept walking towards the camp as the trees increased in density. "Shall we report back to the king?"

Zak felt the crisp air start to turn slightly warmer as the two wolves departed. He let out a breath he didn't realize he had been holding. "We put them in their place" he said with a hint of pride as he had a smug look on his face. He turned towards Regina. "Why the look? Are you that pent up?" he said as he arched an eyebrow. "I've totally had sex" he said as he looked her in the eye. It wasn't exactly true. He had almost done the deed, but he hadn't gotten around to it. "Anyways we gotta go check out rocky territory." He said as he walked towards there. As they approached rocky territory he heard the sound of some sort of commotion. "Do you hear that?" His eyes were alarmed as he glanced around the landscape.
