Rowan Woods
Rowan sighed, pushing her chair back against the tile floor, wondering if Mary was ever going to get some type of cover for the legs of the chairs so they didn't screech whenever someone stood up. Digging in her pocket she grabbed a small wad of bills and handed them to the elder woman with a small and awkward smile. "Uh...sorry bout this..." she murmured before hurrying out the door after Noah. He was right. They really should follow Sep.
Swiftly easing her way past Gene and Adrian, she sent the two of them another awkward smile and a weak wave goodbye as she looked over her shoulder and slipped out the door. She let out a sigh and gripped her elbows, crossing her arms as she glanced at Noah beside her.
"Do you have any idea where to find her?" she asked softly. Obviously it wasn't just her who had sensed her friends uneasiness, especially once she'd begun to talk about Deadwood Forest. At that absent thought, Rowan wondered if that was where her friend was headed. She hoped not, but she doubted she'd get what she wanted in this case. "I have a feeling you're going to say you do have an idea," she began after a moment of silence between the two. "And I have another feeling that I'm not gonna like it." she sighed.
After another moment she shrugged and steeled herself. "Alright, well, let's go. We aren't gonna find her out here in the parking lot so." she mumbled, tucking a strand of hair behind her ear so she could try searching the area better.
