Welcome to
Universe Correction Agency: Moon Child!
Assuming you’ve just arrived here, and are somehow interested in indulging in this madness, please check up on the recruitment page to see if we are currently open. People come and go, so don’t fret if you’ve missed out. I am aware there are still some of you that need to get your sheets done, so don't fret, as we just started and you have plenty time. Also, the previous RP may still experience minor activity...d-don't worry about that.
Without further ado, begin whenever you are ready.
The Moon.
A barren place, cold and gray, with no life in sight. Earth’s only natural satellite, its existence dates back before even ancient life began to take its hold over the planet’s surface. For a small being, The Moon was home. She’s lived on it ever since she drew breath, watching as it circled around Earth’s orbit in a dance that seems to last forever. Really, looking at The Earth was what made it all worthwhile. Sure, The Moon was home, but The Earth seemed to have something about it that made her so enticed. Perhaps it’s because of its blue oceans that cover it, or the mass of green. Or perhaps it’s the culture there. She’s only read about them in books that were brought back by her creator; The Moon God
She's read about the people on Earth. Humans, were the most mentioned, but there were also Elves, Orcs, Giants, and many many animals. She never knew much about her own species, however, other than that her creator was one of them, and his rather…undesirable appearance often left him a target of their scorn. He didn’t scare her, of course, she loved her creator like he was her own father…since he technically was. He even gave her a name…
Kaguya.
Kaguya could remember, after reading the many books given to her, that she’s always wanted to see the Earth first hand. Her creator, however, warned that it is a dangerous place. She figured she would be fine, right? She is dressed like them. She even looks like them… Save for the rabbit ears, buck teeth, and pale white skin…
He’d always try to keep her from leaving The Moon. He would even bring back bamboo for her. For some reason, she has become fond of eating it. She didn’t need too, but she just finds its taste and crunch to be exquisite. That’s what she’s been waiting for. Her creator had left The Moon to collect more things to bring back. It usually takes a while, on the account that he tries to avoid the others. It made her sad to know that her creator was treated so poorly amongst their kind. She figured that if they were all alike, they would all be friends….right?
Kaguya just kept silent. She just needed to wait, that’s all. Any minute he’ll come back, with more goods and all the bamboo she can eat. Her ears perked up when she could feel her dress begin blowing with the wind….wait a second. There was no wind out in space… Using her tiny legs, Kaguya stood up looking around at this sudden pull. It grew stronger and stronger, her tiny body slowly being dragged into it. Before she could even let out a squeak, her entire person was flung off the surface of The Moon. It was as if in a few seconds her existence was swiped away from the Universe itself.
It was good to finally be back home. After spending countless hours hiding away on Earth, it finally came back with more goods for Kaguya. It's massive body landed on The Moon, expecting to see Kaguya coming to it with open arms...I mean, normally she does... It rummaged around the sand with it's many arms, trying to see if she had buried herself, as she tends to do. Alas, it was for nothing, as it couldn't find a trace of Kaguya.
This would cause the being to let out a bellowed cry. Where is she? Where's my Kaguya!? That's when it took notice of something odd. It looked up to see what looked like a deformity in the middle of space. A wormhole, right above The Moon. It must've sucked away Kaguya! The being unleashed an angered growl, it approached the wormhole, reaching out for it as it grew smaller. It's multiple arms gripped the opening, trying to pull it open, it was becoming to small for it's massive body to fit inside. Filled with rage, the being was willing to do what it must to open this portal. That's when it took a deep breath, and unleashed a reality shattering scream...
Space, in a separate Universe
U.C.A Transport Station
It was ginormous. A planet sized organism was floating within the void of space. Shaped like a large, fleshy planet, the organism had a large, agape mouth, made to swallow everything whole. This large thing was on a collision course with the entire solar system, destined to wipe out everything in it's path. It's thousands of eyes looked around at the insignificant bodies that surround the deep void of space itself.U.C.A Transport Station
Not to far in its path, a dwarf planet sit in stillness. Sitting on this dwarf planet looked like some kind of space station, the letters U, C, and A were plastered by it's side. Atop of this station was a huge cannon that was pointed directly at the giant body coming toward them. Within the station, the rapid sound of typing could be heard. It was a small man, wearing what seems to be white robes, a large matching turban concealing his face as he typed. A similar body, one wearing a similar outfit that was blue, spoke into what looked like a watch. "Breaker, breaker, this is Prune Juice, how we doin, Grandma?"
A female voice came through the watch, young and focused. "The Warp Cannon should be almost ready to fire. Once we get Lebendig to go through the portal and into it's own Universe the mission should be done with."
"Thanks, Beck." The blue one said, "I love you!"
An awkward silence filled the room. "Uuuuh...Thanks, Fugai..."
The white one spoke into a watch of his own. "HUNK, this is Cugai, the cannon is just about ready to fire. Keep an eye on the visuals, lord knows if it spews another round of asteroids out of it's mouth again." Cugai fell back into his chair. "Sooner we get this over with the better."
"You still mad about Pepperjack?" Fugai asked.
"No." Cugai said, "...Maybe."
"Cut the guy some slack, brother." Fugai said, "Brie's graduating from High School. It's a big thing for him to get used to the fact his daughter's a big girl now. She's gonna move far away, and live life on her own, and leave him all alone-"
"That's not what I'm upset about." Cugai said, "I swear he's passed out at the bar again. Last time he answered me was an hour ago."
"So?" Fugai said, "I say we just leave him be for now. Besides, we give him this promotion, he's bound to feel better about it."
"Not if he's just sitting at the bar all the time." Cugai said, "If Balalaika doesn't smack his fat cheeks silly, I'm doing it myself."
"She's probably drunk, too. on the account of all your bitching..."
"What was that?" Cugai asked.
"Nothing." Fugai said, "Speaking of which!" Fugai ran over to the side of the fortress, looking down at the lower portions of it's body. He can see what looks like large insectoid creatures crawling all over it. Fugai spoke into his watch, contacting all agents on the field. "How we doin down there, guys?!?"
